On the Continent of Sall'han the skies are blue and clear, and sunlight strikes with fury. It was spared the megaspells of the great war, and it's now a place where civilization is rebuilding. Sall'han was a wasteland even before skydark. Within that wasteland, pockets of civilization exist. A century of isolation has changed each of them, but that isolation is about to come to an end. With the arrival of the Transient, the deserts of Sall'han will once again be soaked in the blood of many.
The fate of Sall'han rests in the hooves of a loose cannon Steel Ranger, a naive doctor, and a scarred veteran of a savage war.
