Chapter 2 – WHAT THE BUCK!!!!

Author’s note : The main character thinks in italics like this and there will be a LOT of cursing

Okay, where am I, and why can’t I see. I realized my eyes were closed and facehoofed …wait, faceHOOFED? I opened my eyes and looked around, I was in a familiar forest, I didn’t know why it was familiar until I saw the ruins of Nightmare Moon’s castle ARE YOU BUCKING KIDDING ME, I’M IN MY LITTLE PONY FIM!?!? I wandered up to a puddle and looked in I saw a pitch-black unicorn foal, with green eyes. Okay, first order of business, find a way back home I heard another voice, not my own, deep inside my mind {why?} to…no, I hate them, so I can… no, hate that… aww, buck it I might as well stay here a while.

I wandered around the Everfree forest when I suddenly heard a low growl please don’t let it be what I think it is I turned around and saw several pairs of yellow eyes staring out of the bushes buck, timber wolves I ran as fast as I could, they were faster. I managed to get to a clearing before they surrounded me buck, buck, buck, buck, I’m a unicorn, can’t I do magic? I concentrated on one of the timber wolves. To them I stood there with my eyes closed. I heard one charge at me, but I couldn’t react, I opened my eyes to watch a timber wolf barreling toward me (oops, accidental pun). I couldn’t concentrate, my brain reacted on it’s own.

The timber wolf charged at me well, this is the end, buck I didn’t even get to meet any of the mane six then I prepared for the pain that never came, the timber wolf charged straight at me and kept going THROUGH me HOLY MOTHER OF CELESTIA the timber wolf looked at me in about the same way. I looked at myself and I realized I had cast a spell, on myself, I was MADE of shadows, I could move through solid objects. I ran away from the timber wolves, no longer bothering to dodge trees, and I outran them. I stood, panting for a moment, then continued on the way I was heading.

I managed to reach Ponyville oh buck yes I was wandering through the town. It was about midnight, when I noticed a light on in a house made from a tree. I walked up to the front door and tried to knock, but forgot I didn’t know how to turn off the shadow body thing. Well, I don’t want to wake the entire town up yelling, so I’ll just let myself in I walked through her door and looked around, it was just like in the show, the entire house looked like it was carved from a single tree, there were all kinds of books scattered everywhere and a purple baby dragon asleep in a basket.

I began to walk up the stairs, silently, kinda hard to make noise when your hoofs go through the ground I walked into her study and saw her reading a book, she was levitating a candle and using it’s light to read, she looked exactly like in the show, a purple unicorn, with a pink and purple mane and a cutie mark of a purple star. “umm, hi, I kind of need your help” by Celestia, my voice is even squeakier that Sweetie Belle’s she jumped about a foot, I don’t think she heard anyone come in, she turned around and saw a shadow, standing in the middle of her floor.

She looked at me with huge eyes “Sweetie Belle, is that you?” …what?!?! “no, I’m not called Sweetie Belle” she blinked a few times, “then who are you” dammit, I forgot to come up with a name… how about, Shadow Spell! “I’m called Shadow Spell, I’m kind of new to town” “o-okay, I’ll try to get rid of that spell for you” and she began levitating books in front of her, looking for the right one. “aha, here it is” and her horn began to glow a purple light. I felt a tingling as I became solid again.

She looked up from her book and threw the book in the air while jumping back “N-Nightmare Moon?!” I stared at her for a few moments before saying “say what?” she calmed down a bit when she saw I didn’t have wings, and my mane and tail were black and red instead of midnight blue, plus I kinda look younger than Applebloom. She caught the book before it hit the ground and said “well, why did you come to Ponyville, and why did you have a shadow body spell cast on you?”.

“well, I don’t know where I’m from, I woke up in a forest and I cast the spell on myself when I was cornered by timber wolves, I just found this town as I was running away from timber wolves” “oh, you poor thing” yep, saw that one coming and she walked over and hugged me “you can stay with me for now” she couldn’t see my face wich was probably a good thing O_O. she picked me up (using magic) and carried me into her spare bed I thought why the buck not? And I let her tuck me in and I fell asleep.
