Author's note: Before you freak over the whole HERMAN! ERMEHGERD, DERSLERKE! thing, read this first. There is only one human, he immediately gets turned into a pony for reasons that are not explained (you've been warned) and this does NOT put a heavy focus on his adjusting to life in Equestria. There's more than enough of that already written.

Also, I am fully aware of the fic by the same name written by Shirotora. The issue has already been addressed. You are not the first to notice the name and you will not be the last. Leave it at that.

Welcome to the story of Eclipse. He's not well known, and for good reason. Being a servant of the princesses themselves will do that. But I'm getting ahead of myself.

This story begins right when he comes into Equestria. Not a native to Equestria, or any lands nearby, Eclipse is a little... odd at times. But that might just be the chaos magic. What? Oh, yes, he does have limited chaos magic. Mind you, he won't be taking over Equestria, but if you get him angry, it's certainly imposing. Then there's the friends he'll make along the way...

Begins pre-season three and advances.
