" Ugh, where am I?" An alicorn said taking a look at a vast sea of white overshadowed and tainted with mostly black.

" I'm finally happy to meet with you face to face Light, we have a lot of things to talk about," said another alicorn coated black with red stripes.

" Wh-what do you want Shadow?" Light said trying to stand up to him.

" What do I want? I do not simply want. I lust, I lust for blood and murder and I shall get what I lust."

" Ha! My life is so much better without you, why would I ever let you free again?" Light replied.

" Because knowing how fucking weak and pathetic you are, you can't handle our past. Just let your emotions build up like a dam until it can't withstand anymore water and, poof," Shadow punched Light sending him flying," all hell will break loose."

Light rubbed his head from getting up from the harsh contact," You are just upset that my friends have beaten you, not only once but twice."

" No. You are wrong, he defeated US twice, not me alone. As I said, you are fucking weak and holding me back," Shadow said trotting over to Light who had difficulty getting up," I patiently await that day when you can't fucking handle me anymore and I take complete control."

" My friends will stop you," Light said with confidence.

" Oh no, on the contrary, I've already planned out what I am going to do to each and everyone of them. When one is stuck here, they really do have a lot of thinking time," Shadow said to Light as he pointed a hoof to a full view of his thoughts.

Shadow smiled at the actual imagery of the school grounds burnt to the floor but that wasn't what he wanted Light to see. He then showed the perfect gore scene of all of Light's friends dismembered from their bodies, some with their heads snapped or bent in an unworldly direction, others with no heads as well as organs which flooded the room being removed from the ponies. Light couldn't believe what he had seen, his eyes were wide open unable to look away. How was such a thing possible?

Light couldn't take anymore and looked away closing his eyes. Shadow noticed and pulled up Light whose eyes were shut," Light, look at it," Shadow simply said," LOOK AT IT!!" He shouted impatiently forcing Light's hooves open with magic, " The next scene I am going to show you, is for your pathetic fuck, Graze. So, pay very close attention."

In their shared subconscious, Shadow held a beaten half to death Graze in his hooves.

" Look at you now, where are your friends? That's right, you have none," Shadow snickered," I made you watch me kill them all, and now it's your turn. Any last words?" He offered me loosening the grip of the choke hold.

" How could you Light, I had faith in you. This is what neither you or your parents wanted, " I said not to the being Shadow, but his other half. Light who was watching the screen held back one tear as his friend who had shown belief in him, had become utterly disappointed.

" Poor choice of words," Shadow smirked using his magic to rip the wings off of me, dropping me to the floor as I laid there wingless, blood seeping through my tattered clothes and onto the floor," knowing you, I am going to let you die slowly. Enjoy the scenery." He said with a trot.

Even in death, I smirked and mouthed my last words," Fuck you, Shadow." He turned around hearing his name, watched me with my smile. He picked up my near lifeless body pulling it towards him and impaled my chest with his horn, killing me instantly.

Light immediately woke up with a gasp alerting everyone in the room as he hyperventilated.

The hyperventilation immediately alerted Trixie and called for help, " GRIM! GRIM!" She shouted calling out the only pony available in the office as Cross was in the staff room.

" What's wrong?!" He quickly burst through the doors and saw Light hyperventilating a bit more slowly.

" Nothing, just....A bad dream," Light then looked to Trixie," Trix, may I speak to Grim alone please?"

She kissed him on the cheek hearing his tone of seriousness and respected his demand," We hope you feel better dear. Shall we see you later?"

"Of course," he smiled as she left the room. He directed his full attention to Grim," Your talent is necromancy, correct?"

" Yes, why?" Grim asked curiously.

" I want something dead, a small part of me."

" Let me guess, Shadow? That pony we saw a few days ago?" Light nodded," I am sorry to say but I do not deal with matters of the mind, if you would like to get rid of him, he needs to be a physical entity."

" Which means, the only way we can kill him--" Light questioned.

" Is to mentally purge him, which would take a lot of magic to make it work." Grim informed.

" I fear that is the least of our worries, taking Shadow down will be.... I need to talk to Graze," Light said getting off the bed," Thanks Grim, I shall see you later."

" No problem, I will tell Cross that you * Light slams the door* ....Left."

With a gallop, Light's mind too raced with thoughts,' One thing Shadow has not foreseen is me being a part of that battle. I am not weak! I know I can overcome my past!'
