"We made to Lumiose City!" Ash exclaimed as our heroes made it back.

"The last we're here," Serena explained. "We didn't have time to look around."

"Seeing this great city is the center of the fashion universe!" Rarity exclaimed.

"Is everything to you two all is clothing?" Rainbow teased them.

"There's more to more than clothes, Rainbow!" Both Rarity and Serena pouted and turn away.

"Anyway," Jaden came in. "All the people are so well dressed."

"And Prism Tower is just incredible!" Applejack commented,.

"Yeah, it sure is," Clemont replied.

"I guess it's okay," Bonnie agreed not sounding energetic making Sunset look at them with confusion.

"What's up with you two? Aren't you glad to be home?" Sunset asked.

Clemont shrugged and Bonnie along with Fluttershy turned away from the question making Sunset even more suspicious.

"The Lumiose Gym is up on that tower!" Ash pointed out making Zane turn him.

"Oh, so you already challenged that Gym, huh, Ash?" Zane asked.

"Well, I showed up there and tried to..." Ash started.

"Pika..." Pikachu agreed.

Ash told Serena, Rarity, Applejack, Sunset, and Zane what happened made all of them being surprised, with Bonnie, Clemont, and Fluttershy being nervous.

"That's what happened! I didn't have four badges, so I couldn't get in!" Ash explained while Pikachu nodded.

"You serious? I only heard rumors, but I never knew it happened for real!" Rainbow admitted.

"No way," Zane widen his eyes.

"I had no idea their Gyms where needed four badges to challenge it!" Applejack admitted. Sunset and Rainbow noticed that both Clemont and Bonnie getting even more nervous!

"Well since that's the case here... Why don't we get out of Lumiose City?" Clemont suggested.

"Let's go!" Bonnie called then the two started to push the others.

"But, I've been looking forward to exploring!" Rarity complained.

"Hold on a tick," Applejack protested. "But, we've just got here!"

"We can do that stuff next time!" Bonnie exclaimed.

Before anyone else could make one step, there was a man's voice who let out a chuckle.

"Well if it isn't Clemont, Bonnie!" The man chuckled.

The siblings shook up, before seeing a man behind riding a scooter with an Ampharos.

"Dad! Ampharous!" Clemont and Bonnie called out. The left Ash, Serena, Jaden, Sunset, Twilight, Rainbow. Applejack and Zane being bewildered.

"Huh? Dad?" The others repeated.

Clemont cleared his throat, before beginning the introduction. "Uh, let me introduce you.." Clemont but allowed his sister to explain.

"I want you to meet our daddy!" Bonnie explained.

"The siblings' father chucked waving to the group, "I'm Meyer. I run an electronic shop in the city here along with Ampharos!" Meyer explained while Ampharous chirped in happily.

"You and Amphaos, cool!" Ash commented.

"And these guys are brand new super nice friends!"

"Pleasure to meet all of you!" Meyer exclaimed then turned to Clemont. "Now, you listen to me, son. You should come to the house once in a while!"

"But, Dad... You see," Clemont started to explain.

"What is there some reason you haven't been coming in a while?" Meyer asked.

"Well... We've got some things to do! So, bye for now!" Bonnie quickly called as she laughed nervously.

"Wait, Clemont..." Meyer called causing the two to stop to hear their dad. "I have told you this before. It's true you need to be tough on challengers, but that alone isn't going to make them better trainers! You need the Gym Leader the Lumiose Gym can be proud of!"

Those words left Ash and the others specify Rainbow and Sunset asked each other.

"Lumiose Gym?" Rainbow wondered.

"Gym Leader?" Sunset wondered as well.

"Well best be going, see you soon! As come by the shop once in a while!" Meyer called as he Ampharous drove away. As he was gone, Clemont and Bonnie turned nervously only Ash, Serena, Zane, Rainbow, Twilight, Jaden, Applejack, Rarity, and Sunset to all glare at them.

"Alright! What's this all about!?" Ash snapped.

"Well, the thing is..." Clemont trying to explain.

"You might want to start by telling the truth," Applejack said.

Clemont sighed agreeing with the farmer. At a nearby fountain, Clemont began to reveal his true identity.

"The truth is I'm really am the Lumsoise Gym Leader," Clemont explained.

"Why didn't you just us?" Rarity asked.

"The thing is was planning to tell you eventually...It's a long story."

Clemont told them that a built robot name Clembot take can take on his responsibilities so he can more time but with Clemont being Clemont, he unknowingly set the voice code and caused Clembot to kick them out.

"And that's what happened," Clemont concluded.

"So now can get back into your own gym?" Sunset asked.

"I keep on trying but Clembot won't let anybody in without four gym badges and he's always out there on the battlefield."

Clemont sighs as he looks down. At that moment Twilight gave a smile.

"Hey. Why don't we go back there and see what we can do?" Twilight suggested.

"Yeah!" Ash, Zane, Rarity, and Fluttershy agreed along.

"It's better than doing nothing? Isn't it?" Applejack asked.

"Sure," Clemont replied.

So, the group headed toward the Gym, where they saw three boys grumbling about something. Clemont asked to see what was wrong. The boys explained in an angry tone about the Lumiose Gym Leader how their opponent was Clembot and after he won, he zapped one of them and was thrown out of there. causing them to leave never to challenge the Gym again."

"Be tough alone, won't help Trainers get better," Clemont sighed.

"Now I see what daddy was talking about!" Bonnie replied sadly and Dedenne did the same.

"What will you do?" Jaden asked Clemont.

Clemont began to think until Ash spoke up. "We know what to do! We'll just stop that crazy robot!" He exclaimed.

"What he said." Rainbow grinned as she nodded.

"That would make things easier for the challengers and for you, wouldn't it?" Sunset asked.

"But how?" Fluttershy asked.

"We can't do anything with the voice code." Bonne shrieked.

"Now, Clemont try to relax and think carefully!" Rarity assured.

"Even if I remember it, I would still have to defeat in battle!" Clemont protested then Sunset stepped up,

"But you won't know unless you try!" Sunset reminded.

"No way!" Clemont shot back at her. "Clembot will have all my Pokémon battle partners to battle with! I can't win with my inexperienced Bunnelby!" Clemont refused to believe it.

Applejack's face darkened as she gritted her teeth. "Clemont. Look up at us for a second." Applejack asked darkly. Startled by the tone. Clemont got up, only to see a fist coming at him.

THWACK!

Clemont flinched as he fell to the ground by Applejack's punch.

"Applejack!?" Rarity gasped.

Ash, Rainbow, Twilight, Jaden, and Pikachu were speechless of what she did. Bonnie, Sunset, Serena, Zane, and Fluttershy shrieked in surprise. Rotom hid behind Fluttershy and Dedenne hid in her bag. Applejack grabbed him by the collar and pulled him by force.

"So, you're going to give up? That's what only a pathic coward would do and that's coward is you if you don't believe in your current Pokémon right now! Sure, Bunnelby may be inexperienced, but win or lose, it won't matter! You could at least give your best shot!" Applejack snapped at him.

Everyone around her was startled at what happened, as Clemont stayed speechless and shocked. Ash smiled and nodded to Applejack's words.

"I don't know much about robots but you made Clemont...maybe you'll come to understand each other in battle!" Ash added.

"PIka!"

Applejack released him as he thought about it.

"Battling Clembot... to understand each other," Clemont repeated.

"Clemont, why did you become a Gym Leader in the first place?"

"I'll do it!" Bonnie said. "In Lumiose City, my big brother is the Boy Genius of Electric Types!"

"I wanted to be an Electric-type Trainer no one has ever seen! So, I became the Lumiose Gym leader! By using Electric Pokémon challengers would have to plan their strategies accordingly. I figured if I could win, despite the competition it would help me grow as an Electric-type trainer!" Clemont explained.

"All the more reason why you need to get your gym back!" Rarity declared.

"Huh?" Clemont looked at her with a puzzled looked.

"She's right," Fluttershy called softy. "Taking back this Gym will help you grow stronger! And we'll help you out!"

"Your right! Let's go see Clemon!" Clemont declared,

"Right!" Everyone else agree then Bonnie tugged her brother's shoulder.

"Hey, Clemont? Isn't awesome that Ash, Serena, and the others are here?" Bonnie asked.

"Yeah!"

Around Prism Tower, Clemont showed the others another way in.

"If we can get to the battlefield, we might be recognized as challengers!" Clemont called as they used the secret entrance. Once they got inside Sunset called out Riolu from his Pokéball.

"Riolu, use Rock Smash!" Sunset called.

Riolu smashed the air vent entrance, allowing the others to go in.

"Okay, follow me!" Clemont said.

As everyone got out of the vent, they were closer to the battlefield.

"We don't have much farther to get to the battlefield," Clemont said.

But before anyone can move a Maganmite approached them!

"That's my Pokémon!" Clemont claimed as he walk over to it. "Hey, Maganmite! It's me!"

At first, Maganmite grew happy, but then it got angry a used Thundershock! The group yelled in surprise as they all ran to dodge the attack.

"Come on, Magnmite! Stop!" Clemont pleaded but it was useless.

"Why is it attacking us?" Rainbow exclaimed. "It's your Pokémon, isn't it?"

"Yeah!" Clemont said while running. "But because Clembot is the Gym Leader, I guess it would've ordered Maganmite to stop all intruders!"

"That's awful!" Rarity said.

"No wonder!" Zane exclaimed. "Mind if I battle it?"

"We have no choice," Clemont answered back.

"Good! Come on out, Seviper, and use Flamethrower!" Zane threw his Pokéball.

Seviper appeared and scorched Magamite with an intense blast of fire casusing Maganmite to be dazed.

"Nice!" Zane praised Seviper.

"Uh oh! A Mangton!" Rarity shouted.

"Yeah, that Pokémon is mine!"

Magneton shot a Metal Sound attack. Everyone covered their ears for this.

"Fennekin! Help us out with Ember!" Serena called.

"Corsola, Come out and use Power Gem!" Twilight did the same.

Corsola and Fennekin shot their attacks only for Magneton to spilt itself up to dodge it!"

"It dodges it!" Serena gasped.

Magneton prepare to use Thunderbolt!

"Swellow quick, use Hyper Beam!" Rainbow called for her partner. Swellow attacks Magneton with a powerful beam knocking it out!"

"Thanks, Rainbow!" Serena thanks her.

Later, everyone got out of the maze. heading into the battlefield.

"Somehow we made it..." Clemont sighed then a light flashed on a familiar figure.

Everyone turned to see Clemont's Gym Leader robot, Clembot. "Welcome to the Lumiose Gym." Clembot buzzed.

"Clembot! It's you!" Clemont gasped.

After seeing his creation Clemont took a deep breath and called his robot.

"Now Clembot! Active master recognition battle mode!"

"First, voice code needed for approval!." Clembot explained.

Clembot thought it over trying to remember.

"Do it, Clemont!" Bonnie called while holding onto Serena.

"Aren't there any clues on your robot that make it easier for you to remember?" Rarity asked.

That ticked thought off as he remember when Clembot hit his head he last tripped, causing some damage. "Ah! The voice is 'You can start today! I'm Clemont the Gym Leader'!" Clemont answered.

"Code recognized. Battle Mode activated!" Clembot replied.

"Aright!" Clemont exclaimed.

"Way to go!" Jaden congratulated,

With that Ash and the others went to the sidelines to watch the battle.

"Bunnebly, let's go!" Clemont called.

Bunnebly appeared and was ready for battle.

Clembot eyes flashed before making his decision. "I will use this Pokémon!"

He shot a Pokéball from his arm and Heilolisk appeared and greeted Clemont.

"Heilolisk?" Rarity asked, taking out her Pokédex.

"That must be one of Clemont's Pokémon," Zane guessed.

Heilioisk, the Generator Pokémon and evolved of Helioptile. Heliolisk produces enough electricity to power a large building and recharges by spearing its frills. Rarity's Pokédex buzzed.

Clemont adjusted his glasses as he got ready. "My reputation as a Gym Leader is resting on this battle, Heliolisk, give it you're all!"

The Generator Pokémon nodded and readied for battle.

Clemobot vs Clemont 1v1

Heilolisk, Thunderbolt!

Heilolisk shot a Thunderbolt at Bunnebly.

"Just like what I programmed to! Bunnebly use your ears to defend!"

Bunnebly created a cloud of dust to stopped the Thunderbolt causing it to explode, as the sidelines braced themselves.

"My word!" Rarity exclaimed.

"Impressive," Sunset and Serena were amazed.

"Clemont did that back when I battled him!" Ash stated as the dust cleared,

"Now Double Slap!"

"Dragon Tail!"

Both Pokémon charged at each other but Bunnebly blocked it and struck back sending Heliosk to the ground.

"Dig!"

Bunnebly went underground preparing for a surprise attack.

"Use Bulldoze!

Clemont gasped as Heilolisk stomped on the ground causing Bunnebly to pop up.

"I never taught Heilolisk to use that move."

"Clembot must have taught Heilolsik on its own," Twilight exclaimed.

"What!?" Zane exclaimed.

"Dragon Tail!"

Heilolisk bounce back and slammed Bunnebly with Dragon Tail.

"Bunnebly, are okay?"

"Bunne!"

Having Heilolisk using Bulldoze caught off guard! But the same thing will happen for them!

"Now, use Double Team!"

Bunnebly made copies of itself masking Heilolisk confused on which to attack.

"Heilolisk is just standing there!" Jaden stated.

"Please work," Fluttershy hoped as Rainbow widened her eyes as Clemont called out the next move.

"Bunnebly, Mud Shot!"

Rainbow stood up and called to her friend.

"Call it off! You're being set up!" Rainbow yelled.

And Rainbow was right has Clembot had another trick his metal sleeve.

"Paraboilc Charge!

Heliolisk opens its frills, and creates a shock discharge, shocking Bunnebly!

"What kind of move is that!?" Twilight asked.

"Parabolic Charge attacks all opponents in the area while restoring stamina at the same time," Zane pointed out.

But Bunnebly was okay in the aftermath.

"Use Thunderbolt!"

Once again, Heliolsik used Thunderbolt and fire at Bunnerbly!"

"Come Clemont! You have to win this!" Bonnie yelled in desperation.

"Now, Bunnebly use Dig!"

Bunnebly counterattacked by using Dig but Clembot was prepared.

"Use Bulldoze!"

"The same thing is happening all over again!" Serena exclaimed.

"It's all finished now!" Bonnie pulled her hair.

"Not it's not!" Rainbow glared at the two girls. "It's not over til it's over!"

"Rainbow's right!" Twilight agreed with her. "Gym Leader Battling #5 states no Gym Leader never fall for the same tactic! Clemont you can do this!"

"Don't give up until the end!" Ash shouted.

Clemont replied with a nod.

"Right! If there's one thing I learn from Ash, Rainbow, and Applejack, it's to think outside the box and not give up! Bunnebly use Double Team while underground!"

Heilolisk used Bulldoze but this time clones of Bunnebly appeared and surrounded it.

"Dig!"

"Use Paraboiic Charge!"

The same thing happen before only this time Bunnebly was nowhere to be found.

"What happened?" Applejack asked. "All of them disappeared."

"Poor Bunnebly," Bonnie replied sadly Just as Riolu and Pikachu tapped both Sunset and Ash's shoulder as both of them looked on the battlefield.

"Yeah!" Ash exclaimed.

"Looks they fell for it," Sunset smiled.

Bunnebly was still underground, as it smashed Heliolisk into the air!

"Error! Error!"

"Let's finish this up! Bunnebly Mud Shot!"

As Heliolisk was falling, Bunnebly was airborne and scored a direct hit. The Electric fell before fainting.

"Pika!"

"Rio!"

"Look like it's all over!" Twilight exclaimed.

"Bunnbley wins!" Fluttershy said.

"Clemont was so great!" Bonnie giggled.

"Oh, Heliolisk, are you okay?!" Clemont asked his Pokémon.

"Lisk!"

"Thank goodness!" Clemont sighed in relief the Clembot walked up.

"I recognize you now, sir. Welcome back to the Lumsiose Gym." Clembot replied.

"I'm to back Clembot," Clemont said. "Because of my faulty programming, I realize that I made a lot of trouble for you, too... I'm sorry." Then the robot only shakes its head. "I think I'll work on reprogramming you right now!"

Clemon began to reprogram his robot. As everyone watched, Clemont told the robot the basic rules of a Pokémon Gym Leader, One; being modest to all trainers, Two; Be kind, but at the same time be tough on them and give constructive advice after the battle, and three; Help trainers to grow their skills!.

"I've learned so much from all of you!" Clemont said looking at his robot and friends. "And I want to keep on learning right Clembot?"

[b"Well put, sir." Clembot replied.

"Now I feel a little embarrassed," Clemont chuckled.

"Hey, I want to keep learning, too!" Ash exclaimed, putting his arm over both Clemont and Applejack.

"Me too!" Bonnie added running over to her friends and her older brother.

"Clembot, we're friends, I suppose?" Applejack asked.

"Yes, Applejack. We're friends now." Clembot buzzed.

"Me too," Serena said.

Later...

"What!? Your robot kicked you out of your own Gym!?" Meyer yelled as the siblings explained what happened.

"Daddy, wait until you hear the end of the story!" Bonnie reminded.

"Everything's fine now! It's okay to leave it to Clembot to be the Gym Leader!" Clemont assured.

"Well, I sure hope you're right...So does that mean you'll be coming to visit by the house more often?" Meyer asked.

"Well..." Clemont sttuerted a bit.

"Just tell him Clemont!" Bonnie shrieked.

"The thing is... I'm... I'm going on a journey! Since I've met Ash and the others. I have been gaining more courage whenever I travel around them!" Clemont explained.

"Coruage, huh?" Meyer asked.

"That's right!" Clemont said more. "I've been afraid to try out new things, but now I feel complerty different!"

"Wow, " Ash was amazed.

"I experienced a lot of things! I know that doesn't mean anything but it is to me! Even Ash and Sunset make it to the Kalos League, it's really important that I travel with them!"

"Daddy, I want to go with Ash, Clemont, and my friends, too!" Bonnie added making Meyer think a little.

"I'll take of Bonnie! I promise!" Serena promised.

"They'll be safe in our hands," Rarity and Applejack pleaded.

"We all promise!" Everyone joined.

With the words of promises, Meyer began to shake a little. "I'm just so.., just so... so proud of my kids!"

He held Clemont and Bonnie with a smile.

"The most important thing is to have real friends! And I'm not worried! You have my permission!"

"Thanks so much, Dad!" Clemont thanked.

"I love you, Daddy!" Bonnie exclaimed.

"I love you, too!" Meyer replied. "Alright! So, for now, it's time to celebrate Clemont and Bonnie's new journey!"

Everyone cheered and celebrated, later it was nighttime as Serena, Bonnie, and the girls slept in Bonnie's and the guys slept in Clemont's room.

"Hey, Ash. Are you sorry that you weren't able to challenge the Gym?" Clemont asked.

"Yeah, but back then, you decided that the challenges should be strong enough to earn four Gym badges, right?"

"Yeah," Clemont agreed.

"I that's what I'll do, I'll get four Gym Badges just like you wanted but I want the battle to be against you!"

"Deal! I'll get stronger and give you a battle that you'll never forget!" Clemont said feeling determined.

"That sounds great to me!" Ash agreed.

Next time our favorite group of villains is back in action and a certain party girl joins the group and will be explosive.
