Ch.25 in the woods part 2

" Marvil?" A scared Rainbow asked. His eyes were back to normal and he was throwing up blood. " Are you okay?" She took a step toward him, trying to see if he was okay. Marvil shrank back, looking scared, it was almost like he didn't want him to touch her. " Marvil?" She asked confused. Then her pain hit her again. Groaning, she fell, Marvil catching her and looking her over to see if he hurt her. " Dash?" He said, he looked her over and chuckled, she was asleep.....

I looked Dash over, seeing if I had hurt her at all. Not a fucking scartch.... I thought as I put her in my arms, gods! She felt like she weighted 300 pounds! It was because I used the pure rage, it makes me use about 10 times more energy than I usually use. Exhasted, I carried Dash towards ponyville, still confused about what happened....

Night....

Rainbow woke up to the crackle of fire. her estrus was almost over for her and she could use her wings again. He looked up at an exhasted Marvil. His eyes were shrunken in his skull and he looked a lot thinner. " Are you okay Marvil?" She asked, flying towards him. He looked at her and smiled, throwing more wood in the fire." I'm fine, this is just what happens when I do that." Dash remembered what happened eariler that day and shivered.

" Marvil how did you do that and how did you get out of that?" She asked. Marvil got a far off look in his eyes. " You got me out of it Dash, and I have no fucking idea how you did it, there's only one person that's able to do that when Reasuians get like that and mine died years ago." Rainbow looked at the sad Marvil, confused. " Who and the hay was that?" She asked. Marvil looked like he didn't hear her and started a story.

"  You know Dash, before I came here I had a wife a long time ago." Marvil started. " Her name was Pthea. You see, Reasuian men and women both go through warrior training, for the women its because we think that strong women breed strong son's. And the strongest of them was Pthea." Rainbow had no idea why he was telling her this but she stayed quiet, this seemed important. " You see the first time I met her when I was 7. We got into a fight and she kicked my arse." Marvil chuckled, recalling the memory. " She beat me so bad I was in the hospitial for 3 days, you can guess that after that we became the best of friends."

" For 5 years we did everything together. We eat, trained, and played together. Then thought, when we finished our training she got angry at me for some reason. Whenever I got close to her she would yell at me and leave the room. Then one night I followed her to see what was wrong. she started to yell at me, calling the dumbest person in the world and worse things."

" Then she did something I didn't expect, she grabbed me by both of my shoulders and kissed me. I think the words that I said were kjnvwwtbwkb." Marvil chuckled, Dash laughed with him. " When I asked her why she did it she looked me in the eye and said, " Marvil, you jackass, I love you. Since your too dumb to notice it I got tired of waiting and figured I'd tell you. Hell, there's even a bet between the men that you would never figure it out."

Dash was really laughing now That does seem like Marvil she thought as he continued the story." 3 months later we were married, everyone in my unit laughing at me. I guess everyone knew about her loving me but me. Anyway she gave me some of the happiest years of my life." There were tears in his eyes. " 3 years later she and my 3 sons died if sickness." Rainbow gasped while he continued, looking at her. " You, Dash, are her in pony form. Feirce, loyal, and a all around good person."

Marvil yawned and closed his eyes. " Rainbow..... the reason why I got out of the pure Rage because it only happens when you meet the one your suppose to be with forever.....My first one was Pthea...... Now it's you......" " Marvil?" Dash asked, poking Marvil in the chest. Marvil snored, making her laugh. " You must be really tired." She said, putting her head on his lap. " Good night Marvil.".....

Morning.....

" Look we're here Dash!" I told her. We were on the out skirts of ponyville. Against all odds we had made it out here. Neither of us had said anything about what happened last night, we both were to happy to almost be home . As soon as I got some sleep and food and she got that leg fixed we were going to have a long talk. I wounder how the others are doing.... I thought as I heard a growl from behind us. Pushing Dash away and drawing my knife I got the whole way around before a manticore put its tail through me, going all the way through my chest. Usually I would of avoided it but I was starved and I hadn't slept in 2 days. " FUCK!" I moaned.

" NOOOOO!" Rainbow as the monster pulled its tail out and aimed it at me again. Losing blood and dieing I got up and stuck the knife into it's eye killing it. I fell with the monster. Rainbow ran over to me crying. " NONONONO Marvil stay with me, you're going to be alright!" I smiled, coughing blood. I knew what a mortal wound looked like and I had one. " Dash.....take care of Scoots.......for me" I told her weakly.

She shook her head, tears streaming from her eyes. " NO! Your going to be-" She started sobbing. I smiled and put my hand on her cheek, leaving a bloody hand print. Have a happy life Dashie."  I told her, fading fast, I didn't have much time left. I was never going to see Scoots grow up. Damn Spell and Stone were going to be bumbed. Hopefully they all wouldn't too sad at my funerial. I looked into Dash's eyes " Rainbow..... go ......find a.......nice......stallion" I said as the darkness took me.....

" Marvil?"

"MARVIL!"..............
