"And start!" Nappa finished repairing his Gravity Chamber. It was now functional after four hours of trying to make it start. "What should I start on? Let's say two times the gravity of Planet Vegeta!" Nappa input the numbers and fell flat on his face. Nappa had a list ready, here is the list.

Two hundred sets of sit-ups.

Two hundred sets of push-ups

Two hundred sets of hand standing finger push-ups

Two hundred sets of jumping jacks

Two hundred sets of squats

Two hundred laps around the room

Two hundred lunges.

When he was done with all of this he does it again, rinse and repeat, over and over again. Nappa curses at himself for coming up with this workout plan. Nappa turned over on his back and started counting.

"One, two, three..."

Five hours later in Golden Oaks Library

Twilight was pacing in the library.

"Why isn't he back yet? It's been five hours, one minute and thirty-eight seconds and counting." Twilight was frantic at this point, Spike sat there witnessing it all.

"Maybe he forgot?" Spike suggested, he was reading a book he found interesting.

"Forgot? How can you forget something so... So... Ugh! I'm getting him." Twilight walked out of the library Spike quickly followed him. The ship was right next door they hopped in the hatch and went to the training door. There was a note there, it read this;

"Do not enter!"

"One hundred and ninety-eight, one hundred and ninety-nine, two hundred lunges, now to start all over..." Nappa groaned, he sounded like he was having a hard time. Twilight opened the door and the gravity chamber turned off, Nappa snapped his head towards the door and saw Twilight and Spike.

"Have you been repeating your work out session for five hours?" Spike asked, Nappa, nodded, and fell on his knees. Twilight shook her head.

"You can't do that for five hours. It's unhealthy." Nappa got up on his feet.

"I don't care, I want to get stronger so can you please kindly go fuck off" Nappa shoved them out the room and locked them outside.

"Nappa don't do this!" Nappa ignored them as he turns it back on. So far he repeated the process thirty times and he was going to do another thirty more. Nappa started again.

Nappa added another work out to his list

Two hundred sets of sit-ups.

Two hundred sets of push-ups

Two hundred sets of hand standing finger push-ups

Turn off two hundred robots without getting touched

"There, now let's do this!"

Later...

Nappa narrowly dodged a laser that shot out of the robot's eye. Nappa was cornered, but he was somehow dodging them. One by one he turned them off, Nappa closed in on the last ten. He let out a furious bellow that could be heard all over Ponyville. He dashed at them and turned one-off. A robot shot a laser at him Nappa jumped in the and a pressed the turn off button on the robot that shot the laser at him. The other robots shoot their lasers at Nappa at the same time, Nappa shot a Ki blast and boosted himself out of the blast range. Nappa ran at the remainder and almost instantly he turned all them off, disappearing and reappearing too fast for them to register. Nappa fell on his knees. Just one round of that made him so tired he can't get up. Nappa fell flat on his face he couldn't move, he couldn't get up, he couldn't do anything!

"Damn... Why am I so weak?" Nappa struggled to get up, he turned off the gravity chamber and got out of there. Nappa jumped out of the ship and walked inside the library.

"Finally got inside huh?" Twilight looked smug, "Was it too "unhealthy" for you?" Nappa didn't have the energy to be angry. As he flopped on his bed/air mattress, he put his blanket over his head.

"Good night" Nappa grumbled.

"Good night, don't let the bed bugs bite" Twilight giggled, Spike was already in bed. Nappa closes his eyes he slowly went into a deep sleep...

Dream

Death, that was all that was around him. It was dark, darker than any dark he had seen before. He was on his back then, he was on his feet in an instant checking his surroundings. He looked down, bodies, a huge pile of them, every living being he killed he was standing on like it was a pedestal for first place.

"No..." Nappa's breath was unsteady, he was shaky. He felt so sick, he was suddenly grabbed by one of the bodies, multiple bodies were pulling him down despite Nappa's struggle, Nappa attempts to shoot a Ki blast but nothing came out.

"What?!" Nappa was almost fully submerged in the bodies. "Damn it!" Then suddenly a rift appeared from the dark sky. A blue Alicorn had appeared out of nowhere. The Alicorn blasted the bodies vanquishing his Nightmare. He now found himself in a peaceful Ponyville sunshine and rainbows boomed from far and wide.

"Who the hell was that?" Nappa asked himself, he then he got an answer.

"Our name is Princess Luna, Princess of the Night. Thou... Had a dark past haven't thee?" Nappa turned to the Alicorn, Nappa sighed deeply.

"Yep, I committed genocide on a mass scale. I... I changed my ways. I'm a different man now and I don't want my friends here to find out. Because I'm worried I might lose them." Nappa suddenly had coffee... In his dream. "I forgot I could Lucid Dream," Nappa said to himself taking a sip.

"We understand, we will, unfortunately, have to tell this to my sister but we promise we will make sure our sister doesn't do anything intense." Nappa looked confused.

"Is Princess Celestia your sister?" Nappa asked, Princess Luna, nodded.

"We must be leaving now, farewell." Luna disappears... Nappa stood there, with a smile on his face.

"What does she mean by "we"?" Nappa asked himself.

Nappa was awake now, he had started his day with coffee, and he is now searching for an alternative way of training. Nappa was reading a book about monsters and creatures.

"The Everfree Forest is a place with the most dangerous monsters out there, Dragons, Ursa Majors, and Cragadiles, they just won't end. The first danger is creature comes in packs. You guessed it, the Timberwolf"

Timberwolves

"Timberwolves are the most common monsters in the Everfree Forest. Their bodies are comprised of twigs, logs, and leaves. When together they are dangerous, in a pack the most dangerous is the Alpha, the Alpha is the biggest out of all of them. They command the pack and if you come across one, you should run if you beat all of the Timberwolves except the Alpha, the Alpha will make all of their sticks come together with it to form a super Timberwolf. Which depending on how large the pack is can grow up to seven or eight feet"

"Interesting... What about this one?" Nappa flipped pages to see the Cragadile.

Cragadile

"As the name suggests, the Cragadile mostly resembles that of a crocodile, but its hide is covered in rocks. The Cragadile is one of the top five most dangerous creatures in the Everfree forest, standing at number four. The Cragadile's main source of attack is bashing its tail at its opponents. The Cragadile's jaw is ten times stronger than a regular crocodile's jaw. If you come across this one, it is almost certain doom."

"Cool, cool..." Nappa flipped to the Hydra.

Hydra

"The Hydra is the hardest to kill monster known to pony kind, the Hydra's main source of attack his headbutting if the Hydra is arguing with its other heads they cannot survive, for they need to work together to live. If you see a Hydra with a strong bond you are going to die. Every time you cut off its head it will regrow and make another one. So please, do. Not. Cut off their heads.

"Uh, huh" Nappa was going to cut off its head.

Dragon

"Dragons are the most deadly beasts in the Everfree Forest, but not unstoppable, that is why it is the second strongest in the Everfree Forest. Dragon's often lurk in caves or mountains, if you touch a Dragon's hoard, you're dead. If you see gems in a cave that is not mined, run the other way, because there is a likely chance that the gems there is a Dragon's hoard. Dragons have hard scales so it's hard to hurt them, depending on their strength their fire my change. Green is the weakest, Orange is for the standard dragons, Red is for dragon's with immense strength, Blue is for royal dragons, and Purple is for legendary dragons that lived for several thousand years. So far there had only been one recording of a Purple Flame wielding dragon."

"Dragon eh?" Nappa flipped through the final one, his eyes opened wide.

Ursa Major

"The Ursa Major is the biggest monster in the Everfree Forest, they're so large that Dragon's look like midgets compared to them. The Ursa Major takes care of it's Ursa MInor with great care, and if you anger it or hurt its baby. It will kill you slow and painfully. Don't go seeking out this monster unless you want to end up dead."

"Alright then, time to go out and train." Nappa closed the book and put it back in place. He turned around and saw Twilight frowning at him.

"Where do you think you're going?" Twilight's frown did not falter, Nappa quickly came up with an excuse.

"Uh... To help the crusaders get their cutie mark? Why do you ask?" Nappa was a great liar, he stood calm and collected.

"Okay then, go on." Twilight saw Nappa walk out the door. Twilight wrote into a scroll.

Nappa searched the woods for the Timberwolves, Nappa then hid behind a bush. He looked over the bush and there was a pack of fifteen just waiting to be attacked. Nappa smirked and hopped over the bush, the Timberwolves were on alert, the Alpha Timberwolf had its eyes on Nappa. The Timberwolves ran at Nappa, Nappa dodged a bite from one Timberwolf. Nappa counter attacked it and kicked it instantly dismantling it into sticks. But the loss of one Timberwolf did not make the Timberwolves resolve waver as an attack upon attack Nappa dodged and punched, kicked, elbowed, headbutted, all of them were now sticks. The Alpha howled and the sticks flew towards the Alpha, you should've seen it, it was like 'Voltron'! The Alpha stood at thirty feet tall, Nappa ran at the Timberwolf and gave it a kick. The Alpha stumbled back but then slapped Nappa in the gut with its tail. Nappa was sent hurling into several trees but then came to a stop. The Alpha threw a tree at Nappa who shot a Ki blast at it destroying the tree, debris fell from the sky. The Alpha leaped and tried to stomp on Nappa, Nappa rolled out of the way, the Alpha tried to stomp on Nappa time and time again. Nappa jumped up and uppercuts the Alpha in the jaw, the Alpha fell on it's back. Nappa kicked the Alpha's chest with both of his feet, the Alpha yelped in agony. Nappa started to unleash a flurry of punches onto the Alpha's chest, Nappa finished the Timberwolf off with a Double Sunday blasting it to pieces.

"Alpha Timberwolf down, next up Cragadile."

Nappa walked across the swamp area of the Everfree Forest, it smelled horrible there. Nappa saw a log going across the water, Nappa walked across it. Nappa looked behind him, the log was actually a Cragadile.

"Crap baskets." Nappa blurted aloud. The Cragadile slammed its rocky tail into Nappa's skull, needless to say, Nappa crashed into the water. Nappa opened his eyes and looked around hurriedly trying to spot the oversized crocodile. He didn't have to look too much as the Cragadile rammed itself into Nappa, Nappa was thrown back into a rock. Nappa tried to swim towards the surface but the Cragadile slammed its tail down at Nappa making Nappa go deeper into the water. The Cragadile attacked Nappa furiously, hit after hit Nappa was losing air. Nappa needed to get to the surface fast! The Cragadile tried to chomp on Nappa but Nappa had other plans when he shot Ki out of his hands to thrust him into the air. Nappa now out of water fell down onto the ground and caught his breath. Nappa looked up and saw the Cragadile in the water.

"My turn!" Nappa ran at the Cragadile, the Cragadile leaped out of the water to try and crush Nappa with its body. Nappa flew at the Cragadile, his right fist crackled with red electricity.

"Arm Crash!" Nappa punched the Cragadile and the Cragadile fell into the water. Nappa was greedy and went for more, forgetting that the Cragadile had the home-field advantage. Nappa punched the Cragadile in its snout, the Cragadile slapped Nappa aside with its tail. The Cragadile tried to bite Nappa, Nappa was in the Cragadile's mouth trying to not get crushed in its jaw. Nappa was trapped! The Cragadile swam towards a rock wall, Nappa saw this and narrowly avoided being hit. The Cragadile wasn't so lucky as its teeth hit the wall Nappa went under the Cragadile and superman punched the Cragadile so hard it was blown out the water and hit it's back on land. Nappa flew out the water and into the air, the Cragadile was down for the count. Nappa then blasted off to find the Hydra.

Nappa found his Hydra, the Hydra stood tall and above Nappa. It was fifty feet tall, Nappa flew at the Hydra and cocked his fist back. The Hydra was punched in the gut, the Hydra skid back and growled. The Hydra tried to headbutt Nappa with its four heads. Nappa dodged the attacks with ease, Nappa covered his hand with Ki and made a Ki blade. Nappa in one fell swoop decapitated the Hydra's heads. Nappa saw the heads fall right in front of him. The heads regrew and the Hydra now had eight heads. The Hydra tried to slap Nappa with its tail, Nappa learned from the fight with the Cragadile and jumped in the air and dodged it. The Hydra heads shot at Nappa furiously tried to inflict any sort of damage on him. Nappa evaded the attacks and got cocky, he yawned at the Hydra taunting it. The Hydra roared as it tried to headbutt Nappa only for its head to be cut off. Sixteen heads were now attacking Nappa as soon as they regrew. Nappa punched one head and the other, Nappa was dodging, and cutting off heads not knowing what problem he was creating. Nappa looked at what he made, fifty-eight Hydra heads.

"Son of a bitch." Nappa was thrown around like a ragdoll, the heads were bashing Nappa all over. Nappa retaliated by punching them, he managed to knock one unconscious but there were just so many! Nappa flew into the air to get out of its reach the Hydra jumped in the air and shot its heads at Nappa. Nappa was assaulted by onslaughts of heads, Nappa was then kicked into the Earth making a little crater. Nappa was about to get body-slammed but Nappa shot a full-powered energy blast at their stomach, it knocked the Hydra out of the sky and into the earth. Nappa shot Ki blast upon Ki blast at the Hydra. The Hydra got up and tried to maneuver itself out of the firing range but it was all for nothing when Nappa rammed himself into the Hydra's gut. The Hydra fell and Nappa grabbed its tail, he spun faster and faster and faster, then everything went still, absolutely still when Nappa threw the Hydra out of the Everfree Forest. The Hydra got up.

"Damn, they weren't kidding on how hard you are to kill, but thankfully" Nappa smiled, "I know a way to kill you." Nappa closed his fingers except for his middle and index finger. He then lifts those fingers and the ground beneath the Hydra exploded killing it instantly.

"Another one bites the dust. Now to find a dragon..." Nappa flicked sweat off his forehead.

Meanwhile in Ponyville

"Did you see that explosion?"

"It was awfully big, it looked like it was coming from the Everfree Forest"

"Anything can happen in there."

"What in the name of Princess Celestia was that?" Applejack looked at the Everfree Forest, Twilight and company looked at it as well. Twilight face-hoofed

"Please don't tell me he went into the Everfree Forest..." Twilight grumbled.

"He went into the Everfree Forest." Spike looked into the Everfree Forest.

"Ugh, let's get him, Spike, stay in the library in case he comes back." Twilight trotted into the forest, Spike saluted as the others follow.

Back to Nappa, who is in a cave

Nappa looked at the hoard and kicked it. A green dragon, larger than any lizard he had ever seen. The green dragon was known as Gostir, Nappa got into his fighting stance.

"You looking for a fight? Well then, die." The end of Gostir's tail suddenly had spikes on it. He tried to slam it on Nappa, Nappa dodged it and ran up his tail and punched Gostir in the face. Gostir face hit the ground from the force of Nappa's punch, Gostir shot fire at Nappa, it was orange. Nappa hit the ceiling of the cave, Nappa fell down in a pile of gems. Nappa flew at Gostir who tried to punch Nappa, Nappa kicked Gostir's fist back at him. Gostir fell down, Nappa shot a flurry of Ki blasts at Gostir's stomach, Gostir was hardly hurt and slapped Nappa with the pointy end of his tail. Nappa's leg was cut and he was sent hurling into piles of gems. Nappa got up and flew at Gostir who shot a fireball at Nappa, Nappa dodged it and kicked Gostir's face. Nappa then shot a Double Sunday into his eyes, Gostir roared in pain as he fell on his hindquarters. Nappa then punched, kicked Gostir in his face several times, and finished off with a Genocide Shell to the neck. Gostir was pushed in the back, and Nappa charged up a blast but was blasted out of the sky by a fireball. Nappa was on his back, Gostir slapped Nappa into the cave wall, shaking the cave. Nappa fell down from the wall and onto his chest, Nappa struggled to get up. Nappa charged up, his Ki exploded! Gems started to fly away from Nappa, Nappa flew at Gostir and punched his gut. Nappa flew up and kicked his chin and shot a Ki blast at him.

"Screw this, DIE!!!!!" Gostir shot his fire at Nappa, Nappa popped his knuckles and shot a Ki blast from his mouth. There was a beam struggle, Ki vs. Fire. Nappa poured all of his Ki into this attack, the beam struggle caused an explosion. Rocks fell from the roof, Nappa looked at Gostir and flew the hell out of there.

"Bye, bitch!" Gostir was crushed and Nappa looked around for another Cave. Nappa flew around in search of a cave but saw Rainbow Dash next to him.

"Yo, how is it going? Excuse me Gay Pony I need to find an Ursa Major." Nappa looked up and down and side to side to spot a cave.

"Why are you searching for an Ursa Major?" Rainbow Dash demanded, Nappa rolled his eyes.

"To fight it, dummy, what else?" Rainbow Dash laughed at Nappa hysterically.

"Y-you? Beat an Ursa Major? Don't make me laugh!" Nappa frowned at the laughing Rainbow Dash.

"Watch me." Nappa blasted into a cave, Rainbow held Nappa back.

"No! Don't you dare, If you go there I'm getting Twilight." Nappa stopped and flew down to the ground and marched to turned on his scouter to locate the Mane Six, he saw them. Twilight scolds him, Nappa shows her his middle finger and walks off. But in the shadows, someone was watching it all...

"This will be valuable information, I must inform the captain." The being lurking in the shadows disappeared.
