Kiongozi Askari Hasnuu, better known as by two of his nicknames: Kion or Kai, had a very tragic life as a young cub, from being abused and neglected by his 'father' to losing his future wife when she died in his arms, Kion nearly gave up on his life due to his emotional suffering, then he was unknowingly and accidentally brought into a new world filled with magic and harmony thanks to an angel in the form of a lavender alicorn mare named Twilight Sparkle who has a passion of studying, making new friends, and of course books, hoping that he could get a second chance at life, the adolescent lion cub kept his tragic past a secret in order to keep both Twilight and her friends from discovering it and becoming traumatized, but once he started to get to know about the girls more and developed feelings for Twilight and both few of her friends and his first crush in the form of a spunky female hyena, he couldn't keep on lying anymore and started opening up to Twilight and her friends.
