Twilight grimaced as she got herself ready, Twilight grabbed a pair of saddlebags before sliding her axe over her back. Twilight grimaced “Now Sunset I want you to begin something, I want you to study up on magic and become our official Archmage so you can start training a magic core. Also bring any discoveries you make to me as soon as I am available.”

Sunset smiled as she nodded “You can count on me.”

Twilight nodded “I expect the rest of you to take charge and keep our nation running while I‘m away.”

Meanwhile in Equestria Fluttershy was standing next to her friends, the Doctors came out “There is nothing we can do, her injuries are too grave and she has lost the will to live, she is not fighting for her life.”

Just at that moment they heard a commotion outside and galloped out, Spike shouted “I got a letter from Princess Celestia, she wants all five of you in Canterlot!”

Fluttershy felt tear flowing out of her eyes “Only four of us can come, Rainbow is dying back there and won’t last very long.” The five including left for station with tears in their eyes.

Pinkie was crying “Nooooooooooooooooooo, we can’t lose another friend we just can’t.” Rarity was sobbing next to Applejack who was doing her best to stay strong, Fluttershy was the strongest of the four despite her tears, she didn’t flinch or even whimper.

They silently moved through Canterlot, they entered the castle heading to the throne room the only sound coming from Pinkie’s sobs. They opened the doors only to hear a familiar voice speaking to Celestia “Celestia I’d rather not discuss personal matters right now and..”

Pinkie shouted as she jumped at the purple Alicorn“Twilight!”

Twilight caught the mare in her hooves, Twilight’s eyes widened as she saw the bandaged cuts “Pinkie what have you been doing to yourself” she then turned to “Fluttershy, why are you so thin and where’s Rainbow Dash?”

Rarity cried “We all felt so guilty and we have all been struggling, Rainbow is dying in Ponyville she performed a Sonic Rainboom slamming into the ground!”

Twilight growled “Diplomacy has to wait Celestia, I have a friend to save!”

Celestia frowned “You still consider them friends, after all these years?”

Twilight scowled “Celestia, I am not willing to discuss this right now!” Twilight then frowned “Girls get close, we are returning to Ponyville!”

They all huddled close and Twilight’s horn glowed, with the sound of a pop they were all back in Ponyville square with ponies staring at them for a few moments before going back to their daily lives. Fluttershy frowned “Are you not angry with us, we turned our backs on you at the wedding.”

Twilight sighed “It’s been years girls, I’ve been too busy to be angry to be honest and judging by the fact one of you look starved and Pinkie Pie has cuts all over her body you all feel bad about it.”

Rarity nodded as they headed to the Ponyville Hospital “Sweetie Belle has been handling most of the business I get, I just haven’t had the energy since you left."

Applejack grimaced “I have thrown mahself into mah work.”

Fluttershy nodded “In truth we had not seen each other since that day except for this incident.”

Pinkie was slowly trotting behind them, they entered the Hospital, “I need to see Miss Rainbow Dash.”

The Receptionist sighed “I heard from the doctors, there is nothing anypony can do to help her.”

Twilight grimaced “I’ll be the judge of that, where’s her room.”

The receptionist frowned “Third room down the hall.”

They entered to see a doctor looking over Rainbow, he frowned “Are you here to say you goodbyes, she doesn't have long left.”

Twilight grimaced “I’m here to heal here now get out of my road.”

The Doctor shook his head “You are not to allowed to touch her, you are not a medical…”

Twilight three him out of the room and slammed the door, she scanned Rainbow Dash and frowned “It’s something no Equestrian could heal but for me it will take a mere moment” Twilight summoned her magic as her eyes glowed green long purple trails flowing out of them as her horn glowed with a mix of light purple, black, green and dark purple. She then placed her horn on Rainbow’s body, the magic flowing through shifting and reattaching bones, reconnecting blood vessel and repairing internal organs.

Twilight smiled “She should wake in a few minutes.”

Applejack blinked “I just realised your really tall and you have really built some muscle.”

Twilight frowned “Well when you have fight and kill to make enough fund to keep yourself alive you tend to bulk up.”

Rarity whimpered “You killed living things.”

Pinkie was silent unsure of what to say, Fluttershy gave Twilight a hug tear in her eyes“I’m sorry we made you do that.”

Applejack growled “Fluttershy, how can you accept that?”

If looks could kill Applejack would be dead ten times over as Fluttershy gave her a killer glare “You fail to undersatnd that we drove her to do that, all of us yet here she is amongst again and I for one want to reconcile it will take time but we can do it.”

A weak raspy voice spoke “Fluttershy's right.”

Everyone turned to see Rainbow her mane was messier then usually and her coat was really pale, she smiled “It’s good to see you Twilight” then as Twilight sat on the bed Rainbow cried as she gave Twilight a hug “I’m so so sorry, I should have listened to you but I didn’t. I failed to be loyal, I turned my back on my friend I’m so sssssssssssssooooooooooooorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyy.”

Twilight gave her friend a hug “Look you feel guilty about it and it has been years. I am not one to hold a grudge for very long.”

Just then three doctors burst in “You need to…”

Rainbow smiled weakly “Hi Doc.”

The Doctors blinked “How, you were on the brink of death.”

Twilight smiled “It was all me, now I suggest you nurse her back to health.”

Spike ran over hugging her “Twilight!”

Twilight smiled “Spike come with me to Canterlot, I could use my trusty assistant help .”

Spike hugged tear flowing out “I missed you so much, I’m so sorry I should have helped convince them.”

Twilight smiled “It’s okay Spike, I would love it if you would come with me back to my new home, there is someone I want you to meet.” Twilight’s horn glowed as she disappeared in a flash leaving her friends and a group of stunned doctors behind behind.
