Author's Notes:

Some random bit of fluff I thought I'd do. Got nothin' in particular that came to mind. Just wanted to do some fluff.

Enjoy! And Happy Cinco De Mayo!

A single hand knocked on the door. Adagio's eye peaked through the hole, and she smiled. She opened up the door, taking the locks off, and opened the door all the way. Standing behind the door was her new lover, Trixie.

"Trixie!"

"Hey Dagi!" Trixie instantly hugged Adagio, making her giggle. She gave her a peck on the lips, and nuzzled her cheek.

"Someone's excited, huh?" Adagio asked.

Trixie chuckled, "I guess."

"What's got you so excited, anyway?"

"I'm just happy I get to spend some time with you," Trixie gushed, nuzzling her girlfriend again.

"Easy there, Great and Powerful," Adagio joked. "So. What do you want to do?"

Trixie's eyes opened up and her lips drooped. "I... Okay, I didn't really think on that part. Actually, where are your sisters?"

"They had other plans today. Aria wanted to go do some target practice, and Sonata went shopping with Vinyl and Lyra."

"So... we have the place to ourselves?" Trixie asked.

Adagio's grin slowly turned sultry, and a seductive look in her eye grew. "Mmmhmm... It would appear so, my little performer..."

Trixie's cheeks heated up. "Y-Yeah, I guess..."

Adagio giggled quietly, her hands slowly holding Trixie's sides and looking her in the eyes.

"Perhaps we could have a bit of fun on our own..."

Trixie blushed even more. "L-Like what?"

"Maybe I could open up one of our drawers..."

"Y-Yeah?"

"And perhaps... show you some more history!" Adagio said fast.

Trixie blinked, looking confused. "Wait, so, you're not--"

"Trixie, sweetie," Adagio booped her nose, "I was only teasing you... don't worry. Maybe when the time's right we'll have some real fun." Adagio winked.

Trixie only blushed some more. "S-Sorry..."

"For what?"

"Well, with what you said, I thought--"

"You don't need to be sorry, Trixie," Adagio replied, waving her hands nonchalantly.

"Well, I didn't want to assume, but I didn't know what you were going with," Trixie said, rubbing her arm, her face still red.

Adagio giggled. "Trixie, come on, you don't have to apologize. Now come on, give me a hand. There's some more stuff I want to show you."

Trixie gave Adagio some aid, and the two of them pulled some more trunks full of junk into the main living room. Once they were out, Adagio was kind enough to brew up some drinks for her and her girlfriend. And as another surprise, Trixie had brought over a few cookies just for her.

Munching on a cookie, Adagio flipped the locks of one of the trunks up, and she raised the lid open. She and Trixie looked down in the box

"So, what do you have in here?"

"Well, I thought I should show you some things that I am actually proud of. By the way, that workout video is not something I'm proud of," Adagio said sternly.

"I-I liked it..."

"Oh, I know you did," Adagio winked with a voluptuous grin. "Ooh! I remember this!"

She reached into the box, and pulled out a strange looking gun. It looked as if it belonged in a science fiction film, all colored in dark gray and black. Its paint was still fresh, but the biggest thing that Trixie could see was the little number counter that was on the side of the gun.

"Don't tell anyone this but... my sisters and I snuck into a film studio once, and we got away with this bad boy," Adagio chuckled, "Oh those were the times..."

"Did you girls steal much?" Trixie asked.

"Well..." Adagio hung her head, shamefully, "Yes. Believe me, as much as I am against it, we ended up stealing as a means to survive."

Trixie frowned. "Really?"

"Mmmhmm. I remember back in the 1930s, during the Great Depression... the economy was going downhill really fast. My sisters and I had no choice but... we ended up stealing, fighting others, resorting to grand theft to get what we needed." Adagio still hung her head, filled with shame. "I had no choice. It was either slowly perish... or stay alive."

Trixie frowned at her girlfriend, but she offered a sympathetic smile after a few seconds. A pat on the shoulder, and she looked at her with those gorgeous purple eyes.

"It's okay. Look, there's nothing you can do about it now, but... the past is the past. You're not in that state anymore." Trixie said.

Adagio's frown slowly crept up, and a smile graced her again.

"I suppose you're right. But I still do feel bad for what I did..."

"Well, you're not in that time anymore." Trixie said, her shoulders shrugging. "Oooh, what's this?"

She dug into the box, and she pulled out a VHS tape. On the tape, all she could see were the closeup of a woman's eyes in a dark looking setting, and with a very strange cross on the top of the cover art.

"Oh, yes. The Witch Of Everfree Project. Twas an interesting story, I'll say. Though Sonata couldn't really handle all the camera shaking." Adagio stated.

"Eh," Trixie shrugged, "To each their own."

Adagio giggled. "Oh my goodness, I remembered one time, a few months after that movie's release, the teenagers around us started to freak out and claim that the Witch Of Everfree was in our own neighborhood. Not surprising seeing how everyone was going to see that film at the time."

"Did you ever play any pranks on them?" Trixie asked.

"My sisters and I don't do pranks," Adagio said, putting more emphasis on the 'do'. "But, I'll admit, I got a little mischievous and may have scared a few people. Well, with the help of this," Adagio held up her pendent.

"So you were a bit of a bad girl, weren't you?" Trixie said, raising a brow, this time being the one to give a seductive look.

It was Adagio's turn to blush. "I never said I was perfect, Trixie."

Trixie curled up next to her, wrapping her arm around her and hugging her. "But you are beautiful."

Adagio looked at her with a smile, and kissed her cheek, hugging her back. "And so are you."

For a few minutes, the two did nothing but hold each other in a warm embrace. They didn't want to let go of each other, for they loved being the in the comfort of one another. Of course, they knew they couldn't stay like it forever. But it was a feeling that they never wanted to go away.

After Trixie pulled off from the hug, she gave Adagio a kiss on the lips, holding her again. Adagio closed her eyes and kissed her some more. Pulling out of the tender embrace, their faces turned red, looking at each other. They only giggled, and went back to some more digging. Adagio reached for her mug, taking a sip of her tea, while Trixie dug back into the bin of random junk.

"Ooh, what's this?" Trixie asked.

She dug into the box, reaching deep down into the bottom. Pulling out, she gripped onto a very interesting piece of treasure. A golden ring held by her hands. In the center of the ring, in the middle was a yellow triangle like gem in the middle, held by the ring. And on the purple triangle was a small image of a sea turtle.

"I have no idea. My sisters and I did lots of deep sea-diving for ancient treasures and artifacts, but we haven't found out what this is for. Rumors have said that this... ring, here, is some sort of treasure for an ancient city. Supposedly its a key for Atlantis, but I haven't found anything that would even be close to being true."

The two girlfriends looked at each other for a second or two. Could it be true? Could that legend have been true?

Adagio and Trixie just shrugged and Adagio threw the ring back in the bin.

"Probably just a hoax. Its an Earth legend after all, not Equestrian." Adagio said, not even caring.

"Yeah, but what if it is real?" Trixie tilted her head.

"If it truly is, then we may have to go on a little adventure one day," Adagio said. "Now... I don't know about you, but I feel like just laying back and relaxing..." Adagio looked to her girlfriend. "Care to watch a movie?"

"Sure! What movie?"

Adagio giggled. "Perhaps you'd like a look at our movie collection?"

"Yeah!"

Adagio held her girlfriend's hand and guided her to one of the shelves. On display for everyone to see were several VHS tapes displayed, all with old looking cover art and boxes. Adagio could practically see the excitement on her little performer's face. There were so many movies to pick from and a lot of them had seen to spark interest in her. It was only a matter of what she was going to pick.

Little did any of them even know what was happening while they looked on the shelves. In that open box, that yellow gem let out a soft glow of light, piercing through the dark box. It hummed a few times, letting its powerful light burst and hit the ceiling. But neither of them even looked back to see it glowing...
