After Twilight accidentally swaps the minds of Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy, the two ponies have to deal with their new situation.
Easy in theory, but difficult in practice, the two pegasi have to juggle friends and family as they find a way to get back to normal. Dealing with growing emotions, the pair get closer each day as they grow comfortable with one another.
Rumblings of a new Empire in the East, while concerning, can't be all that bad. It is Equestria and the country has faced a number of threats, all beaten fairly easily, with the help of Twilight and her friends. If only it was that simple.
As the situation slowly falls apart, the friends all get tested and find out that the magic of friendship is a valuable asset.
