Almost everypony knows the story by now.

How could they not? There were some pretty big names involved. And even if there hadn't been, it was a tale as old as time: spoiled rich kid loses sight of what they've got and runs away from home. Drama happens. Then comes the ending, whether happy or sad. At least, the ending would come if a certain somepony would let it.

But along the way, that rich kid didn't live in a vacuum, even if they felt like it.
