Parasparkle Part 1 *TOO BUSY FOR PART 2 ATM, SORRY*
Chapter 2: My Little Psycho
Previous Chapter Next ChapterAs she pulled open the two doors, the children bounced in and rushed to their seats with the expectation of another great day filled with learning, but what they were not expecting a new student, especially a non-filly who was older than them. “Class, this is our new student, Twilight…” Miss Amy trailed off and looked to Twilight. “Sparkle! My name is Twilight Sparkle!” The pony whispered anxiously. A bead of sweat dripped down her face, and a few of her hairs curled and sprang out of place. Her ear twitched, and she smiled stupidly. “THAT’S the new pony?!” A student cried out, and the class burst out laughing. “Now, now, class…” Miss Amy attempted to calm the class with failed attempts until they couldn’t breathe any longer. Twilight’s head drooped and she stared at the floor. A few of her tail hairs sprang out of place. She cringed, but somehow managed to urge herself down the row to one of the back seats on the left. A pony next to her looked at her up and down, then said to her face as her new classmate put her face on her hooves, “You’re not a filly and you’re in Magic Kindergarten? You must be really STUPID!” She giggled at her, and Twilight’s eye twitched with anger. The next few days passed by with her being teased and picked on by the other younger unicorns, each of them pointing and shouting at her and laughing. Eventually, the bullying died down a bit, and with each day, the depressed unicorn found it better to stay in the back near the swings. Still, each pony stuck their tongues out at her and fled when she came near. And which each growing day, the cord Twilight held onto for dear sanity’s sake became thinner and thinner. Even though the teacher let her sleep in the classroom, fed her filling rations, and tried to encourage her to be happier, none of that cured her depression, which was quickly turning to insanity. Twilight eventually had most of her hair out of place, her ear twitched every minute or so, and her eyes trailed off to the side every so often. The teacher made up a chart out of stars, placing a star beside a pony’s name if they did good, completed a spell, or behaved in class. The purple unicorn’s name was always on the top of the list, until one day, a brown unicorn boy named Philippe earned more stars than her. As in, so many stars that Twilight lost it one day. She stomped up the small aisle of chairs, her bloodshot eyes darting from one frightened pupil to another. They shivered in fear, whispering terrified comments to the unicorn next to them, and all the while never taking their eyes off of the crazed pony. As the crazy pony twitched and jerked her way up to the chart, even the teacher backed away. “No…he’s…NO! I’M THE SMARTEST! I’M NOT STUPID! I DON’T EVEN DESERVE TO BE HERE!” Miss Amy locked the door and immediately reached for a telephone and called somepony, talking as fast as she could as the insane Twilight raged at her classmates and tore up the classroom. She ripped covers from books, threw papers and chairs around the room, and even shoved over a little cyan unicorn, who cried in both fear and pain. As Twilight began to rip beans and stuffing from a green bean bag, the one she had laid on weeks ago, two masked white ponies burst in with tasers. They were in suits, wearing hard gloves, and as the raging pony looked closer, she saw that their clothes were made of both metal and hard cloth. They had other various weapons in their pockets, all of which caused the children to shrink back in a tiny huddling group against a wall in a corner, as far away from the scene as possible. Twilight’s ears drooped, and her eyes widened. She instantly snarled like a wild beasts and leapt onto the first taser-wielding pony and bitten hard on his arm. He yelled in pain and instantly bludgeoned her head with one of his weapons, his weapon (besides the taser) looking similar to a modern-day mace. Instantly, their attacker fell to the floor, bleeding heavily from a cracked part in her head, where two bits of fur split open, revealing her skull, which was also cracked open. Inside was her badly damaged and heavily bleeding brain, and the children and even Miss Amy screamed in fright. The defending ponies tasered her until her eyes drooped shut and she let out a moan of despair.
When Twilight awoke, she couldn’t get up without smacking into a wall. Her eyes fluttered open and she saw a fuzzy white wall. As her eyes adjusted to her surroundings, she noticed that the walls were actually plush, as well as the floor and ceiling. She looked to what she thought was the front of the room, and saw three cellar bars about half a foot long each blocking off a small, foot-long open window. The no-glass and barred window revealed the two ponies wearing the suits that had attacked her. This time they had no helmets, revealing a pale green and a yellow pony, the green one with a blonde mane, and the yellow one with a green mane, the green pony driving what she thought was a car. Or at least she thought she was in a car. As Twilight charged at the window, just as crazy as she was in the classroom, she felt a sudden pang of confusion, and felt her head. It was bandaged in the top right corner of her head, and she could feel a small dip in the middle of it, behind the bandage. Suddenly, the unicorn remembered the entire day she had spent at Magic Kindergarten, and what a horror it was there. As she thought about Magic Kindergarten, the words and memories echoed around her mind as they taunted and teased her. “M-m-magic… K-Kindergarten... AAAAAAAAAAAH!” As she muttered the words ‘Magic’ and ‘Kindergarten’, she totally lost it again. She scraped at the walls and tore at the floor, all the while screaming threats at her past classmates, her previous teacher, and even at Princess Celestia. Soon, her own tears and psychotic cackles cut her screams short, along with the bouncing and constant thrashing of the “car” that she was in. Eventually, she gave up tormenting herself and decided to try and remember what had happened to her in the last few weeks. Flashes of the Princess, Magic Kindergarten, and her assault sent her into a psycho fit, twitching and giggling nervously. “Shaddup, back there, will ya’, ya’ nutcase?” The green pony called back to her, with an accent that sounded sort of like Applejack’s. Soon, the car screeched to a stop. Peeking through the bars, Twilight saw the two ponies giving each other low-hooves (kind of like high-hooves), which she knew wasn’t meant for her to see. “Welcome to y’a new home, psychopony.” The purple unicorn could already sense the green pony smirking. The pair of stallions climbed out of the front seats and slammed the door, rocking the car violently. They yanked open an unseen door from the outside, and rays of bright sunlight hit Twilight. The stallions smirked smugly at the unicorn, and took her by her arms. She had a fit of seizure-like movements and snarls, but eventually looked up in awe at an enormous barred-windowed building, looking like it had been built from cement by tortured laborer ponies. Moans of anger and shrill cries for help filled the air in the distance, and the purple pony’s pupils shrank as small as they could possibly be. She knew exactly what this place was.
This was the Insane Asylum for Demented Ponies.
