Twilight stood ready with her Model Zero and her Yo-kai medallium in hand. The five Wicked Yo-kai glared menacingly at her and cracked their knuckles as she widened the stance of her legs.

"Twilight, I think I should warn you that these Wicked Yo-kai are particularly powerful." Whisper tapped on Twilight's shoulders just as she was about to flip through the pages. "And, I'm not sure if you've made an EX version of the Model Zero or Yo-kai Watch U yet, so you're really limited here..."

"I know. And I also know Sunset and Sci-Twi don't have their own Model Zeroes, so they can't really help me out much either." Twilight nodded back. "For now, I just have to hope that one of my Yo-kai can stop them from fighting. But which one should it be?"

"What's taking so long?" Unkeen tapped his foot against the ground. "I wanna see this human suffer already!"

"Oh, don't rush it, Unkeen." Unpleasant crossed his arms. "She's practically defenseless at the moment. It wouldn't be a fun battle without a little resistance now, would it?"

"Y'know, we don't have to follow the rules, y'know." Unfairy squeaked. "I mean, Dame Dedtime's gone, Kin and Gin are nowhere to be found, and we're all unemployed. I'm sure we could be a little bit mean to her."

"So... Trying to steal our underlings, are we?"

A black orb appeared above everyone, spitting lightning out in all directions. Kin and Gin shot out of it and landed in between both the Wicked Yo-kai and Twilight, fists first.

"You know, Twilight. It's not that we have any personal grudges against you, it's just business." Gin folded her arms. "And so far, you and your friends have really been stalling our workload."

"Don't you two ever give up?" Twilight tilted a brow. "I mean, you clearly can't beat Yo-kai, so why are you even trying with us? Isn't the whole thing kinda... pointless?"

"You don't understand, Twilight." Kin cracked the bones in her neck. "We have our own agendas against Yo-kai. Such wretched creatures can't be allowed to roam freely, lest they meddle in our affairs. Because of Enma's foolish interactions with the human species, the Yo-kai Watch was created, and all of our mistress's plans went up in flames because of it!"

"Humans and Yo-kai are meant to be separate entities. Enma's father was against it just as us, but that little whelp son of his made him change his tune!" Gin tightened her hand into a fist. "Because that fool made Yo-kai and humans friends, we've had to obey his laws and work overtime with that feeble human world. But no more..." Black lightning chained from her fingertips. "When King Void strikes down Queen Ephemer and the rest of those who dare to fight us, we'll make both the Yo-kai world and the human world suffer for it!"

"Then you leave me no choice but to destroy you, Kin and Gin." Twilight flipped to the higher-ranking Yo-kai in her book. "If this kind of dictatorship regime is all you care about, I'm going to have to make sure you never harm anyone ever again. And if eliminating your souls is the only way to do it, then I'll do what I have to do!"

"Hold on... are you saying that we shouldn't cause chaos for humans anymore?" Unpleasant's ears pricked up. "That doesn't sound like the real Kin and Gin we used to work for."

"You stay out of this, worms!" Kin snapped back.

"Hey! That's no way to treat your former employees!" Unkaind stomped up to Kin and grabbed her by the neck. "Need I remind you that we are the most powerful Wicked Yo-kai there was? Dame Dedtime entrusted us personally to carry out her schemes, while she just left you two to lollygag and do whatever the heck you wanted!"

"Stand. Down." Gin fired a blast of dark energy at Unkaind, knocking her into the rest of the Wicked Executives. "You are nothing to us now. King Void is our new master now and unless you can prove that you want to be on the right side, then you should all run away and never return."

"Yet another example of why the Time Witches are failing at their job." Unpleasant used his cane to stand back up. He then swung it, pointing the tip at Kin and Gin, which fired some dark purple beams out at them both. The shots staggered Kin and Gin and caused them to slide across the ground. "You claim to be powerful and all, but in the end, you once more play the underlings in some villain's grand plan. Just like with mistress Dedtime, you throw yourselves to King Void's beck and call without doing anything evil yourselves." He slowly walked up to them and crossed his arms. "You bring shame to your titles, ladies."

"Why, you..." Kin's forehead tightened as she snarled in his face. She was about to strike Unpleasant down, but a sword swiftly cut the two sides apart.

"That is enough." Lie-in Heart stood before both the Time Witches and Wicked Yo-kai. "Both of you are on the wrong path here. But the Wicked Yo-kai are just causing misdemeanors while these two cretins are rotten to the core." He held his sword out, pointing the tips at both of them. "Now, all of you leave this place and never return, or my Lion Blade will slice you within an inch of your lives."

"I might not be able to see these Wicked Yo-kai, but I know that separating the realms is wrong on every account." Sci-Twi adjusted her glasses. and stood with Twilight. "If these Kin and Gin Yo-kai are as bad as you say they are, then we can't just let them run around like this. We'll do everything we can to help you out, Twilight."

"Yeah. We've got your back, girl." Sunset activated her Yo-kai Watch U and pulled out Harmory's medal. "And if we're gonna fight these two, it's only fair that we fight in total sync with each other." And like that, she tossed the medal skyward and slammed it into the slot. "Harmory! Give us a helping hand here!"

"Ladies and Gentlemen, HEARTFUL!" said the Yo-kai Watch U as spotlights blasted out of the floor. A snowy backdrop with a bunch of robed figures appeared as Harmory took the centre stage and bathed under the lights.

Hugs and kisses
Greatest wishes
Heartful Family!

"Harmory!" Both heads chimed together.

"Harmory, we're about to take on Kin and Gin and we could use your help." Sunset leaned in close and whispered into their ears. "Can you inspirit us all so that we fight as one? I don't want Kin and Gin to think we're just gonna divide and conquer."

"Sure thing, Sunset! You can count on us!" Both Harmory's heads floated up and bashed themselves together, causing glitter to sprinkle down and engulf the girls in a bright golden aura. "Now, you three can do anything, as long as you do it together!"

"Alright, then. Let's go!" The girls pulled out more and more medals, slamming them into their respective watches. "Summoning Yo-kai!"

"Gargaros!" He brandished his mighty club.

"Dracunyan!" The tiny cat bore his fangs out at Kin and Gin.

"Count Cavity!" He pointed his pitchfork at the two witches.

"Signibble!" He rolled forward and fingerbanged the air, shooting lightning from his fingertips. "Zap, zap!"

"Spenp!" As he was summoned, his coins floated alongside him.

"Let's go!" Everyone cried and rushed towards Kin and Gin like an army moving towards their foes.

Kin and Gin were about to float off, but Count Cavity struck first, driving the points of his pitchfork into Kin's chest. He flew up and drove her into Gin, before slinging both of them away.

"You think we're going to play around this time?!" Gin held out her arms and conjured a stream of black water. She swirled it in her hands before thrusting them both out at Count Cavity. "Take that!"

The torrent was so powerful that Count Cavity had to hold his pitchfork out, but even that wasn't enough as he felt himself be pushed back more and more.

"I'm on it!" Spenp flew up and opened his mouth wide, taking in all of the water. He gargled it around in his mouth and spat it back out at Kin, who spluttered and flailed as she tried to avoid letting any shoot down her windpipe. "Take that, Time Witches!"

"Let me take a bite of these two!" Dracunyan floated towards Kin just as she was drying herself off and bit her neck hard.

"GYAAHHH!" Kin jumped at Dracunyan's bite and tried to shake him off, only for his teeth to sink lower. "Gin! Help me!"

"Irksome little pests!" Gin took Dracunyan by the eyes and threw him to the ceiling, shooting a stream of rocks up at him. "Die!"

"We say the same to you!" Gargaros came charging in and swatted Gin into the wall with his club. "You make my mistress angry! Now you pay the price!"

"Do you think I'm going to let this stand?!" Kin snarled and slammed her fists together. She raised her arms up, causing a massive wall of flame to engulf Gargaros, Spenp, and Count Cavity all at once. "I will not fail King Void again! I won't become one of his Dark Yo-kai!"

"You ready for this?" Signibble ran towards Kin and shot lightning up, striking her square on the butt. "Super-shocking just for you!"

"Nnnngh..." Kin snarled and turned her glare to Signibble. She swooped down and grabbed him by his antennae before hurling him over to the stairs. "Begone!" She launched a black stream of energy towards Signibble and launched him up every one, watching his head bang against the edge of each step.

"Kin! We need to focus!" Gin flew back over to her sister's side. "Whatever Twilight and her cohorts are doing, it's making us look like fools!"

"Well, we'd have the upper hand if SOMEBODY wasn't so stupid that they'd actually try and help us!" Kin turned her gaze to the Wicked Yo-kai.

"Without Dame Dedtime, you're just a bunch of old hags." Untidy just sat back lazily on one of the chairs and ate a student's sandwich. "Plus, your breath stinks pretty bad, Kin."

"I'll have you know that I use mouthwash daily! And I shave at least three times a day!" Kin retorted.

"Now's not the time to discuss mating habits, sister! We NEED TO STOP TWILIGHT!" Gin launched another torrent of magic down at the Yo-kai. "We'll deal with those traitorous Wicked Yo-kai later!"

"Teamwork!" Twilight, Sci-Twi, and Sunset jabbed their fingers towards Kin and Gin, causing their Yo-kai to all move on them together. Even Lie-in Heart, Whisper, and Jibanyan charged into battle.

"You little brats..." Kin shot black lightning into the air, forcing a black portal to appear above her. "Learn to respect your elders!"

"Let's see what your so-called friendship can do against some of the King's finest forces!" Gin created a fist and slammed it into Kin's fist.

"Calling the Dark Yo-kai!" Both sisters chimed as they sent more black magic into the air and up through the portal.

The portal rippled and fluctuated wildly once Kin and Gin's magic pierced the veil. Dozens upon dozens of Dark Yo-kai leapt out and landed violently on the ground. Their eyes glinted brightly in their ethereal bodies as their razor-sharp claws, talons, and teeth were bared. There were even a few Dark Yo-kai versions of Twilight, Sci-Twi, and Sunset's Yo-kai, staring down their counterparts.

"I warned you, Princess Twilight." Kin hovered high above her army. "Don't mess in ours or King Void's affairs! Now, you'll know his true wrath!"

"DESTROY THEM!" Both Kin and Gin threw their arms forward, sending the Dark Yo-kai scurrying towards Twilight and her friends.

"Hey, uh, girls? That's a lot of Dark Yo-kai..." Jibanyan slowly backed up once the black creatures started moving in towards them. "I mean, we can take 'em on one at a time, but against an army, I don't think my Paws of Fury are gonna be able to do this, nyan..."

"You're right, Jibanyan. In fact, I would even say that there's too many of them." Whisper tugged at his neck. "There's no way that Twilight can possibly fight this many at once!"

"So, what are we supposed to do then? Just sit back and let them overrun us?" Sunset stood her ground as the monsters all lunged and jumped out at her, scratching at her face and legs. "Get offa me, you creeps!" She tried kicking them off and shaking them off, but they were beginning to skewer her balance.

"Have you considered the thought of, oh, I don't know, RUNNING?!" Whisper pointed to the doors behind them.

"Good idea, Whisper." Without any other words, Twilight charged through the doors. "C'mon, everyone! We're getting out of here!"

As all of the other Yo-kai ran out with Twilight, Sunset, and Sci-Twi, the Dark Yo-kai began to give chase, shooting out of the hall and down the corridors like a swarm of insects hunting down their prey. Students could only jump backwards in shock as the three girls were pursued by a relentless cloud of darkness that tore up everything it came into contact with.

Kin and Gin just watched as the Dark Yo-kai ran out of the hall and slashed up the lockers on the corridors, trying to keep up with Twilight and the others. A demonic smirk crossed both of their faces as they turned back towards the Wicked Yo-kai.

"Now, I'm not going to be the one to say that you're all incompetents, because truth be told, the King could use some Yo-kai like you in his army." Kin walked up to her five former employees. "It's a much better job than your last one and we guarantee free dental, good pay, and a VIP suite all to yourselves."

"Y'know, you're coming off a little too good here, Kin." Unfairy just turned his back to them. "I mean, it sounds good and all, but these Dark Yo-kai just aren't like us Wicked."

"Yeah. I mean, what else can they do other than attack things?" Unkeen pulled his scarf up higher. "Us Wicked Yo-kai might be the same thing, but we have some restraint. We don't attack unless it's absolutely important. Dame Dedtime never wanted us to just inspirit some random nobodies unless it was important to her job."

"And yet these Dark Yo-kai are causing widespread chaos without any real rhyme or reason." Unpleasant just sat back and kicked his legs up. "Honestly, Kin and Gin, it sounds a bit too much like dirty work if you ask me."

"But really, what are we gonna benefit from not taking this job, guys?" Unkaind tilted her head. "We don't have much Y-money, we don't have a leader, and the Wicked Yo-kai need someone powerful to look up to. Plus, having Kin and Gin call the shots for us is just like the old days, back when we had our mistress."

"We'll leave you to yourselves to consider the job." Gin walked away from the group. "First, we have to finish off Twilight Sparkle and her weak little friends. When we return, we expect that you five will have come up with an answer. It's your choice."

"Just think about all of the good stuff. All those benefits, a higher pay grade than last time, and that little VIP suite has everything a Wicked Yo-kai could ever want..." Kin left them all with the inspirited students and the rest of their servants.

"Everyone. It's time for a quick meeting." Unkaind whistled into her hand, causing all of the Wicked Yo-kai to stand up and stomp over towards her. Purple creatures of all shapes and sizes gathered around her and her fellow executives. "Now, listen up and listen good. We won't ever get a chance like this ever again, so we need to act now or everything is just gonna get worse."

"Which path do we take, Unkaind?" Unpleasant tilted his head. "Do we really go back to Kin and Gin after all that's happened? Can we really trust them?"

"Look, I know that what we're doing benefits us all. And besides, what choice do we have in the matter?" Unkaind asked. "We've got none. So that's why I need all of you to listen carefully and pass it on..."

She slithered over to a dark purple snake-like creature and whispered something into its' ears. The snake then nodded and flew off to another Wicked Yo-kai that looked like a humanoid creature. Once it spread the word, the new Yo-kai nodded and passed it on to more and more Wicked, who in turn, passed that message on themselves, until almost the entire lunch hall was full of Wicked Yo-kai receiving a shared order.
