"So Spark what is this place?" Zeno asked while he and Sonata stared at the shop sign as it glowed a faint yellow glow.

"This happens to be the only card shop in town. It called 'Big Rigs Duel shop' or at least thats what the owner likes to call it." Spark exclaimed with an annoyed sigh as Zeno rushed over to the window.

"WOW LOOK AT THE CARDS!" Zeno shouted like a child at Christmas.

Without warning Zeno suddenly rushed into the store without Spark and Sonata, who was chuckling at her new friend's antics. Spark walked into the store followed by Sonata and as soon as they entered they saw Zeno staring at a poster.

"Everything ok Zeno?" Sonata asked as she looked at the poster.

"The King of games.....The greatest duelist in the world! Yugi Moto!" Zeno proclaimed with sparkles in his eyes.

"What I wouldn't give to duel him......"

Suddenly the door to the back opened up and a man walked out with a stack of boxes. However, it seemed he was having some trouble judging by his legs and how they were shaking like noodles.

"Ummm can one of you help me....PLEASE!?"

"Thank you so much! I thought I was gonna get crushed."

"Rigs, what were doing moving all that on your own?" Spark asked with an annoyed look on his face.

"Well for some reason I got a huge wave of customers this afternoon. The weird part is I'm pretty sure most of them go to your school spark! What was it Canterlot High?"

Spark froze as he realized what had happened, however, it appeared Zeno was still oblivious to what had happened.

"Awsome! Looks like we got a lot of competition right Spark?" Zeno said with a grin while Spark frowned.

"Yeah.....you keep telling yourself that."

"Well, then how Can I help you all today?" Rigs asked while Spark put a card with his picture on it on the desk.

"For starters it would be great to get these two registered for a duel card, and some cards packs would help to build up their decks." Spark explained as Rigs took his ID.

"Hold up! What do you mean by 'our' decks?" Zeno asked while Spark just ignored him.

"I think he means you need improvement to Zeno." Sonata said with a nervous laugh.

Zeno glared daggers at Spark while he just continued to wait for Rigs to come back out with his merchandise. After a moment, Rigs came back with two separate ID cards with five separate packs of cards for each of them.

"Why do we need these cards anyway's? I thought dueling was free?"

"That is true Sonata, however, dueling also has benefits." Spark explained while Rigs nodded from behind the counter.

"That's correct you see duel monsters has evolved from being just a game! Nowadays a striking 65 percent of the population plays duel monsters for sport, for fun, and for monetary gain. Basically, people can make a business out of dueling! With these cards, you're registered as a level F Duelist and you start off with 500 DP or duel points."

"Basically, when you get a higher rank you can enroll in tournaments and with more benefits. Plus the more duels you have the higher your rank as well as your duel points which you can use to buy more cards." Spark explained as Zeno and Spark looked over their cards.

"WOW! This is pretty cool!"

"Yeah, thank you Spark." Sonata said with a cute grin which caught him off guard and caused him to blush.

"Ohhhhh! Somebodies In looove!" Zeno teased as Spark jumped him.

While the boys fought Rigs smiled as he looked behind the counter and handed a duel disk to Sonata.

"Here you go dear, this happens to be the last one we have and I think you can use one of these." He explained as Sonata took the duel disk and felt it's weight.

"T-This is heavy!" Sonata exclaimed as she struggled to lift the machine while the others laughed.

After saying goodbye to Rigs everyone made their way back to the city.

"Oh man! This is sweet! I can't wait to try these out!" Zeno said as he looked over his new cards.

"Heh, not like their gonna help a loser like you anyway." Spark exclaimed as he and Zeno glared at each other.

Sonata looked at everything Spark had given her and felt a tinge of guilt. The boys suddenly realized the sudden change in mood and turned to see Sonata with a solemn expression on her face.

"Umm Sonata? You doing ok?" Zeno asked as she suddenly woke up from her daydream.

"W-What!? Oh...Sorry...."

Zeno and Spark looked at one another as Sonata once again fell into a trance before she tried to say something, however, someone interpreted her.

"ZENO!!!!"

Zeno suddenly froze on the spot before he slowly turned around to see his very angry looking sister sprinting towards him like a bull.

"OH CRAP! SORRY GUYS GOTTA RUN!" Zeno shouted as he sprinted away from his rampaging sister who blew past Sonata and Spark like a tornado.

"GET BACK HERE ZENO!!"

Both Sonata and Spark sighed as they watched Zeno run further into the distance. Spark coughed which caught her attention but now she realized he had a more serious expression.

"Spark.....I'm-" Sonata tried to say before Spark cut her off.

"Don't worry about it....Trust me it wasn't a big deal." Spark said passively as he started to walk away.

Sonata watched as Spark walked away still choking on her own words. As much as she wanted to tell both of them the truth she just couldn't. She sighed and started back towards home.

"So how did it go Sonata?" Aria asked as Sonata placed everything on the table in front of her.

"Good going Sonata. With these were one step closer to getting out powers back!" Adagio said with a malicious grin.

"Why exactly are we doing this card game thing anyways?" Sonata asked as Adagio grinned and picked up one of the cards.

"You see I noticed when those boys fought earlier that our magic had a direct effect on their cards. These duel monster cards have magical properties as well! So if we can get everyone fighting each other with these cards.."

Suddenly Sonata realized what she meant and felt a chill run down her spine.

"That means we can get all our powers back and then some! I can't believe you thought of that Adagio." Aria said with a sly grin as her sister glared at her.

"With this will finally be able to take our revenge! We can't let an opportunity like this pass us by!" Adagio said as a dark purple aura started to cover her body.

However, Sonata felt a weight begin to hover over her. She couldn't help but feel bad after all she betrayed the trust of the only friends she ever had.

"Please.....Someone.....Help me."
