Chapter 11 Act 1

Into the Depths

“Pick, pick, pick, pick, pick DROP!!!” Blaze yelled as he face-planted the cave after mining his way through the ground

“God Damnit I can’t see a dam thing!” Blaze said out loud as he placed a torch as the seemingly endless hallways lit up as the sound of mobs could be heard

“Right so Iron, Diamonds, Obsidian, escape, got it,” Blaze thought as he nodded and began his excavation into the darkness

As Blaze made his way across a ravine the mineshaft came to a close with only the way he came, a dead end in front and a blocked passage to his right. he wiped his brow as he placed a torch and broke a few blocks to make room as he began to look through his inventory.

Inventory:

1 Stack of Iron Ore

4 Diamonds

2 Stacks of Coal

1 Stack of Cobblestone

1 crafting Bench

1 Sword

1 Diamond Pick

1 Armour piece

10 Torches

5 Apples

10 Obsidian

“Alright so let’s get down to business,” Blaze said in anticipation as he broke some nearby planks from the mineshaft and built 3 furnaces before placing the metals inside as he waited

*Rattle, Rattle, Groan, Hiss*

Blaze halted what he was doing as he looked off into the darkness and waited as he finished making an Iron pick as not to waste his diamond one.

Blaze got his gear together as he decided to continue onwards. As he broke through the gravel blocked on he travelled down the passage until he found more tracks but this time they seemed to stay connected and even had a minecart attached to his left as the shaft continued ahead.

“Maybe this could take me out,” Blaze wondered as he heard the noises again as he decided to investigate the sounds down another tunnel

As Blaze came closer to the sounds he saw the place was illuminated by lava falls as mobs, at least 100 stood before… HIM!

The Endermare stood taller than the rest and had purple ooze running over parts of its body and a black mane and tail paired with its soulless eyes as they glared at the mobs that watched it.

“-You are all tasked in dealing with that pathetic village that Pony occupies, leave nothing standing, if you fail…” She from the tone of her voice grabbed a zombie and threw it into lava as they watched it burn to ashes

“Do I make myself clear?” She asked with a smirk as they silently nodded, Blaze’s hoof then slipped forward sending a stone block tumbling on top a zombie as they all turned to face the eavesdropper

“You!” She hissed as Blaze gave her a sheepish grin

“No matter, you may know what I’m up to but unlike most I know how to get the job done!” She said as a group of mobs began to make their way towards me

“Well at least you’re not stupid!” Blaze shouted before running back down the tunnel “Ok so my options are a small room, filled with a ton of enemies or on very long room, filled with a ton of enemies,”

Before Blaze could decide however a zombie came out of nowhere with a pick and swung it towards Blaze as he ducked and it imbedded itself in the wall.

Blaze quickly slashed the zombie’s arm off and then followed up by decapitating it. He continued to run until he found the tracks again and looked back at the dark corridor and saw all the red eyes glowing and winced before jumping into the cart.

“Screw it!” He shouted as he hit the lever and soon he saw off down the track as it led to more circuits of tracks leading off into different tunnels

Then a cart came flying down the track beside Blaze as an armoured zombie swung down with an iron sword as Blaze blocked the assault and pushed it back.

The zombie then recoiled back and came flying at Blaze as it slashed his cheek as he grunted in pain before impaling the zombie on his own. This however didn’t stop the zombie as it tried to cut Blaze into mincemeat.

Blaze then grinned as he shoved the zombie off his sword as he ducked and the zombie looked forward.

*SPLAT-CRACK*

When Blaze got up he saw no trace of the zombie as he laughed in victory before a sinister voice began to echo around him.

“If you think beating me is that easy then you really are a fool,” The Endermare mocked as Blaze smirked

“Well I tend to be reckless and if you think I’m done then you have another thing coming!” Blaze yelled as he held his blade out but she laughed

“Well then try and walk away from this ‘Pony’,” She said more sinisterly than before as Blaze looked ahead and gasped

*DEAD END: BOTTOMLESS PIT*

Blaze tried to look for anyway to escape but none showed as he gritted his teeth in frustration.

“This isn’t over,” Blaze said in a low voice

“I believe it is,” The Endermare retorted as Blaze’s journey came to a stop over the pit

Blaze hung in the air as he held out a small flag that read ‘HELP’ before falling into the darkness, his voice soon disappearing with the cart.

The Endermare stood over the hole and narrowed her eyes before turning around and walking away.

First Person Narrative

“Please help her,”

“Huh! What!? Where am I?” I asked as my body felt nothing but pain as the world around me seemed dark, was I dead?

“Help,”

“Who are you? and where are you exactly?" I asked again but no answer and no sign of the person either then I seemed to wake up to…

“Holy Hell,” was all I could say as a world of red greeted me

Fire littered areas of the world with glowstone hanging like chandleries from the ceiling of caves and a massive sea of molten lava flowed slowly in front of me as I wiped my head. Mostly because of the lava fall coming down from the giant hole I fell down, I couldn't even see the top

“So this is the Nether huh? Toasty,” I said as that helped improve my mood a bit as I then noticed the massive crimson city ahead of me

It was mostly red but oranges, yellows and even purples helped light the place up as I saw, Ponies!? And some normal mobs of the game walking around.

“The mobs in this world will soon turn into what you are- “ That’s what Herobrine said so I guess it’s happening, but this soon?

“Well I guess I better go find who’s in charge here, just hope I don’t have to fight just yet,” I said to myself but I knew with my track record that would be impossible

“Well I guess out of the frying pan and into the fire as they say,” I quoted before beginning to walk towards the massive city, but for some reason I felt uneasy, but that could just be the heat
