-Canterlot-

Rex's eyelids slightly dropped and his muscles were loose. He was tired, and not in the mood to be a guard. With a loud groan, the stallion lifted his head and tried his best to stay awake. If anything, he expected just a little bit more excitement than what he was receiving at the moment.

A loud clang startled Rex out of his groggy state. With a shake of his head, the unicorn lifted the tip of his spear and poised it to battle. A faint hiss echoed through the castle halls, landing upon the tyrannosaur's ears like snowflakes.

With a menacing growl, Rex bared his sharp teeth and approached a large figure.

"REX!!" the figure called, exposing itself. It was none other than a Spinosaurus mare.

"Talon?" the unicorn asked, flabbergasted that the Spinosaurus managed to wind itself up in Equestria's capital. "How did you get here?" he asked.

"You know... I haven't the slightest clue... How did YOU get here? And why are you wearing... armor?" Talon asked with a look of disgust crossing her newly formed face.

"I'm a guard now." Rex growled in annoyance.

Talon burst out laughing. "He he he... These people don't know what they're doing!" she chuckled. "I mean, seriously? A Tyrannosaurus Rex as a guard?"

Rex glared at her.

"I'm sorry. But HEY! Look at you! All armored pon-" she stopped mid sentence. "Why, if I may ask, are you our main FOOD SOURCE?!!" she yelled in confusion.

"YOU'RE ONE TO TALK!" Rex snapped.

Talon looked down at herself with horror. "AAGH!! What happened to my beautiful body?!!" she cried with fear, shock, and confusion. The spinosaurid then looked up at Rex with a terrified expression.

"It's hard to explain. But you'll get used to it." Rex reassured the mare, grabbing her hoof.

"My beautiful body!" Talon whined as the stallion dragged her down the hall.

-Manehattan-

The Pteranodon gryphon stumbled about, not being accustomed to walking on four legs. "Rrgh. Stupid body." he growled to himself, glaring down at his body.

"Hello." a calm voice said.

The gryphon looked up and saw a pony. It was a light blue in color with a darker blue mane and tail. A strange marking was on her left hip. "Uh, hi?" he replied nervously.

With a chuckle, the mare spoke again. "My name is Frost Bloom. What is your's?" she asked calmly.

"I... don't really... have a name." the former pterosaur muttered, slight guilt growing on his voice. "Well. I wouldn't say THAT. I'm a Pteranodon, but if you mean a personal nickname or something... I don't have one."

"Well... I'll call you... Toucan!" she exclaimed with excitement.

The gryphon lifted his head, his eyes growing wide with joy. "Really?! You would do that for me?!" he asked with built up happiness. Frost Bloom smiled at Toucan's joyful appearance. She nodded.

-Canterlot-

Owen Grady walked down the hall. He had a lot to take in at the moment. He was a pony, Jurassic World was gone, he knew a talking Tyrannosaurus, the list just went on and on. To top things off, though, Blue was gone. Owen hadn't seen her since she attacked the Indominus Rex.

A pair of large ponies pushed past the stallion, rambling on about what they were. Hearing something about a Spinosaurus, Grady swung around and stared at them with confusion. It was then that he noticed one of the ponies had a small ridge of bone and skin running down the length of her spine.

"What the hell?" Owen muttered, raising an eyebrow. "Hey!" he called. "Wait up!"

Rex and Talon turned their heads in unison to see a smaller pony with a blue shirt and vest. "What can I do for you, Mister Grady?" Rex asked the stallion.

"You know this guy?" Talon asked the unicorn, raising a lip.

"Yeah." Rex muttered.

"Rex. What is that?" Owen Grady panted, pointing at the mare with a hoof. Talon glared at the pony with disgust at being referred to as 'that'.

"This is Talon, the Spinosaurus." Jurassic Park's Tyrannosaurus Rex replied.

"Spinosaurus?" Owen gasped, still trying to catch his breath.

"Yeah." Talon snarled at the Velociraptor trainer. "What's it to ya?" she continued, lowering herself to eye level with the former navy person.

"I-I didn't mean you any harm." Owen stammered, taking a step back.

"No... You didn't." the spinosaurid snorted, rising back up.

-Canterlot Throne Room-

"These newcomers are a potential threat to us." Commander Hurricane started. "We do not have any idea if they mean us good or if they plan to attack us. I suggest we lock them up until we know otherwise." he continued sternly.

"You always were the punch first, ask questions later, kind of pony, Commander. But I will not allow it. Rex saved Canterlot from disaster, so I will do what I wish, without interference." Princess Celestia retorted.

"Yes, Your Majesty, but-"

"No. You can keep your negative comments to yourself. You were the same way about Onyx, Ratchet, and Captain Sparrow. Maybe you should try fitting into MY position for once in your career. Do you understand?" the celestial alicorn said to the commander. "If not, Captain Gordon would be happy to take your place."

"Are you kidding?! Captain Gordon tried to KILL you! He held a gun to your HEAD! What makes you think that he wouldn't do it AGAIN?!" Commander Hurricane shouted angrily.

"He helped save the planet." the pony replied. "Have you ever done such a thing?" she continued.

There was no reply.

"That's what I thought. Now then, fetch the newcomers for me please. I wish to speak with them." Princess Celestia commanded the... commander.

Hurricane rolled his eyes but did not object. He was, after all, talking to the monarch.

-Jurassic World-

"What the heck?" Claire said to herself, walking out into the open. Owen Grady, the raptor, the rex, and the I-Rex, were gone. "Where'd they go?" she asked herself. Zach and Grey walked up beside her with confused expressions.

"Aunt Claire, where are they?" Grey asked.

"I... don't know." she replied with a worried expression.

-Ponyville-

Dawn trudged down the street, her hooves kicking up dust as she walked. Patches of fur had been burnt off by the dragons' flames, exposing blackened skin. The Indominus' hide was pitted with long scratches and bruises.

A small pony followed her with a ridiculous smile. "Why are you following me?" Dawn growled, not turning her head. The foal stopped. The Indominus turned around to see a young orange pony with small wings and a pink mane and tail.

"Hello." the small pony said.

Dawn rolled her red eyes and gazed down at the small pony. "Hi." she grunted in reply.

"What's your name?" the little pony asked with a wide grin. "I'm Scootaloo." she continued, not giving the former Indominus Rex the time to reply to her question.

"Dawn." the unicorn said, turning back around.

"You're really big." Scootaloo said, following the unicorn mare with a big grin. "Are you a monster? Why do you have big teeth? Are you hurt?" The questions just went on and on.

Dawn's eye twitched

Finally, the unicorn cracked. Swinging around, she glared Scootaloo in the eye. "Stop... Following... Me." Dawn commanded, stiffly trudging away. She desperately tried to resist the urge to kill the young pegasus.

It was then that an odd looking creature walked into dawn's path. "What in the-?" The Indominus was cut off as the creature leapt at her face, it's jaws wide and claws splayed. "ARGH!!" the unicorn yelled as she tried to fight the creature away.

A loud scream sounded off like a bullet.

Dawn swung around to see the foal surrounded by a group of the creatures. With a furious roar, the Indominus swung her head, throwing the creature off of her. A triumphant growl leaked from her throat as she charged the group of animals. One creature's eyes nearly popped out of their sockets as she swung a hoof at it.

With a painful shriek, the creature struck a building. It fell with a puff of dust.

The other creature's leapt on top of Dawn's back and angrily bit the Indominus. The unicorn angrily bellowed and clamped her jaws on the closest one to her mouth.

Thrashing her head, Dawn instantly killed the reptile. The hybrid dinosaur then bucked the other bird like animals off of her.

The dinosaurs scampered away, screeching at each other with angry hisses and growls. With a triumphant bellow, Dawn watched as the animals ran off.

The unicorn gasped for breath and fell to her knees and elbows. "Are you okay?" Scootaloo asked Dawn with worry.

"I'll be alright." the dinosaur reassured the orange pegasus foal. "I just need to rest for a little while, is all." With that, Dawn lowered her head to the ground and closed her eyes.

Berries soared high above the town. Flaring his nostrils, the Dimorphodon gryphon smelled fresh blood. Berries lowered his altitude and spotted the source. It was an albino unicorn.

The gryphon uttered a cackling laugh and lowered his altitude.

With a small shockwave, Berries slammed into the ground, his clawed wings digging into the gravel. Cautiously, the Dimorphodon gryphon approached the downed hybrid, not knowing that a small foal was on the other side of the large unicorn.

"Yesss. It will make a good meal for Berries, it will." he hissed, preparing to take a mouthful.

"HEY!! Get away from her!!" a small pegasus shouted at the gryphon, startling him. "Go away!" Scootaloo commanded the Dimorphodon with a stern expression.

"ACH!" Berries shouted, glaring up at the orange pony. "It talkss!" the gryphon exclaimed to himself. "Our fishes doesn't talkss." he growled to himself.

"I said GET AWAY!!" Scootaloo yelled, leaping at Berries with and angry expression.

"EEK!!" the Dimorphodon shrieked in fear, leaping out of the way as the small pony jumped at him. "It's attacking!" Berries screeched, beating his leathery wings.

"It made Berries lose hiss meal, it did." the gryphon hissed to himself as he flew away, his wings pushing down with great strength.
