This was it, today was the big day. Pinkie had gone into labor a few hours ago and was rushed to the hospital. "Remember to breathe baby." I said to her as we ran through the doors into the delivery room.

"Okay Mrs. Young we're going to need you to tell me when the contractions started?" The nurse asked.

"My husband knows more than me!" Pinkie yelled. "ASK HIM!"

"Okay Mr. Young-"

"She started to have contractions around eight o'clock." I cut her off with a strain in my voice. Pinkie had locked a vice-grip on my hand. "Can we get her some ice or something?"

"I'm sorry but that will complicate things, how far along is she?" The nurse asked.

"She's at 11 months."

"How many are you expecting?"

"Triplets." I said.

"Alright the contractions are two minutes apart, when it gets to one minute we're going to need you to push."

"How long will that take?" Pinkie gasped.

"From 15 minutes to an hour." The nurse replied and Pinkie became Pinkamena.

"If you don't get the monsters out of me right now, you'll be the one that will be going inside of me." She said while gripping the nurse's collar.

"Get her some ice!" I said to the nurse.

"I already said sir-"

This time I grabbed her collar, "I don't care who you are, but this is Pinkamena Diane Pie-Young. She is the impossible and I love her for it. If you don't get her ice right now I'll be the one to help HIDE YOUR BODY! Is that clear?"

"Crystal." The nurse gulped and ran out of the room.

"Oh baby." Pinkie said holding my hand tenderly.

"I'm sorry Pinkie." I apologized to her.

"It's........FINE! I'm the one who asked for this." Pinkie said.

"I still can't help but feel sorry." I said.

The nurse came running back into the delivery room with a bucket of ice. "Here you go."

I took a piece of ice and placed it on her head. "Ahhhhhh." Pinkie sighed in relief.

"We should make that common practice." The doctor said. "Alright Pinkie get ready to push."

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Pinkie yelled as she pushed.

"The baby is crowning." The doctor said. "Just a little more." Pinkie pushed a bit more and out she came, our little girl Surprise. "Two more Pinkie." Pinkie pushed again. Then out came the little boy known as Party Popper Pie-Young. Then another push and the little girl that would be known as Cupcake Pokey Pie-Young. "Would you like to cut the cord?" The doctor offered me scissors. I cut the cords for my three new children and was handed Party while Pinkie was given Cupcake and Surprise.

"Ha~ I-I can't believe it." Pinkie said. "I'm a mommy now." She nuzzled Surprise and Cupcake.

I brought over Party Popper, "We're parents now."

"I love you Mickey."

"I love you too, mommy." I said to her as I ran a hand through her messy, sweaty curls of hair, our children were beautiful foals. The only exception is that instead of hooves they all had little piggies at the bottoms of their feet. Pinkie let her shirt down and started to feed Cupcake and Surprise while the other girls stepped inside the delivery room.

"Oh my goodness." Fluttershy whispered. "They're so beautiful." She said.

"You must be so proud Pinkie." Twilight whispered as she was careful not to wake the children.

"I am, I need somepony to feed Party Popper though." Pinkie said, "I'm kinda busy with Surprise and Cupcake."

"If you'll hand Party here I'll take care of him." Tia said as her horn glowed. "I have a breastfeeding spell ready."

I handed over Popper to Tia and she tugged her shirt down and started to feed Popper.

Rainbow just stared in awe as she looked at three of her new herd children. Fluttershy grabbed her arm, "It's kinda amazing isn't it?"

"Yeah." Rainbow mumbled.

"Uh girls." AJ said but was ignored.

Twilight slipped in next to Pinkie. "Was it very painful?" She asked the pink mare.

"The worst pain you could ever imagine, I'm just glad they came out fast." Pinkie said as she supported her two new daughters who were suckling away at their mothers breast.

"Girls." AJ said again but to no avail.

I looked up at Applejack to see that she was breathing harder. It was almost like she was........Then it clicked and I rushed to her side. "Okay baby just calm down and breathe I'll go get the doctor." I said.

Twilight was confused. "Why? What's going on?"

"Applejack just went into labor." I said as I ran out of the room to get the doctor and saw that the ponies were scrambling to help AJ.

"MICKEY!" Applejack shouted after me which started to make the triplets cry.

"What?"

"If I'm delivering these babies then I'm gonna do it at the farm." AJ gasped.

"You've got to be joking." I said. "How am I supposed to get you to the farm from here?"

"Use that doohickey that you ride around in!" AJ shouted again.

"You mean my truck?" I said.

"YES!" She shouted.

"Change of plans, Twilight you get the doctor I'm going home." I said while taking off from the hospital room.

"Why are you going home?" Twilight shouted.

"That's where my truck is!" I yelled back. I looked forward and ran through the doors of the hospital. Here's how Ponyville's layout is, the hospital is in the middle of town. My house and my truck is on the edge of town. The perimeter of the town is 15 miles, I'm stuck in the middle that means that I have to run 7.5 miles, get my truck and drive back doing my absolute best not to murder anyone with a two ton war machine. I ran like a man possessed, I think Forest Gump would've been proud of me that day. I kept looking back at my watch to see that ten minutes had passed. I found my keys to the truck and opened it up and buckled in, I took a deep breath and said. "All my GTA training has lead to this moment." I shoved the key into the ignition, shifted into four wheel drive, and hit the gas. If we want to be technical about this, Ponyville has a wing speed limit. This is a truck and I was hitting at least 90 to 95 mph, I was honking my horn to move everyone out of the way and it worked. "AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I shouted as I drove through the town. "Please be okay." I was running on all four cylinders. I powerslid into the hospital's front entrance and saw that the doctor and Applejack were ready. I opened the passenger door, "GET IN!" I yelled with exhaustion.

"Don't you yell at me I'm in labor-ah!" AJ yelled.

The doctor got into the bed of the truck. "Where's the safety harnesses back here?" He asked.

"Sit down against the dent of the wheel."

"Is that really safe?" The doctor asked.

"It's fine!" I yelled as he sat down and I drove to the farm. I drove as fast as I possibly could to the farm and slid right next to the farm house and got out as fast as I could. I ran to the passenger side. "What room do you want to do it in?" I asked AJ.

"I already prepared the den for the birth." AJ moaned.

"Wake up doc you got a job to do." I said to the doctor in the truck.

"You do realize that home births cost double." The doctor said.

"I'll pay the hospital quadruple if you do this for me right now." I said as I ran Applejack into the room.

Big Mac walked in. "What's going on?" He asked.

"Your sister is in labor." I said, "She wanted to do a home birth while we were at the hospital."

Mac got her other side, "It's traditional to do it at home. Our mom did it for all three of us." Mac said as he helped his sister lay down on the mattress.

The doctor lifted her skirt and said. "I'm going to need to remove your undergarments."

"JUST DO IT!" Applejack screamed.

"Mac go get some ice." I said as I grasped Applejack's hand. "AJ breathe." I said and she started to huff and puff. "Don't do that! Do like they said at the birthing classes."

"Okay." AJ strained, she started to breath like she should and Mac came back with the ice.

"Here." Mac said as I took it out of his hands and placed pieces of ice on Applejack's forehead.

"Okay Mrs. Apple. The baby is crowning, it's time to push." The doctor said.

"OHHHHH..........AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" AJ yelled as the first little one started to come out. Her screams were drowned out by the screams of a little child.

"It's a colt!" The doctor said.

"Not done yet doc." I said.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" AJ screamed louder as another child started to crown and come out.

"It's a filly!" The doctor proclaimed. "Would you like to cut the cords?" The doctor asked me and I did it immediately. I draped a blanket over AJ's lower parts, and held our two new children.

"Lemme see them. Please." AJ gasped. I brought over Apple Tart and Apple Cobbler to their mother.

"Don't worry I got them." I said as AJ pulled herself up.

"Oh they're so beautiful." AJ cried. "C'mere baby." She said as she held the little girl named Apple Tart. Just like their brother and sisters, they had toes instead of hooves. Applejack kissed her daughter's forehead, "Hey there, I'm your momma." She said as Tart cried. AJ pulled her shirt down and started to feed Tart. I held Cobbler in my arms as he looked at me. He had heterocromia like me, one of his eyes was bright green like his mother's and the other was yellow. He then started to cry and I handed him over to to his mother to be fed.

I then started to cry myself, "Look at us, we're a family now."

"Ah love you so much Mickey." AJ kissed me on the cheek.

I hugged AJ as she fed our kids. "Hey Mac wanna come in here and say hi to your new niece and nephew?" I said.

Mac heard me and walked in, he took one look at the kids and asked. "I'm a uncle now?" He looked at the kids.

"Eeyup." I said and he punched me in the arm.

"They look jus' like ma and pa." Mac noted as he sat on his sister's other side. "What'd ya name 'em?"

"Apple Tart and Apple Cobbler." She said as the little ones stopped nursing and AJ pulled her shirt up. "You wanna hold one?" She asked him.

"If ya don't mind." Mac said and AJ handed over Tart. "This is Tart." She said and then rocked little Cobbler to sleep. "This one here is Cobbler."

"We gotta tell the others." I said as the CMC came running in.

"AJ AJ AJ!" They all said.

"SHHH!" I shushed them.

"Why?" Scootaloo whispered.

"Because your new little brother and sister are asleep."

"Wait a minute, if Scoots is a big sister. Does this mean that me and Sweetie are aunts now?" Applebloom asked.

"Yeah, now all of you girls are related." I said.

"All of us how?" Sweetie asked.

"Dad adopted me on hearthswarming." Scoots said while hugging me.

"Does this mean that we're your aunts as well?" AB asked Scootaloo.

"Umm........yes?" Scootaloo said. "But that doesn't matter, it's more important that Rainbow Dash is my mom!"

"Shh." I shushed her again. "Now listen girls, I know you're all excited but right now I need you to do an important mission for me." I said that and they fell in line right in front of me like jarheads on their first day of training. "Scootaloo, I need you to get all of your mothers from the hospital that can come down to the farm. If they somehow released Pinkie today, that's fine. You understand the mission?"

They all saluted and said. "Yes sir!"

"Then move out!" I said pointing to the door and they took off.

The CMC had pulled through for me and had gotten all the girls down to the farm. Including Pinkie, I asked Twilight why they released her so early and she said that earth ponies can recover from child birth in a matter of hours, pegasai might take a day or two, and unicorns take from three days to five. The triplets were already asleep cuddling up next to each other, Party was gumming up Cupcake's ear, Emerald had her fingers in her mouth and Surprise was sucking on her toes. Surprise really lived up to her name because she was a pegasus. When I looked at Pinkie she said that her some of her family has been known to give birth to pegasus foals from an all earth pony family. It was a recessive trait in her family just like my heterocromia is a recessive trait for mine. We had all packed up from the farm and headed to our new home while the girls took Scootaloo home with the other five new foals I stayed behind to talk to Mac.

"Hey Mac." I said while he was leaning on the door frame.

"Huh- What?" He said nervously.

"It's nothing, just want to help you out and help me out." I said as I jerked a thumb over to my truck. "You want my truck?" I asked him.

"What?"

"I said-"

"No need ta repeat yourself I heard ya, jus' why?" He asked.

"Here's how I figure that this is going to go down, if I know Applejack like I think I know her. She'll want some time to be a mother, I know you support that but you'll also have a lot of work on your hands that can't be done by just you. I don't need my truck as much as you need it, and you saw what it's capable of. I want you to have it, I'm not going to ask you for a bit of money either, it's yours." I said while dangling the keys in front of him. "If you want it that is?"

Mac took the keys out of my hand gingerly and looked over the shiny metal. "Mickey ah dunno what ta say."

"There's no need to say anything. I'm still going to have to teach you how to drive it, but as far as I'm concerned it's yours." I said as I started to join my family I paused and looked back at Mac. "By the way, it's for apple HAULING, not apple BUCKING. If you try to drive that thing into a tree the tree will win, and I don't have the expertise to fix it if you do." I said before departing.

Twilight looked at me as I walked alongside them, "What was that about?" She asked. "Where's your truck?"

"It's not my truck anymore. I'll explain later, but for now. Let's go home."
