Vesper opened her eyes to realise two things: She was in a human form and she was lying face-first on a desk. The buck? She sat up. Looking around, she could see that she was in a cl

assroom. Metal plates covered every window and a surveillance camera hung next to a blackboard. There was a note on her desk:

Hey there, new kid!

The next semester is about to start.

Starting today, this school will be your entire world.

What the buck is going on? She looked down at her hands to check what kind of human she'd become. Her skin looked like a pale, yellowy pink. A type one, huh? She began clicking her fingers on her right hand, remembering the stories her mother had told her about human magic. After about a minute, she successfully summoned a handful of fire. She smirked before dismissing it.

Vesper also vaguely remembered something about Arcane Circles not working as a type one human, but wasn't sure because the author hadn't decided on that yet.

After waiting a few minutes to wake up properly, Vesper left the classroom to explore.

Some time later...

Vesper stood atop the mountain of bodies, looking towards Monokuma with a bored expression.
