A mysterious stallion who claims to be in pain arrives into the quant town of Ponyville, arriving with him is series of unexplainable and lethal illnesses. Completely out of the blue, the older stallion takes a job as a Doctor in a clinic.

However, his work is interrupted arrubtly when undesirable ponies make his work much more different than it has to be. Constantly questioning his judgement and/or actions, Doctor House is going to need more than Vicodin if he's going to help this town.
