Void laid in Luna’s royal bed, currently unable to relax, he was nervously rolling back and forth trying to forget about where he is.

Sadly no matter how hard he tried, it was no use. This magic wig he wore felt almost like his own hair, which even though was quite surprising at first, in the end it let him get used to wearing it quite easily.

Problem laid somewhere else, he was in the bed of his beloved and respected Princess Luna for Faust sake, how was he supposed to just relax.

Void suddenly stopped his rolling, he stared up at the ceiling and took a huge breath, he counted from one to ten and released the air from his lungs.

I can’t go like this through the whole day, I need some sleep. Void closed his eyes and after few minutes of repeating the breathing process he finally managed to relax his muscles.

When he did that he finally noticed something very positive. Nova was right again, this bed is really comfy. Huh he was right two times in a span of few hours, how unusual.

Void sighed and smiled. Maybe this isn’t so bad after all, the more I relax the better this bed gets, holy crap is this what heaven feels like?

And finally, when Void entered the state of calm relaxation, and was about to drift off into the land of dreams, he heard a noise that made all of his previous tension come back.

A knocking on the door.

You’ve got to be kidding me, I hope this whole plan works. Void covered his whole body with quilts, except for his head.

He couldn’t see it but he heard the doors slowly open, and then the sound of hoofsteps, one after one getting closer and closer until they stopped, surprisingly far from the bed.

It stopped being a surprise after the pony who stood near his bed spoke.

“Princess Luna? I’m sorry to interrupt you during your sleep but I forgot to give you a report about tonight patrols.”

Void’s muzzle went pale as he felt his blood freeze. From all the ponies in this fucking castle, it had to be him?! Does the fate hate me this much?!

Said pony scratched his head. “Your majesty? Are you asleep already? I am very sorry but I have to wake you up.” Captain Riddick said with his intimidating, deep voice.

I’m dead, I’m so dead, if there was a contest in being dead, I would win it but couldn’t get my reward cause I would be too dead to reclaim it! Void felt drops of sweat flowing into his eyes as he started to shiver in fear under the blankets.

“I-I am….” Void stuttered out and his eyes went wide with yet another shock today, words that came from his mouth were his, but his voice wasn’t.

“Oh Princess Luna, so you’re awake, I’m glad.”

Void felt his heart pumping faster and faster, but it seems he have found a way out of this. “Uhh, yes, indeed I am, what are you doing here Captain Riddick?”

“I came to give you report about last night patrols, where should I leave it.”

“On the desk.”

Captain Riddick nodded, which of course wasn’t seen by Void who was still covered with quilts and shivering in fear and anticipation.

Riddick put the whole report which consisted of twenty pages on the desk, he then walked up to the doors and bowed. “I’m sorry to interrupt your sleep your highness, I wish you a good day.”

Void waited to hear that blissful sound indicating that he is safe, seconds felt like hours as he counted Riddick’s hoofsteps and then listened closely to the sound of closing doors, until he finally heard it, doors were finally closed once again.

The relief that fall on Night this moment was indescribable, he felt like a prisoner who escaped from the death sentence, now few minutes after Riddick’s arrival and his leave, Void finally managed to calm down and comprehend the situation.

So, either this wig or paint changes my voice to Princess Luna’s voice, she didn’t mention that but hey at least I’m fine now right? Void asked himself and with a frown on his muzzle he stared upright. “Right?” He asked out loud.

The answer he got didn’t bring a smile to his face, oh no.

“Luna? Can I talk with you.”

Void felt his eyelid twitch uncontrollably as his mouth opened in the mute scream of anger only he could hear.

“Luna? Please I know you’re not asleep yet.”

Oh for fucks sake, why me?! What did I do wrong? I was a good guy, I help others, sometimes, I work hard as guard, what did I do to deserve this?! What! Void massaged his temples with his hoofs for a while and then with a defeated sigh he shouted. “Come in.”

Star walked into his room a huge smile adorning his muzzle, he started to take his armor off while humming a catchy song he recently couldn't get out of his head.

Sky soon also entered their room, he however was far from smiling, both because of his mood, and because smiling hurt more than any other facial expression.

“Hey Sky don’t be like that, It doesn’t look this bad.” Star said with joy in his voice.

“I still cfan’t bhfelieve you acftually hit me thfree times.” He said trying to sound as clear as possible with his swollen muzzle.

“I was actually thinking about four, but hey we are friends right?”

“Thfe bfest.” Sky replied sarcastically.

“Oh cheer up! You will be back to normal in no time, and now that I got whole night to think about it, you are right.”

“I ham?”

“What? No, no you’re not ham.”

Sky facehoofed. “I said I h-h-h… I AM.”

“Oh, yeah, Twinkle is Twinkle and I can’t change her, no matter how much I would like to… sadly.” Star said with a sad sigh, while Sky rolled his eyes, well just his right eye actually, he couldn’t open the left one cause the eyelid was too swollen at the moment.

“So, I don’t accept this, I don’t know if I ever will but, if she wants to live her life like that then, at least you could have an eye on her.” Star said.

Sky tried to smile but quickly resigned after he felt a jolt of pain going through his nerves. “Tfhanks brof.”

Star chuckled. “I don’t know for how long will you look like this but this is priceless, or even legendary!.”

Sky facehoofed.

“What? Did I do it wrong?” Star asked.

“Oh yfoung phadawan, you hfave a lhong whay to gof.” He replied and took off the last piece of his armor before jumping into his bed.

Star stared at the place Sky stood second ago and after few moments of thinking he asked.

“What the fuck is phadawan?”
