Celestia walked through the regal hallways of tremendous Canterlot Castle. The sun was at its zenith as she entered royal kitchen and slowly trotted towards the fridge, all the while a huge frown adoring her face.

Celestia opened the royal fridge and, not surprising anypony working in kitchen, took out a slice of chocolate cake.

Princess turned around ready to leave the place with her precious loot but instead she was stopped by her very special somepony, or rather very special somedraconequus.

“What do you want Discord?” Celestia asked, the heavy frown not leaving her face for even a moment.

“Oh why so serious Tia? I wanted to ask what you are bothered about and how can I help.”

Celestia sighed, she walked pass him and left the kitchen, choosing her own bedroom as the place to consume her cake.

“How do you know that I am bothered by something? Is it the cake?” She asked him as they walked side by side towards her destination.

“What? The cake? Oh no no no, why would I ponder about something you do every day? No, it’s just rare to see you with a frown on your pretty face all day.”

Celestia sighed and they walked for a few moments in silence, suddenly she halted her movement in the middle of the hallway and turned to face him.

“It’s about Luna.” She said and Discord nodded motioning for her to continue.

“You see, I noticed that for quite some time now she looks sad and concerned all the time, she’s frowning a lot and only smiles when she notices me watching her. I tried talking with her about that but she changes the subject as soon as I try asking her.”

“Well maybe you should try… Do you hear that too?” Discord said, his ears rotating.

Celestia cocked hey eyebrow but suddenly she heard something from the end of the hallway, it sounded like somepony was…

Humming?

Soon enough the source of the noise was identified as Princess Luna, who happily trotted towards them smiling widely from ear to ear all the while humming something to herself.
“Oh hello there sister, hello there Discord how are you two today?”

“L-Luna?” Celestia asked not sure if the pony in front of her truly was her little sister.

“Of course Tia! I couldn’t sleep so I went to kitchen and got myself some warm milk.”

“I see.” Was the only thing Celestia managed to say.

“Well then see you later my dear sister, bye Discord!” Luna stated and continued her trot towards her royal lunar quarters leaving a stunned Celestia and an amused Discord alone.

“You were right, she seems really depressed.”

“I-I don’t get it! What the hay was that?! I swear she was all gloomy and sad few days ago and now she’s… humming to herself?”

“Well that is just horrible! We have to do something about that.”

Celestia give Discord stare full of daggers “I am just worried about her! Such changes in behavior aren’t caused by just anything, something big must have happened and I have to know what!”

“Then maybe I’ll go ask her.”

“Why would you go and not me?"

“Beeecause if she didn’t want to tell you anything before, why would she now?”

Celestia opened her mouth to say something but after few moments of pondering in silence she sighed “Maybe you’re right.”

“Of course I am dear! Just give me a minute and I’ll be back.” Lord of chaos said and snapped his fingers disappearing into thin air with a flash, Celestia sighed and continued towards her bedroom with her cake, concerned about her sisters weird behavior.

Luna walked into her room and yawned, it was almost completely dark cause of the dark-purple curtains blocking most of light coming in from outside.

She climbed up onto her bed and enjoyed the silence of her room as she slowly drifted into her dreams…

“Hey I don’t come here very often but you got a really nice place!”

Luna’s eyes shot open and she jumped into the air startled by Discord.

“Oh come on! I’m not that scary am I? You should see your sister when she has one of her 'bad days', now that’s a scary sight.”

“First off...” Luna said slowly calming herself “We are well aware how frightful our sister can be, secondly what are thou doing in our room?!”

“Tsk, tsk, tsk Luna you’re jumping into that old speech of yours again..”

Princess of the night sighed and rolled her eyes. “That’s because you scared us… you scared me anyways. Why are you here?”

“I’m here to ask you why you were all sad and gloomy all the time for Faust knows how long and suddenly you’re all happy and stuff.”

“Well, I don’t really want to talk about it.”

“I pinkie promise I won’t tell Celestia." Discord said as he mimicked the motions of a Pinkie promise.

“It all started when I was saved by elements of harmony when they got rid of my dark powers.” Luna started talking without hesitation.

“When I first came back I knew most ponies would be scared of me at the beginning, that was understandable, I tried to cover their world in eternal night, twice.”

“Yes that was very mean.” Discord commented munching on his popcorn.

“Like I was saying...” Luna continued “ I wasn’t really surprised or concerned that they feared me at first, but recently I got worried because even though it has been four years, most ponies are still afraid of me.”

“I think you’re exaggerating.” He exclaimed while sipping his chocolate milk.

“No I’m not, sure I somehow managed to make friends with Twilight Sparkle and rest of the elements of harmony, I also became acquainted with Princess Cadance and Shining Armor. It also seems citizens of Ponyville don’t fear me any longer and bat ponies seem to like me, especially the night guards.”

Luna sighed heavily “But that’s about it, almost everypony else in Equestria fears me and loves my sister, actually now that I think about it, it seems that even you’re less feared than I am.”

“I would doubt that, especially after the Tirek fiasco.” Discord spat out last words remembering how he betrayed the only friends he ever had, even though they all forgave him long ago he was still feeling ashamed.

“Well you’re the husband to their Princess of the sun.”

“Pardon me Princess Luna but I think we somehow drifted off the subject, I’m glad you explained your previous behavior but what was the cause that changed it so recently?”

Luna blushed lightly and smiled “Well I…”

“Ohh, this looks like it’s going to be interesting.” Discord said as he teleports in a recliner and sits back.

“Ohh fine! Yesterday while I was walking through the gardens I got asked out on a date by one of my guards! There! Happy now?!”

“I’m more confused than happy but sure.” Discord said scratching back of his head “Why would you be so happy about that?”

“Did you not listen to me?”

“Well I did and I remember you saying that bat ponies seem to like you so what’s the big surprise here?”

“I said they like me but I didn’t say they don’t fear me and my former dark powers, then suddenly one of them jumps in ’literally’ and asks me out on a date!"

“All right then, but I certainly can see why you didn’t want to speak about this with Tia.”

“Yes she can be really protective of me, especially when it comes to stallions.” Luna said and rolled her eyes.

“What’s his name?”

“What?” Luna asked surprised by sudden question.

“What’s the name of your suitor my dear sister-in-law.”

“Oh that, he goes by the name of Supernova.”

“Sounds chaotic, I like him already! So tell me, is he handsome?”

“Well he’s… wait are we really having this conversation right now? And why am I having what sounds like 'girl talk' with you?”

Discords shrugged “I guess that’s Fluttershy’s influence."

Luna cocked her right eyebrow. “Anyways” Discord continued “Now that I got my answers I shall leave and let you have your sleep.”

“But you won’t tell Tia right?” Luna asked a bit of worry written on her expression.

“Of course not! I pinkie promised, you know what happens when somepony breaks this promise…”

They both flinched and shivered remembering some old memories. Soon after that Discord snapped his fingers disappearing from Luna’s room, said alicorn smiled once again and laid her head on the soft pillow and slowly drifted into her land of dreams.

Celestia just finished consuming her royal snack as Discord appeared in her room.

“So what was Luna concerned about?” Celestia asked without hesitation.

“Ohh she thought that she put on some weight but it turned out that her scale was just broken.”

Celestia simply sat there dumbfounded trying to process Discords words.

After few moments of that stagnation she snapped herself back to reality “Discord that is just plain stupid, why would somepony be all sad and grim because of their weight?”

“Exactly! She should have taken example from you!”

Celestia cocked her eyebrow and pierced Discord with her stare “Are you saying that I’m fat?”

“W-What?! No of course not Tia! You have a perfect figure!” Discord said trying helplessly to save himself.

“Now that I think about it, earlier today you mentioned how I always eat cake, were you implying that I should go on a diet?”

Discord backed away.
