Chapter 5: Xion's Playtime

"There's a Heartless in my shoe!" Mickey's voice box spoke up. The mouse, Minnie and Figaro are in Xion's bedroom as the girl played with his tricks. "Gawrsh. I would love to play along, but I like to see you fellows a song."

"Wow, mice toys and a kitty one!" Xion giggles as she hugs the new toys. "Sylvester, move on over. We got some new guests on a date here."

Xion put Mickey, Minnie and Figaro right at a small table where her other toys are at. One of them is a black cat with a red nose. His name is Sylvester.

Another one is a blue furred cat with light blue on his muzzle to belly area, paws, black nose, and bandage wraps on his tail. His name is Furrball.

The third toy is a brown slender wolf (who like similar like Charlie B Barkin from the Don Bluth film; All Dogs Go To Heaven). He have a dark brown turf on his head, hazel eyes, blackish brown nose, wearing a fedora hat and cape. He has a golden wolf head-shaped badge on orange sash around his neck. His name is Ben10magician.

The fourth toy is a twenty one year old woman with somewhat short messy brown hair which had a light brown hair clip in it and green and gold-ish colored beads in a stream of hair, black eyes, and was wearing a long green cape with a hood, a diamond heart shaped necklace, a golden/pale yellow colored vest which had light brown/grey animal like fur on the collar part, a light brown belt with a silver circle in the middle, a grey long sleeve t-shirt, gold-ish colored gloves, grey jeans with gold-ish color patches on the knee part and black boots. Her name was Wing.

The fifth toy is a very beautiful female Alicorn with long flowing light blue/green, and purple mane and tail, a golden tiara on her head, a golden collar with a jewel in the middle around her neck, and golden hooves. She is Princess Celestia.

The last toy is another female Alicorn with moderate cyan eyes, a moderate cobalt blue mane, a light dark sapphire blue coat, a magic aura of moderate cobalt blue and a crescent moon on a dark purple background. Her name is Princess Luna, Celestia's sister.

"Want some tea?" Xion ask the mice as she pretends to have a party. The girl got some cups out, pretending to pour tea into them. "Very good for you. But best not to drink too much. Because if you, you must...you must..." Xion yelps, finding herself dancing the "potty dance". "Oooh, be right back!"

And thus, Xion rushes out of the room to head off to the bathroom, leaving the toys alone. Mickey, Minnie and Figaro came to life, looking around. The female mouse spoke out, "Wow, this feels...nice."

"I feel like Bugs right now." Mickey remarks, recalling when Bugs did this. The mouse turns to the other toys who stay where they're at. "Hey, uh, excuse me."

Sylvester came to life, shushing him, "Sssssssh!"

"Can you tell us where we are?"

"Ssssssh!"

Ben10magician came to life, speaking, "Don't be rude, Sylvester! The mouse is asking a nice question."

Furrball came to life, saying, "He's right. We could at least be polite and tell him."

"Well, I'm staying in character here, my apprentice. If this turns out well, I could win an award for this." Sylvester explains to Furrball then he freezes once more, returning to character, so to speak.

"Don't mind him, newcomers, he's always like this." Celestia said to the newcomers, rolling her eyes. "Welcome to Xion's playroom. I am Princess Celestia and this is my sister, Luna."

"Greetings to you both." Luna said, waving a hello with a hoof.

"My name is Ben10magician!" Ben10magician exclaims, greeting the newcomers with a smile.

"Shhhhhhhh!" Sylvester snaps, shushing the wolf. He must stay in character here, why can't everyone else understand that?

"The name's Angelwing Skellington, Wing for short through from the character I'm base on, I also have a thief ego called the Green Hood." Wing said as she smirked a little bit, "And if I remember correct, Xion has us in Paris with Ben coming back with some life changing news."

"Shhhhhh!"

"Shhhhhhhhhhh!" Wing and Ben10magican shushes right back in irritation. How does it feel for Sylvester to be shushed right back?

"Well, Sylvester, they got you there." Furrball whispers to Sylvester, who frowns at him.

"Well, we don't know where we are right now." Mickey said in concern to the other toys.

"Can you help us?" Minnie ask the other toys with Figaro meowing in hope.

"It's what Wing said, you both are either in a café in Paris or a coffee shop in New Jersey." Celestia explains to the newcomer toys. "Wing just came back from the doctor with life-changing news."

"Right. No worries, we do improv here, my friends." Luna explains with a smile to the baffled toys. Looks like they're in the middle of a game here. "Stay loose and have fun and you will have triple the fun!"

"In other words, have some playtime!" Furrball exclaims with a smile.

"No, no, no, no, we can't, we can't, forget it!" Mickey exclaims in concern to the toys at the table. He and Minnie must go home right now.

But then the toys heard a flushing noise. Xion must be done in the bathroom. Everyone went back to toy mode as the girl came back to her fun, saying, "Well, okay, who wants lunch?" Xion goes over to a toy microwave oven and push buttons, making noises like a real one. "Beep, beep, boop!"

Xion opens the microwave and takes out a plastic hamburger, putting it right of Mickey. The girl smiles, enjoying this playtime with the new toys.

"It got a secret ingredient..." Xion said as she lifts the top bun to reveal jellybeans on the toy hamburger. "...jellybeans."

As Xion eats a jellybean, she pulls Mickey's string, causing his voice box to announce, "Oh my gosh! The Heartless have invaded!" This causes the girl to gasps as she pretend to be shock, spitting the jellybean which sticks to Sylvester.

"Heartless?! Oh, someone must've sent them, but who could've done so?" Xion then gasps then pretends to be another toy, laughing 'evilly'. "Hee hee hee!"

Xion turns to two toys on a shelf behind here. One of them is a blonde-haired fifteen-year-old girl who also had blue eyes. She was wearing a white sleeveless, short-skirted gown and light blue sandals. Her name is Namine.

The other toy is a gray furred coyote with light gray on his eyebrows, muzzle to belly area, a red nose, and he wears pink sneakers. His name is Calamity Coyote.

"A scary witch and her apprentice!" Xion exclaims as she grabs the toys, pretending to fly them around the room. "Oh no! They got evil powers!"

"I know where we could hide!" Xion spoke in Mickey's voice in determination.

"In here, quick!" Xion exclaims in Minnie's as the girl and the toys head into the toy box at the foot of Xion's bed to hide from the "witch" and her apprentice.

A while later, the toy box creaks open as Xion peeks out, grabbing a Big the Cat toy and a brown stallion toy with a Triforce cutie mark on his flank while closing the lid once more.

In the dark, Xion, the mice and Figaro huddles in the dark, the girl quietly spoke, "I don't think she will find us in here." Xion then lifts Namine into view, pretending not to see. "Err, what? Is there anything wrong?"

Xion then slowly turns and saw Namine. This causes the girl to scream before she jumps, causing the toy box to tip over and spilling everyone out of the thing.

"That witch and her apprentice has found us! We need a spaceship to escape!" Xion exclaims, rushing into a nearby closet to find the 'spaceship' needed to escape.

As Xion left, the toys came to life, smiling in approval at the mice and Figaro's performance. Wing exclaims, "I'm impressed; you three are great!"

"Yeah, for your first time!" The stallion remarks with a chuckle as he got up.

"Well, I'm impressed too. My name is Sylvester the Cat, are you classically trained?" Sylvester ask the newcomers with a grin.

"Well we have been doing this for years now." Minnie said to Sylvester with a giggle.

"Yes, they have." Hooded said as he came onto the scene from out of hiding. "I apologize for missing out on the tea party, but Xion doesn't need me for that game."

"Say, uh, fellas. We need to get out of here fast. Can you tell us how?" Mickey ask the toys meekly. He, Minnie and Figaro must leave before it's too late.

"But, dude, what's you're inside in here. YOU WILL NEVER COME OUT ALIVE!!!!!" Ben10magician exclaims madly, much to Mickey's shock and horror.

"What?!"

"Hahahahahaha! Just kidding! The door is right back there."

As the wolf motions to the door that goes out the bedroom, Mickey can only groan as the stallion sighs, "Really, Ben10magician? Must you do that?"

"Sorry, I was only having fun, Ben." Ben10magician said to the stallion known as Ben with a chuckle.

Namine got up, grinning as she said, "Well, looks like you two jumped right in. My name is Namine." The coyote holds up a sign which said, 'My name is Calamity Coyote'.

"Oh, my name is Mickey Mouse, this is my girlfriend Minnie and her cat Figaro." Mickey said, introducing himself, Minnie and Figaro as the mice shake hands with Namine.

"It's great to meet you all." Minnie said to the other toys with a giggle.

"'Mickey, Minnie and Figaro', huh?" Namine ask with a smile to the couple and the cat. "You three want to stick to those names? Because they may be changed since you are all in a new room."

"Well, we like our names to be honest."

"Relax, they won't be changed." Celestia said with a smile of assuration to the newcomers. She motions to Big and Ben while continuing, "The big cat is Big the Cat."

"Hi there." Big said, waving to the new toys happily.

"And the stallion is my son Ben Mare."

"'Ben Mare'?" Mickey ask Celestia, blinking his eyes in confusion. "He's your son? And isn't Mare a female horse term?"

"It was given to him when he was named." Luna explains to Mickey with a sigh. "Anyway, as far as the son goes, my nephew doesn't need to be an Alicorn to be my sister's son."

Suddenly, more toys came up from behind the couple, making them turn to see them. One of them is a small yellow bird with a orange beak and feet. His name is Tweety Bird.

The second toy was a small brown-furried mouse, wearing a yellow sombrero, a red ascot, a white shirt and white trousers. His name is Speedy Gonzales, he's known for being the fastest mouse in Mexico or Meh-hi-coh as he pronounces it.

The third toy is a brown feathered young hawk with yellow beak and legs. His name is Henry Hawk.

The fourth toy is an Earth Pony that had golden yellow fur and a red mane that had a big red bow in it. This is Apple Bloom.

The fifth toy is a small, adorable-looking unicorn filly with a whitish-coat, big sap-green eyes, a unicorn horn and a purple and pink mane and tail. Her name is Sweetie Belle.

The sixth toy is an orange coat, grayish purple eyes, and ragged, pale short pink mane and short pink tail Pegasus filly named Scootaloo.

The last toy is a foal Alicorn with moderate opal to Dark opal and a Light opal outside eyes, a dark blue violet mane and a very dark cornflower blue. She has a shield on her flank. Her name is Nyx.

"Ooooh, I tawt I tawt some mice and another putty tat!" Tweety exclaims in amazement. "I did, I did saw them!"

"Are you real mice, amigos and senorita?" Speedy ask curiously as he and the other toys look at the newcomers.

"Wow, to be honest, we're..." Mickey said with a chuckle, trying to figure out what to say to the rest of the toys.

"Well, duh! They aren't!" Henry exclaims to Speedy with a laugh. "They look like Disney toys...though one of them is missing a glove and the other a bow."

"Err, actually, we do..."

"Uh, Mickey?" Hooded spoke, motioning to Mickey's hand as well as the top of his head. The mice check themselves and gasps as one of Mickey's hands is bare while the top of Minnie's head is empty!

"Oh dear, my bow is missing!" Minnie gasps in concern with Figaro meowing in surprise.

"Yikes, my glove!" Mickey exclaims frantically at his bare hand in shock. "I must've dropped it with Minnie losing her bow!"

"Told ya!" Henry said to his colleagues in sadness. The mice are worried, Tommy is going to notice that Mickey's glove and Minnie's bow is missing! What then?

"Now you three be nice to our new friends." Hooded said to Henry, Tweety and Speedy. "Just cause they don't have thoset item doesn't mean they're not who they say they are."

"Indeed the probability of that being the guess is too high to register in most cases." A voice said and everyone look to see out of the pile that fell out with them in the toy basket was a brown robot toy with blue optics. He approaches Mickey and Minnie and said, "Hello, nice to meet you."

"Hi..." Mickey said surprised by the robot.

"Oh that's Emerl, he is one of them new learning toys." Sylvester explained. "He is a smart one but a lot of us can't keep track to what he tells us most of the time."

"Well it's nice to meet you Emerl." Minnie said smiling.

"Indeed, it is nice to have new friends here; after all Xion cares for all of us much. So I hope you will enjoy the playtime you will experience here." Emerl said nodding.

Suddenly Xion calls out from the closet, "Got the spaceship!" The girl found what she's looking for, time to go back to playtime.

"All right, places, everyone!" Celestia exclaims with a giggle.

"Yay, playtime!" The Cutie Mark Crusaders and Nyx calls out happily as everyone went life less. And just in time as Xion came back with a shoebox which she made to look like a rocket.

"Get your seatbelts ready, close your tray tables!" Xion announces while putting her toys into the box then drops the whole thing onto the bed. "Best to hang on to your underwear! We're in for a bumpy ride! 3, 2, 1...BLAST OFF!"

Xion lift the sheet, sending the toys flying into the air. At that same moment when the mice are sent soaring, something magical happened. These toys are being played with for the first time in years. They are enjoying this. Mickey, Minnie, Figaro and their new friends tumble onto the bed with Xion following, hugging them all close to her. The girl feels like these toys are family to her, like how Tommy is to his toys.

"You saved the day, Mick! You're out hero!" Xion exclaims, pulling Mickey up to his cheek.

Mickey couldn't help but look at Minnie and the other toys who smiles at him, he smiles right back. The toy mouse is having fun for the first time in years....

Xion and her toys are watching a scene from Muptoon Treasure Planet with one part that wasn't in the final cut.

Back in the gun powder room, Verne groans as he drops the gun, saying, "Forget it! This gun is useless without the bullets!"

"Right, I can't believe you lost all the bullets, Hammy!" Genie exclaims frantically as he looks around for the bullets on the floor, but to no prevail.

"Well, you're the one losing the powder!" Hammy point out that Genie is spilling the powder like mad.

"Great, what else can go wrong?" Stella ask with a groan of disbelief.

Suddenly the door to the room burst open as Wolf and the pirates came in. The former growled, "You! Tell us where the map is or die!"

"You got to say it!" R.J. screams as he and the others screams, running off in terror.

"Get them!"

"Run, run, run," Quillo yells out as he tosses the candle that the kid was using into the air while Genie lost the gun powder bag. As the pirates chases the gang, the candle falls down...right onto the gun powder itself.

The Pirates stops and turn, seeing the most horrifying sight ever: the candle is lighting the gun powder trail. They scream in terror as everyone in the room run away from the sparking gun powder that appears to be chasing them.

"Hurry, hurry," Hammy yells out frantically as the trail kept following, causing both sides to switch positions, running away. If that gun powder trail catches up to them, BOOM!

"Hurry, run," Genie yells out frantically.

Then, surprisingly, the trail goes to another side, this time with Genie's group and the pirates yelling as they chased the trail. Then, Lemmy Koopa realized something.

"Wait a minute. Shouldn't the spark be chasing US?" Lemmy asked. The group then stopped, and felt it a bit stupid. Surprisingly, the trail also stopped, but was still burning.

"Oh, right." Lemmy said. Then they screamed frantically as they continued the chase, the correct way though, with the fire chasing them.

"Out of the way, out of the way, out of the way," Mostly everyone in the room yells out like mad, trying to escape the gun powder trail that is still a-blazing.

"Stop," Wolf yells out, causing everyone in the room to stop.

"I always love this bit." Nyx giggles a bit to her new friends, making the mice couple smiles while holding hands, unknown to Xion.

Mickey is pondering as to how much fun his friends at the daycare are having right now...

Wow, Mickey, Minnie and Figaro are having fun, aren't they? In the next chapter, however, their friends survived a major catastrophe with the wild kids in the Caterpillar Room. After Bugs and his squad escape, they follow Scourge's boys and girl, suspecting that something's up. Read, review and suggest.

There is a reference to "Classic Toy Story" in this.
