Chapter 2: Colors

As I awake, I stretched my body, and felt pretty good. The hay made sleeping easier than I could imagine.

But now I'm noticing that there are still so many things that I need to know. What exactly happened to me? Why am I here, who am I…Which reminds me, that I am a brony…Which pretty much means, that I should be dieing to get to know, what my cutie mark is. I was too distracted to get to look at it.

Well, nothing I can't do now.

I looked at my flank, and what did I see? There was it, my cutie mark. I seriously want to know what exactly it is, but to me it looks like a sapling of some kind.

Does this mean I am a farmer? Or did I even work for something similar to Applejacks place?

This would be awesome, since Applejack does have the best job of the earth ponies, just being outside, and apple jobbing all day. Sounds pretty nice doesn't it?

And just when I finish my monologue of thoughts, some pony is coming in, it is Applejack.

"Hey, how was your sleep…Ehm…I don't think you told me your name yet, because you couldn't remember it, right?

She looked a little confused, not knowing my name.

Well, I guess we'll have to think of something. But first off, here, have yourself some breakfast."

Applejack quickly goes out and gets a little wagon, with some Apples on it, and some apple juice.

"Yeah, we really should. And thanks for everything again."

While starting my breakfast, Applejack was looking at me, asking me a few questions: "So…You still don't remember anything, do you?"

I swallowed a big piece of apple, and then replied

"No, not at all. I guess I will have to start all over again, until I find out what happened to me of course."

I must look pretty retarded right now, just knowing that this show is what it is, but nothing else.

I think it's because my little pony is just awesome. Maybe, I am dreaming, but if I am, this is darn realistic for a dream, and to be honest, I don't really think I am at the moment.

"So…You have no job, no name, look quite strong, and you're completely lost and don't know what happened…Man, let me tell you I don't want to be you right now…That reminds me,

Applejack interrupted herself

You still need a name. You got a cutie mark?"

"Well…Yes. I actually do have one. It is a sapling of a tree."

I really don't want her to call me sapple sap or something like that, I may not remember stuff, but…I'm pretty sure that's not my name. Just some feeling I have.

"And to be honest, I think –"

I just wanted to tell her that as she disrupted me:

"That's an apple sapling, you got there. Hmm…How about Honey sap, like the honey crisp apple?"

For a second there, I thought I should say something so I get to get another name, but then I looked into Applejacks eyes, which just mesmerize you if you look into them.

I've never thought I'd say this, but damn, this pony is cute!

"Honey sap it is!"

"Good, now that you have a name, Honey sap, this will make things easier. Next should be getting your memories back. Good thing I know the pony to do the trick, don't worry!"

Applejack says quite motivated, as she pulls me out of the hay bed, almost making me kicking the wagon away.

"H-Hey, not so fast!" I yelled, as she pulled me out. I freed myself from her grip. Furthermore, we are going into Ponyville, and I'm able to see its full beauty.

I remember the bakery, and there also was the quills and sofa shop, the first looking like it would be completely eatable and the second one being in a heavy contrast to it; It looks kind of like a normal House, but with a sign at it, showing what it sells.

As we were moving on, a tree appeared on the horizon. It wasn't just any kind of tree, it had windows, and was pretty big.

Wait…this is twilight sparkles place, I remember it from the show. Or not…Agh, I don't know, but I do now that this is Twilight sparkles tree.

Applejack started knocking the wooden door, and yelled

"Hey, twilight, are you there? It's me Applejack!"

Now, a purple pony with a horn on its head, and a blue and purple mane opened the door. No mistake possible, this is Twilight sparkle. She smiled politely at applejack and said:

"Oh, hey Applejack, what brings you here? And…Excuse me, who is he?"

He. Well, better not ask me, even though I don't know it either but the fact, that this all is really real, and that I am…*sigh* Honey sapple.

"You don't want me to tell the whole story at the door, do you? It's a little longer one, so we should just sit down."

Applejack replied.

We then moved into her tree, which had a small bathroom, a small kitchen, a huge library and a bed with a basket next to it. Well, I guess that's all you need as a reader.

Applejack told twilight the story, of how I have fallen down from the sky, and that I don't remember anything. She then asked:

"Can't your magic awake or erase memories?"

"Of course, let me just get the book with the spell. I'll be back in a second."

She said, and she did. She searches just for a few seconds and then finds it.

"Here, Memory awakening spell. Let's try it!"

Wow, that should be it? Well, I guess magic makes life a lot easier. And I hope it will make mine easier and make me remember as well.

A big, purple light is glowing out of twilights horn, and then she touched me at my forehead.

I felt a mighty shock running through my body, which heated me up a lot and actually did…Not much.

I just remembered, what Fluttershy said to Rainbow Dash as she did the Sonic Rainboom in this one episode. Crap! Why do I have to remember any kind of brony stuff but nothing about me?

Wait…Brony…I was humanoid, yes…A human, that…Damn, that's it. I only remember me sitting in a dark room, as a human, which is like a pony with hands and feet instead of hooves, while watching the show. That's all.

"And, did it work, Honey sap?" Applejack asked

"Uhh…Not really. I just remembered…

No. I can't just tell them they are fictional, and that I am real, that would be too cruel, also I don't even know, maybe those two worlds coexist in harmony without anyone knowing about it. Who am I, Honey sapple (I still dislike the name, but whatever), to judge what exists and what not?

And then, just as all those thoughts came to my mind, I lied. And I am not proud of it.

"I remembered me being pretty lonely, that's it."

Twilight looks to me, with a disappointed face and just says

"Not again…I guess, you must have been influenced by some kind of magic that made you forget everything. Not even Celestia knows how to make ponies remember, that have lost their memories by another magician."

Confused as I am, I look over to them both, looking disappointed when I suddenly break the silence:

"So…What now? I don't think that I will remember everything by myself in the next few days, what am I supposed to do?"

I look around, them being as confused as I am. Well, I only remembered one part of my memories so technically I didn't lie…much.

"Well, Honey sap, you could live at our place for some time, and for us giving you a home, you just work for us. I guess, your cutie mark shows that you were a workpony all along. What'cha say?

I should work? Well, I don't know what I did before, but in the show it looked kind off exhausting. But I guess, I shouldn't deny such a nice offer so I simply nod.

"Alright, I'll ask around, maybe there IS a way to recover your memory! Just relax, and don't think about it. "

Twilight says, as she is smiling

"Alright then, Honey sap, let's get going. It's spring time, so we should start setting up some seeds, and prepare everything.

Applejack says, and I reply once more with a nod, this time smiling. Next Chapter: Thanks Estimated time remaining: 60 Minutes
