Two mares sat quietly in a hollowed out tree. Not even glancing at the dusted books dotted around. The pitter-patter of tiny feet echoed as a smallish dragon walked in. He was slightly taller than before, with his spikes sharper. He ran in with a tray of drinks in his claws and a feather duster in his mouth.
Carefully, he placed the tray in front of the two saddened mares. He stared at them in concern.
Quietly, behind him, were three fillies sitting together. Their pastel coloured flanks adorned with their talent. The tanned apple filly, with the dark rose mane, had an apple bitten into the shape of a hammer. The white filly beside her had a baby pink bell with purple music notes around it. And finally, the sunset orange pegasus had a red wheel with fuchsia coloured flames behind it.
The three fillies held glum looks as they sat away from the mares. One of which held a menacing grin beneath her flat, straight pink mane.

"Dashie....dashie...bloody...Dashie...blood....everywhere....blood...blood...death...ponies dead...ponies dead..." The pink mare muttered, stroking her mane. The pegasus beside her tried comforting her, but gave up. She just sat beside the three fillies. All three of them with tear stained cheeks.

"I hope Rarity is okay. Please be okay, Rarity. Please. Please. Please." Sweetie Belle begged, crying into her hooves.

"Applejack will be fine. Applejack will be fine. Applejack will be fine." Applebloom repeated, staring off into the distance.

"Blood, Fluttershy!! Blood is everywhere, Fluttershy! Why aren't we helping?! Why can't we clean up the blood?! It's everywhere, Fluttershy!! Help me clean up the blood!!" Pinkie said louder, startling the ponies and dragon.

"Pinkie, calm down. It's okay." The pegasus soothed. But the mare shook her head.

"No! No! No! Blood! It's everywhere!! Dead bodies!! Ponies!! Dead!! Ponies are dead!! Why are they dead, Fluttershy?! Why?! Dead! Why?! Why can't we save them?! Why?!" She shouted, tears pouring from her eyes. "Dashie dead!! Dashie is dead!! Why is Dashie dead!?! Why?!" She sobbed loudly.

Fluttershy shuffled over to the crying baker, and let her wail into her chest. A yellow hoof brushing through the bubble gum pink.
"Shhh. It's okay. Everything is okay." She hushed. "We're all upset but-"

"Rarity!!" The little white filly squeaked loudly, galloping over to her cloaked sister who stood in the doorway. Embracing her into a hug. "Rarity!!! I missed you!! I missed you so much! I love you, Rarity!! I love you!!!" She cried. The pearl white unicorn smiled, tears filling up her dark sapphire eyes.

"I missed you too, Sweetie, darling. I love you too." Rarity croaked, hugging the little unicorn.

"Applejack! You're still alive!!" Applebloom jumped up and threw herself at the amber mare. Who chuckled as she held her little sister.

"There's nothin' in tha whole of Equestria tha can put me down. Cause ah still have ya, Granny and Big Mac ta look after." Applejack grinned as she also hugged her sister.

"Dead. Everything dead. Dead. Dashie dead. Dead." The pink mare muttered, loud enough for the two other mares to hear.
They slowly walked over to the shaking pink pony, before embracing her in a group hug.
Pinkie gasped, her eyes wide open as if she was just struck by lightning.

"Pinkie Pie, dear. Everything is fine." They whispered as they hugged her. For the first time in a long while, the pink pony felt peace. She felt warmth in her chest as the ponies she called her friends-no, her family- embraced her in a hug. She felt fresh, warm tears brim her eyes. Both of happiness and sadness.

"Pinkie. Don't cry. There's no need to cry. We're all here, together."

"B-But....Twilight. And Dashie. Dashie's dead and Twilight has gone bad. We're not together." Pinkie Pie cried. Not noticing the mare behind her.
"We're all sisters!! We're all one big family!! But our family has fallen apart!! Again!!!"

"Again?"

"Momma and Papa!!! I'm so sorry!!! I tried to keep them together!! I tried to keep my family together!! But Papa...papa was a mean stallion...and so was momma....they were mean ponies who didn't like change...they didn't like me..."

"But your cutiemark story....you said...."

"I lied. It was a party with just me and my sisters. They liked it. But when my papa found out..." At this point the pink mare burst into full sobs. Coughing and spluttering as she struggled to breathe through her cries. Her friends feeling incredibly guilty for not paying attention to Pinkie's past earlier. They just stared as she cried.
"I'm sorry, papa!! I just wanted to make you happy!! I'm sorry!! Please stop hitting me!! It hurts!! It hurts so much, papa!!"

The cyan mare stared at her pink friend. She felt a pang of guilt in her heart as she heard the cries. Slowly, she moved forwards to party mare. Before embracing her in a single hug.

Pinkie gasped and coughed as she felt the hug. She gazed at cyan blue hooves around her.

"D...Dashie...?" She croaked. Turning to face the pegasus, who smiled lightly.
"Dashie?" Pinkie raised her hoof and poked her friend's face. Ruffled her mane and stroked her wings.
"Alive?....Dashie....is alive..."

"Yes, Pinkie. And I'm so sorry for leaving you alone. Will you still be my best friend?" Rainbow Dash asked with a smile.

Everypony watched silently as the pink pony burst into tears again. But this time, they were tears of joy. Pinkie Pie squealed loudly as she hugged the pegasus tightly. Finally reunited with her sister from another mother.
Her drabby, straight mane literally burst into life. Returning to it's former poofy self.

"Dashie!! Don't leave again!!" Pinkie cried. Hugging the mare.

"I will not ever leave you or anypony else again. I Pinkie promise." Rainbow crossed her heart as the others joined in with the hug. They were only missing one more pony. One more friend. And they are determined to get her back.

- I only put this spelling because I can't see Pinkie Pie saying either Mum, Mom, or Mother.

Also, I shoved this chapter out as it's been a long time. Yes the story is on hiatus. That's because I've forgotten the ending. Sorry.

I may also be a bit distant as I am going back to school next week. (Urgh. I have no idea what I am doing in life. I hate everything and everyone.) And I am also starting my own project. I am creating a manga comic book. I'll update you on it later if you want to know.
