A mare in the bed tossed under a set of red, silk blankets. Her cyan wings tightly clasped to her back, her rainbow hair ragged covering her closed eyes. She began to move move, moaning and groaning in pain.
Slowly, she flickered her sore eyes open, meeting the stinging, bright white light. She winced as she sat up. Feeling an aching pain in her stomach. Her eyes scanned the room, as the red, silk covers rolled off her body.

She sat in a large bedroom. Decorated with golden, white and red. The only source of light in the room was the bright lamps dotted around. The windows were completely blocked off with shutters.

The mare winced as she clambered out of the bed, fluttering her wings. She gasped as she glanced at the bandages around her waist, remembering what had happened earlier.

"Twilight....but she wouldn't hurt me...I'm her friend...." Rainbow muttered as she trotted around the room. She spotted her cloak, along with all her weapons. However, a scroll was left on top. Cautiously, lifting up the scroll, she noticed the dust gathered upon it. Blowing away the dust, the pegasus unravelled the scroll. Her eyes scanned the paper. Worried as she read it, her concerns growing as she went further through it. Her rose orbs growing with fear and shock.

Dear Rainbow Miriam Dashery,
We hope that you are awake and well soon. You were close to death yet again, and thank my moon that you survived. I hope. We are unsure what happened, but Lyra, Discord and I- Princess Luna- found you in your chambers. It was actually Discord that found you, so thank him when you see him.
Going on, nopony except myself, Lyra, Discord, Celestia and Cadence know that you are still alive. Everyone, including Soarin, believe that you are dead.
Mentioning Soarin, he is now the new leader of the Creed. For the two weeks that you have been unconscious-

"Wait!? Two weeks?!" Rainbow coughed. "But....how am I still alive...?" She recalled back to when Commander Feather injected her with that poison. She only had five days. And if she's managed to live for extra two weeks, how was she still alive?

-he has controlled the Creed very well. In fact, he's a great leader. I guess he learnt from the best....he misses you dearly. Your friends do as well.
Unfortunately, Twilight does not. She was tricked and hypnotised to break you down and kill you.

"Twilight....it wasn't her....just a trick....oh Soarin! I'm so sorry!" The cyan mare squeaked, feeling incredibly guilty. She had shouted and parted from the one pony she loved because of a nothing, and her friend had been twisted into something she was not. Her sweet, innocent friend. Memories of the smiling alicorn flickered through her mind, along with the memories of her lover.
"Oh my Celestia....I'm sorry..."

Anyway, Equestria and Griffins have been in a heated battle. Equestria is growing weaker. The Griffin Kingdom is too much. Their armies are too big. Equestria cannot fight them any longer. We just hope that you will be awake in time before it's destroyed. At the moment, mainland Equestria is safe. But we've evacuated all coastal areas, due to war.
Rainbow Dash, Equestria has found it's match. The griffins, although magic-less, have tricks to render pony magic useless. They have already got to Celestia and Cadence. They can no longer fly or use magic. The Griffins are using Twilight against us, she's been storming through Equestria, with Commander Feather Tail. The Royal Guard has fallen because of her, she attacked her own brother.
However, me and Discord are now keeping the harmony in Equestria, (strange, isn't it), and he is raising the sun. Unfortunately, I fear for Discord. His power is growing weaker. He would usually be able to do a simple task of raising the sun, but I believe something is wrong with him. I do not know what it is, but I worry for him as a friend. And soon, when his powers is gone, I alone, will have to raise the two. Unfortunately, I am also weak. Due to being Nightmare Moon for so long, and then being reformed, the majority of my magic drifted away. Unless I can return to my former Moon state, I will soon perish.

Rainbow, please help us. You are a great leader. And we need to support Equestria. The Equestrian Air Force are being attacked as I write this scroll. Please, if you know anything or anyone, help us. If you wish to speak to us, Celestia and Cadence are in the Celestia's chambers. They're unable to walk or move. But Discord and I will always be in the Throne room. Waiting. We're unable to fight for Equestria due weak physical state right now.

The griffins will win. They will win.

Your Nightly and Weak Princess,

"Oh dear....oh dear...." Rainbow muttered. Pacing around the room, worried about the situation. As she paced, she stepped on key, and figured out that it was for the locked door. She placed the key in the lock, ready.
"Equestria is going to collapse...I need....wait, I know....yes, my friend. I will get them." Her eyes widened. She hadn't seen them in a long time. They disappeared after the attack on the Creed before her parents had died. Hiding within the shadows, after all, they were named after the dark, creeping shadows.

She swiftly placed on her cloak, and clicked on her belt. Staring at the dagger held in its grasp. She sighed as she remembered figure of violet holding her down.
"I just hope that they are not gone yet." She muttered as she clicked the door open. "Defigit, in tenebris. Nulla spes."
