A/N: The reason this took so long was because I had no direction in which to proceed with the arc I just created. I had to figure out how Harry would come to know Shining Armor is his father and finally I had the absolute best Idea. TIME TRAVEL BITCHES! lol. Seriously though, when in doubt, go with Time Travel.

And someone please write a Discord raises Harry story! or any hp/mlp story. we don't have enough! there's 32,000+Harry Potter crossovers here and only 109 of them are crossovers with the Ponies!

Chapter 38: The Father Part 2 (Ponies Back In Time)

"Your getting better." Celestia told her grandfoal as he had been levitating a large boulder for nearly half an hour.

I suppose he gets his magical ability from his father's side of his family. Celestia thought to herself. She hadn't been able to do levitate a boulder this large until she was at least 15 years old. Oh nestalgia. The alicorn Princess thought. With enough training...she thought to herself as she stared out into the garden, he could surpass even me.

"Ha ha...ha ha ha..." She heard Harry giggling and she turned to see the foal had broken the boulder into pieces and was making them race each other, she smiled. Wondering how long he had for this kind of childhood joy. A unicorn foal playing with his magic was a milestone. She only wished Shining Armor would be the one seeing this proud moment of a unicorn parent/child relationship. Albeit grandparent in her case. She chuckled as he made the boulder behind another break up two small pieces and hurl them into the boulder ahead of it destroying it and Harry making a "Boom" sound.

On the Friendship Express...

"Why d'ya reckon Shining Armor asked for us to come to Canterlot Twi?" Applejack asked her unicorn friend. They had gotten a letter from Shining Armor through "Dragon Mail" asking them all to come to Canterlot.

"Ooo! I bet Cadance is Pregnant! Yay! More baby ponies more baby ponies!" Pinkie bounced around eagerly.

"I'm not entirely sure. The letter just said he had something important to tell Harry and that he would need us for support.

"What does he want with my baby?" Applejack growled. "Twilight i swear if he and Cadance pull a fast one on me-"

"I'm sure its nothing like that." Twilight reassured her earth pony farmer friend. "But whatever it is it must be important. He wouldn't just ask us all to come to Canterlot on a whim. Whatever it is, I hope it doesn't hurt Harry."

The mares made their way to the palace where Harry was waiting for them in the entrance way.

"Momma!" Harry embraced Applejack. "I can levitate a boulder twice my size for two hours now!" He said eagerly.

"Thats wonderful sugarcube." Applejack told her magic using son.

"Wow that's really impressive, I couldn't do that until I was two years older than you."

"Are you sure this is the right way?" Cadance asked Shining Armor as they watched the group from above.

Shining Armor nodded his head. "This way he'll get to meet her. I know he's been curious about his birth mother for a long time now. This will satisfy the curiosity so he doesn't go out and do something stupid like looking for the spell and trying it himself.

Suddenly, the area around the group glowed with magical aura, magical arrays appeared underneath them. The aura a bright cerulean blue.

"Twilight what's happening?" Rainbow Dash demanded. "I can't move!"

"Me either!" Fluttershy said, visibly terrified.

"Hold on tight!" Twilight instructed

The group cried out in terror as they vanished from the Canterlot Palace...

Suddenly the magic stopped. Harry opened his eyes. They where in a village of some kind. But the colors where kind of dull and dreary.

"Where are we?" Pinkie Pie asked in confusion.

"Are we in Ponyville?" Fluttershy asked quietly. Looking around.

"What the heck are those things?!" Rainbow Dash demanded. Surrounding them suddenly where groups of strange creatures that stood on two legs. Chatting, trading, shopping for fruits and veggies and even...The ponies visibly shuddered, meats.

"I...think we should hide." Twilight suggested. She guided her gourp to an alleyway. Harry at the tail end of the group and checking out his surroundings. They had a somehow familiar feel to them.

"I think...I know this place." Harry told the group of mares as they looked around and saw all the strange creatures on two legs.

"How?" Twilight asked. "This is a whole new dimension."

"I just know." The group followed the foal as he made his way over the bridge. "Hey squirt wait up!" Rainbow Dash called as he bolted from the alleyway.

Harry ran. past the groups of two legged creatures with no fur or tails and past a group of foal age creatures. For some reason the creatures could not see him or the others as they ran trying to catch the foal.

"Sugarcube stop righ' there!" Applejack tried to tackle the foal but he made his way down a different street in the tiny village. A sign saying "Godric's Hollow" hanging in the town square. It was no bigger than Ponyville really.

Could this be some Alternate Reality? Twilight thought with a scientist's mind as they chased the wayward foal through town.

Harry suddenly skidded to a halt on his hind legs at the end of a corner and put his hooves on a window.

"Mommy?" The foal asked in shock.

The ponies all crowded around Harry.

"Oh my."

"No way!"

"What a gorgeous mane!

"How the heck?"

"Baby!"

"Princess Lilliana?" Twilight asked finishing their random shock phrases.

Inside was an ALICORN! A full grown alicorn as big as Princess Celestia! She had a fiery red mane and tail and lustrous pearl eyes where purest emerald shaped like perfect almond nuts. Harry's eyes. The mare was currently humming a lullaby to a bundle she was cuddled around.

"You may come in My Little Ponies." the Princess told the group outside.

The group gasped and made their way inside slowly. Princess LIlliana had stood up to full size and now they could see what the bundle was.

"Sugarcube?" Applejack gasped as she recognized the foal in the carrier. Baby Harry was currently snoozing in his alicorn form. He yawned, his tiny hooves stretching out before bringing them back in and snuggling into the soft blankies within.

"Princess." Twilight bowed and so did the rest. Except for Harry who kept gaping open mouthed at his birth mommy.

"M=Mommy." They heard Harry sniffling as the two alicorns slowly made their way to each other then suddnly embraced. "Mommy.'" He started crying.

"My little Prince it is so wonderful to see you grown up." Lilliana spoke with her muzzle in his mane sniffing her foals scent. Then licking his mane, putting her scent in with all the others.

"But how?" Twilight asked. "How is this possible?"

"Quantum Time Displacement." Lilliana explained. "Discord used a rough draft of the spell when he threw me through that wormhole." The Princess explained. "I grew up in this dimension, went to its schools, made many friends. Even..." She giggled. "A pony friend." She poked Twilight's nose with a hoof as Harry cuddled into his mommy for the first time in many, many years.

Applejack looked slightly jealous. He rarely does that with her anymore, now he's doing it with this stange mare she knows next to nothin' about.

"Another pony? How is that possible? Discord should've been the only one to know that spell." Twilight asked as the others where all cooing around baby Harry.

"Baby Alicorn! Yay!" Pinkie Pie said eagerly as she tickled the now wake baby's chin. He sneezed all over Rarity's mane.

"Yes, that would be the highlight of this little journey." The purple maned mare said stoicly as she shook her mane to get rid of the baby boogers.

"Hey honey, did I hear voices, are Siri and Remus..." The very familiar voice paused with a gasp. The other mares gasped as well. There stood Shining Armor. Twilight's older brother and Big Brother Best Friend Forever.

"Twilight Sparkle, Elements of Harmony, the father of the future Sun Prince. Shining Armor."
