"Shining Armor?" Twilight asked in shock. "But...how could...you...CHEATER!" Twilight accused and pointed a hoof at Shining Armor who lowered his ears and grimaced. "How could you cheat on Cadance!"

"Woah calm down Twily it wasn't anything like that." Shining put up his front hooves in self defense of his angry sister who was snorting. I swear on our favorite uncle's grave!" He put up his right hoof.

Harry slowwly trotted up to Shining Armor. He grimaced again. "Boy I sure wasn't expecting this."

"Daddy?" Harry asked sadly. "Did you know?"

"I had no idea you where my foal until Princess Celestia came to me with this mission." Shining Armor told the foal as he used a hoof to life Harry chin up which had dropped.

"Mission?" Twilight asked skeptically.

"A short while after you where discovered Princess Celestia ran a test on your dna sample against various powerful unicorns and Pegasus in Equestria. Soarin, Fancy Pants, Blueblood (Harry shuddered) Spitfire, Rainbow Dash;"

"Me?!" Rainbow Dash said in shock.

"To see who his other parent was. Cause apparently Alicorns can reproduce with either gender."

"The six mares gaped.

"Meaning that Celestia and Luna and even Cadance, can reproduce with either a male or female partner." Shining Armor explained to the shocked group. Anyway, She rasn various tests and mine came back as his father."

"But how?" Twilight asked. "Wait..." She thought briefly. "The time travel spell!"

"Quantom Time Displacement." Shining Armor nodded. "I was to watch over Princess Liliana in the world she grew up inthis world. I never expected to fall in love with her." He said looking over at Lilliana lovingly.

"But what about Cadance?" Harry asked his dad. as he hugged the stallion who hugged him back.

"I do love Cadance, with All my heart, and I'm still going to be a good husband."

"But how?! Your married to Princess Lilliana." Applejack said. She kinda got what was going on. "Unless."

"Soon my time on this plane of existence will be over." Princess Lilliana said sadly.

"But why? You seem perfectly healthy." Fluttershy asked as Harry said "Mommy no!" and hugged his birth mother again crying.

"THere's a prophecy. That says a baby with the power to defeat a mighty evil in this world, will be born and will be the only one with the power to stop him. Lilliana said. Then she looked to her baby who was now in his crib.

"Me?" Harry sasked. "But why?"

"We're not sure, but Voldemort is hunting our family. He believes that I am the mother of the one who will stop him.

"Who?" The Mane six all asked as Harry was hugging his mother.

"A foul dark wizard who will stop at nothing to subdue the non magical population of this world." Shining Armor told the mares. "Imagine if a powerful unicorn supported the eradication of Pegasus and Earth Ponies so that unicorns ruled Equestria."

"That's awful." Twilight gasped putting a hoof to her muzzle. Feeling very worried for her little nephew.

"Which is why our house is under extreme magical protection" Shining Armor explained. "Unless the visitor is from Equestria, they must be told where our location is by the Secret Keeper."

"Secret Keeper? Oooh ooh can I be the Secret Keeper! I never break a Pinkie Promise!" Pinkie Pie bounced eagerly She wanted

"Wait, so that means...your Secret Keeper will betray you!" Rarity said in shock.

"Sirius would never betray us." Lilliana. said firmly. "I trust the human with my life."

"Obviously." Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes. Inside she was screaming. Betraying a friend was the worst crime imaginable in her eyes.

"Unless...darling, do you have something you wish to tell me?" Lilliana glanced over to the now nervous unicorn.

"Ehehe...Sirius said that him being the Secret Keeper would be too obvious. He opted to be the decoy instead."

"So whose the Secret Keeper?" Applejack demanded.

"Wormy."

"Peter Pettigrew?!" Lilliana said loudly causing baby Harry to wake up and cry. Shining Armor rushed over and held his son in his hooves shshing him. "Shiny you know he has a weak spine!" She scolded. "I don't trust him!"

"He's been with our group since school!" Shining Armor protested. "He'd never betray us."

"Then why not Remus?" Lilliana asked.

"...Professor Dumbledore advised against it."

Twilight had no clue who these people where but it was clear her brother was close to and trusted them with his life.

"Fine." Lilliana huffed. "But this is not over." She took baby Harry into arms as present day Harry came up to Applejack.

"Momma you know I still love you right?" Harry asked hopefully. sitting on his hind legs. Twilight smiled as Shining Armor made bubbles come out of his horn.

"Aww Sugarcube, of course I know." Applejack pulled Harry close and gave him a big hug and licked his mane lightly.

Wait a second...something seems familiar...

"I'm in mommy's hooves, and daddy's making bubbles come out of his horn."

"Oh no..."

"BOOM!"

"POTTERS!" Came an evil sounding voice and the mane six jumped as did Harry who was now flashing back. His ears lowered.

"Not Harry! Please Not Harry!" Have mercy!"

"You all need to go...NOW!" Shining Armor commanded as they ran up the stairs to Harry's nursery. He opened a rip in space time. "This will send you back to the present."

Harry suddenly remembered his mothers final words to him as Lilliana had transformed into her human form.

"You are so loved sweetheart, mommy loves you. Daddy loves you...Grandmum will spoil you rotten when you get to Equestria..."

"Mommy no!" Harry started running toward Lilliana as the mane six started jumping through the portal.

"Sugarcube no, we have to go!" Applejack pulled on Harry's waist but Harry was trying his damndest to get to his mommy. He watched his daddy run downstairs in human form. A tall male with his messy mane and glasses.

"No!" Harry struggled as Applejack pulled him through the time portal and saw the room burst open just as the portal closed.

"NOOOOO!" He wailed in the Canterlot Palace Courtyard Several guards came to see the crestfallen Elements of Harmony with Honesty hugging the crown prince and petting him as he wailed mournfully. "MOMMMY!" Applejack started rocking him like she did when he was a little tiny foal. Despite his sorrow, he felt so safe in Applejack's hooves...

I like traumatising characters. It makes them stronger if they overcome it. Harry hurts now, but the pain will dull eventually. And he knows at least his Dad is alive.
