Chapter 18: Return of Harmony Part 3

Summary: The Elements of Harmony have never been used on another Element bearer before. Find out what happens!

The Ponizens of Ponyville where all getting back to their daily lives. Shops where reopening, birds where singing, and a hulking armored figure was landing in the middle of town?"

"Whose that?"

"What's with the get up?"

"Mommy I can't see!" Said a foal who wasn't in school yet.

"This shall be the perfect location to build my new Empire." The armored pony declared with a distorted voice somewhat familiar to the students of Ponyville's school. The students gasped when the figure turned toward them.

"What the hay?" Applebloom gasped in shock. It was her little nephew! Only he wasn't so little anymore. He was taller now. At least as tall as a full grown non alicorn pony. He was wearing black spiky armor around his body.

The armored pony raised his front hooves and slammed them to the ground. Black and crimson magical energy surged from his sharp horn as his eyes glowed a sickly green. The citizens shrieked in terror as a dark castle was created not far from Sweet Apple Acres.

"Now looke here sonny!" Nightmare Spectre froze as he heard that familiar elderly voice. An angry Granny Smith came trotting up to him bravely. "You can't just waltz right in here and declare this your kingdom! When Princess Celestia finds AHH!" The Aged mare cried out in fear as she was levitated by Crimson black aura.

"Granny!" Big Macintosh Snorted angrily as he prepared to charge this monster. He ran as fast as he could toward him. Until those cold, dead eyes turned toward him angrily and he too floated into the air.

"And just for good measure." The figure said as Applebloom's class came out into the open.

"No!" Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo tried to grab and hold onto Applebloom but the new pony's magic was too strong.

"The Apple Family has defired the will of your new Emperor!" The monster that had come to town declared in a royal tone. "You are all now my subjects! Bow before me or you will meet the same fate as them!" He looked in the air at the floating Apple Family in rage.

One by one, all the Ponizens bowed before the self titled "Emperor."

"I am your new Emperor. Nightmare Spectre!" The pony revealed his name at last. The ponies all gasped as he revealed his wings. There was only one Alicorn in Ponyville.

Featherweight and Shady Daze couldn't believe that this monster was their little buddy. What happened to him?

On the road to Ponyville...

"I don't think I can do this Twil." Applejack said as they camped out for the night. A fire roared as most of the mares where asleep. Rarity grumbled about sleeping outside. "Sending my baby to that cold, lonely place for a thousand years? And what's worse, we'll all be gone when he gets back to normal if that happens!"

"I know." Twilight said in pained thought. She had had a troubling conversatioin with Luna about what happened when she realized her loved ones, few though there where, where dead and buried long ago. The mare had been devastated according to her mentor. "I don't want that to happen either. That's why we have to get him back! No matter what, we will not send him to the moon unless there is no other choice!"

"K. I'll keep watch...what the heck is that?!" Applejack just noticed a tall, dark and ominous castle in the distance.

"If Nightmare Spectre is anything like Nightmare Moon, its probably a castle." Twilight guessed.

"Uh...Twi, how are we gonna sneak in?" The orange mare asked.

"I have no clue..."

The next morning, their new Emperor has not come out of his new castle. The ponizens where all gathered around to hear him give his first speech. Nightmare Spectre appeared on the balcony as the Elements of Harmony snuck their way to the back of the crowd.

"My subjects, as punishment for defying my will, the Apple Family has been sentenced to a hundred years in my dungeons." He glared out to the crowd who gasped.

"Oh that little! When this is over he is SO grouded." Applejack hissed.

"Applejack." Twilight said reproachfully. "That's not Harry remember?"

"Right. Gotta remember that." Applejack huffed angrily and patted the ground with a hoof eager to give Nightmare Spectre a good bucking.

"Nightmare Spectre!" Said a challenging voice. Spectre looked out into the crowd to see his quote unquote "firends" and quote unquote "Mother."

"Oh look everypony, its the Liar, the grump, the hoarder, the bully the deserter and the quitter." Spectre snarled seeing the ponies he hated most.

"We're here to fight for Harry!" Twilight Sparkle declared with the Element of Magic on her head. The others had their Elements on as well.

"He's safe and sound in our mind where nopony can hurt him ever again. Why In the name of Darkness would I give him up to you?" Nightmare Spectre hissed to the mare who dared to defy his will. "Discord showed him the truth. His mind broke and now I am in charge!"

So its a defensive mechanism as well. Twilight thought with horror. Harry's just a foal. A powerful foal but still just a foal! And what Discord did and showed to him, declaring everything he knew a lie, he couldn't deal with everything going on around him! He snapped just like the Princess said!

"AJ what the buck is going on?" Time Turner hissed to his marefriend. "Is that Harry or not?"

"I'll Explain later, But no its not him. Not exactly." Applejack said to her colfriend. "Go hide in the crowd. He might get you too."

"I love you AJ." Time Turner kissed her muzzle suddenly and then all of the sudden a black and crimson lightning spear broke them apart. The crowd of ponies panicked and fled into Ponyville. Back to their homes and the schoolhouses to hide.

"Stay away from her." Hissed Spectre. His eyes green for a moment before he shook his head Why do I care about who kisses that mare? Spectre thought in his mind. Could my control be? No. He is locked away safe. This is MY mind now.

"Oh he doesn't like that does he?" Applejack asked her friends rubbing her chin. "I got an idea." She whispered into Time Turners ear and his ears perked up and his face turned red. Then Twilight giggled as she whispered her plan to her.

"Go for it." Twilight said encouragingly.

"So ya don't like a little bitty kiss huh?" Applejack asked Nightmare Spectre. "How about this?" She wrapped her front limbs around Time Turner and the two started heavily making out. Complete with petting and tongues. "I love you Timey." She cooed.

"MY little Apple Sweet." Time Turner said as the two continued to make out. Spectre grew enraged. His eyes Emerald Green again. "STAY AWAY FROM MY MOMMA!" Came Harry's normal voice as he leaped off the balcony and landed in front of the two. He was Harry in Spectre's body now. His power was now Harry's levels.

"NOW!" Spectre was in control again as he heard it. He was surrounded by the Mares of the Elements of Harmony. Their Elements glowed brightly and emitted pulses of magic as they rose into the air.

"NO! NO NOOOOOOOOOO!" Spectre shouted in terror as the Element Rainbow minus Black hit him and sent his spirit back into Harry's subconcious. Never to see the light of day again. However the Elements weren't done...

When the Elements where done, the castle suddenly dissapated into dark vapor. The Apple Family safe and sound. They ran up to Applejack.

"Granny! Big brother! Applebloom! I'm so grateful your all safe!"

"AJ! What the Buck happened?" Time Turner demanded as she calmed down after hugging all three of her family members that where in the dungeons.

Applejack then explained about all that happened the first couple of days, including Discords mental torture of the youngest of their little bushel.

"Why that no good-!" From Granny Smith

"That big dumb-!" Applebloom said

Big Macintosh snorted angrily. Aside from AJ he was the second most protective of his nephew.

Then they all heard it. Baby crying. From inside the armor that was left behind. The only thing not made by Spectres magic.

"Did you guys hear that too?" Applejack asked. It sounded very familiar.

Then came babyish whimpering as the armor floated on its own.

"GHOST!" Shouted Pinkie Pie.

"What the hay is going on here?" Applejack asked. The armor plateing that covered Spectre's back came toward her when it heard her voice. Getting the idea she held onto it anlowered it to the ground. "Sugarcube?" She asked. "You in here?"

"Yay!" Came a baby's voice as he clung onto Applejack's nose. When she lifted her muzzle out of the armor, everypony gasped.

Harry was now a baby again. Baby Harry giggled as he clung onto his mother's muzzle.

Next Chapter will be a little Short. "Aftermath" The mares take baby Harry to Canterlot after he is De Aged back into a baby by the Elements of Harmony.
