Chapter 41: Rescuing Fluttershy Arch PII

Takato, Henry, Rika, Jeri, Kazu, Kento, Sailor Sun, Dragon Whispy and the Tamer's Digimon were making fast pace to Zaiquiomon's castle where Calumon and Fluttershy were being held prisoner. Jeri was slightly turning her head towards the back as if expecting Beelzemon to be coming at them. This wasn't happening. She silently sighs with relief turning as she along with her friends followed the Sun Goddess. While walking Jeri pauses turning to Rika "I'm a bit worried for Marcus..."

"He's always like that" Sailor Sun told Jeri "Besides trust me, I know Marcus can handle himself-"

"Plus he has Merukimon with him!" Kazu told them.

"I suppose" Jeri admitted.

Rika then spoke "Jeri, you have to be tough!"

Jeri was silent as Rika continued "This isn't some game anymore. You're a Tamer as well so you have to be tough."

Sailor Sun pauses listening into this silently.

"You're right, I'll try to be" Jeri said.

Before Rika could continue Renamon spoke to Rika "Rika. She said she'll try harder."

Rika agreed "Sorry Jeri."

"How close are we to the castle now?" Kento asked.

"Not too far" Dragon Whispy said, she then saw something in the path "EVERYPONY watch your-"

Before the unicorn could complete her sentence the group took one step forward and the ground collapses sending the humans, their Digimon falling. Dragon Whispy turned puzzled then spoke "Step...Oh no! I was too late! Hold on I'm coming right with you!"

She too jumps down with the rest of her group. With massive explosions sounding around the battlefield as Beelzemon, ShineGreymon, Merukimon and Marcus had their fight.

All of the Tamers were falling. Renamon managed land first on her two feet catching Rika as the rest of the group landed in the area. Kazu landed on his head and groaned sarcastically "Nice catch Renamon!"

Sailor Sun managed to land on her feet as well as she heard Kazu speak "I'm fine at the moment..."

Suddenly Kento and Guilmon arrived last and on poor Kazu's back. Dragon Whispy arrived last.

"What were you going to say?" Kento asked her.

Dragon Whispy blushes "Sorry everypony, I meant to say watch your step."

Sailor Sun pats Dragon Whispy on her back "You've got nothing to worry about. Everyone's fine."

"With the exception of my back!" Kazu complained.

"At least Takatomon's with us" Guilmon spoke.

"But Takuma isn't" Henry reminded them.

It is then Rika asked the Sun Goddess the most important question "Where are we?"

The group was in some sort of shaded forest area. Sailor Sun looked around "I'm not totally sure myself. This area of the Digital World is new even to my eyes."

"And considering she's been everywhere here..." Kento complained to Kazu "Not a good start."

Dragon Whispy looks around "The Sun Goddess is right! I don't think even Gatomon knows of this place...My Sun Goddess, I think because of my mistake we're lost."

"Don't blame yourself Dragon Whispy" Sailor Sun told her "This isn't your fault or anyone elses. What we must do now is stick together and figure out where we are. This maybe unfamiliar to me right now but perhaps there is a building nearby that I could recognize."

"At least this part is shaded" Kazu admitted.

Suddenly a voice rang out a challenge "COME FORWARD AND FACE ME OROCHIMON!"

Sailor Sun gripped her staff with the Tamers being on edge. No decision was necessary as the group races to an area where they see an android which was facing the water. Sailor Sun smiled recognizing the Digimon easily but knew it was a different one then the one she knew herself. The Android decides to throw a huge rock into the lake hoping that it would do some damage to this Orochimon. It is then the Digimon felt their gaze. He turns towards them "Aha servants of Orochi-Wait..." He then sees the Sun Goddess bowing to her "I was going to say servants of the Orochimon, but you're the Sun Goddess. I'm at your service."

Sailor Sun smiled gently "At ease. No need to be so formal."

Kazu then reminded her "But maybe he must...You are the ruler and protector of the Digital World."

"Formalities can wait later" Sailor Sun told him.

"So who are you?" Jeri asked the Digimon.

"I'm Sir Andromon the Just!" The android spoke.

"The Just what?" Guilmon asked.

Rika checks her D-Arch "Well he's telling the truth that is Andromon, Ultimate Level Andriod type Digimon."

It is then the lake water erupted and a six headed snake like Digimon erupted from it as Andromon turned towards it "Orochimon!"

Immediately Sailor Sun could tell this snake Digimon was evil. She gripped her staff asking Andromon "This is Orochimon...I presume."

Andromon nods "Yes, it is."

"He's one ugly looking Digimon!" Dragon Whispy spoke.

Andromon tries to battle Orochimon "Stand back Sun Goddess, I'll handle this fiend!"

The android charges forward "Gatteling Attack!"

His metal chest plates opened up and fired two giant missiles at Orochimon. They started at first to zoom in onto the giant snake Digimon but fell short and into the water which caused Andromon to speak "Oh-dear!"

While this didn't have much reaction from the Tamers that were with her, this also caused Sailor Sun to blush with embarrassment, the Andromon she knew was a very great ally to her. Never before had she seen this happen to the Andromon she knew. She had to remind herself that every Digimon was different. There were bound to be more than one Andromon all different then the one she knew. Still this was very embarrassing to her eyes seeing such a thing coming from an Ultimate Level Digimon. Orochimon then proceeds to attack Andromon using his tail to hit and smack Andromon towards a tree. Sailor Sun intervened immediately when Andromon was hurt badly. She parries Orochimon's tail and eyes it "Solar Flare Striker!"

Her attack hit the main head of Orochimon whom hissed angrily at the Sun Goddess "SUN GODDESS!"

Sailor Sun eyes Orochimon grabbing her Sun Staff "That's right it's me! Want to go another round?"

Guilmon, Leomon, Terriermon, Renamon, and Leomon were at her side with Dragon Whispy checking over Andromon's injuries. Orochimon glares angrily at the Sun Goddess, with both fear in it's eyes and anger. The Sun Goddess had intervened in his area! Then again he should've known one day this would've happened. Instead his real snake like head glares at Jeri with Leomon standing at her side drawing his dagger. Sailor Sun frowned "You want Jeri! We'll then you'll have to go through me."

This seemed to make Orochimon back away from the group ducking underneath the water.

"He's retreated!" Kazu announced.

"Yeah, but" Rika spoke worried "Why was he looking at Jeri?"

"Good question" Takato said.

Sailor Sun spoke "Where I may not know his motive totally in that. He's marked her as a potential target for something regarding his plans."

Henry looks at Andromon "How is he Dragon Whispy?"

"He's alive but very hurt" The unicorn answered she turned to the Sun Goddess "He needs medical help."

"I can stabilize him and heal some of his injuries" Sailor Sun admitted "But I'm not like my friend Sailor Saturn whom can heal easily."

The Tamers all got a familiar smell with Takato being the one to speak up "Hey what's that smell?"

"It does smell familiar" Henry admitted.

Jeri recognized it right away "I know it's milk shakes! I know that smell anywhere thanks to my families restaurant!"

"Maybe the can get us some help" Sailor Sun admitted using her staff to start healing Andromon's wounds.

They get to a building and look in the windows to see what was going on. Sure enough Gekomon were making milkshakes massive ones. Kazu then spoke "It's a factory!"

"Yes, we can all see that" Rika told him.

Sailor Sun studies at what the Gekomon were mixing into the milkshake, red data spheres. Dragon Whispy was at her side studying this too "Even I know milkshakes don't usually have those."

"They don't" Sailor Sun said frowning "So what are they mixing that in for?"

Then a voice spoke "Well you can't have no milkshake!"

The Tamers turn with Sailor Sun turning last with Dragon Whispy eying the Digimon which was also a Gekomon obviously the Gekomon's leader type "Don't you know who you are talking too?"

The Gekomon blinked seeing the Sun Goddess "Our Sun Goddess?"

Sailor Sun nods as Kazu spoke "Andromon got hurt! He needs help! The Sun Goddess is able to heal him slightly but even she admits she can't heal him completely."

"Him again too?" the Gekomon asked normally he'd be reluctant to help Andromon out but the Sun Goddess being there told him that wasn't a wise choice.

"Perhaps you'd like to fill me into what has been happening here" Sailor Sun told the Gekomon "Because you are mixing in what we need to heal Andromon here."

The Gekomon agreed to tell them knowing that the Sun Goddess was here and her expression told him that she wasn't going to allow this to continue on once she knew what was going on here "Oh, I never wanted to go back to that day. As you wish Sun Goddess."

He then goes into a back story where the Gekomon were peaceful living together at this place. Day after day they'd go about their daily lives singing. Then one day Orochimon showed up and basically enslaved the Gekomon demanding to them that they'd make him milkshakes or he'd attack them. Sailor Sun frowned hearing this crossing her arms "I knew that snake was up to no good."

"What does that have to deal with Andromon?" Jeri asked.

"I was getting to that!" the Gekomon admitted.

He then went into detail on how Andromon arrived trying to rally the Gekomon to join him into fighting Orochimon. When they refused Andromon went off to fight Orochimon alone countless battles with him. Every time they fought it just wrecked the place. Dragon Whispy turned to the Sun Goddess "My Sun Goddess...We have to get going to rescue Fluttershy."

Sailor Sun crosses her arms "True, but we also can't have this continue ether. Like Andromon I refuse to let peaceful Digimon like these Gekomon be abused by Orochimon."

"I'm sure I speak for Takuma too on this one" Takato admitted "But he'd want us to help Sailor Sun out. Now he'd be more interested in saving Fluttershy but I'm sure he'd be willing to help the Gekomon out as it would be what Fluttershy would want."

Sailor Sun turned to the Gekomon whom eyed the Sun Goddess "Sun Goddess, you don't have to get involved for us!"

"I do" Sailor Sun told him "Everyone deserves to have their peaceful times. I won't let some bully take over the place because all he wants are milkshakes."

"In order to heal Andromon we need some of those spheres" Leomon suggested.

Sailor Sun agreed "Agreed."

Seeing how the Sun Goddess totally had the Gekomon's well being at her back, the Gekomon agreed to give them some of the data spheres. They mixed the sphere in the area of Andromon's wounds.

"So data spheres heal injured data of Digimon" Henry admitted to Sailor Sun whom nodded.

While the group was healing Andromon he went back into his Champion Level state Guardromon. Then it happened Orochimon's tail wrapped around Jeri dragging her away. Both Leomon and Sailor Sun persuaded Orochimon. The Tamers were hot on their trail following them. Sailor Sun stops as Leomon dives in the water chasing after Jeri. Seeing that the Sun Goddesss had stopped and Leomon was in the water Orochimon tries to attack Leomon. Leomon dives under the water. He comes up alongside the tamer's side of the lake "I've failed her."

Sailor Sun shook her head "Not really. We still have time to change this, with a clever trap. We just have to hope Jeri knows what she needs to do to by us time to get there."

The team prepares for the trap with Guardromon picking up his part well.

In the Desert area of the Digital World, Takuma had indeed recovered from his heat stroke. Thomas made sure to let him rest. Once Thomas was sure Takuma had recovered, the two boys and their two Digimon partners began to make their way out of the area. This time Takuma certainly prepared to navigate threw the desert area, taking lots of water. Thomas looked over at Takuma "Zaiquiomon's palace is about a good two or three days north of this position."

Takuma watches as Thomas brings out a map which confirmed it. Thomas points to the position they were currently in and all they'd have to do was travel north. Takuma pauses looking at the map "Incredible...Two or three days worth of walking."

"And that is with taking breaks" Thomas told Takuma "We can't press ourselves to our limit. Fluttershy will wait safely."

Takuma wanted to get to the castle quicker than that time frame but from what he had just recovered from, it was probably the best idea to do take a break "But can Gatomon protect Fluttershy for that long?"

"The Sun Goddess's Digimon is very resourceful" Thomas assured Takuma "If she thinks there is a chance Makuramon or the Sovereign want to kill or harm Fluttershy, she'd make it that much harder for them to do that. Your Fluttershy is in good hands when Gatomon is with her."

"Do you think the Sun Goddess will reach the castle quicker than us?" Goldmon asked Thomas.

Thomas shrugged "I'm sure the Sun Goddess is trying to arrive to that castle quick but there are things even in the Digital World that need her attention. I'm certain that we will meet up with the Sun Goddess and your friends at the same time and day."

Takuma nods hoping "Alright then. Let's go."

Thomas starts to lead Takuma and Goldmon out of the desert. Goldmon turned to Gaomon "What did Thomas mean by there are things that the Sun Goddess needs to attend to?"

Gaomon answered "What he meant is there might be a view places along the Sun Goddess's route that need her attention. Even if it's brief the Sun Goddess will do all in her power to assist in the mission in rescuing Fluttershy but she'll also look into troubled Digimon villages and places. After all it's the Sun Goddess's job to not only rule here but also to protect all that live in the Digital World."

Takuma took a look at his D-Arch trying to see if he could pin point the others. Thomas notices this "Don't worry, the effects of the data beam that sent you here will wear off shortly. It'll pick up your friends and then you'll see where they are."

Takuma agreed turning to Goldmon "Well are you with me to save Fluttershy and Calumon?"

"Oh trust me I am!" Goldmon replied "Plus with the two of us being able to become MetalScorpionmon...We're unstoppable!"

Takuma smiled "That's right buddy!"

The four begin to make their way out of the desert.

Marcus, ShineGreymon, Merukimon were facing off against Beelzemon. The Demon Lord did seem to provide a massive challenge to the two. Still Beelzemon was facing against two Mega Level Digimon and occasionally got a faceful of Marcus's fist...That was when he wasn't careful...Careful as in not watching his back when Marcus came at him due to facing off against two Mega Level Digimon. ShineGreymon dives down at Beelzemon with wings glowing with bright white light "Shining Blast!"

At close range Beelzemon couldn't do much as the attack mows over him and ShineGreymon flies over head "Trying to blind me hugh?"

Even though Beelzemon had been hit by the attack of ShineGreymon he grabs onto ShineGreymon's wings and after timing it right threw ShineGreymon onto a charging Marcus. Both go down skidding on the ground. Beelzemon aims his guns but Merukimon gave the two cover to get up charging forward which forced Beelzemon to rethink his options and avoid a massive fist. Merukimon then brings out his dagger shouting "Spiritual Enhancement!"

Merukimon manged to use his spiritual side and his dagger to summon Ghostly apparitions which all charge Beelzemon. Beelzemon holds his ground "That's an amusing technique Merukimon!Summoning reinforcements I see! Let's see how they can handle me! Ghost or not they won't like taking a Double Impact!"

The charging apparitions were met with a lethal rapid fire barrage of Beelzemon's guns. This was for a clever distraction on Merukimon's part. Marcus saw Merukimon's plan and decided to help out "Clever! Let's go ShineGreymon!"

He puts his hands on his Digivice while Beelzemon was distracted by the ghostly apparitions and waves it on top "Geo-Grey Sword!"

ShineGreymon jabbed his hand into the ground and drew a mighty fine sword. Then Merukimon came at Beelzemon's back while ShineGreymon came at Beelzemon's front. The Demon Lord was having fun with the ghostly apparitions seemingly to deleting the apparitions with ease "You know Merukimon! This is quite fun! Send in all these wimpy apparitions! They are no match to me!"

When there was no answer he pauses still firing a the apparitions "Don't tell me I'm that impressive that you, Marcus and ShineGreymon decided to run!"

"I'll never run from a fight!" Marcus's voice announced then he shouted "NOW!"

"Thousand Fist!" Merukimon shouts from behind Beelzemon's back.

ShineGreymon doesn't shout a word instead swings his sword at Beelzemon's front. Time seemed to stop for Beelzemon as he realized that he fell for Merukimon's clever trap and he had no time to counter both ShineGreymon and Merukimon's attacks. Instead the Demon Lord grinned seemingly allowing the attacks to seem to hit him but instead Merukimon's attack hits ShineGreymon sending ShineGreymon onto the ground and ShineGreymon's Geo-Grey sword met Merukimon's stomach. Both Digimon stumble with Marcus blinking "What happened?"

"Not sure boss" ShineGreymon spoke shocked.

"He somehow dodged our attack" Merukimon admitted "At that distance I thought we had him."

"Not at all!" Beelzemon shouted coming at both of his Digimon foes claws ready to strike "Now it's my turn! Darkness Claw!"

Both Merukimon and ShineGreymon are struck by the attack, and sent backwards with ShineGreymon flat on his back skidding on the ground. Beelzemon smiled at the two Digimon "Quite a clever scheme you had going, but not good enough though!"

ShineGreymon gets onto his feet as does Merukimon the two Digimon were ready for more. Beelzemon grinned aiming is guns at them "Now time for me to go onto the offense, Double Impact!"

The Demon Lord pulls the trigger on both of his guns firing rapidly at Merukimon and ShineGreymon. Both Megas managed to totally avoid the blasts and even the miss of the bullets and charge forward. Merukimon manages to get into close range and Beelzemon sees this as a massive fist from Merukimon catches him flat in the chest "RATS!"

Beelzemon was pinned onto the ground as Merukimon growls "Let's see you handle this now Thousand Fist!"

The attack hits Beelzemon pummeling him on all sides and destroyed the ground. When the attack ended Beelzemon managed to give Merukimon a kick to his face causing the Digmon to stumble. ShineGreymon then manages to get into close range with Beelzemon whom saw the GeoGrey sword being swung at him "Not so fast! Darkness Claw!"

ShineGreymon swung the sword as Beelzemon swung both hands at the sword. Normally the sword would've parried one claw with ease but two claws was too much for it and it completely breaks the GeoGrey sword causing ShineGreymon to speak out "Impossible!"

"Oh it's possible alright, you underestimate my strength! Double Impact!"

ShineGreymon was struck by the bullets in close range and is forced back. Beelzemon comes at him rapidly firing his guns. ShineGreymon managed to withstand this flying at him and finally got into close range which over through Beelzemon "What the?"

"Handle this then! Glorious Burst!" ShineGreymon shouts.

Beezlemon is struck in close range by an attack he couldn't dodge or avoid. The attack hits him sending him flying backwards. He manages to land on all fours looking at ShineGreymon and Merukimon, this was a challenge he loved actually "This battle excites me to the core! No way will I lose to you two!"
"Too bad!" Marcus shouted "ShineGreymon...What do you say we end this quickly?"

"I'm in agreement with you boss!"

Marcus's Digivice started glowing with an orange aura and on the digivice it read the words Burst Mode.

ShineGreymon then shouts out as it digivolves further "ShineGreymon, Digivolve too."

"W-W-W-W-Wait a second you can Digivolve again?" Beelzemon asked "But you're Mega!"

ShineGreymon soon became out lined with red flames even it's wing seemed to glow with fire as ShineGreymon announces "ShineGreymon...BURST Mode!"

A glare from this new Digivolvution was all it took for Beelzemon to start rethinking his options as he spoke "T-T-T-T-That is impossible!"

ShineGreymon Burst Mode eyes Merukimon "Shall I do the honors?"

"The honors all yours" Merukimon acknowledged him "Defeat him!"

"With pleasure!" ShineGreymon shouts as it drew near

Beelzemon calmly stood his ground but his fear actually got to him "G-G-Go on! Do your worst! I can handle you!"

Before anything else could happen two pink data streams activate charging right towards the group of fighters. The beams strike Marcus, Merukimon, and ShineGreymon whom were unprepared for it while the other hit Beelzemon. Then there was nothing as the four were teleported.

Jeri had been taken to the other side of the lake. Her captor Orochimon had forced her to work on making milkshakes for him. Jeri knew that she had to cooperate despite how rude in her mind the Digimon was towards her. Honestly to her he wasn't like any costumer she ever had. Despite this she was making milkshakes for Orochimon. While this was happening Sailor Sun along with Guardromon came up with a plan to get onto the other side. They would cleverly make a rescue effort out of the milkshakes that Gekomon were making for Orochimon.

The leader Gekomon was making his last minute orders "Alright! We're ready to take the milkshake to Orochimon! And this time, don't take any samples! I'm looking at you!"

"How come he gets to have it all? Why blame it on me?" a Gekomon asked.

"Because it was you last time!"

The enslaved Gekomon walk towards the lake then see Guardromon "Guardromon?" the leader asked "It's you!"

"Hear me out, we have a plan to defeat Orochimon once and for all! All we need is your help!"

"What do you mean we?" The Gekomon leader asked.

Sailor Sun steps out followed by Dragon Whispy whom spoke in a serious but informal tone "I believe the presence of our Sun Goddess being here is enough to your answer."

Rika was watching Sailor Sun, she wanted to see how good of a ruler Sailor Sun really was. She wanted to see for her own eyes on what made the Sun Goddess the true rular of the Digital World.

"The Sun Goddess!" all of the other Gekomon shouted once they saw Sailor Sun "She's real and here!"

"It's a blessing!" another cried out with joy "Our very own Sun Goddess is here to answer the call."

Sailor Sun held back a blush which Rika also saw. Sailor Sun could see in their eyes that Orochimon truly did terrorize their daily lives. It pained her to see this which caused her to bite her lip with frustration in seeing some Digimon pick on others like this. Leomon came out of the bushes besides the Sun Goddess "Please, listen to us. The Sun Goddess here is here to help free you!"

Upon seeing the Sun Goddess herself many Gekomon were ready to switch course with their leader's decision. The leader spoke "But..."

Guardromon spoke "I thought that all you wanted to do was to sing all your lives...If that is what you call singing."

"Something tells me that they aren't good singers" Terriermon muttered silently to the Tamers.

"Or they do something that they think is singing but it isn't" Henry agreed muttering silently as well.

Sailor Sun nods towards Guardromon then towards the Gekomon "Comrades! This is the time for you to be successfully free! You're Sun Goddess is here now and will not back way! I'm here to save your village and free you, but my friends and I can't do this alone."

The Gekomon were now willing to help them out seeing that the Sun Goddess was willing to help save their village. The leading Gekomon then asked "Alright, we'll help you Guardromon but only because of the Sun Goddess being here and the other fact that we want to be free. What do you want us to do?"

Leomon spoke the demand "Just prepare to deliver the milkshake like normal and we'll leave the rest from here."

The Gekomon agreed delivering the milkshake to Orochimon. Only these weren't milkshakes each of the Tamers, their Digimon, the Sun Goddess herself and Dragon Whispy were inside the barrels. Once there the leading Gekomon spoke "Milkshakes are ready!"

Orochimon having been drinking twelve milkshakes already greedily turned his serpent head towards the barrels. Once he committed Leomon leaps out punching the head. This was all followed by the rest of the group coming out and ended with Sailor Sun appearing and swung her Sun Staff directly at Orochimon's head. Orochimon hisses angrily "Darn you, SUN GODDESS!"

Sailor Sun's voice was loud and clear "You're time of terror has come to and end! No one enslaves others and gets away with it on my watch!"

Orochimon could see Sailor Sun instantly grow into her own Ultimate Level power. Leomon was at Jeri's side.

Orochimon then spoke "You would interfere in my plans! You being here will be your last!"

"Doubt it!" Sailor Sun told him.

"And I've been giving him Milkshakes!" Jeri told the group "That should slow him down!"

"Normally that would be a good idea" The leading Gekomon said.

It is then Sailor Sun realized something "Oh-no, if they had the red data spheres in them...This might be a harder fight!"

"Then if things go bad this is all my fault" Jeri pouted.

Sailor Sun turned to Dragon Whispy "Dragon Whispy, protect the Gekomon with your barriers"

"On it!" Dragon Whispy replied doing the order.

Orochimon attacked the group. Renamon leaped up after one of his heads "Diamond Storm!"

Renamon's attack strikes the head of Orochimon deleting it with ease. Guilmon took aim at another "Pyro Sphere!"

"Bunny Blast" Terriermon shouts at a third head.

The one Guilmon blasted seemed to eat Guilmon's attack but quickly glew red burning up and burst apart while the one Terriermon blasted just burst apart. Orochimon smirks "Those were just illusions!"

All three of his heads grow back. Orochimon sees Sailor Sun come at his main head swinging her Sun Staff at it "NOT THIS TIME!"

He swung his tail catching Sailor Sun in her chest. The tail acted like a whip striking Sailor Sun and sent her into crates.

"Sailor Sun!" Takato shouts

Sailor Sun gets up dusting herself off "I'm okay! I've had worse!"

Orochimon now smacks Leomon with his tail in the same way. Renamon, Terriermon and Guilmon try to double team it "Diamond Storm!" "Pyro Sphere!" "Terrier Tornado!"

The three attacks hit Orochimon's main head but don't damage him at all, instead he preforms a powerful tail whip attack taking the three Rookie Levels down and flying into their Tamers.

"Inferno Blast!" Orochimon shouts unleashing his fire from his main head at both Leomon and Sailor Sun.

Leomon braces as does Sailor Sun. Leomon was more damaged than Sailor Sun was. Sailor Sun eyes Orochimon "Really? Fire upon me whose also fire?"

Orochimon lifts up his tail trying to pin the Sun Goddess down but she skillfully dodges as he spoke again at Leomon "Inferno Blast!"

"It is all my fault!" Jeri shouts.

"Jeri!" Kazu tells her causing her to turn over to him "As much as I don't like Rika as much, she's right! You have to be tough!"

"Plus we can beat him!" Sailor Sun told her "Here I'll show you! Solar Flare Burst Storm!"

Sailor Sun unleashes multiple giant solar flares at Orochimon. All of Orochimon's heads even the real one takes the attack head on. The fake ones burst apart and regrew and the real head whirls his tail around catching Sailor Sun in her chest. Sailor Sun managed to be sent flying but she skillfully recovered on all fours glaring at the Ultimate Level. Jeri looks through her cards "We can do this! We just have to think outside the box!" she then saw a card "That may help!"

She grabbed her Digivice "Digi-Modify...LadyDevimon activate!"

"LadyDevimon activate?" Kazu and Kento asked.

Sailor Sun shook her head at the comment "We're lucky Gatomon isn't here...Both she and I have had terrible run ins with LadyDevimon."

Leomon's body seemed to undergo a temporary transformation slowly turning himself into LadyDevimon at least on the outside. His eyes glew devilish red as he shouted LadyDevimon's attack "DARKNESS WAVE!"

He seems to breathe out a dark colored wave at Orochimon's real head and it strikes his slowly defeating him. When he was gone Leomon spoke returning to normal "That wasn't so bad."

The Tamers all get to sure where the Gekomon were overjoyed that Orochimon was gone for good...So overjoyed that they wanted to preform their best song which of all songs...Were burping. This caused every girl including the Sun Goddess to sigh. Guardromon then spoke what was on everyone's mind "It gets worse every time I hear it."

A light flashes and soon Kazu has a yellow D-arch and he spoke "I don't believe it! I'm a Tamer myself!"

"I don't believe it ether, but I'm your partner!" Guardromon proclaimed.

"Alright!" Kazu shouted.

"Oh!" Kento muttered "Everyone else has a cool Digimon but me, I might as well get BoringDramon."

Sailor Sun shrugged "You honestly might but you might not."

She then turned to the Gekomon leader "Um, we were on a mission ourselves to rescue a human named Fluttershy from Zaiquiomon. Could you point us in the direction to his castle."

"Of course Sun Goddess!" The Gekomon leader saluted her "It's just south of here. Perhaps one or two days away providing you take breaks of course."

"Good" Sailor Sun said bowing to them "Thank you for the assist."

The Tamers all now reset themselves for their destination unaware that Beelzemon was still alive. Beelzemon stood at the entrance of Zaiquiomon's castle feeling cheated out. He clutches his hands angrily. Not at himself nor at the surprising fight he had with Merukimon and ShineGreymon even though ShineGreymon Burst Mode was a surprise to him, it was the fact that a pink data stream had the nerve to interrupt his fight "OH! I WAS DOING SO GOOD! JUST A BIT MORE AND I WOULD'VE WON. STUPID DATA STREAM INTERUPTING OUR FIGHT!

He then grinned remembering the fight forming a fist "We'll meet again Marcus Damon! And on that day we'll have our proper fight! No interruptions!"

The Demon lord knew the Sun Goddess would soon arrive in the area "But we'll be expecting company soon! The Tamers are all I care about as well! All I have to do is wait or venture out a bit more towards the Sun Goddess's direction!"

Takuma, Thomas, Gaomon, and Goldmon were walking north of their area when something came falling down. Takuma pauses seeing whom was falling and it was someone he knew. He rushes forward with Thomas at his side. They saw that it was Marcus, Merukimon and Agumon. Thomas reaches a hand to help Marcus up "You okay Marcus?"

Marcus gets up angrily that his fight with Beelzemon was interrupted as well "AH! Agumon and I were so close in defeating Beelzemon admittingly we had to go to ShineGreymon Burst mode to do it but we would've won! Thomas! We need to do something about those data streams."

"They scooped you three up to hugh?" Goldmon asked Merukimon.

Merukimon nods "Indeed. Glad you and Takuma are safe."

Marcus shook Takuma's hand "Glad to see your alive."

"He wouldn't be had I not gotten to him in time" Thomas admitted.

Gaomon shook Agumon's hand "Hello again Agumon."

"Hey there Gaomon!" Agumon spoke to Gaomon.

Marcus turned towards the north "So all we have to do is follow upward."

Takuma nods "Exactly what Thomas told me."

Marcus gripped his fist "Then let's try to get their quickly, we can take breaks if we need to."

He eyed his Agumon "Besides we need to finish our fight with Beelzemon."

Agumon agreed "I agree boss!"

Thomas sighed as he should've seen this coming. It wasn't like Marcus to not want to finish a fight with anyone he fought. Human or Digimon. The group of four continued their journey north.

This chapter has ended. I tried making this chapter exactly like it would go in the anime of the same episode but for reasons things had to be edited. I think it worked. I did get to show off ShineGreymon Burst Mode. For any that wanted Marcus to win using ShineGreymon, I have my reasons for why the fight was interrupted...Which mainly is why should Marcus steal Takato's credit, answer is well I feel that he shouldn't. Plus remember, Marcus's main goal was to distract Beelzemon. Anyway next chapter. Chapter 42 Resucing Fluttershy PIII: While Thomas, Marcus, and Takuma make their way north to Zaiquiomon's castle to rescue Fluttershy, The Tamers and Sun Goddess are close to the castle but now have to deal with Beelzemon himself.
