Chapter 40: Rescuing Fluttershy Arch P1

Disclaimer: I do not own Digimon or MLP: FIM. I do own Takuma and Goldmon as well as Pumpkin Spice, Christmas Gift, and Harvest Leaf from Equestia, whom may show up in certain chapter. Not to mention Dr. Wolf, Commander Firebrand and FOB are owned by their corresponding brony reviewers. Also starting this chapter...Another Brony reviewer's OC finally makes his appearance. You'll see who he is and those that are fans of him well might like the idea of having him in here.

Makuramon was very nervous. Out of all the Deva loyal to Zaiquoimon, he wanted to destroy Gatomon and in his words to his Sovereign 'Eliminate the evidence.' Zaiquiomon was no fool though, the Soverign knew that if he allowed the killing of Gatomon and Fluttershy after Dragon Whispy took photos of Fluttershy alive and given the Sun Goddess this, then it would make things even more worse. Right now the Soverign was talking Impmon.

"As you can see" the Soverign spoke to Impmon as it Digivolved "I held my end of the bargin by making you Digivolve. Now you must do your part."

Out of a red sphere came the new Digimon. He was black all over and demon like. He had the Demon Lord crest of Greed and had two guns. This was Beelzemon, Impmon's Mega form.

The Demon Lord Digimon spoke amazed of this power "Oh I intend to do by making the Tamers pay!"

The Sovereign chuckles "Be warned though...They have found the Sun Goddess..."

"Sun Goddess?" Beezlemon asked "You mean...She's real?"

"Very real" The Sovereign answered "She'd might be able to match you if you aren't careful."

"I'd like to test out my new abilities first!"

"Very well" the Soverign spoke "I'll send another Deva to tell you to get onto it. Have fun."

"I so will after I find out how powerful I really am!" Beezlemon said as he drove off on his motorcycle to test out his new powers on whoever came across him.

Zaiquiomon chuckles as Makuramon stood at his side "You do know that's a Demon Lord you're speaking too master."

"Oh I do know" Zaiquiomon admitted "But he'll finish off those tamers."

"Then shall I kill Fluttershy?" Makuramon asked.

"You might as well but not until the Tamers are finished for sure" the raging Flames said.

"And our Sun Goddess?" Makuramon asked.

"She might die but she also may not" Zaiquiomon admitted "And even if she does die...So be it."

While the two were talking they didn't see Gatomon sneaking away with food she had found laying around. The Digi-Cat knew Fluttershy would die without food or water, and Gatomon herself needed to have something to just in case Makuramon did attack, she wanted to be ready. Her ears caught the traitorous act especially hearing the so be it part. She wanted to give him a piece of her mind, but knew deep down that the Sun Goddess wouldn't die to a Demon Lord, after all Sailor Sun survived a Daemon encounter and Daemon was far more stronger than Beelzemon could ever be. She walks back to Fluttershy's cage thinking to herself That Sovereign is digging a hole for himself. When the Sun Goddess gets to him...He'll have a lot to answer for and I can testify against him from what I heard just now.

She makes her way back up to Fluttershy's cage carefully sneaking the food up there.

Inside her cage, Fluttershy heard footsteps coming closer. She looked fearfully up hoping it wasn't Makuramon coming up while Gatomon was away. She holds Calumon close to her body trying to be brave. This was hard for her for once. She was in a whole new world full of monsters that in her eyes might have a war against those that were good, the forces of goodness loyal to Zaiquiomon vs. the great and very peaceful Sun Goddess and this frightened her, she didn't want to be someone that could cause a war, she was an innocent bystander kidnapped by the Deva. Fluttershy then asked "Whose there? Friend or foe?"

"Relax Fluttershy" Gatomon said as she came into view "It's just me."

Fluttershy sighs with relief "Oh, thank Celestia...It's you."

Gatomon nods placing the food down "Here you go, eat up."

"May I eat too?" Calumon asked Fluttershy.

Fluttershy flashed a small smile "Of course you can and Gatomon, why don't you join us? I don't want anypony to go hungry."

While Gatomon still found being called anypony odd considering she grew a close bond with Dragon Whispy whom used the same language, Calumon smiled leaping down from Fluttershy's hands "Thanks!"

Gatomon does join them as well and the three began to eat. Fluttershy then asks Gatomon "When do you suppose the Sun Goddess will arrive?"

"Honestly, I hope soon" Gatomon admitted "But they might be delayed by the arrival of a new enemy a Demon Lord...Beezlemon."

"Demon Lord?" Fluttershy asked.

Gatomon nods explaining the situation and what she had just heard from Zaiquiomon and Makuramon. It was at that moment the trio heard Makuramon's shout as he noticed the food was missing "HEY! WHO STOLE MY MEAL?"

"Who do you think did it you monkey brain?" Gatomon muttered so low that Fluttershy and Calumon overheard which caused them to gently laugh at what Gatomon said just then.

While they were eating the food Gatomon stole from Makuramon, the three continued to wait till Sailor Sun arrived.

Takato, was worried for Takuma and Goldmon. Sure the Tamers managed to stay together with Sailor Sun the Digital World's Sun Goddess, and her boyfriend Marcus Damon, but Takuma was missing ever sense their victory over Leopardmon. He had to put on a brave face and hope Takuma was okay. Right now he was helping Marcus escort the Sun Goddess. Marcus was to her right and Takato was to her left...Both boys were protecting her flank with the rest of the group walking straight behind them. Sailor Sun sighs she grew to accept Marcus covering but having both flanks protected was a new thing to her. Well one thing was for sure no sneak attack would be catching them off guard.

It is then Takato spoke looking at his D-Arch "If these are similar to Digivices...Shouldn't they have a built in tracking system?"

"In theory of course" Sailor Sun admitted "But the pink data streams also disables tracking functions if the transported person is many miles away."

"Oh" Takato said.

"We'll see Takuma again" Rika told Takato "I'm sure he's good as new."

"He's in good hands" Marcus added on "After all I contacted DATS to let them know what happened to Takuma. We might not be able to track Takuma and Goldmon down but DATS can. I'm sure one of my friends managed to find Takuma."

"Right" Takato said.

Dragon Whispy was scouting ahead of the Sun Goddess. Normally she'd be doing this alongside Gatomon but with Gatomon protecting Fluttershy, this duty was hers to complete. The Unicorn looked around the area searching."

"How far are we from Zaiquiomon's castle?" Henry asked.

Merukimon answered "A good day's worth away...Providing we don't have any delays."

Dragon Whispy heard something ahead. She raises a hoof asking for the group to catch up and stop once they did.

"What's up?" Sailor Sun asked.

Dragon Whispy shrugged "There seems to be some sort of battle going up ahead...Sun Goddess, may I scout ahead using my teleportation spell?"

Sailor Sun knew this was a good idea. If there was sounds of a battle that usually meant something was fighting and winning. Someone like Dragon Whispy should be able to scout ahead using her powers, see who was fighting, and then get back to them so they could be prepared for what maybe coming their way "Go ahead...But Dragon Whispy...Be careful."

"Yes, my Sun Goddess!" Dragon Whispy said.

She focuses in her magic and teleports. Sailor Sun turned to the Tamers, Merukimon and Marcus "Be prepared for anything everyone including a battle when Dragon Whispy gets back."

The group gave the Sun Goddess a nod as she grips her Sun Staff close to herself readying herself for combat.

Dragon teleported to the area where she heard the combatants. She carefully hid herself behind rocks and which were on a cliff. There she studied what was going on. In front of her, there was a Mega Level Digimon fighting against an army of Infermon's Champion Level form Chrysalimon. She hid silently not making a sound as she thought Whoever that single Digimon is...I can tell it's a Mega.

Beelzemon didn't see Dragon Whispy do to her expertly hiding behind rocks on the edge of a cliff. Beelzemon seemed to smile bringing out two guns "Double Impact!"

He fired the two guns and Dragon Whispy watches that even the miss from the bullets instantly destroyed half of the Champion Level army. She could only think one thing What incredible power...

The surviving members of the Champion Level army soon become Infermon. It stared at Beezlemon whom smirked at it "So come at me!"

He charges it shouting "DARKNESS CLAW!"

In an instant he leaps over Infermon then swipes at him with both of his claws and instantly defeats him and loads his data. Dragon Whispy was silent watching this. This Mega Digimon was going to be bad news. She carefully takes a step backwards and her right rear hoof stepped on a tree root causing it to CRACK! Beelzemon heard the crack and only now sees Dragon Whispy "OH WHAT DO WE HAVE UP THERE? A SPY SERVING THE SUN GODDESS HUGH?"

He aimed his bullets "Well little pony spy! Time to tell no one what you saw! Double-"

Dragon Whispy quickly gathers in magic and teleports away just as Beelzemon completed his sentence and he notices it "IMPAC- RATS! How could I've forgotten from the time I was in Equestria...CURSE YOU UNICORN PONIES!"

He then got back onto his motorcycle and drove off thinking If I can reach that group before that Unicorn does...Then there is a chance I can catch them off guard!

In DATS Headquarters, Yamaki sat in the interrogation room waiting for this Commander Sampson or this Director Spensor Damon to arrive and start the questioning. Oh he did see them arrive and the two men seemed to be talking to one another. The girl Yoshino stood quietly outside the room turning her attention to two other female members of DATS. The message that a new Digimon signal in the Digital World got into her head.

"Do you know who it is?" Yoshino asked one of them.

"Not really" one of them said seeing the single "Whatever it is, it's a Mega Level and it's on an intercept course towards the Sun Goddess."

Yoshino frowns "Another Mega...Going against her I see."

The second Dats assistant spoke "I don't think it's going to fight the Sun Goddess directly, I think it's after the Tamers that are in there."

Yoshino crosses her arms "Perhaps Laylamon and I can slow him down a bit."

"I wouldn't advise it" Sampson told Yoshino "Certainly not one-on-one. Besides we are needed to stand by if the Sun Goddess needs support taking Zaiquiomon down."

Yoshino thinks on this "Point taken."

Commander Sampson then turned to Spensor Damon "So you or me?"

"Why don't you go and Kudomon do" the Director said "That way we can discuss what our next move can be for Yamaki."

Sampson nods walking towards the room and entered it. Yamaki watches as Sampson with Kudomon on his shoulder arrived in it and spoke "I am Commander Sampson of Digimon Data Squad and this is Kudomon."

Kudomon looks at Yamaki "Hello there."

Yamaki glares at the Digimon thinking Even the Commander of DATS has a Digimon?

Sampson then spoke "Mr. Yamaki, what on Earth were you thinking creating Hypnos to destroy all Digimon?"

Yamaki answered "I DID THAT SO NO ONE ELSE COULD SUFFER THE LOSS OF A CHILD! Takuma is my son, and he was taken away from me by a Digimon? Admittedly he survived and was raised by Twilight Sparkle all these years, so why not seek to destroy them?"

Kudomon quickly counters "Not all Digimon are like that!"

"Oh yeah?" Yamaki inquired "Then how many Digimon attacked Equestria? A lot did."

"From what we have received by information ourselves" Sampson told Yamaki "These Digimon were following orders from a certain Sovereign whom was acting against the Sun Goddess's back and blankly lying to her saying he had nothing to do with it."

"Sun Goddess?" Yamaki asked "WHO IS SHE? And is she a Digimon?"

Kudomon answered "The Sun Goddess is the true ruler of the Digital World capable of handling evil Digimon on her own. She isn't a Digimon but she's one hundred percent human."

"A human in charge of the Digital World?" Yamaki asked.

Sampson nods "Indeed! Her job is to watch over and like DATS maintain the peace of Earth, Equestria and the Digital world. Your own creation of your organization of Hypnos and it's Juggernaut programmed have inflicted more harm than good making it hard for DATS to forefill our end of the deal and fueling fire to the Digimon loyal to Zaiquiomon!"

Yamaki eyed him "I was trying to solve a major problem! I wanted to stop Digimon from coming into not only the Earth but Equestria as well!"

"Only to have made it worse as you continued it" Kudomon told him.

Sampson nods fetching reports from early reports of Yamaki's Juggernaut program in which succeeded in deleting many Digimon that were caught in it early "Indeed, Kudomon's right. I see from a report DATS legally seized from Hypnos that two of your assistance heard Digimon crying out in pain. In fact they even complained about it wanting it to stop but you ignored their requests to stop."

"Such actions would even make our Sun Goddess frown on humanity!" Kudomon told Yamaki "And maybe make her start seeing that Zaiquiomon was right to do this all along."

Yamaki glared at Sampson, oh he was starting to feel that this was indeed an interrogation "Let me guess, you are wondering why I didn't stop when my assistants pleaded with me to? Well here's your answer! At the time, as of right now I still don't see how Digimon are living beings with heart as Yoshino put it to me! At that time it felt like I was doing good in eliminating the threats before they became one and that the cries of the Digimon were nothing but a mere ploy on the Digimon's part so that if we stopped the program then they'd take it out on humans and ponies and be that much harder to defeat!"

Kudomon sighs "We Digimon are living beings with heart. This issue showed that two of your members actually cared about what was going on. It pained them! You...Yourself have become the monster for not caring for their well being or the Digimon."

Yamaki widened his eyes not believing this a Digimon had the nerve and was accusing him of being a monster. That struck a bad note in his body. He tried to think of an argument on the Digimon's point but had nothing.

Commander Sampson now spoke to Yamaki "As much as it even pains me to want to scold Kudomon from saying that to you...He's sort of right you know. Not caring for anyone others well being including two human assistants you had does make it seem that you are. Now I know this was all started because of your son's kidnapping when he was one year old but at that time DATS was in it's early stages of beginning and our own first ever expedition to the Digital World with myself, Director Damon, another man and Professor Kurrata, if DATS had been activated at that time we would've been able to get Takuma back. In short we are sorry you had to experience your son's kidnapping but that shouldn't make you become the way you are now."

Yamaki was silent more letting this sink in.

Yoshino and Director Damon watch this continue on.

In Ponyville Keenan and Falcomon had arrived in it. Keenan being the youngest member of DATS was in for a big shock for at the moment, not only was Twilight waiting still worried about her son Takuma, but Princess Celestia was also waiting. The Alicorn and Unicorn turn towards the boy and his Digimon whom arrived. Keenan didn't completely understand who Princess Celestia was but when he saw Twilight Sparkle and her assistant Spike bowing, caused the two DATS members to bow too. It is Keenan that spoke up "Here you go Twilight Sparkle! All of the money needed as payment from DATS."

Twilight took the bag of money using her magic to do it "Thanks Officer Keenan!"

She turned to Princess Celestia "Here you go my Princess."

"PRINCESS?" Falcomon and Keenan asked each other with both gladly accepting the big reason why they bowed to Princess Celestia was a good idea.

Princess Celestia smiled "Keenan, and Falcomon, on behalf of not only just myself or my sister Princess Luna, but the citizens of Ponyville, I'd like to thank DATS for doing this."

"Thank the Sun Goddess of the Digital World you're grace" Falcomon replied respectfully "She alerted DATS."

"Any word on my adopted son?" Twilight asked.

Both Falcomon and Keenan exchanged glances still worried about telling her that Takuma had gone missing. That was until Thomas managed to get to them by communicator and telling the two Takuma was found and was okay. It was now okay to explain more.

Keenan then spoke "Miss. Twilight...You're son was briefly missing from action."

"WHAT?" Twilight spoke worried "Wait, missing as in not dead? Was he kidnapped as well?"

Princess Celestia put a hoof on Twilight's back to make her student relax a bit. It helped...A little. Falcomon then explained "Hold on there Twilight Sparkle. It appeared that during the battle against Leopardmon that your son was helping the Sun Goddess against, a pink data stream of the Digital World hit him and he was transported to desert area of the Digital World."

"A DESERT!" Twilight shouted more scared now "My son didn't prepare himself for such a thing!"

"Well he should've don't you think?" A new voice sounded.

The three turn to see a strange creature. He seemed to have the front body of a Griffen including the beak, but the other half of him was a pony.

"Hey" Keenan spoke "Whose the Hypogriph?"

Twilight glared at the Hypogriph blushing angrily "Really now Silver-quill?"

The Hypogriph spoke almost in a taunting and teasing tone "Oh come on Twilight. You are Takuma's adopted mother, you should've seen something like this coming."

Twilight was not only scared for Takuma's sake but also glaring at Silver-Quill wanting to get even with him. Silver-quill eyes her "Oh come on...Don't you think it's funny that Takuma was sent to a desert area of the Digital World?"

Twilight glared but Keenan spoke "It okay Twilight! Marcus alerted DATS to Takuma's disappearance and we sent Thomas to find him. Thomas just reported to us that he found Takuma and he's okay."

"Define okay" Twilight told Keenan.

Falcomon does "Oh, he's just suffering from heat stroke and from being overheated-"

"HOW IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MAKE ME FEEL BETTER!"

"He's alive isn't he?" Silver-quill asked her.

Twilight hesitates listening to Silver-Quill for once. The Hypogriph spoke "Listen now Twilight, I might of at times in the past made fun of you for being a mother to a human like Takuma, but you are actually doing a good job. My point in where I was making those comments about Takuma going missing is that you can't prepare him for everything, the boy's gotta learn. I mean he's going to a new world full of mysteries and danger. Now admittedly the only fault he had wasn't really thinking things through when preparing to go."

Commander Firebrand had briefly left FOB and overheard this "That maybe true but that generator could only last a few moments."

Silver-Quill turns to Firebrand surprised to see him out "Oh that's true but you'd think he'd be more prepared to go into such a world. I mean going into the Digital World with just your friends and your Digimon at your side isn't much of a good idea. I mean if you are going on a trip, prepare for it."

He looks at Twilight "A little word from the wise if you know what I mean."

Twilight growls as Firebrand looks at Silver-Quill "She's going to roast you one of these days."

"Doubt it" Silver-Quill told Firebrand "The worse thing she's done is turning my head into an orange."

Dr. Wolf finally caught up too then spoke to Silver-quill "You do realize she could do a lot worse then that."

"Oh, hi Dr. Wolf!" Silver-Quill spoke "What has brought you out?"

Twilight then spoke "I was going to ask the same question about you Silver-Quill."

Princess Celestia walks forward "I requested all three to come out."

"I'm honored you've sent for me and Dr. Wolf but why did you have to bring Silver-Quill with us?" Firebrand asked.

Princess Celestia answered "I'll need these three to occupy me to retrieve a special object."

"Oh!" Silver-Quill spoke "That...Special object. Well I'd think that Firebrand here would be the one to help you Princess."

Dr. Wolf spoke "Perhaps but this is a journey she's chosen to take us along with. Hopefully it won't take long because we'll need a way to get them back into Equestria."

"Leave it to DATS" Keenan told the three.

"There you go!" Firebrand said "Off we go."

"I'm still confused on why Celestia wants me to come with you" Silver-Quill muttered.

Princess Celestia answered "We may need a punching bag."

"Hey!" Silver-Quill spoke as the four go off.

Twilight turned to Keenan "Is my Takuma alright?"

Keenan nods "He sure is! He's recovering from heat stroke and being overheated but Thomas says he'll make a full recovery...He in good hands."

"Thank Celestia" Twilight sighed with relief.

Keenan "On the meantime Falcomon and I will make sure no Digimon attack Ponyville.

Twilight nods watching Firebrand, Dr. Wolf and Silver-Quill walk off following Princess Celestia. Twilight had a feeling she knew that Celestia had a plan in mind and plus what object was she looking for.

In the Digital World, Dragon Whispy had returned to the Sun Goddess gasping for breathe. Sailor Sun sees that her servant had to have teleported rather quickly. She could see the fear in Dragon Whispy's eyes. The Sun Goddess gently looked at her with Marcus seeing this too. The Sun Goddess then spoke "Dragon Whispy!" she pauses seeing Dragon Whispy shake and scared out of her wits "What did you see?"

Dragon Whispy was about to speak knowing they had little time to prepare "Mega Level Digimon! Black all over evil like-" She pauses as the sounds of a motorcycle seems to come this way "That would be him!"

Sailor Sun whirls about turning as the motorcycle came at the group. Sailor Sun crosses her arms gripping her Sun Staff and instantly knew this Digimon was bad news "Oh, boy."

Beelzemon stops and even though he didn't know exactly who the Sun Goddess was, deep down he knew that this girl that was standing in front of him was indeed the legendary Sun Goddess. He tries to intimidate her "You must be the Sun Goddess!"

Sailor Sun holds her ground "What if I am?"

Beelzemon glared at her "Stand down so I can destroy the Tamers you have with you!"

"Not going to happen!" Marcus shouted for Sailor Sun causing her to smile at him.

Beelzemon glares at Marcus "You have some nerve to speak to me that way!"

"Well get used to it!" Marcus shouted at him bashing his fists together "If you want the Tamers...You'll have to get passed us!"

"Then I shall!" Beelzemon shouted "Sun Goddess! Prepare to die!"

Sailor Sun holds her ground calmly "I'm afraid you are the one that'll die."

Beelzemon smiled aiming his guns at Sailor Sun "So bold aren't you?"

Before Beelezemon could fire, Renamon recognized him "Impmon?"

"Friend of yours?" Sailor Sun asked.

"Call it a mere acquaintance!" Beelzemon spoke "But we knew each other!"

He then eyes Renamon "I've so much stronger, I'm stronger than you!"

Renamon, Guilmon, Terriermon run forward "That's to be seen!"

"We can take him!" Takato agreed.

However Marcus held up a hand causing Takato to stop "What gives Marcus?"

Marcus answered "Save your cards and energy for the real fight."

Takato was still lost at Marcus's words wondering what Marcus meant.

Beelzemon aims his gun at Sailor Sun "Stand down Sun Goddess, if you know what's good for you! I'm only after the Tamers for a good reason! Hey, where is Takuma?"

Marcus smirked "Oh, I don't know who you are talking about?"

Sailor Sun laughs a bit it wasn't like Marcus to make this sort of joke and Beelzemon hestiates. He eyes Marcus "Oh come on! You and the Sun Goddess met all of the Tamers! I know you know about Takuma...Now where is he?"

"Survive long enough and you might find out!" Marcus shouts rushing forward.

Beelzemon watches him advance "How amusing? You dare to charge me like that? Well...Come at me boy and you'll see what death is!"

Beelzemon prepares to use Dark Claw on Marcus but Marcus surprised him by jumping and giving Beelzemon a punch to his face! The punch sent Beelzemon flying off his motorcycle and onto the ground below. After which he felt his face glaring at Marcus and his Digimon Agumon "You have the nerve for doing that?"

"You bet the boss does!" Agumon told Beelzemon "And there's more to the boss when he's dealing with you!"

He watches as Marcus's fist glew orange "Time to take you down! D.N.A. Charge...OVERDRIVE!"

"Agumon...Double Warp Digivolve too...ShineGraymon!"

ShineGraymon soon appeared charging Beelzemon "I got him boss!"

Marcus turned to Sailor Sun "Sailor Sun, let me and ShineGraymon handle this!"

"All alone?" Takato asked "We can take him together!"

Marcus shook his head "We have no time for that! I'll fight against Beelzemon here."

"Careful Marcus!" Dragon Whispy warned "This guy Beelzemon handled Infermon with ease!"

"That's because Infermon was just an Ultimate Level Digimon" Marcus told her.

Sailor Sun agreed with a quick nod "One-on-One Megas defeat Ultimate Level Digimon. However Marcus...Dragon Whispy is right...You may need assistance in taking him down...Beelzemon is one of the Demon Lords."

"So what?" Marcus asked her "We've fought a few Demon Lords before and won. Like Daemon for example, and Belphemon Rage Mode."

Dragon Whispy sighed "Yeah but you needed Burst Mode to defeat Belphemon and the Sun Goddess said you had to put Daemon into the Gate of Destiny."

"Dragon Whispy is right!" Merukimon admitted he turned to Marcus "I shall be lending my assistance to help you."

"I won't need it!" Marcus said "But you're more than welcomed to help me."

He turned to Sailor Sun "Our group's fight is with Zaiquiomon. We can't get sidetracked by just this guy anymore than we did with Leopardmon. Gatomon can't protect Fluttershy forever and ever now."

"Point taken" Sailor Sun said getting Marcus's point.

Marcus points to Beezlemon "I suppose you're here for a challenge? Well, ShineGraymon and I are the strongest out of the Tamers...If you are here for a good fight...Challenge me!"

Beelzemon grinned "How could I not refuse such an invitation to a great battle! Mega vs. Mega Level let's get to it!"

"You sure about this?" Takato asked Sailor Sun.

Sailor Sun nods "I believe in Marcus!"

She whispers to the Tamer's ears "He's right after all."

Henry agreed "Yeah, our mission is to rescue Fluttershy and Calumon. If we get sidetracked now Makuramon or Zaiquiomon might think it's time to kill her and Takuma will be more mad then anything."

"And he's still pretty upset at seeing her be kidnapped" Rika admitted.

"Alright then" Takato said "So when do we go?"

"We'll take off as soon as ShineGraymon gets Beelzemon's attention" Sailor Sun said to them.

"Alright then!" Takato said.

Beelzemon watches ShineGraymon and Merukimon closely. Sure he was a Demon Lord now but he was facing two Megas himself. He was certain the Sun Goddess could spell trouble but Marcus had his blood flowing through him. The boy had issued out the biggest reason why he sought out the Tamers, to be the strongest fighter and prove his power over the others! Beelzemon makes the first move "Let's see you both handle this, Double Impact!"

Beelzemon shoots out twin bullets at both Merukimon and ShineGraymon. Both Megas seemed to dodge the attack and Merukimon came quickly at Beelzemon's front "Thousand Fist!"

Beelzemon had time to counter "Darkness Claw!"

Both close combat attacks hit each other canceling each other out. Or so Merukimon thought. Quick thinking saved him from what happened next Beelzemon's attack cuts through his thousand fist attack with ease and comes at him. Merukimon blocks with a fist then manages to swat Beelzemon down as if he were a fly. Beelzemon easily lands "Not so easy to take down are you? Well Double Impact!"

He fires and Merukimon is barely hit on both of his shoulders. While Beelzemon was attacking him he left his flank opened for ShineGraymon to get him from the back with "Glorious Burst!"

Beelzemon heard this and quickly counters with "Double Impact!"

He fired his attack at ShineGraymon's attack and the two attacks collided causing a bright explosion which the smoke from it caused it to cover the battlefield. While this was going on Marcus gives Sailor Sun, and her Tamer allies the go to get going. When the smoke cleared, ShineGraymon and Merukimon were there with Marcus facing off against Beelzemon whom now noticed that Sailor Sun, Dragon Whispy, Takato, Henry, Rika, Jeri, Kento, Kazu and their Digimon had disappeared speaking out "Hugh? Must've taken off when I was fighting these two. Run all you want! I will be triumphant over these two!"

"We'll see about that" Marcus told Beelzemon "You aren't the first Demon Lord Digimon ShineGraymon and I faced. Nor will you be the last!"

Beelzemon liked Marcus somehow a small smile was spread across his face "You're expression excites me! I'll take good pleasure knowing that I was the first so called Demon Lord to beat you! Bring it on!"

"You got it!" Marcus said he turned to Merukimon "Are you okay?"

"Just a graze" Merukimon replied to Marcus "And I am okay."

ShineGraymon and Merukimon now stand tall facing Beelzemon whom was waiting for the next round of moves. What will be the conclusion to the battle between ShineGraymon, Merukimon against Beelzemon? Find out in the next chapter. Too Be Continued.

And yes, I realize that this is part of Rescuing Fluttershy Arch because I'm going to try to get Kento and Kazu's Digimon Partners too while the Sun Goddess and the Tamers reach Zaiquiomon's castle and oddly forget how Kazu gets his...Plus Jeri needs a bit more screen time with Leomon before he...Well you know what happens.
