Something old and new stumbles into Equestria, an enemy's dark plan unfolds, and past secrets lost to the centuries are revealed. A war is upon Equestria and it's ponies, but after a thousand years of peace and prosperity they will not be ready. He was called, either to be sacrificed or shunned by superstition. And with his past purely hidden in mist, only fear surrounds him. Will the ponies be able to rise above their emerging enemies, or die under a reborn regime of fear? And will this new-found hero be able to overcome his inner demons and resist the meddling of a mad god? Only time can tell what path Equestria will be thrust down.
