It was a normal day like every other day. I was studying at the Mage Tower about some conjuring magic. Oh I forgot to Introduce myself. My name is Archiel Frost. A fairly young Night Elf mage with bright white hair and a Small beard.
I was the only member of my family who made it into the Mage Tower. When I was born I was like every other baby with green hair. only this changed after Darkshore nearly burned to the ground by Deathwing after he broke out of Deepholm to Azeroth nearly tearing it apart. My parents dropped me by accented in a moonwell during the attack. the only thing they told me is that there was a bight light and a large horse like shade above me as my hair turned pure white and energy started flow around me.
Since that day I spent my time on studying and traveling to see the world. I made along the way a lot of friends. Some are powerful and some weren't. one of my friends was the head of Theramore, Lady Jaina Proudmoore one of the most powerful sorceress in the world. besides that, I wasn't really bad myself. The time I was at Theramore were eventful to say the least. The horde blew up Theramore and Jaina went into a rampage that came with incredible power. I teleported myself out of there before I was coughed by the blast.
A few years passed after I left Theramore. I did spent time working at my skills and new spells like placing yourself into a ice bolder. It came in very handy when I accidently bumped into a tauren who was sleeping under a tree. He wasn't really happy to see me and that I woke him up. so I made a run for it. You would do the same thing if you were chased by a crazy tauren with an axe the size of your whole body. Anyway that brings me to the present time with me sitting in the Mage Tower studying.
---------------------------------------------------------------
I was just reading a book about old magic and legendary spells. not like I could cast them, that would take to much time and energy. Anyway I was reading a book when a courier ran up to me and gave me a letter from Dalaran. It had a red ribbon and that means it is very important. Not as important as a black ribbon but still important.
"Are you Arch mage Archiel Frost?" he asked.
"That is me" I replied.
"I have a letter from Dalaran." he said when he placed the letter on my desk when he left shortly after.
I and my curiosity quickly opened the letter with the red ribbon and started to read it.
Dear Archiel,
Sorry for the short notice but we have a massive problem on our hands and we could use some help with conjuring a force field around Dalaran to stop the on coming scourge. And we could use some help with making a large portal too get everyone to safety. We are expecting you soon after the letter has been delivered correctly.
Oh and don't forget to pack your stuff. You are going to stay at Dalaran until the job is finished.
yours truly,
Arch mage Lady Thiran.
I didn't waste any second after receiving the letter and packed the books that I was reading in one of my bags and walked towards my Frostsaber named 'after my brother' Aldon. who was resting in the shadow of a large tree at the Quarters. I slowly walked to him and placed my hand on his wet nose.
"Hey, common Aldon. time to get a move on."
He slowly woke up from his nab and stretched out and lets out a loud yawn followed by a shake of his head too remove the sleep from his eyes. I placed my bag on his back. I picked a book out and opened it and started to search for a portal spell that could bring us to Dalaran in an instant.
"Ah, here it is."
I placed the spell book back in the bag and started to gather the right amount of mana before opening the portal. After a few seconds a rift opened right in front of me. I walked into the portal and Aldon followed faithfully.
After we went through the portal we were standing on a platform somewhere at Dalaran. I noticed a small human female and quickly recognized her.
"Ah, hello Lady Thiran. It is an honor too be in your presence." I said in a sarcastic tone.
"It is good to see you too Archiel. If you would follow me we could get right too business."
As we walked down the road towards The Violet Citadel where a group of mages has gathered for the assignment. At the moment we arrived everyone kneel down in respect to me and Lady Thiran. I always find it a bit awkward to stand in a room filled with people who kneel down before me. After a few seconds everyone raised their heads and we started the meeting.
It took a few hours talking and arguing when a few guards ran inside the Citadel.
"Lady Thiran! The scourge has been spotted right underneath Dalaran!" the guard yelled.
Thiran didn't waste an other second and gave everyone 'including me' their task and everyone ran off to do their duty. I quickly ran towards Aldon and took my bag off his back. I was given the task to conjure a portal large enough for everyone in Dalaran to pass through to a save place. I knew this wasn't going to be easy because it will use nearly all my energy to keep the portal stable. If I would fail the portal would split up and everyone would be stuck and eventually die.
I placed my bag on the ground and picked the spell book out of it and started to look for the portal spell.
"There! found it!" I yelled when a sudden bang could be heard all across Dalaran.
The scourge has started their attack but were kept down by the force field that the other mages conjured up. I quickly regained my senses and started to charge up the portal spell. I managed too keep it stable for everyone to leave but then it happened. After everyone left Dalaran, I could see the field disappearing and heard loud screams everywhere. screams of pain and agony. I knew what was going on, every mage that was holding the shield were killed and eaten or even raised by the scourge. I and Thiran were the only once left in all Dalaran.
The portal had taken so much energy that it became unstable even dangerous.
"Thiran! Go! Just go! I can hold them off!" I yelled at her but she refused to leave my side.
"No! I won't leave your side even if death is all that follows." she said but for some reason I could sense a small blush on her cheeks. I didn't know why she was blushing in the middle of a attack but i didn't really care. All I wanted was for her to be safe.
"Thiran! There is no time! Jus-" I was interrupted by Thiran's lips that sealed with mine.
'Did that just really happened?' I thought. 'I knew there were roamers about Thiran having a crush but I didn't expect this.'
We stood there for a few second when we were interrupted by scourge and a necromancer.
"Such a sweet scene. But you know I can't let you live." he said with a voice that would make your bones freeze.
"You won't get away with this!" I shouted at him while he chuckled.
"You really think you can defeat me? I bet you can't even stand one minute before you crash into the ground."
I didn't answer him but instead I fired a bold of Arcane magic at him. The bold hit him but he hadn't moved an inch.
"How?! What! that was one of my most powerful attacks I have. And you stopped it like it was nothing!"
Now it was his turn not to answer but instead he fire his magic I could feel a dark aura around my throat. shortly after I was struggling for air as my throat was slowly pushed so that i would choke. The necromancer slowly walked closer with a sword in his hand. i was struggling for air and to keep the portal stable. But it became to much for me. he slowly walked up to me and without a word he swung his sword at me but instead of hitting me i heard a scream. When i opened my eyes I was frozen in place when I saw Thiran in front of me with the sword sticking right through her guts and blood dripped down the sword. I could see the tears in her eyes as she collapsed right before me before drawing her last breath. My eyes were filled with rage and agony.
"You have gone to far..." I whispered.
"YOU HAVE GONE TO FAR THIS TIME!!" I screamed as I started to lose control of the portal.
As the ground started to shake and Dalaran slowly fell apart, I could feel Aldon lying down behind me. He also knew it was time and he knows what was going to happen. I placed Thiran between me and Aldon when the Portal started to glow black as it was growing bigger and bigger. The last thing I could remember was me lying against Aldon and Thiran when everything went black as the portal exploded.
--- Canterlot, Equestria ---
It was late in the afternoon and Twilight was standing next too princess Celestia about her founding during her study. But they were quickly interrupted by a dark cloud outside Canterlot that slowly covered the whole city.
"I didn't know it would rain today?" asked Twilight while she faced the princess who seemed not so happy.
"What's wrong Princess?"
"Yes, it's not you but it's that cloud. There is something about too happen." she replied with a spot of fear in her voice.
It didn't took to long before the whole throne room was covered by a black mist accept for Twilight and the Princess. After 5 minutes the mist began to clear and there was a chill breeze from the middle of the throne room. The princess quickly called some guards inside while a small ball of black mist remained in the center.
Twilight was about to say something but was stopped by a massive blast of wind as the floor started to freeze. both Twilight and the princess were in shock at the sight of what appeared out of the mist.
"What is that princess? And why is the floor covered with ice?" Twilight asked.
"I don't know Twilight and I don't want to find that out right now."
Then Celestia ordered on of the guards too approach the strange creature. But to their fear when the guard was about to say something he became frozen in place.
"EVERYONE GET AWAY FROM IT!" shouted the princess.
Then she decided too attack it with one of her spells but what happened stunned Everypony.

After Everything went black I could feel some kind of floor under me while I was expecting too feel burns or hard rocks when Dalaran started to crumble underneath us. But then I heard faint voices everywhere as I saw a brown blur in front of me and reacted quickly without thinking by freezing it with one of my spells and breaking it into pieces. Then there was a scream from a female not so far away when a bright light filled the place and everything became clear.
I was inside a ice tomb that I had created around myself to protect Thiran and Aldon. But it was for Thiran too late as she had died a few minutes ago.
"You will pay..." I whispered.
As the light became brighter I could feel the tomb melting down when I was visible to everyone in the room. But that didn't live long after my rage took control as my eyes started to glow bright white as I started to channel my energy into one massive arcane explosion. After I drained all my energy I fell on my knees as I saw a few creatures in armor slammed into the walls around me.
I turned my face to Thiran who was lying on the ground next too Aldon who was still asleep. There started tears to form in my eyes as I started to sob uncontrollably in my hands when I was interrupted by a shadow behind me when everything went black.
