Shining Armor and his friends went to the yearly prom in the Canterlot academy. It had been the year before Shining Armor met with Cadence, Many ponies including Cheerilee went to the prom. There was disco and dancing that late autumn night. The room was colourful round balloons, aiso balls and banners. Poindexter and Shining Armor had been friends since they were fillies, The earth pony worked in the Ponyville market, as Shining Armor lived in the Canterlot castle where he trained to be a guard.
