Oh god I'm dead

Well guys, I asked you to be critical, and you did not fail me. I'd be lying if I said I didn't learn anything from your hateful comments. So guys, I think I've fixed everything in chapter 2. As always I will need you to prepare your verbal AK-47 in case you have to blast me with your bullets of criticism. Again.

I woke up, still lying on the couch. My back ached like shit I'll give you that. I sat up and rubbed my eyes, still not exactly a hundred percent awake. I gazed out the window and saw the golden rays of sunlight flood the living room. It was so peaceful.

Then I heard a loud *crash*. I turned to see my bedroom door obliterated. A very angry looking female was at the door. She was seething with rage. I gulped and looked for the nearest weapon. Nothing.

I watched as the rainbow haired girl approached me. Her fist balled. I raised my fist in defense as she pummeled me to death. I felt every blow she dealt. To say she hit hard would be an understatement. She absolutely destroyed me.

When she was done I put my hands down. Only to get punched right in the face by her fist. I felt a tooth or two go loose as her knuckles made contact with my jaw. She finally stopped her onslaught of punishment allowing me to breathe.

"What was that for you crazy bitch?!"

The anger in her eyes seemed to intensify. I raised my fist again and waited for her to open up another can of whoop-ass on me.

"Oh you know what you did!"

I stared at her for a while before remembering last night.

"Oh right. I played with the knife and knocked you out."

She stared at me in disbelief.

"YOU WERE THE ONE THAT KNOCKED ME OUT?!"

      Uh oh.

She raised her fist once again and proceeded to kick my candy ass. Damn she hit hard. When she was done using me as a punching bag, I was left with a black eye, bloody nose and my eyebrow was busted.

"I'm sorry! Jeez what's wrong with you?"

"What's wrong with me? WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME?!"

Damn I need to keep my mouth shut.

She proceeded to give me a yelling so loud and scary that even Hitler and Osama would've cried for mommy. She ended her  lecture by kicking me. Again.

"Look, how about I make it up to you?"

"And how are you going to do that?"

      "I'll treat you breakfast."

      "Your treat?"

      "Uhhhh......"

      "Deal."

I got up from the couch and went to the bathroom to lick my wounds. I made sure to lock the door behind me so that she wouldn't be able to do further damage. I examined the destruction she had caused.

I had a bloody nose, black eye, couple of teeth missing, and I think some brain damage along with my rearranged face. I washed off the blood and tried my best to cover the mess. It was difficult, but not impossible. I didn't bother taking a bath. Instead I exchanged my cyan blue shirt for a black AC DC one I got at a concert.

I opened the door and went out. I saw Dash in the living room waiting for me. I motioned for her to follow and grabbed the keys of my car. I led her to the garage where I kept my car.

It wasn't really much. just a two door sedan. Nothing flashy. I unlocked the doors and got in. Rainbow followed. She got in the car and did not bother with the seatbelts. I didn't want to make her any angrier so I left her alone. I inserted the key into the starter and twisted. The car came to life, the AC turned on immediately followed by the radio. I opened the garage door and set out to the mall.

During our journey, Rainbow refused to look at me. She stared out her window, an angry look on her face.

      "Could you be any slower?"

I looked at her. She had a look on her face that said: "If you don't go any faster I'm going to toss you out the car and run you over with it."

I ignored her dirty looks and turned my attention to the backseat. I flipped it backwards revealing 4 large canisters. They had the word NOS labelled on the side.

I'm such a naughty boy.

I turned the knobs, I could hear the substance flow through the tubes. I glanced back at Rainbow. She was clearly unimpressed. in between me and Dash was a big red button. I reached my hand out and prepared to press.

"You want me to go fast?"

I pressed the button.

About an hour later......

Me and Dash reached the mall, it was already noon by now. She was even more annoyed after the whole thing with the nitro. What happened was I pressed the button and the engine overheated. Causing the car to stop right in the middle of the road. Embarrassing didn't even begin to cover it.

I called a tow truck to come pick it up and send it to the workshop. I left the car there hoping that the tow truck driver would be kind enough not to send it to the police.

We walked the rest of the trip, all the while with Dash yelling at me. When we reached the mall she had cooled down a bit. But she was still stewing. I led her to the restaurant and she finally managed to calm down.

"So, what's your name again?" Dash asked

       "Name's Ryan."

       "What's that supposed to mean?"

"It's a name. It's not supposed to mean anything."

"Wha'dya mean it's not supposed to mean anything?"

"It's not supposed to mean anything! It's just a name!"

       "Well, It's a weird name."

"Funny coming from the girl called Rainbow Dash."

She leaned forward and grabbed me by the shirt collar.

"One more word and I'm going to hit you so hard-"

       "Order?"

I turned my attention to the waitress who had just addressed us. She was holding a piece of paper in her hand and a pen in the other.

I shoved Rainbow Dash off me and answered.

"A cup of coffee for me and a stack of pancakes for the lady."

       "As you wish."

The waitress left the table, allowing Dash to further threaten me. I ignored her blackmails and scanned the surroundings. First there was the clothes store, going to have to go get her some new clothes. And then there was the bakery where I would have to buy tomorrow's breakfast.

Eventually the food came and we ate in silence. Dash seemed to have troubles with the utensils at first, then she managed to get the hang of it. I took this moment of opportunity to interrogate her.

      "So, where you from?"

She stared at me with a suspicious glance.

      "Why?"

"Oh, just wondering. The weird name and the fact that you don't know shit about everything."

She glared at me once more before answering.

"I don't think I should tell you yet."

"Okaaaaaaaaaaaay. Then are you an amnesiac seeing as how you seemed to have forgotten everything?"

She stopped devouring her pancakes and raised a knife. Something told me not to push her any further. I shrugged and finished my drink. Dash finished her meal shortly afterwards. I payed the bill and we left. She was about to turn to the exit when I yanked her by the shirt.

"Not so fast. You're going to need some new clothes."

I dragged her to the clothes store. There should've been enough to keep her busy.

"Go on. take anything you like. I'll pay."

She raised an eyebrow and explored the maze of fabric. I simply hung out by the entrance. Eventually I went to the counter where Rainbow had about 3 bags full of clothes. I almost had a heart attack. The price was $160 total.

After buying her clothes, I led Dash to the bakery. The smell of freshly baked pastries hit my nose long before we even entered the shop. I browsed around and ended up buying some waffles. I payed and together we left the shopping complex. I  managed to get a cab.

Me and Dash piled into the car. I gave the driver the address and soon we were on our way. She didn't talk to me the whole time we were in the cab. Meanwhile, I was browsing through her clothing which consisted of mostly rainbow striped socks.

We arrived at my home about half an hour later, it was already pretty dark. I payed the cab driver and he sped off. I think I saw him giving me the finger while he left.

I unlocked the door and entered my home with Dash right behind me. She had left me with the honors of carrying her clothes bags. I lifted the three plastic bags of clothing into my room. The door was still in a thousand pieces. Gonna have to fix that, but other than that she had left my man-cave in mint condition.

I dropped the bags and exited the room. Dash was in front of the TV staring at it. She was probably wondering what the heck it was. I took the remote and turned it on. Dash jumped in fright as the TV displayed various images. It was broadcasting something about greek mythology. I honestly couldn't give any less of a damn, but Dash was staring at it like it was a 14-caret diamond.

      "What is that?"

      "It's called a TV? Duh."

      "How does it work?"

"First it...... Honestly even I don't know how this thing works."

Suddenly she looked at me, a confused look on her face.

      "Don't you have a job?"

I looked back at her. She raised an eyebrow, expecting an answer. Instead, I laughed and laughed and laughed.

      "What's so funny?"

I motioned for her to follow me. I led her down to the basement where a huge metal door was waiting. I entered the PIN and the door unlocked. I swung the wall of steel aside revealing a huge safe stacked with cash. Dash simply stared at it, she couldn't believe her eyes.

"How'd you get all this money?"

"Well, if you answer my question, I'll answer yours."

I could see her brain working, deciding whether it was worth it or not. I waited for what seemed like half an hour before she responded.

      "Forget it."

She climbed her way back up the stairs and into the living room. I followed close behind. As soon as we breached the surface I checked my phone. it read 10:00 P.M. I sighed and shoved the small black device back into my pocket.

"You'd better go to sleep. I'll see what I can do about the door."

She rolled her eyes and made a beeline for my bedroom. I went to the store room where I kept an old door. It wasn't exactly  the best door in the world but it would do.

I grabbed the toolbox and made my way to the scene of crime. The shattered remains of my door still stayed on the floor. I ignored them and got to work on unscrewing the hinges. All the while Dash was on my bed watching me work. It didn't help that she would occasionally grab a snack or two from my nightstand and pelt me with them.

Eventually, after having a hurricane of peanuts and an empty water bottle thrown at me, I finished it. I observed my handiwork and swung the door open and shut to make sure it was okay. I packed up the toolbox and lugged it to the storage room with me.

      "Hey."

I turned around to see Dash on the bed. She had finally run out of ammo.

      "Yea?"

She looked at me with her tender magenta eyes, gosh they were distracting. I managed to keep my focus long enough for her to finish her sentence.

      "I still hate you."

      "Yea, kind of expected."

I shut the door and made my way to the store room to put the toolbox back. I put the container back where it belonged and shut the door. I heard a loud *Crash* come from the store room as soon as I closed the door. I didn't bother to open the door again. Instead I went to the living room where I sat down and watched some TV before eventually falling asleep. Next Chapter: Pancakes and Awkward Questions Estimated time remaining: 46 Minutes
