My Little Pony: Friendship Is Grievous
Chapter 6: Frustrated
Previous Chapter Next ChapterThe sun arose much to quickly in Grievous' opinion. But it was just his foul temper that was making everything seem dreadful. Overnight, Twilight Sparkle had been creating a whole list of ways for him to meet her friends. Grievous could not read the Equestrian language despite the fact he could speak it, which Twilight found strange but told him the activities she'd helped plan for him regardless. Six times this morning he had very seriously considered killing her and the rest of friends and taking the Elements of Harmony.
With an exasperated growl he headed off to Sweet Apple Acres, which was Applejack's place of work and residence along with her family. To his understanding there were three others, Applejack's older brother Big Macintosh, her little sister Applebloom, and their grandmother...Granny Smith.
To Grievous, it was just three more potential victims of a brutal butchering. Grievous approached the farm steadily, it was a very different sight, an archway, still to short for Grievous so he just casually lept over it. The archway itself was covered in vines and even had fresh, red apples growing from them. A large barn like house loomed ahead of him, there was a corn field and a well. And then, of course, dozens of apple trees, all with juicy and ready apples.
“Howdy Grievous!”
His eye twitched as the distinct accent of an enthusiastic Applejack reached his audio receptors making him reach his right hand into his cape and...turned around without a weapon. Which needless to say had been incredibly difficult.
“Twilight told me you were comin' over this fine morning,” she smiled happily and jerked her head to the left indicating the trees.
“Ever apple bucked?”
“No,” Grievous said with disdain, which seemed to fall on deaf ears for Applejack.
“Ah its real easy mister!” A smaller voice said and dashed from between his metal legs. A small creature with a red mane and tail, yellow in color with a big red bow in her mane.
“Applebloom's right, c'mon I'll show ya,” they approached one of the trees, a smaller one with only about a dozen or so apples. The general reached into his cape and pulled out a single lightsaber. The sound of the blue blade igniting made Applejack jump slightly, he twirled the blade backwards with his fingers and advanced towards the tree preparing to strike.
“Whoah hold up there partner!” Applejack interrupted, “applebuckin' ain't choppin' down trees!”
Grievous slowly deactivated and returned the weapon to his cape with an annoyed glower.
“The sooner I'm done here he soon I leave,” he muttered bitterly.
'You are lucky I haven't killed you both yet.'

The cave was dimly lit, and it was only lit by the series of lanterns they had strung up, the cave was a massive enough to a point where none of them could even see the ceiling as it was obscured by darkness. The giant cage in the middle rattled as its prisoner roared again. The roar echoing throughout the eerily lit cave.
“Are you sure this can kill him my Lord?” A raspy voice asked, cringing as yet again the beast rattled it's cage in pure fury.
“Of course it can, this is perhaps the best...anonymous way to dispose the so called 'warrior' she brought because she was too weak to kill me,” a male voice said.
“Now release it!”
The immense door swung open and the beast was free.

“So where are ya from mister?” Applebloom asked enthusiastically. General Grievous silently growled and swung a fist that when it connected with the tree...it shook violently and every apple shook loose. Bouncing and rolling along the soft ground.
“Wow yer a natural!” Applebloom watched in amazement as Grievous removed his clenched fist away from the tree, “why not do this fer a livin' insteada bein' a general?”
“I'm done here for the day,” Grievous interjected and stepped over Applebloom who's eyes followed him with awe.
“Well...you gone and done half my day's work, Twilight said you're supposed to be headin' on over to Rarity's next.”
Grievous shook his head and snarled darkly, smashing his right fist into the nearest tree.
“Hey now don't do all my work!” Applejack laughed seemingly unaware or just ignoring Grievous' rage and irritation.

Rarity's boutique was vastly different from Sweet Apple Acres, and the most feminine place the cyborg had ever set foot into. Mostly a light purple-pink color with pony mannequins, shelves, pins and ribbons and lace...he wanted to destroy everything in it. And then there was the yowling white ball of...Grievous couldn't tell if the animal was just fluffy or fat. Probably a little bit of both. It was snarling and hissing at him furiously.
“Opal dear, let's not be rude to our guest!” Rarity said scolding like the animal was her foal. Her purple mane was somewhat disheveled from working and she was wearing her little red glasses.
“You'll have to forgive my appearance dear I spent all morning working on designs for the Grand Galloping Gala.”
“Grand Galloping Gala?”
“Only the most prestigious party in all of Equestria!” She said in a dreamy voice but then quickly frowned.
“I certainly hope it'll be better than last years,” she remember that ass of a prince, Blueblood. Rarity shook her head to clear her mind.
“Anyway, I was hoping to get in some designs for a new series of capes, since yours is perhaps the most stylish cape I have seen in awhile,” she praised. He simply shifted his cape so she got a brief glimpse of the weapons inside of his so called “stylish” cape. He was satisfied when he saw Rarity quickly look away from the weapons. She had obviously remembered what the cape was for.
But before anything else could be done, an eruption of loud roars and frightened shrieks sounded from outside.
