Just Another Day: The Sequel
Chapter 13: Chapter 12
Previous Chapter Next ChapterAct 2-2
Drew and his team are off lollygagging while Twilight and the Elements are off to seal Drew's Great x9 Grandfather away. Drew doesn't really care, he never knew his Great x9 Grandfather anyways, so he's like, "Fuck it."
Ponyville
"What to do today dear Drew? What to do today." I was talking to himself, and I was still an Alicorn just so you know. There was pretty much nothing to do today, and I was bored.
"Oh, I know now! There was a new shipment of weapons coming in from Canterlot!" I trotted over to the Police Station, and they saluted me, and I feel uncomfortable when they salute me.
"Captain, I was informed that there was a shipment of supplies that came in today." I winked, he just stared at me funny. I then followed him into the armory, and I looked at the new wall of freshly out of the factory guns. These things were magnificent, from M4 Carbine's to my personal favorite assault rifle, the M27, and from Riot Shields to the Remington 870 Tactical Shotgun. There was another wall too, with body armor and royal guard formal armor, not the best thing to wear in a firefight. I walked out of the armory and into the marketplace, there was everything here, manufactured stuff, agricultural stuff, and stuff stuff.
"There he is!" Aw, and I was having a good day so far too. I knocked on a nearby tree trunk and a compartment opened up, with four perk vests inside. I got this idea from Pinkie Pie, but instead of a ball it's a perk vest, for perk emergencies. I turned on Extreme Conditioning Pro, Marathon Pro, and Lightweight Pro, and hauled ass back home.
"GuysIThinkIt'sTimeWePayCelestiaAndLunaAVisit!" They all huddled against me and I teleported us out of there, I don't think we're gonna be able to go back to Ponyville anytime soon.
Canterlot Castle
Celestia and Luna were just sipping on some Snapple Iced Tea in the courtyard (The Flavor is whatever you want it to be) and they were getting daily updates from Twilight and her friends up in the mountains of northern Equestria. Then we teleported right in front of them unknowingly, they were quite surprised to see us.
"Drew? What art thou doing here?" Luna's normal voice was coming back, but her words are still ancient english from what I've been hearing.
"We were being chased around town by mares, Helena on the other hand was enjoying her week off as a pony." I said, and she giggled at this. While Luna and I talked about how to fix Equestria's marriage system, Celestia was busy reading her latest letter from Twilight, in which I don't think it amused her. At all.
"Drew, the Elements have been captured. Your Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Grandfather is holding them hostage. They said that in order to get them back, you have to go get them back."
"Ah, that should be a piece of cake, come on guy-" She cut me off.
"Alone." Ahh fuck, why is it always me? Why can't it be Jhon or Helena? By the way how am I supposed to go into a probably freezing cave made of ice, in the mountains no less, and fight my Grandfather? I don't fight family, not without a good cause anyways, but this is one of those times with a good cause.
"Alright, I know I said I wouldn't call you this but, Tia, I need you to give me any information you have about Cloud Dust." She blushed, but she then regained her composure.
"Cloud Dust, your Grandfather and our Uncle, has been around for thousands of years, even older than me. We sealed him away about 900 years ago, but a recent avalanche set him free of his already loose shackles. The reasons we imprisoned him is because he was the one who cursed Princess Luna into Nightmare Moon. He was the one who also helped King Sombra gain control of the Crystal Empire." Damn, my Grandfather must have been quite the villain. I then suited up in body armor and a tactical helmet with a comm's unit inside of it. (Drew's Suit)
"If I don't make it back, I'm either dead or in the Crystal Empire drinking." I said, I gave a soft chuckle, but the others weren't amused at my statement. I then got on the train now heading for the crystal Empire, where I'll meet up with Cadence and she will give me a map for the mountain range. I really need to install a satellite up in space or something, because I'm tired of using maps and star charts.
"Well, I guess it's time to finally meet Grandpa Cloud Dust. If he really is a relative of mine he has to be evil for a reason. Something must be wrong because evil just doesn't run in the family." I was talking to myself again, and this new suit is pretty comfortable to be honest. A few hours later, I made it to the Crystal Kingdom? Empire? Hell if I know, but anyways I made it, and Cadence was waiting for me.
"Drew? Since when did you start walking around as an Alicorn?"
"Ever since Celestia cast a spell on me, I can't turn back for another few days, and neither can my friends." I stated, she nodded, but I think she was looking at my flank, and that's pretty weird considering that she's my second cousin. I then waved goodbye and headed on my way. Since Twilight got rid of King Sombra for good, even when I specifically told him to get lost, there was no black shadowy smoke in the area. There's a lot of things that seem to happen while I'm away on business, and what I mean by that is top priority missions for the Princess. I used magic to change clothes for the time being, I was in my Dead Space 3 style Snow Suit because it was so cold outside.
"Dinkleberg, luckily I can change clothes so fast, almost froze my balls off." I shivered, I don't want to freeze my manhood. I don't plan on losing any fingers or toes due to frostbite either, since I was in a full body suit I doubt it will happen, it's pretty warm in here.
"Son of a Bing Bong, I still can't cuss! Flugelhorning shipping!" I said, I sounded so retarded saying these words instead of the actual ones. I looked at the huge metal door, it was Cloud Dust's lair, it was pretty obvious, because it's the only metal door on top of a mountain within range of my vision.
"Cloud Dust's lair, hmm. This must be his lair." I said, I rolled my eyes and laughed. I put on my other suit from earlier and went inside.
"Welcome, grandson, to my lair!" He did that evil laugh, and his eyes were glowing red. His mane was a lot like Celestia's, except it was flowing smoke, and his coat was white with grey speckles all around his body. He had that same armor like Nightmare Moon, except it was silver instead of black. He looked like your uncommon villain, because he's no pushover if he could catch all six Elements of Harmony and not have a scratch on him.
