Battle Music

Vine and I stood at one end of the arena as we glared at Mr. Charge, all prepared to make the first move when Omnius said.....

" BEGIN!"

" DRACO! USE DOUBLE EDGE!" Mr. Charge ordered his dragon. Double Edge was a deadly attack especially if the user had size, speed and power. Sadly it did and its movements from before were so fast that it was impossible to be recorded.

Valkyria trembled in fear as the black dragon disappeared unable to be seen by the naked eye. Wait a second! If we can't see him at least we can see its pattern of movement!

" VALKYRIA! USE SMOKESCREEN!" I shouted which then the orange and black dragon inhaled and exhaled letting out a vast sea of black smoke engulfing the area making evasiveness and accuracy drop.

Vine paid closed attention to the cloud of smoke and realized that  one certain spot drifted differently," OH BUCK! VALKYRIA WATCH OUT! DRACO IS COMING FOR YOU!"

Vinetion watched as my dragon flinched with fear being intimidated by the larger opponent," LILY! GET HER OUT OF THERE WITH A VINE WHIP!"

Lily nodded sending out ropes of vine which wrapped around Valkyria pulling her out just in time as a certain camouflaged dragon jumped out contrasting badly with the day light.

" So, my physical attacks won't work on you huh?" Charge said with a smug tone," Well this would probably be game, set and match, Badass use Perish Song."

To what had been heard as deaf tones to every other pony, had affected Lily and Valkyria greatly. Both dragons covered their ears with claws trying to block out any sound but resistance was futile. My heart went out to both dragons who suffered terribly seeming as though they wanted to cry in pain but  had only fallen short to a small whimper and whelp. It was all that could have been expressed as their remaining energy were used to endure Draco's death tune.

" Oh no. That is not possible! No dragon is suppose to know that move!"

" What is happening?!" I shouted with curiosity.

Vine then looked at me with the most serious expression on her face," Graze! We have five minutes to win this battle! If we don't....then...."

I completely understood what she had meant when her speech had come short as she didn't want to think of the possible horrors that awaited us and our dragons.

Her full attention was on the battle at hoof determined to win it and so was I.

" LILY YOU NEED TO ENDURE JUST FOR A FEW SECONDS, PLEASE! USE LEECH SEED AND FLY!"

Lily removed her claws from her ears taking the full blast of the song. Her eyes squinted from the pain as she endured it and shook her head releasing and spreading many seeds onto the field completely missing her target as it hid in the darkness of the smoke.

" Vine! What are you doing?! She can't even see her target!"

" Trust me Graze, I know what I am doing."

I nodded entrusting my partner hoping that she was correct. Now it was my turn to make my move.

" VALYRIA YOU CAN WIN THIS! USE FLAMETHROWER AND CLEAR THE SMOKE FIELD!"

Valkyria removed her claws for a second and was unable to withstand the painful music.

" C'MON VALKYRIA! MUCH MORE IS ON STAKE! I BELIEVE IN YOU!"

Her eyes opened wide with determination, roaring and releasing a stream of continuous flames as she endured the music while the smoke parted from the blast. Suddenly the stream of flames were obstructed by a certain black figure hiding within the smoke. It was Draco!

" AHA! YES VALKYRIA CONTINUE YOUR FLAMETHROWER!" With the dragon's performance cancelled, Lily and Valkyria were back to their senses being able to focus on the battle with all their strength.

" BUCK! DRACO GET OUT OF THERE WITH DOUBLE TEAM!"

Suddenly, the stream of flames passed through a clone of what had seemed to be the ebony dragon.

Valkyria scanned her surroundings watching as countless clones had formed around her in a circular position intimidating her as though one Draco was not enough.

" Now use Shadow Ball!"

Valkyria helplessly watched as the dragons surrounding her conjured orbs of dark energy within their jaws, all shooting one after another.

*POW* Only one out of the many had made physical contact sending Valkyria to the floor due to the amount of sheer force.

" VALKYRIA! CAN YOU GET UP?!" The feminine dragon stood up weakly breathing shortly for air from that hit trying to withstand the pain," Good girl! That's the spirit!"

" Another Shadow Ball!"

" Oh no you don't! Lily use Bullet Seed!" Vine commanded the hovering dragon which swooped down taking aim at the true Draco among the many which had disappeared.

" You can't escape Lily Mr. Charge, she is too trigger happy," Vine smiled as Lily landed on the ground continuing her onslaught of bright yellow bullets.

" Shake it off Draco and use another Double Edge!"

Draco then charged taking the full blasts of the barrage of bullets. He soon stopped as one of his legs were wrapped and restricted with many vines as they soon grew onto his entire body.

" WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!" Charge shouted.

" Ha! When you were too busy hiding in the smoke, Lily here planted seeds all around the field," Vinetion explained to Charge as she knew he couldn't do anything more," ....but these seeds are somewhat special you see, they only grow on contact of chosen victims slowly draining the life out of them."

" Now Lily, would you kindly use SolarBeam and end this battle?" Vine said politely mocking Charge.

Lily closed her eyes peacefully basking in the rays of sunlight as the small flower placed behind her ear accumulated such energy and glowed dimly.

Charge snorted a breath of air as if he were a bull," You think you've won?! I still have my trump card! DRACO USE BOOK!"

Draco thunderously roared from his restricted area then no sooner returning to his restricted position with his head still.

" Ha! That isn't really a move and we all know that is true!" Vinetion said boastfully.

The entire class, dragons and teachers alike watched the sky as a gigantic book about the size of the arena descended from the heavens.

[ WHAT SORCERY IS THIS!! ]

" I CALL FUCKING HACKS!" I shouted.

" Graze, my boy, there are no cheats in this world," He then directed his attention to Vine," So what will it be? Risk the battle or your dragon?"

Vine stood still as she contemplated on what to do.

" Don't worry! Valkyria and I got this!" I then smiled and looked at Valkyria," Right?"

She nodded with her game face prepared for anything that could have been thrown at her.... And what other than of Mr. Charge to send but a book.

" VALKYRIA! USE FLAMETHROWER AND DON'T STOP!"

Valkyria roared loudly sending out a stream of flames continuously which on contact, made the book decelerate.

" HOW IS IT LOOKING VINE ARE YOU READY?!"

" ALMOST THERE!" Vine said keeping an eye on Lily's flower which glowed brightly.

Valkyria was now looking more tired than ever panting for a breath as her flame was slowly died down and extinguished allowing the book return to its original speed as it descended.

" C'MON VALKYRIA! WE BELIEVE IN YOU!" Ditzy shouted from the crowds which soon followed her.

" VAL-KYRIA, VALKYRIA! VALKYRIA! VALKYRIA! " The entire crowd shouted chanting her name.

" Remember Valkyria," I said calmly not wanting to put pressure on the already tired dragon," True strength comes from the heart."

[ The rebound music ]

Her eyes opened with determination once more as her pupils glowed orange staring at the massive book. She bent her head back while opening the jaws of her mouth building up energy and shot out a massive flame taking shape of a kanji (大) rivaling the size of the book.

Upon contact, the flame embraced the entire book shrouded and engulfed with a bright orange flame.  Both Silent Charge and Vine gazed at such an attack built upon such a short amount of time, how was that possible? They wondered.

Vine redirected her attention to Lily who was now prepared for her final attack," I am sorry Mr. Charge but... Lily end him with SolarBeam."

The bright energy transferred from Lily's flower and to the jaws of the wooden dragon which then shot out a beam so powerful and concentrated with energy that small rings had formed around the rims of the blast zone.

Draco unable to move restricted by the vines and with lack of energy closed his eyes and accepted his fate taking the blast full on.

*Thud*

Omnius trotted over to inspect the dragon only checking its eyes," DRACO AND MR. CHARGE HAVE BOTH LOST THE BATTLE!"

" What?!" Charge shouted," How do you know! All you did was check his eyes!"

" Well duh, did you not see the spiral eye? It's KO'd man," Omnius said walking to both Vine and I.

He took both of our hooves and raised them in the air," VINETION AND GRAZE HAVE BOTH WON THE BATTLE!"

We both smiled and took a bow at the entire crowd who applauded us for the tremendous battle.

I watched as Vine made her way to Lily complementing her on a jobs well done and then to Valkyria as she playfully rolled in the ashes of the once burning book that had once seemed to be a threat.

I ran to my dragon as she playfully danced having won the battle and gave it a great big hug," I KNEW YOU COULD DO IT! HAHAHAHA."

Abruptly both Lily and Valkyria rose their heads as their ears perked up from some sort of commotion coming from the audience.

" I-I refuse... To attack you," Chaser said holding onto the hoof of Cross as blood dripped from his nose.

"I WILL KICK YOUR SORRY ASS TO A PULP!" Cross shouted seemingly to be very pissed off as he held Chaser with a hoof holding back another ready to strike.

" F-fine.... then do what you have to do..."

"WHY!? WHY WON'T YOU FIGHT BACK!" Cross shouted as he threw Chasers body to the floor.

Chaser took a deep breath looking at Cross," Be...Because I deserve it.... I-I shouldn't have gotten between you and Luna."

Cross looked at Chaser and spat at the side of him," You're a fucking waste of my time."

" Agghh... Wait... What are we going to do about Luna?" Chaser said only concerned about her.

" You just won't quit will you?"

" Heh, sorry but I can't just leave her like that."

" LIKE WHAT?! I BUCKING LOVE LUNA! MORE THAN ANY PONY CAN!" Cross shouted taking aim at the weakened Chaser as he rested on the floor.

" ENOUGH OF THIS FIGHTING!!" Luna shouted with her Royal Canterlot Voice.

Cross looked at Luna and made his way towards her as he had warned Chaser," Don't you dare come Luna again."

Chaser held out a hoof and exclaimed," Wait!" Which had attracted Cross' attention.

" What?"

" Can you... Please call a doctor?" Chaser said mocking Cross who then turned around not accepting that joke.

" Look at me you saddistic piece of shit. Fuck you and fuck that whore which ever was cursed to give birth to you," Cross whispered into the ears of Chaser.

The smile off of Chaser's face disappeared as he got up firmly with a very blank expression on his face," I believe you fucking stuttered, say that one more time... I. Fucking. Dare you."

" Fuck you and that whor--AGGHH!" Cross' speech was cut off as he gasped for air from the hoof which choked him.

Cross' breaths became short as he continuously begged for her from Chaser," No fucking mercy."

He then drop kicked Cross as he released his grip sending him flying over the surface of the field.

Chaser had met Cross lying on the floor and stomped on Cross' chest knocking whatever air he had left him in," You can disrespect me.. but not my mother."

Chaser then ascended in straight line above the grounded pegasi, Cross and watched down upon him.

[ What the almighty buck is he doing?]

{ Which we are all standing in front of }

" Charge please! You have to do something!" Luna pleaded with tears in fear for either one of them.

" I'm on it!"

He then descended picking up speed shortening the distance between Cross and himself. In mere seconds between the distance of Cross and Chaser, he front flipped in mid air using one of his hind legs to slam into Cross' face wanting to severely damage him.

* THUD*

Charge had taken the hit from Chaser blocking Cross with a hoof and pulled him down to the ground," WHAT THE BUCK DO YOU THINK YOU GUYS ARE FUCKING DOING?! AND IN FRONT THE STUDENTS TOO?!"

" CHARGE YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS IN THIS!" Chaser shouted.

" LIKE FUCK I DO! I AM IN CHARGE OF THIS TRIP AND EVERY PONY HERE! AND YOU DARE USE THIS TIME TO FIGHT OVER A MARE!?"

" BUT!"

Charge slammed Chaser on his back to the floor by Cross," NO FUCKING BUTS--"

[ ....PFTCHAHAHAHA, I AM SO SORRY BUT THAT WAS FUCKING HILARIOUS! ]

"-- THIS TRIP IS OVER!" Charge announced.

All of the elder dragons with the younger ones flinched with fear from the sternness of the batted winged teacher's voice.

Charge then walked to Luna taking account of her emotional state and said," Luna, teleport us home. You can deal with this matter yourself."

The entire group watched silently as tension built between the eldest of ponies in the group.

Valkyria and Ditzy stood by my side waiting for an sort of retaliation to occur. Valkyria mostly stayed just because she wanted to spend every last moment with her new friend and master, me.

With a small sigh, Luna's horn glowed an azure blue teleporting all of us back to the school grounds and into their own home rooms.

Ditzy and I stood now in our dorm happy to be alone and away from all the commotion between the teachers.... She was mostly happy because Valkyria was gone and had most of my attention on her now.

Ditzy pulled me into a kiss looking at me and said with flirtatiousness," Finally, you are all mine."

She then continued with the sensual moment embraced in my hooves as we kissed wrapping our tongues one another as they playfully fought.

Feeling something strange rubbing up against my leg, I pulled away from the kiss looking at Ditzy," Urhm, Bright Eyes, is that your leg rubbing on mine?"

Ditzy looked at me shaking her head. I was the first one to attempt to look down between the both of us," OH BUCK! WE FORGOT ABOUT VALKYRIA!"

She then looked down to see none other than Valkyria smiling at the both of us," WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE! I THOUGHT YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO BE WITH THE OTHER DRAGONS! CAN'T YOU JUST LEAVE GRAZE AND I ALONE?! HE IS MINE, M-I-N-E!"

Mr. Charge sat in his office and rubbed the temples of his head with his hooves, stressed out and said to himself," Hmph, what is this world coming too? Teachers behaving like ruffians and students..."

*Knock Knock Knock*

" Yes, come in," Charge responded allowing a certain green-wooden coated pegasi to come in," Oh, Vine it's you, what seems to be the problem?"

Vinetion looked at Mr. Charge and recalled a certain event," Sir, if it is not too much to ask of you."

Mr. Charge then raised one eye brow curiously at her.

" I recall you saying, that I was like some pony.. Ivy was it? Who is she? A student?"

Mr. Charge paused for a moment, contemplating if it was right to tell Vine about his past.

"....Her name is Ivory..."

Vine noticed the change in Charge's voice from one being straight forward to now as it was more calm and collected," Who is she?"

"Please take a seat for what , I guess I should at least tell you but only you and another pony know, so do not tell anypony else!"

Vine took a seat opposite facing Mr. Charge accepting his offer," I promise."

Chaser sat in the bar alone with an ice bag over his head and a glass of whiskey," Buck my head hurts..."

At the edge of his eyes, he saw a certain midnight blue alicorn take a seat next to him," Luna? What are you doing here? I thought you were mad at me..."

She turned facing Chaser's direction with a confused saddened expression," Why?"

" Why what?"

" Why didn't you fight back when Cross did?"

Chaser smiled looking down at his glass of whiskey and chugged it down," Because mares are not a piece of meat which can be won over by a simple fight.... It was how my mom brought me up."

Luna smiled hearing that coming from Chaser and responded with a smile," She is a great mare then for raising such a stallion with good values."

"...Was..."

Luna was baffled by the comment made by Chaser and repeated," Was?"

" My mother is dead."

Luna placed a hoof by her mouth from hearing the shocking news having now understood why he reacted in such a way when Cross had mentioned Chaser's maternal figure in such a uncouth manner.

" Can you please tell me more?" Luna asked curiously," It will make you feel better."

Chaser directed his attention towards Luna and smiled," Sure but how bout we go for a walk? A bar is no place for this kind of story."

Luna nodded as they both moved from their seats and made their way to the exit of the bar.
