Today was Sport's Day and I don't know how being in a Celestia damn forest helped us but I had faith in my Silent Charge he seemed as if he knew something. The group of mares and I gathered by the stadium where it was taking place, our teacher now talking to us.

"Alright you ponies, I've trained you all for this one day event, that may take us throughout the whole day." Charge said to us.

"What the buck you mean you trained us? YOU LEFT US IN A FRICKIN' FOREST!" I exclaimed while the others agreed.

"Yea! And what do you mean one event?" Ditzy questioned as she stood beside me.

"Today is Sports Day. "S" at the end of sports, plural ya know?" SeaBreeze said.

Charge facehoofed," No SeaBreeze you misread it, you need to work on your grammar, its Sport's Day with an apostrophe!"

Octavia looked baffled and asked," So what you're trying to say it's one sport, right? Which one?"

Charge looked at all of us," HoofBall."

SeaBreeze felt a bit happy, that was his favorite game and his cutie mark," REALLY??!! HOOFBALL!!??YES!"

"No. Not your hoofball, the soccer kind." Honestly people do get confused with that. I mean look at it, they both have the same name with different rules but now it was my time to feel happy. I FREAKING LOVED HOOFBALL.... well soccer but one thing was missing. Contact force.

All the mares looked happy as it didn't have contact force and also that they knew how to actually play. Well, I didn't want Ditzy to get hurt, now do I.

"So let's go over the rules of this game as "someone"," He looked at SeaBreeze," Doesn't know them."

"Number one, you do not hold the ball, only the goalies do. Number two, you kick the ball in a goal we get one point. Number Three, you kick the ball out of the field, the ball is the other sides own. Number Four, NO CONTACT SUCH AS TACKLING, only slide tackle to get the ball. Number five, no unicorn magic, Understood?"

We all nodded and listened to the debriefing, understanding each and everything he said.

" There are only six player on the field allowed during the game and we have two benched, so, any volunteers who wanna go first?"

I raised my hoof, so did Lyra, Vinyl, Octavia, Ditzy and Shot. We all had our game faces on and ready to dominate.

"Good, now remember when I dumped your asses in the forest?" He said jokingly.

I snorted through my nose reminiscing on yesterday's events.

"Well yeah, you guys survived together and trusted one another, this game is all about teamwork, you win as one or you fail as one."

We all gulped, praying to Celestia that we don't lose. My expression was worrisome, did this game represent our bonds of friendship and what we have been through? Were we good enough?

" I don't need to read your mind to notice that you are worried Graze, by the way I have surprise for you guys, more teams might have more than us, we only got eight, others have for the most ten. All you need to do is win three matches"

"AND YOU CALL THAT A SURPRISE?!!" I shouted.

"No, I mean this surprise." A dark pegasus pony emerged from the shadows, his mane was black and red. His coat was black and he had a serious expression," Meet my son, Dark Lightning."

"Hey what's up."

Holy mother of Celestia, he looked like a mirrored version of me, I was a white pegasi with a icy- white and red mane. His wings! HIS WINGS WERE EXACTLY LIKE MINE! He was just more....more... of a lethal version to me, if it's possible to describe somepony's looks with that word.

"Is that white one okay? He is staring weirdly at me." OF FRICKIN' COURSE I WAS, I WAS LOOKING INTO A MIRROR!

Ditzy shook me and said," Hey Graze, don't go gay on me."

I snapped out of my shock and retaliated," Of course not Bright Eyes, sorry I was kinda in deep thought."

I looked at Dark Lightning and extended a hoof at him," Hi my name is Graze."

He looked at me as if I was some kinda disease," Pleasure to meet you."

He didn't accept the bro-hoof but it was alright," So are ya ready to win this match?"

"Of course, I plan to." He said smugly like I would have.

"Hahahaha, I like your attitude and same here." I said laughing.

He smirked and laughed," You and your team are gonna need my help then."

"What's that suppose to mean?!" I was offended that he thought we might not have been good enough to handle ourselves in a game. I was beginning to worry that our friendship and trust in each other might not be able to provide sufficient teamwork.

"Because I'm better than you." Okay now I was ready to strike.

" Alright you two cut it out! Let's focus on the game and then argue," Silent exclaimed. (I'm sure that is a play on words)

[HOLY SHIT, JOY ARE YOU ALRIGHT?!!]

<All I said was hello>

Kill glanced at Dark's small conscience wanting revenge for Joy. Today was not going to be an easy day.

"Your first match starts in ten minutes, warm up and be prepared, don't worry as I said I have faith in my students and my own son," Charge informed us as I stretched my wings and forelegs, while others did jumping jacks, stretches, cracking their necks etcetera, etcetera.

The whole being Charge's son definitely explained his attitude but hopefully we could change that.

--------------First Match-------------------

" FILLIES AND GENTLE COLTS WELCOME! TO MATCH ONE OF THE TOURNAMENT! WE HAVE ON OUR LEFT SIDE OF THE FIELD," THE INFAMOUSS!!!!!" Luna shouted as the commentator on the mic yet again.

My team of Vinyl, Lyra, Dark, Ditzy, Shot and myself walked out on the field while the others SeaBreeze, Bon Bon and Octavia sat on the bench, listening to the encouraging voices of the spectators cheering for us.

" AND ON OUR RIGHT SIDE! WE HAVE " THE GREAT AND POWERFUL!!!! EXODUS!!!"

Okay their name sounded a bit badass I had to admit but the team on the other side didn't fit it at all, I mean come on, Gilda, Trixie, Score, Hoops, DumBells and his brother, Treadmill didn't seem like much of a challenge but their coach was the Gym teacher, Ms. Lean Physique so I knew they were hiding something.

Our team met at the middle of the field, a white line separating both sides as the referee went over the rules.

"Okay now that you know the rules, Shake hooves so that you agree to a fair and clean match."

I looked at DumBells in his eyes as he said," Ready for a rematch?"

"Hardly counts when we know we are going to win." I looked at him and mouthed a "Fuck You" as I walked back to my post and assigned Shot as the goalie.

" Remember envision the ball as Toilet Paper, catch it and always keep your eyes on it," he nodded and put his hoof guarding on.

I looked at Ditzy and smiled telling her that we were going to win.

I then looked at Dark," Just give me the ball when you get the chance." Definite mirror, I wonder if I broke that mirror, would I get seven years bad luck?

I didn't respond to him. I walked to the middle of the field where the ball was, after I had assigned everyone in their positions.

"First to three wins! All right let's begin this match! 3.....2......1....." He blew into his whistle letting out a loud

*Whhirrrrrr*

[ Sorry Viewers I don't know the correct onomatopoeia for a whistle]

And with that sound, I passed the ball towards Dark Lightning as I ran into the opponent's field waiting for him to pass it.

He chipped it into the air, and flew towards it in a blink of an eye and kicked it diagonally aiming for the goal. All of that took place in one second basically a flash......What the fuck just happened?

*Crackle-BOOM!*

The sound emitted from that kick imitated thunder as a black lightning was seen coming from the football which was kicked with such precision and force as it landed in the goal post bursting through the net.

Infamous - 1 Exodus - 0

From my point of view I saw the team arguing of how such a simple shot made it pass through six of them and the goalie.

Okay I admit, that kick was rather epic but still it was a long shot and could have risked us the ball.

We arranged ourselves in the same order as before getting ready for the match to begin. This time, Gilda had the ball and was facing DumBells.

*Whhirrrrrr*

She passed the ball towards him who then passed it back to their goalie, Treadmill. Whatever they were planning was not good.

Treadmill with the ball in his hooves threw the ball with such intense aiming it to the sky forcing its way onto our side as it pushed through air resistance.

"I got it!!" Lyra shouted and soon stopped as she saw a figure flying towards the ball

Gilda flew up and met the ball halfway there mimicking Dark's trick and kicked the ball aiming at our goalie.

*POW*

The ball looked like a mini black and white meteor aiming at our scared goalie.I had now come to realization they weren't looking for a goal! They were trying to get us wounded without contact!

I looked horrified at the speed of that meteor with precision aiming for his head which could possibly kill our goal keeper, my friend.

I looked at Dark, he stood still and watched as everyone else shouted for Shot to move, some even ran to move him out of the way.

COME ON PONY! DO SOMETHING, YOU'RE THE FASTEST ONE OF US!! SAVE SHOT!! HE IS PART OF OUR TEAM!

He had no intention of moving and  I could not allow Shot to get hurt.

I rushed towards the future impact zone of the ball and returned it with a kick aiming exactly at the griffon.

*Crackle- WOOSHH!!*

The sound of the crackling was not thunder, I felt a bone crack under the intense force of the ball as I returned it with a little surprise as it spontaneously was inflamed with black tribal fire.

"AGGGHHHHHH FUCK!! MY LEG IS BROKEN!!" I screamed in pain as the missile made contact with Gilda knocking her out of the air.

*Whhirrrrrr*

"INFAMOUS WINS!!" Luna announced.

......The fuck just happened?

" EXODUS' TEAM DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH PLAYER TO PARTAKE!! INFAMOUS WINS BY DEFAULT!!"

Oh I got it, they at least needed six members to participate. Our win didn't block out the fact that I had a broken leg....again.

"SOMEONE GET TWILIGHT!!" Ditzy announced as she held me in her hooves not wanting to make contact with my broken leg.

" I already have her," said Silent Charge. Damn he works fast.

" What seems to be the problem?" She said in a calm tone. Something totally opposite of what I was.

" MY BUCKING LEG!!! AHHH IT PAINS!!"

" I think we're going to have to amputate it," She obviously joked with a laugh, as her horn glowed with a spell about to cast.

"YOU THINK THIS IS A MOTHER FUCKING GAME!!" I shouted with pain.

She focused her spell on my broken bones as she tried wielding them together. I gripped onto the soft grass on the field as I endured every second of unbearable pain.

The whole process took at least ten seconds flat but was twenty percent more painful than when it had broken.

[ So....that's what pregnancy feels like]

"Pshhtt what a wuss," Dark Lightning said.

" HEY WHAT'S THE BIG IDEA, YOU'RE THE FASTEST ONE OF US AND YOU WATCHED AS IF IT DIDN'T MATTER!" I shouted at him.

"That broken leg could have happened to me."

" FUCK YOU AND YOUR LEG OKAY!  WE ARE A TEAM AND WE HAVE TO MAKE SACRIFICES! DO YOU KNOW WHERE THAT BALL WAS HEADING?!!"

"....."

" Answer me." I growled.

"No. I don't know."

"Oh, okay cool, you don't know," I said calmly and then shouted," IT WAS AIMING FOR HIS FUCKING HEAD! THAT COULD HAVE KILLED HIM!! AND YOU JUST STOOD AND WATCHED??!!" Now I was seeming like the dark one.

" Graze, calm down." Twilight said.

"NO! HE NEEDS TO LEARN WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED! HE IS NOT BETTER THAN ANY OF US IF HE THINKS HE CAN WIN THIS BY HIMSELF OR DOESN'T MAKE A SACRIFICE TO SAVE A LIFE! HE HAD THE ABILITY TO AND HE WASTED IT!"

" YOU DON'T SHOUT TO HER LIKE THAT!" Dark shouted at me.

"Look I'm sorry Twilight," She nodded understanding where I was coming from and I watched Dark again," Don't even think of playing on this team if you have that attitude and won't commit. We can win without you and you know what? I am better than you, We are better than you until you prove me wrong. He could have died and you just stood there and watched." I said calmly with a serious tone, shouting was making me weak but he needed to know. I walked away quiet and calm as everyone stood silent from that scene. They never heard me that serious in their life.

" I'm sorry about Graze he get's very over protective of his friends," Twilight said making conversation with Lightning.

" No, he is right, I was too selfish, I don't belong in this game," Dark Lightning said.

" Even though he may sound vex at you, he would have done the same for you, it was just in the heat of the moment, give him time to cool off."

"....."

" And don't worry you're an excellent soccer player, but it's all about teamwork." Twilight said smiling at Dark.

"Thanks Ms. Sparkle. "

"I read it in a book and oh please, call me Twilight....Would you like to talk before the next match? We have at least ninety minutes before the second round." She said with a blush.

"Yes, please I would like that. I need to get my mind off things." Dark said,''I think I will join in the finals, give him his space for the second match and cheer for him then.''

She smiled and they both headed off to the stands to talk until the next game.

-------------Second Match--------------

2-2

This match was between the Apple Family members, Big Macintosh, Brae Burn, AppleJack and also Colgate, Caramel and Carrot Top.

Ditzy had scored one and so did Vinyl while on the next side Big Macintosh and Brae Burn scored.

I had removed Shot for SeaBreeze as their would be complications going against your own marefriend.

" GO GRAZE GO!!!!" Dark shouted with Twilight.

I ran with the ball as if I were dancing with it, maneuvering and dodging all the opponents, zipping through them as if it wasn't a task.

I was finally close to the goal post and took the shot aiming for the upper left hand corner.

Shit, AppleJack deflected it with a buck in the air towards me. I semi flipped backwards as the ball came close to me and bicycle kicked it into the net.

"GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!" The elongated shout boomed over the speakers for fifteen seconds.

I made a victory lap, Bro Hoofing my teammates and then running towards Ditzy hugging her.

"You wouldn't believe what Graze nearly did to a pony when she had hit her." Twilight said remembering the day of the mall with hesitation in her voice.

"What did he do?" Dark was anxious to hear, what a simple pegasus such as myself nearly did.

" He took out a griffon and nearly killed a stallion twice his size....with a book." She was still scared to remember what I had done but if that was repeated in front of me, I would have accepted that with pride. I stood up for my girlfriend.

Dark's eyes widened."WHAT!?"

"Yeah, he also went through a bar fight of twenty ponies because of her. He really does love her." She looked at the field me hugging Ditzy and letting out a sigh.

" You okay Twilight?"

"Yeah I'm fine, it's just, look at them, I never experienced joy like that in my life, I want it so badly, I've only read about it."

Dark moved a bit closer to Twilight and looked at her straight in the face with a smile.

YUP!! DARK SMILED.

Twilight looked at him and moved closer, she felt closer to him and somehow safe. She never really did talk to someone for that long and she felt connected towards him as if she helped him change a bit.

She leaned her head on his shoulder and began to talk for another ninety minutes.

-----------------Third Match----------------

The beginning of the third match was coming close. I looked at my teammates Octavia, Bon Bon who I forced into the match because she did not play yet, Shot, Ditzy who wanted to play this game out with me, Vinyl and myself.

I was giving their warm up speech when I heard a sudden trotting of hoof steps. I looked at the source, Dark as he moved closer, with the same serious expression.

" I want to play, for our team."

I looked at him with my serious expression wondering if I should give him a next chance.

I looked at it carefully, it was smiling but also a shine of hope gleamed from it praying I said yes.

"Okay fine, but the minute you act on yourself and not for others, you know what will come next."

"Yes, Twilight told me."

I smiled knowing he knew of consequences," Good. Bon Bon we know you don't want to play, it's alright you relax with Lyra," I smiled at her.

"Thanks Graze!" and she ran off the field to the benches.

We walked up to the middle of the field and saw our opponents, SpitFire, Soarin, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Zecora and another Pegasus who I've seen use smoke with lightning. What an odd team, with a zebra.

[ Becareful I heard those things are wicked fast!]

Pinkie Pie was Goal Keeper for one and only one reason, Pinkie Sense.

The ball was between me and Dark. I suppose you can say Yin and Yang.

*WHIIRRRRRR*

I passed the ball to Dark and with that the game begun. We ran up the field trying to confuse the players and Pinkie Pie passing the ball back and forth to each other, as it zig zagged through their entire field, the tried rushing us or intercepting the ball with various slide tackles.

We were close to the goal and I saw Pinkie's tail vibrate. I ran up and screamed my battle cry, and swung my leg to kick the ball. Pinkie dove to where the ball should have been but I paused mid way and shot it in the space allowed because of a little teamwork and trickery.

The ball was at the centre again between SpitFire and Soarin.

*WHIIRRRRRR*

She passed it to Soarin' who trotted while still using his wings for speed and controlled the ball all at the same time. Many of my teammates rushed, the blue pegasus but none kept up with his speed. He quickly made it to the goal without a sweat and shot it where Crack protected. Goal.

The ball was now between Vinyl and Octavia who stood on two hooves. Wow, I mean wow, how was she going to play like that?

The whole crowd stood in silent as they watched the grey pony on her hind legs.

*WHIIRRRR*

Vinyl gave a small kick to the ball. The air was so silent and unpolluted with noise, you literally heard the plastic touch Octavia's hind leg.

*Touch*

Octavia ran on her own two hind legs, the ball constantly dribbled as she kept control. The entire team watched as their own Zecora did the same and rushed her.

Simply Celestia, What the fuck have you created.

Forever confuffled,

Razor Graze.

The two battled for the ball slide tackling and keeping it in the air. Octavia jumped over Zecora and juggled the ball with her knees and hooves.

Pinkie Pie too was shocked as she saw Octavia in such a humane stance.

The ball continuously juggled in the air, only to come down for another raise in the sky. Octavia kneed the ball a bit higher, jumped with a spin and kicked the ball with such grace and power.

"GOALLL!!! YOU HAVE SEEN IT HERE FOLKS, OUR OWN OCTAVIA PHILHARMONICA ON HER TWO HIND LEGS SCORED A GOAL!!" Luna announced.

The crowd was in shock and awe, their mouths agape from what just took place.

The ball took it's place between Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie who exchanged places with the other pegasus.

*WHIIRRRR*

Rainbow kicked the ball to Pinkie Pie, who just simply hoped the entire field with the ball in her control. We all tried to slide tackle her. I MEAN LITERALLY WE ALL TRIED TO GET THE BALL FROM HER!

SHE WAS USING HER CELESTIA DAMNED PINKIE SENSE AND NO ONE COULD HAVE TOUCHED THE DAMN BALL!!

We all laid on the floor from our failed attempts of slide tackling as she made her way to Shot.

She stopped infront of him, giggled a little bit and then growled moving into battle stance. Pulling out this weird cannon like object out of no where! THE WHOLE STADIUM SAW AND IT JUST POPPED OUT OF NO WHERE! ALL THAT CRAZY PINK PONY DID WAS STRETCH HER BACK BEHIND HER AS SHE WAS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING AND *POOF* THERE IT WAS A PINK CANNON! WAS THAT FUCKING LEGAL??!!

Pinkie placed the ball fitting perfectly in the cannon and aimed directly at him.

*BOOM* MOTHER FUCKING CONFETTI !!

He looked at the ball coming towards him, his last words being," Celestia help me,'' as the ball hit him and both crashed into the net.

Pinkie bounced back to her goalie position happy that she scored a goal.

Dark Lightning and I stood between the ball. We needed to focus or it would have cost us the game.

*WHIIRRRRRRR*

The crowd was going wild, waiting for the epic conclusion and chanted," OOOOLEE OLE OLE OLE OLEEE OLEE OLE!!" repeatedly.

He passed the ball to me and the game began. Soarin rushed me as I passed the ball to Dark while I jumped over the pony shaped missile.

He ran with the ball, controlling it, dodging SpitFire and Zecora. Rainbow Dash assaulted Dark not with a slide tackle, but with the Buccaneer Blaze blinding him in the spot only for a few seconds with the ball missing from his possession.

" I have to have faith in my teammates!" Dark said to himself.

Rainbow dashed the entire field a rainbow trail behind her as she looked back at us. Octavia took that moment to steal the ball with a successful, slide tackle from her hind legs and controlled the game.

Zecora charged her like a train, Octavia panicked and shouted," GRAZEE!!!"

She kicked the ball in the air towards me," RUN FORWARD DARK!!"

"GO LIGHTNING GOO!!!" Twilight shouted from the stands cheering on her "friend".

I caught the ball and passed it mid air towards Dark. I kicked the ball as hard as could knowing that he was at least halfway across the field by now.

*WOOSHH*

If that ball was a pony it would have been dead from being scorched with black flames, twice.

Dark jumped towards the ball using his wings for an extra boost he had reached the ball and kicked it with intense force causing lightning to strike all powered through one kick.

Okay, that pony would have died not only because of the fire but now because of the lightning which charged it!

*FWOOSHH- CRACKLE CRACKLE- BOOM!*

A thunderous boom came from that kick, the ball was now inflamed and struck with lightning...TWICE.

[WHO THE FUCK SAYS LIGHTNING DON'T STRIKE TWICE IN THE SAME PLACE!!??]

<MYTH BUSTED>

Pinkie Pie didn't need Pinkie Sense to know that ball was gonna score. So she ran out of the goal post and far out in the field.

The ball made contact with the net and there was a huge black discharge destroying the whole net while the black flames burnt anything that remained.

"GOAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!'' Luna shouted.

The entire crowd went wild shouting our names.

I looked at Dark and smiled at him.

He walked to me and I extended out my hoof. He shook his head denying it but with a smile. He then gave a celebratory bro-hug not only because we won the game but also that I had accepted him as a friend.

I broke the hug as I heard a sudden voice" LIGHTNING!! THAT WAS AMAZING!!" It was Twilight who ran up to him and hugged him giving him a surprise kiss.

Even through his black coat, he blushed as she broke the kiss," Are we really...." He began to question.

She nodded furiously interrupting him and kissed him again, then simply embraced him.

He looked at me and mouthed," Thank You."

I didn't do anything but maybe it was something he needed to do. I simply waved a hoof off to him as he celebrated with his new marefriend.

Where was mine?

She was now rushing to me halfway across the field, tackling me to the floor and kissed me. She had cut off the kiss

and pulled me up. The whole crowd was still cheering from our victory, Shot was with AppleJack and Breeze was with Fluttershy both celebrating their victories.

I placed my wing around Ditzy, she and I looked at the new happy couple, Twilight and Dark Lightning. Not only did he got a marefriend but he got my respect, my trust and friendship.

I looked closer and stared at his conscience, it had the widest grin ear to ear and that showed he changed for the best. All that was left was to go home and celebrate. WOOHOO!!!

"By the way what do you call that move the two of you pulled off in the finals?" Twilight asked Dark.

" The NecroBlaze Light."
