So far, it had been a fair three months or so since the Shadow incident and the school, mostly the Stadium, still hasn't recovered from it. Honestly, we fucked it up real good.

More or less though, students recovered from their injuries being mostly the gang and I. My wing was still lost, but at least no one knew about the replaced changeling wing. Best substitute ever.

One thing for sure though, if Principal Shadow, being the only Shadow, thank Celestia as that was confusing as almighty Tartarus, he would have never called the entire school for an announcement, unless it was important. All students in the hall stood patient as we waited our 'beloved' Principal to make his speech while the others, Cross, Chaser, Charge and Anarchy stood their alongside another.

"Good morning students of Equestria University!" Shadow Mark called out on the stand in front.

"Morning sir!" They all replied with respect.

"I hope you are all doing well, unlike the school's budget." A loud groan came from Chaser at the side but was quickly hushed by a stare from Charge and the principal. "Anyways, I have a few announcements but firstly, the student who tried their little 'science experiment' in the field has been punished severely and expelled," he terribly lied and winked to the lot of us ponies. "But, the school is going through a little bit of financial problems due to the fixing of the Stadium thanks to our groundskeeper, Vinetion and Omnius as well as the others who helped."

Hearing all the ladee da's and blah's from Shadow Mark, I spotted Ditzy on the far right by her friend Carrot Top and gave a simple wave of the hoof, only to be rejected as she harrumphed and focused on the teachers upfront. Yup, still pissed off.

"...and now inviting to the stage, Mr. Charge!" Mark then slowly backed away for the larger teacher. An applaud of very small magnitude was heard, like, germ sized small as well as, a bemused 'woohoo' and a cough.

"Thank you for the warm welcome, I will be sure to mark your papers today," and then suddenly, it was as if Princess Celestia herself had appeared. Clopping of the hooves and whistles roared through the auditorium for our 'oh so loved' Physics teacher. "Now, the teachers and I have tried our best to help out with the school, but this is your home as well and we are in desperate times. However it may be, we need to get this place back up and running, from that damn bomb."

"Science experiment!" Mark shouted.

"Demon!" Omnius exclaimed as a joke.

"Whatever!" Charge dismissed the terrible lie. "We still need your help! But, for now we have more pressing matters, so I give the stage to Anarchy, being the more suited pony for this one."

"Very good honey," Anarchy kissed Charge on the cheek and exchanged positions. Wow, Anarchy has gained a few pounds, she sorta looks...Urhm, how do I put this subtly and not mean.

"Very well! As you all know, that time of year is coming once again!"

"HOLY SHIT! HEAT SEASON!" I exclaimed in terror causing all the other guys to follow my panic. All the mares on the other hoof, watched in awe and stupidity of us.

"I actually don't like the heat season," Aroma said to Vinetion which caught the ears off Legit. He stopped mid in his track of panic and stared at her as if she belonged in the mad house. "Yeah, I don't like to force colt cuddlers against their choice," she innocently smiled to the discouraged pony.

Vinetion rolled her eyes bemusedly, "Baka."

"CALM DOWN! IT'S NOT HEAT SEASON!" Anarchy shouted, gaining the attention of the entire school. "It's Changeling Season."

"What now?" Grim rose an eyebrow, pulling down his shades.

"Apparently, Changelings love to feed off love and since this school is so filled with couples, which might I add, we tell you not to do anything explicit!" She stared at me.

"Hey! I'm single!" I shouted and got an expected look from Ditzy and Carrot Top.

[Yeah, make our lives better Graze. Continue if you may.]

"Anyways, we have marked down this period known as, Changeling Season. So, we warn you all, if you notice any student acting suspicious, warn a teacher. They usually slip into our school in small numbers and then...Then, they begin their attack, just be careful!"

"Alright, thank you for listening, Chaser you're up!" Walking back to Charge and crossing paths, Chaser and Anarchy exchanged hi-hooves/hi-paws with one another.

Hovering to the stage, Chaser cleared his throat and began, "Hello students of Equestria!" *Chirp Chirp Chirp* A sound of a lone cricket filled the atmosphere. "Whatever, I would like to introduce our two newest members of our school! Meet Candance and Shining Armor!" He then clopped his hooves, followed by the rest of the school as the two ponies appeared.

Aroma whistled and clopped her hooves a bit more than the rest of the population. "WOOOO! SHINING ARMOR! I WANT A PIECE OF THAT!"

"Mother of Luna and Celestia! Aroma, calm down!" I exclaimed.

"Graze, I've been single for a very, very, VERY, long time."

"He's in a relationship," I observed the two ponies on the stage and pointed.

"Oh, I know when two are in a relationship, and they aren't."

"Wanna bet?" I lent out my hoof.

"Sure, if he isn't, I get to ask him out, and if he's not, well, Splash, nothing happens. Deal?" In the background, I watched Legit deny the deal with his hooves. Pftch, as if he had any say in this. I smacked my sister's hoof with mine, sealing our family's bet. Watching back, Candence and Shining Armor had taken their place among the crowd of students as Cross took the stage.

"Well, as ponies, it's that time for others to go. Our graduates, may you come to the stage?" He then pulled out a list placing it on the stand and called out a chuck-full of names, "Big Macintosh, -few names later-, CrackShot..."

'Wait, what?' My mouth dropped as I saw him teleport to the stage, eyes following him. I watched AJ keeping my same expression as she took off her Stetson hat.

Yada yada, more names later.

"Ice.'' My mouth dropped even more as I saw Pinkie with her hair deflated while Surprise and Pinkamena supported her. MORE NAMES LATER AND THE SUSPENSE WAS KILLING ME TO KNOW WHO ELSE WAS GOING TO LEAVE!

"SeaBreeze," Cross said.

"WHAT?!" I made an uproar throughout the entire university, but was quickly forced shut by Lutin's vines around my mouth as she dragged me outside the auditorium and into the main hall.

Hearing the clops of hooves beat for the past graduates, she began her explanation. "Okay Graze, I think I should have mentioned this earlier, but the three guys didn't want us to tell you," she quickly explained.

"MMMPHHHMMHHMPHH!" I muffled through her vines.

"Why? Because they knew you would act like this!"

"MMMHHHMPPHHMM!"

"Oh please, do tell me more," she rolled her eyes.

"MMPPHMM! MMHHMMPPHHMM!"

"Because, Light isn't as over reactive as you." Hearing a whimper and a glisten of tear in my ears, Vinetion looked back at me. "They are our friends, Graze. They expect us to be happy for them, so please, when you do say your goodbyes, just hold it back in," she then unwrapped her vines from my mouth.

"Fine, but you know I still hate this."

"We all do Graze, we all do."

--- Three hours later---

Everyone saying their goodbyes already, all their hugs and bro-hooves, speeches and farewells, I stayed quiet as the three other ponies looked at me.

"So Graze, nothing to say?" Ice raised an eyebrow at me.

[ Don't ask why! Change the question now! ]

"So, how come all of you at the same time?" I asked that one question on my mind.

"Well, remember how when we first met, Graze?" Breeze sheepishly smiled. "I was on the hoofball team for four years."

"And, I won the talent show three times...The first, that wasn't my best," Ice admitted.

"I used to help prepare with Breeze for the heat season every year, I guess that's Grim's job now," Crackshot smiled.

"Where to?"

"Well, we all plan to go to PonyVille. You know, find a job, buy a house, settle down and of course, wait for them," Breeze said.

"Them being?"

"Why us of course," Applejack entered the conversation among Fluttershy and Pinkie.

"Aren't you guys sad that they're leaving?" I watched and asked the three mares.

"Of course we are... Uhm, it's just that, I mean, we are going to see them when we go there," Fluttershy explained.

"Yeah! Mr. and Mrs. Cake already have a place for me when I come back!" The poofy maned pink mare said.

"Wull, Big Mac's going back to the farm, ah'm gonna have to help to... We all planned this out sugarcube," AJ looked at me. "We just gonna have to wait is all... Aren't you?"

"More or less," I looked to Vinetion who snorted hot air. "Actually, I'm fine with you guys leaving. I mean, we're still friends right?"

"Of course man! Best of them!" Shot exclaimed.

"So, meet you guys in PonyVille?" I smiled and lent out my hoof, to be soon smacked by them all.

"Of course," Breeze smiled. "Now,if you excuse me, I have to say my goodbyes." He then took a trot towards Fluttershy and stopped midway, looking back at me. "Oh yea Graze, would you mind?"

"Mind what?" I asked confusedly and then, completely out of nowhere, Aroma teleported with my guitar in her magical grasp. Grabbing the guitar with my two hooves and my uninjured wing, I asked for what song until he whispered in my ears. "Fair enough, but forgive me if I seem to be a bit off. Haven't had practice in ages."

Playing the background guitar, SeaBreeze cleared his voice and began the song:

At the end, throughout the last pitch of the song, Breeze and Fluttershy shared a passionate kiss, one that won't be shared in a while, but, forever worth it.

Following Breeze's hoofsteps, Ice and Shot shared their fellow goodbyes with Pinkie and Applejack, soon coming into line with Breeze in the center. Not too soon did Dark from the group, tackle Ice with a farewell hug.

"I'm gonna miss you man," Dark cried.

"Don't worry, we'll see each other soon," Ice patted his back.

"Bros for life?"

Ice nodded. "Indeed, bros for life."

Receding into the group, Dark joined the rest as we all waved a hoof goodbye to them. "Take it easy guys!" I waved.

"Best of wishes!" Aroma and Legit shouted, keeping a distance of thirty inches away from personal space.

"Thanks for everything guys, couldn't have done it without y'all." Light said firmly.

"May harmony be with you!" Vinetion farewell'd.

"Stay safe guys, see you three in Ponyville," Grim folded his shades and into his vest.

And with all our goodbyes being said, Shot had whisked away the three of them with him in a teleportation spell. All a bit saddened, I watched the rest of the group a bit down as well. "So, who else is moving to PonyVille when we finish school?" All ponies raised their hooves. "Friends til the end," I said with confidence.

"I feel a bit bad for PonyVille though," I said with a bit remorse.

"Why is that?" Everyone looked to me.

"SeaBreeze is still a terrible singer," I laughed my troubles away until a sudden hoof up the head by Vinetion.

"Totally worth it," I said walking back with my friends inside the school.

[Wow wow wow, hold up! I now remembered something!] Kill grabbed my attention.

{What Kill?} I asked a bit bemused.

[We sent that mother blinging letter to Lance, how long? Three months now? What the actual buck man?]
