At the Sugarcube Corner, Fluttershy's "team" was the first to arrive, since they took the shortest way to it. Pinkie knocked on the door, and was greeted by Mr. Cake.

  "Hey there, Pinkie.", said Mr. Cake, as he opened the door. "If you need something, just say my name."

  "No worries.", said Pinkie, as she sat on the dinner table and gestured the other two ponies to do the same.

  "Do you want anything?", asked Ms. Cake. Pinkie shook her head negatively.

  "Can't we just go upstairs?", said Fluttershy. "I don't want to cause any trouble when Rainbow arrives."

  "What kind of trouble could happen?", asked Rarity.

  "I don't know... what if she tries to get revenge on me? What if she turns into my mortal enemy? 'Cupcakes' remastered!"

  "... are we still talking about Rainbow Dash here?"

  "Calm down, Fluttie!", said Pinkie Pie. "She would never do anything to harm you. I'm sure she still loves you deeply."

  Fluttershy didn't say anything. She was too busy rewriting the whole story in her mind.

  Arriving at the Sugarcube Corner, Spike knocked on the door. The four characters were greeted by Mr. Cake.

  "Hey there, Twilight.", said Mr. Cake. "Pinkie and the others are already here."

  "Good!", said Twilight. "This will be great."

  "Um... Twilight?", said Rainbow Dash. "Could I stay outside with Applejack for a sec?"

  "Okay... come on, Spike."

  "What's wrong?", asked Applejack. "This ain't what ah'm expectin' now, is it?"

  "Don't worry.", said Rainbow Dash. "My heart belongs to Fluttershy."

  "Whew... then, what is it?"

  "I don't want to ruin the party just because of what happened yesterday. What if she tries to pull a mean prank on me?"

  "Y'know... if you didn't wanna come over in the first place, why did you accept the invitation?"

  "The thing is: I do want to come over, and I really want to see Fluttershy again. However, another part of me, the cowardly one, says that I shouldn't go over there. I don't know which one I should listen to."

  "Don't tell me you're a psycho too."

  "What? Of course not! Why aren't you taking this seriously?"

  "Rainbow, that's exactly what true lovin' does to ya. It messes yer mind up, and makes ya do retarded things. It's perfectly normal."

  "... then what should I do?"

  "In my honest opinion, ya should go over there and tell Fluttershy what you're feelin' right now. Ah dunno, maybe she feels the same, who knows? Remember that talk we had earlier, about the things that could go wrong?"

  "Yeah..."

  "Forget everythin'. Ah now know that yer love for Fluttershy dwarfs the mighty redwoods. Y'all are pretty much destined to be together. D'you understand?"

  Rainbow Dash wiped off some tears from her face.

  "You're right.", said her. "Let's do this!"

  "Fluttershy!", called Rainbow Dash, slamming the door open like a boss.

  "EEK!", squealed Fluttershy, as she zoomed upstairs and closed the door.

  "... maybe it wasn't the smartest thing to do at the moment..."

  Everypony facehoofed, including Mr. and Ms. Cake.

  "Well...", said Pinkie Pie. "... now that everypony's here, why don't we go upstairs?"

  Arriving at Pinkie's room, the ponies saw Fluttershy sitting in the corner, looking down. Rainbow Dash tried to go near her, but she just ran someplace else. Pinkie Pie made a gesture for Rainbow to leave her alone for a while.

  "Right, so...", said Twilight. "... according to the schedule, 20 Questions is our first game."

  "Oh, I love that game!", said Pinkie Pie. "Who's first?"

  "I think Rainbow Dash would like to start, right, Rainbow?"

  "Okay...", said Rainbow Dash. "... go ahead. Ask me stuff."

  "Alright...", said Pinkie. "... is it a living being?"

  "Yep."

  "Can it talk?", asked Spike.

  "Yep."

  "Is it a pony?", asked Rarity.

  "Nope."

  "Oh... does it have a big head?", asked Twilight.

  "Yep."

  "Does it have slimy lizard skin?", asked Pinkie.

  "Yep..."

  "Is it Spike?", asked Twilight, jokingly.

  "Nope... but you're really close."

  "Hahaha!... is it a slimy creature from outer space?", asked Rarity.

  "Exactly."

  "Watch out, girls!", said Pinkie Pie. "Spikey here is going to suck your brains out through a straw!"

  "Very funny...", said Spike, as everypony laughed. Rainbow Dash spotted Fluttershy giggling. She looked super-cute when she giggled like that.

  "Alright, what's next on the list?", asked Rarity.

  "Freeze and Cliffhanger.", said Twilight.

  "What's that?", asked Rainbow Dash.

  "Well...", said Pinkie. "... it works like this: two of us will play out a random scene. Then, somepony else exclaims 'Freeze!', and tags out one of the two. Then, the pony that got tagged will get replaced by the one who tagged him. He then does a different scene until somepony else says 'Freeze!', and the whole process is repeated."

  "Sounds fun!", said Twilight. "Can I start?"

  "Okay. Pick yourself an acting partner and you're set."

  "Come here, Spike."

  As Spike went to the center of the room, Twilight giggled quietly, getting ready for a lot of hating.

  "I know what you are. Your skin is pale and ice-cold.", said Twilight, as everypony facehoofed, as in 'you've got to be kidding me'. "You don't go out in the sunlight..."

  "Say it, out loud.", said Spike. "Say it."

  "You're a vampire."

  "No, I just... play a lot of World of Warcraft."

  "Freeze.", said Rainbow Dash. "I can't take this anymore. Thanks, Spike, but I'm taking over. Twilight, you're out."

  "Come on, it's just a joke.", laughed Twilight, as she went back to the crowd.

  "Die, monster! You don't belong in this world!"

  "It is not by my hand that I am once again given flesh.", said Spike, with an evil accent. "I was called here by ponies who wish to pay me tribute."

  "TRIBUTE?! You--"

  "Freeze!", said Pinkie Pie.

  "Aw, shucks. It was getting interesting."

  Rainbow Dash looked over at Fluttershy again, who finally had the courage to clap quietly at her acting skills.

  "Spike, you're out.", said Pinkie. Spike went back to the crowd.

  "This better be good.", said Rainbow Dash, as Pinkie Pie pulled a banjo out of nowhere, and started playing a slow-paced song. Rainbow Dash knew the song, and Pinkie Pie made a gesture for her to sing along.

  Tenacious D - Tribute

  Nopony bothered to say 'Freeze',

  "Okay, so I think it's enough Freeze and Cliffhanger.", said Twilight. "You two just stole the scene... I'm quite impressed."

  "Yeah, you were great.", said Fluttershy, smiling at Rainbow Dash.

  "... thanks.", said Rainbow Dash.

  "What's next?", asked Rarity.

  "Truth or Dare.", said Twilight, with a wink.

  "Oh, right.", said Rarity, winking back.

  Pinkie Pie took out a bottle and put it in the center of the room, while everypony formed a circle around it (come on, you already know how to play this, right?). Pinkie spun the bottle. It stopped at Twilight.

  "Truth or dare?", asked Pinkie.

  "... truth."

  "Which one of us is your favorite friend?"

  "... come on, you can't ask me that!"

  "Please?"

  "I mean, you're all my best friends. There's nopony here that I just 'like better'."

  "Okay, I guess that's a good answer. Your turn, Twilight."

  Twilight spun the bottle. It stopped at Applejack.

  "Truth or dare?", asked Twilight.

  "Dare.", said Applejack.

  "I dare you to recite a poem of your own creation. It can be about anything."

  "You got it. Let's see... roses are red... apples are too... they're just 'bout as red as violets are blue!"

  Nopony laughed, but they all found it quite funny. Applejack spun the bottle. It stopped at Rarity.

  "Truth or dare?", asked Applejack.

  "Dare.", said Rarity.

  "I dare you to speak in a different accent."

  "Oh, whaddy'all mean, ya sayin' ya don't like my accent?"

  Everypony chuckled. Rarity decided to go on.

  "Ah mean, it's not like yer accent was much better. Wha-- there's a snake in mah boot!"

  "Haha, that's enough.", said Applejack. "That was pretty good, actually!"

  "Thanks."

  Rarity spun the bottle. It stopped at Rainbow Dash. Rarity looked over at Pinkie Pie, who nodded as if agreeing to something.

  "Truth or dare?", asked Rarity.

  "... truth.", said Rainbow Dash.

  "Do you still love her?"

  "Who?", asked a slightly nervous Fluttershy.

  "Yeah, I do.", said Rainbow.

  "Who are you talking about?"

  "You, silly!", said Pinkie Pie.

  "Spike...", said Twilight. "... you can take a few crayons from my bag if you want to. You're gonna find this really boring."

  "Thanks for the advice.", said Spike, taking out a sheet of paper.

  "Wait...", said Fluttershy. "... so you don't hate me?"

  "Why should I?", said Rainbow Dash, before getting a bear hug from Fluttershy.

  "Thank you! Thank you so much!"

  "Hey, you're welcome...", said Rainbow, before getting interrupted by a passionate kiss, as everypony cheered for them.

  "So, I guess you're lovers now?", commented Pinkie Pie.

  "... pretty much!", said Rainbow, kissing Fluttershy again. It was the best day of their lives.

  "Mission accomplished.", joked Twilight. "You guys were great."

  "What do you mean?", asked Fluttershy.

  "This was our plan to get you together again. When Pinkie told me about what happened at the donut shop, I felt like it was my job to help you out. Mine and everypony else's, or course. So, Pinkie decided to have a sleepover. Then, we split into teams, and each team tried its best to help their respective targets. I helped organize the whole party, of course."

  Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy remained silent for a moment, before tearing up and hugging their respective teams.

  "You are the best friends I've ever had!", they said at the same time.

  "Knock knock.", said a voice on the door.

  "Come in!", said Pinkie Pie.

  "Are you girls hungry?", said Ms. Cake, opening the door. "Dinner's served!"
