One time in Mayor Jestro's office.

"Believe me, Conuciman Vic, I love Canterlot Park as much as you do, but our citizens need a new hospital. And the only feasible way to accomplish that is to pave over the park," He talked over the phone and then heard a knock. "Come in. The door is open."

"Anyway, that's my decision, ugly as it seems. Goodnight." Jestro hung up the phone and headed to the door.

"What the flowers? Well, I can't blame if won over the people."

One of the flowers came at him and gagged him.

At the Canterlot Park.

"I love this park as much as you do," Jestro spoke at the rally. "So believe me when I tell you Canterlot Park going ever!"

The people cheered at his statement.

"In fact, this will be the first site to benefit my new plan to...Green Up Canterlot!"

At Rainbow's House

"Got a secret admirer?" Sctooaloo asked then read the thank you card. "It from the Mayor?"

"Oh, the mayor's really running wild with the whole Green Up Canterlot thing. I hate politics. And thing new?"

"Just did a couple of skateboard tricks, you?"

"Became a crash test-dummy for the twins."

"Is everything okay, Rarity?" Sunset asked.

"Pardon me, but it seems my hay fever allergy had kicked in, usual this time of year," Rarity said.

"That's not the only thing unusual, Rarity. According to police reports, Cozy Glow went to a lot of trouble to steal a truckload of chemicals last night."

"Might she be planning to poison the water supply or blow something up given our recent encounters?"

"One problem, the chemicals she nabbed are neither toxic nor combustible. But several cases of Silver Iodide."

"Which is?"

"Used to make photographs or seed clouds for precipitate."

"So, Cozy either wants a photo album of herself or makes it rain. Why would she do that?"

"Only one way to find out. We asked her ourselves."

Meanwhile, Cozy Glow had arrived with the stolen truck and had stopped, and got started on the process.

"Can't say We're in the mood for the rain, Cozy." As Ice Breaker and Phoenix were right in front of her. "I just had my bike washed."

Cozy Glow pressed a buttoning to unveil a blimp taking off.

"Too bad ice queen, because my forecast calls for 90 percent of showers...and 100 percent chance of me kicking your butts!"

Cozy armed her blaster and fired at the two both of which both dodged, the Ice Breaker froze it then Pheonix came right at her and trusted her into a tree.

"Since when are you so interested in the weather?"

"Don't you read papers, hothead? The mayor wants to green up Canterlot."

Cozy kicked her off, then flew off to the blimp then both Pheonix and Ice Breaker got up as well.

"I bet ice chunks would make good fertilizer!"

"That is disgusting!"

Ice Breaker kicked her to fall right off the blimp then froze the engine part casing it to descend a bit. She created an ice slide to which both she and Pheonix slid down.

"Where's Cozy?" Pheonix asked then saw her on the ground and then dissolve into plant matter.

"So that just happen. Girls, you don't believe what me and Rarity just had gone through?" Sunset spoke on her earpiece.

"Let me guess, you fought a plant-like clone of someone?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"How did you know?"

Well me and Fluttershy dealt with a swarm of them. And there is only one person who can pull this off.

"Roseblade, and apparently working a new strain of plant life," Sunset said.

"But if she's replacing people with living plant clones what's she doing with originals?" Fluttershy asked.

Maybe we should ask the florist, Daffydilds.

"You and Fluttershy check it out, me and Rarity will make Twilight and the crusaders okay."

Later at Daffydilds

"Well, what do we have here," As Tornado opens the hatch behind the register and both her and Vine went down.

"Holy moly," Vine exclaimed seeing everyone in Canterlot in pods. "Look like Roseblade replaced the most powerful in Canterlot."

"Well, of course," As Roseblade came down on a flower. "Who better to help me spread the gospel of green?"

"Release them, flower head," Tornado threatened as she armed her Rainboom Spear.

"Why? They've been happier. Seem while their plant twins pave the way for my Canterlot takeover tiny plant toxins are working overtime helping these human counterparts to finally appreciate nature. They'll love plant life just as much as I do for the rest of their lives."

"Nice plan, but there's one problem with that, Roseblade. Us."

Vine used her Nature Bow and fire a frost arrow only to block it with a root the Roseblade had trapped Vine and Tornado.

"Aww, bummer. But here flowers always cheer me up.

As the flowers gagged the two, two plant-like pods had encased them,

"Bred these darlings myself, they possess highly-evolved replication characteristics. Nature little mimics, I call them," She explains as she turns to the two plant-like Rainbooms. "What do you say we go turn rest into plant-peeps."

"Bitch, I'm down."

"Let's party."

"It will be a snap. These puppies are ultra-fast growing with plenty of water. And with millions of seeds already planted in Canterlot Park. I going to love watching my garden grow."

"What about them?"

"Not to worry, in a few moments you'll feel right as rain."

In the plant world, the people were chilling and enjoying the scenery with Cozy and Pinkie spreading flowers.

"Huh, Tornado?!" Cozy saw her then came Vine. "You going to love it here! Hey everyone, look's who's checking in!"

"It's so pretty," Vine exclaimed.

Just then a quick flash, both Vine and Tornado pods' were destroyed freeing both of them.

"What happened?" Tornado asked then saw Pheonix and the others.

"Good thing that our suits had homing signal on them," Ice Breaker said. "Now then let's free the others."

Cyber Witch used her Sparkle Star to free both Pinkie and Applejack.

"Are you guys alright?"

"As long I'd never have to pick up another daisy," Applejack said weakly.

"Well, you're not picking through yet, they need your help."

...

"And there," Roseblade fixed the blimp that Ice Breaker caused to crash. "The human population is about to be canceled on the account of rain."

"We got her number," Tornado exclaimed as she and Vine were stopped by their clones. "Oh great, it's the attack of the clones."

Plant-Vine collied with her, and Plant-Tornado and Tornado took to the skies.

While both Vines used their bows and fires at each other, Both Tornados struck their spears, Rainbow used her gun mode and fired rainbow power shots to her clone off guard then, trusted it into the center then it exploded. Vine used her animal telepathy and then hundreds of bees swarmed the plant-like clone.

"Let it pour." As the blimp reached and realse the gas acasuing the clouds to pour making the flowers that Roseblade made bloom.

"Drink, my children," Then saw the rest of the Rainbooms. "Too late. Get them!"

Cyber Witch fired a bomb straight at it only for it to be standing.

"What gives, it still pouring."

"The bomb was filled with highly concentrated herbicide," Cyber Witch explained.

"Come again?"

Then plant army suddenly stopped and solidify.

"In other words, it's raining weed killer."

"No! Get them, my pets!" As two plant-like worms came out of the ground and then rotted. "My babies!"

"Your babies are mulch, Roseblade. Thanks for doing your part to green up Canterlot."
