I wiped my eyes from the "morning crud" and I sat upright on the bed. For some reason, I expected myself to be laying in my dirty cot back at Echo-5, but I found myself in the same cloud bed with the cyan mare's back turned to me and taking in small and little breaths. I smiled as I got up and tried my best not to disturb Rainbow Dash. I walked out into the living room and I opened the duffle bag to get my cloths, put them on, and booted up my laptop. I opened Combat Arms and renewed the weapons, closed it, and went onto SD Gundam Capsule Fighting. It really wasn't the best game I've played, but it was the only decent Gundam game in the whole USA, so I had to cope with that. I selected Freedom Gundam and I began blowing Zakus' heads off with my beam rifle. I played for a bit until I heard a yawn come from my left. I paused the game and I looked over to see Rainbow Dash with her mane ever so ruffled.

"Ya sleep well?", I asked.

"Well, for the first time you weren't tossing in your sleep, so yeah, I'm fine.", she giggled.

I scratched my head and smiled until I realized something. I didn't have another nightmare.

"Wow, I didn't have a nightmare this time.", I said.

Rainbow Dash smiled at me and came over to my laptop.

"So, what cool thing are ya doing now?"

I unpaused the game and I quickly explained what I was doing.

"Remember what Mecha are?"

"Of course! Those giant awesome robots!"

"Well, I'm playing a game where you could pilot those Mecha and blow others in half."

"Wow! That's so cool!"

Rainbow Dash suddenly got a look of suspicion in her eye.

"Wait, the Mecha that you're using doesn't look like the others I saw. These look a little, ummmm..., chunky."

"That's what makes it so unique."

Rainbow Dash was about to say something, but I just closed the game, which seemed to surprise Rainbow Dash.

"Why'ed you stop the game?"

"Eh, isn't important. Anyways, I need to go to Vinyl Scratch's to do some mixing."

Rainbow dash seemed to get a little suspicious, but I saw her thought leave her face.

"Okay! Don't be gone too long, cause I wanna race you again!"

I smiled and I headed out the doorway. My wings emerged and I shot downwards towards Ponyville. I did a few rolls and just embraced the feeling of the wind in my face before I touched down in front of Vinyl's house. I knocked, and I was greeted by a familiar white mare.

"Ah, there you are! I was wondering when you were going to show up. Come inside!"

I smiled and my wings retracted.

"Cool wings."

"Freak accident."

Vinyl laughed and I stepped inside. I stared at the millions of records that were piled up, a keyboard right smack in the middle of the living room, and a speaker built into nearly every square inch of the walls.

"Wow."

"Thanks. Anyways, come to the basement so I could see the song you told me about earlier."

I came inside the basement and I found a small DJ booth that was hooked up to a pair of giant speakers. I took out a flash drive, inserted it in, and turned on the booth.

"Okay, here's what I've been working on from the start."

The song started off with a few clicks then became a dirty synch followed by some bass inserts here and there. I really did not have much experience with mixing, but I tried my hardest to put something decent. Vinyl came over to the DJ booth and began adding more effects to the song that I hadn't thought of before. I began to bob my head to the beat a bit and so did Vinyl. After a few minutes, the song stopped.

"Hmmm...pretty good. Needs some work though. Anything else you got me?"

I took out another flash drive.

"Okay, I didn't make this one, but I think it would be a good example of what techno music would sound like on Earth."

"What is it?"

"It's from a game called Pokemon. And I'm going to be showing you some battle music from it. I'll tell you a bit about the game latter, but they have really made some good works of art in music of the techno category."

I put in the flash drive.

"So, which one do you want to hear?"

"All of them of course."

I smiled.

"As you wish."

Turning up the volume to "Shit-yeah", I played the first song.

I started with the Hoenn songs (being my favorite region) and Vinyl really showed liking for the battle themes. The first few songs rolled past pretty fast until Vinyl spoke something.

"These songs are awesome! It makes me feel like I wanna battle somepony!"

That's how I always feel when I listen to these. Ah, I still remember the first day I got Red version. At least Pokemon BLack and White 2 kind of improved from the downfall that Pearl/Diamond and Black/White held. The Kanto songs began and I had to admit, Black and White 2 did a pretty good job of remixing everything. The Kanto was over, so we finished with the Johto and Sinnoh themes. Before we knew it, the songs were over and Vinyl Scratch stopped shaking her head intensely.

"Wow! Those songs were awesome! It fills me with energy! Hmmm... ya know, I could probably put some better work on those songs. Come back later and I'll show you what I've got!"

I handed her another flash drive which had all the other songs on it.

"Take care.", I said while heading up stairs.

"You too, DJ Ben.", I smiled before a mare appeared at the top of the stair case in a robe and a rather disturbed look on her face.

"Ugh, Vinyl, It's seven in the morning. Can't you PLEASE go one day without pumping Dupstep into the house?"

"Sorry Octavia. Oh, and it's techno."

The mare who was named Octavia sighed before walking down stairs. She paused and looked at me a little funny.

"Hello, are you that human from before?", she asked simply to me.

"Yes. And I believe your name is Octavia. Correct?"

"Yes sir. I play the cello in the Equestria Orchestra."

I turned around and I found a cello resting against the wall.

"So I heard. Anyways, what's up?"

"Well, Vinyl apparently couldn't go one day with out filling the house with every category of music anypony could imagine. She even cleans the dishes with wub!"

"Huh?"

"Aw come on Octavia. Just chill out."

Octavia sighed and she regained her footing a bit.

"Okay Vinyl. Can you just please keep it down in the morning? I really do not want to wake up to High Riffs."

"Okay, Tavi'."

Vinyl and Octavia looked at each other a little funny, and they both began to blush a bit. I looked at Octavia, then Vinyl, until I realized what was going on.

"Ohhhhhhhh...", I said dumbly yet silently.

"Well, I need to get going. See you mares later"

I was about to head up the stair until Vinyl called out.

"Hey! Ben!"

I turned around.

"Yeah?"

"From what I heard, are you and Rainbow Dash dating?"

Octavia kind of seemed disgusted at the question, as did I.

"Vinyl! Do you not know what "Personal Life" means?!", Octavia scolded her.

"Oh come on. One meeeeeeasly question couldn't hurt. And anyways, don't you want to know to?"

"Ugh, I suppose I do... but that makes no excuse for invading something private in somepony!"

"Ben!"

Shit, they caught me trying to sneak out.

"So? Are you and Rainbow Dash in looooove?", Vinyl asked like some suspicious 1st grade girl. Octavia threw a dirty look at Vinyl when she asked like that.

"Who told you this?"

"Pinkie Pie of course. She has quite the knack for gossip, don't you thi-"

Her phrase was abruptly interrupted by my wings which sprouted out of my back and made me shoot away.

"I KNEW THAT MARE WAS EVIL!"

"I knew they was something suspicious about that Earth Pony.", a different voice rang through the air.

"AS DID I!"

"Wait, who's talking to me?"

I stopped in mid air and looked around to find the source of the voice.

"Hello?"

"There is no need to greet me, twit. I've been with you the whole time." the machine like voice said again. Great, it's creepy and rude.

"Where are you?"

"I'm on your back."

I turned around, but I only found my wings. Wait a minute.

"Are you my wings?"

"No, I'm an A.I. that was downloaded into your flight system. So far, I've been reacting on impulse in dire situations."

"Wait, so were you the reason I nearly disintegrated everypony at the party? Not to mention the other times?"

"Yes, Benjamin Lilienfeld. Your safety is my priority in this world."

"Dude, you gotta quit that. Because of you, I would have murdered innocents!"

"I apologize. But, you cannot keep me from my programing."

"God, fine."

I was really getting frustrated with this A.I.

"So, we were going to kill Pinkie Pie?", the A.I. said sarcastically,"Rainbow Dash said you wouldn't hurt a fly."

I turned around towards Rarity's boutique instead of the Sugar Cube Corner.

"I hate you."

"I know, dick biscuit."

I touched down at Rarity's boutique to see how my armor was coming on. I knocked on the door, and it was filled with more shuffling, and something getting knocked over. The door opened, and I was greeted by the familiar unicorn.

"Ah, hello Ben!  Are you here for your costume?"

"Armor."

"Yes, that's what I said."

"No, you said costume."

"Escuse me?", Rarity looked at me a little annoyed.

I turned back to my wings and and pointed at one.

"You. Don't speak unless I tell you to."

"Fine."

"Who was that?"

"Ugh, it's a long story. Basically, my wings can talk now like a machine."

Rarity blinked twice.

"Okaaaay then. Please, come inside."

I stepped inside and Rarity told me to wait where I was. She scampered off and my A.I. began to speak up.

"How are you enjoying your life in Equestria? Quite a difference from Earth. Is it not?"

I thought about it.

"Yes. defiantly."

"Have you thought of a name for me?"

Again, I began to think.

"I'll decide that later. And Rarity is coming back. So keep your mouth shut."

"Fine, fine."

Rarity was pushing a stand with a tarp over it. I was staring with anticipation at the pedestal and Rarity got on two legs and put her hoof over the tarp. She whisked it off and I feasted my eyes on the beautiful armor that rarity produced.

"And, here it is! Just as you requested. So, do you love it? Or do you REALLY love it?", she asked me with sparkling eyes.

I just found myself running my fingers over the leather and cloth and the metal scales interwoven between them. My finger and eyes slowly ascended and found themselves staring at the golden crest at the top. It was two wings, completely golden. I touched the gold, and it was rather cold to the touch. I turned around and I looked back at Rarity.

"I...don't know what to say. This is completely accurate of what I would have pictured. This armor will be very important to me because of my heritage. This is so generous of you to do this without at pay. I feel so evil not to give you anything."

"Please Benjamin, I am the Element of Generosity. I simply cannot take every bit I find for my projects. I am completely overwhelmed by orders for costumes."

I looked at my costume before stepping away.

"Okay, mind if I just leave this here and come back for it on the Nightmare Moon Festival?"

"Of course darling."

"Okay, see you!"

"Oh Ben! Be sure to say hi to Rainbow Dash for me!", she giggled.

"Wait what?"

"Nothing.", she said a little sheepishly.

I flew out the door way and I felt the wind in my face. Ah, I loved the feeling. I flew up into the sky towards Cloudsdale and I did a few twists again. I looked from side to side and saw the wonderful buildings with streams of Rainbows trickling down from them. I continued to fly until something rammed into me like a bull on steroids. I spiraled out of control and my A.I. began to speak up.

"Ambush is in progress. Activating Buster Rifle."

Suddenly, my wings took the two sections of the rifle from my back and shoved them into my hands. I smacked down onto a cloud and the Buster Rifle sections began to charge up and my targeting reticle began to lock onto a familiar gray mare with a blond mane and tail.

"Sorry! So sorry!", the familiar voice called out while approaching me.

"WAIT CANCEL LOCK!"

The Buster Rifles forced shutdown and I put them onto my back and my wings folded up to concealed them. The gray mare landed down next to me and smiled.

"Oh, hey Ben! Sorry about knocking you down. Did I hurt you?"

"You...have...no...idea...what...would..have...happened..."

Ditzy looked at me a little confused and she wiped the looked off of her face. She smiled again, which forced me to smile.

"Ah...hey Ditzy. What's up?"

"Oh, I just flew into you. Literally. I just wanted to say hi! But I nearly got hit by a flying ice cream truck. Anyways, how's it going for you? Someponies told me you got a really cool costume that Rarity made for you!"

"Yeah, that's true. You fine?"

"Oh yeah.", she said while one of her eyes moved a bit off of center. I accidentally laughed. Ditzy laughed too, despite the fact I may have offended her. She stuck her tongue out and her eyes completely went off center. I found myself laughing and she was giggling. We both shared a little bit of hysteria until I remembered I had to get back to Rainbow Dash's house.

"Well, I gotta go. Take care of your self.", I replied.

"You too! Oh, and is it true that you and Rainbow Dash are dating?", Ditzy asked.

Well, I'm off to Costa Rica!(Screw you guys. Ima leave.) Naw, my mom said there will be computer access, so MOAR!
