The day had finally come. The day where Celestia and Luna would hold their final Summer Sun celebration in Ponyville. But this time, they wanted an event like no other to perform alongside the celebration. And they needed an event planner with a brilliant idea.

Sadly, the event planner had actually gone out with his friends to a pub and was very drunk. But he had to come up with an idea anyway. And come up with an idea, he did. But it wasn't one anypony in Equestria would expect.
