Pride Lands, seventeen hours later

Simba was having a post traumatic nightmare about the Pride Lands being enslaved by Taka's rule, when he woke up, he realized that he was sweating, Simba saw that Nala had woke up as well "Are you okay, Simba?" a mature voice said, Simba looked back and saw that Nala was talking "Nala, you're talking." Simba said in surprise "I am, but my eyes are blurry." Nala confessed "You're feeling okay?" Simba asked "I could say the same thing about you." Nala asked slyly "I'm fine, I just had another nightmare." Simba answered "Is it about the time that Celestia betrayed you for those ponies?" Nala asked "No, it's about the Pride Lands being in ruins." Simba answered "Simba, you're still mad at her, right?" Nala asked "You got me there, after what she did to me, I don't know if I can forgive her." Simba answered "What she did was hurtful, especially for someone like you, family comes first no matter what the situation is, something she couldn't understand, so, you made the right choice in choosing us." Nala said in wisdom "But I feel like I just lost a friend." Simba said with tears in his eyes "Simba..." Nala said in a somber tone "What about the other ponies, where they go?" Simba asked "Your father took them to the portal." Nala answered "Alright, I'm gonna check on Mom and see what she's doing, I'll get you some food as well." Simba said as he got out of bed and went to the kitchen.

Kitchen

Simba got to the fridge and grabbed some breakfast biscuits, just as he put the biscuits in the microwave, Sarabi came in the kitchen wearing nothing but a bathrobe "You're still feeling hurt about what Celestia did to you?" Sarabi asked "Yeah, I never thought she punched me like that." Simba answered "Simba, I got a confession to make, when Celestia and the ponies came in last night, she didn't want to apologize, she wanted to take you back to Equestria so that she can use you to protect Equestria, she wanted you back so much in fact that she demanded me to hand over you or she'll lock up all in the dungeons and turned you into a weapon." Sarabi said as she walked to the stove "What did you say to her?" Simba asked "You don't want to know." Sarabi answered "What did you say to her, Mom." Simba asked which caused Sarabi to give in "I threatened her that if she plans on using you for her own selfish wants, I'll hunt down all of the ponies that she so foolishly choose over you and make her watch and that's before I scratched her with my retractable claws, I got so mad that your father and Kion had to restrain me because my mommy instincts took over." Sarabi answered "So, she never felt guilty for what she did, she demanded and threatened you to hand me over, and now she wants to use me as a soulless weapon against my will?" Simba asked to which Sarabi nodded "God, Alex and Timon were right, I shouldn't have trusted her." Simba said in anger "And another reason why I got so mad is because I didn't want to lose you again, I don't want you to become property against your own will like I had." Sarabi said as the biscuits were ready and Simba got them out of the microwave "What are you talking about?" Simba asked "When Taka took over, I was targeted by him and his grunts and he restrains me and most of the time, he raped me." Sarabi answered "What?" Simba said in shock "It's true, he raped me when I was left vulnerable because he was jealous of your father marrying me." Sarabi said in tears, Simba hugged her as she started crying "Why didn't you tell me?" Simba asked "Because I didn't want you to jeopardize your mission at saving the Pride Lands." Sarabi answered, Simba then started remembering the time he executed Taka for what he's done to the Pride Lands.

1994

Simba had Taka's scrawny arms tied up to two poles, Nemo gave him a knife, saying that it's a perfect tool to skinning

"What are you gonna do to me?" Taka asked "You heard of flaying, the execution technique that dates back in 883 B.C. and how does it work? It's simple, I'm gonna skin you like a fucking fish." Simba answered "So, you're gonna kill me for a crime you committed?" Taka said which caused Simba to start slicing a huge chunk of skin off of his back, Taka was screaming and crying at the excruciating pain "I will never kill my father, I'm not a murder!!" Simba shouted "Don't deny it, you're guilty!!" Taka screamed, then Simba started slicing more chunks of skin "Winter, get the iron chair." Simba ordered "Yes, sir." Winter obeyed as he grabbed the iron chair, Simba finished skinning Taka as he cut the ropes that were holding Taka's scrawny arms "Sit down, bitch!" Simba said as he kicked Taka to the iron chair, the spikes piercing through his body, Taka was screaming and crying at the excruciating pain he was suffering as Simba strapped Taka on the chair, Taka was bleeding a lot as Simba walked away "Where are you going, sir?" Winter asked "I'm letting him bleed out." Simba answered as he went back inside the mansion.

Present day

Simba then heard Nala coming in a he heard a knock on the front doors, Simba went to the door with Sarabi and Nala, when he opened the door, he saw Luna, Fluttershy, and Rarity "What are you three girls doing here?" Simba asked "We came here to see if you're okay, darling." Rarity answered "come in." Simba said as the three girls got inside "Simba, what my sister did, she did it out of fear, she's afraid that Zira will accomplish her goal on killing all of the ponies in Equestria." Luna said as she sat down on the couch "Still it doesn't excuse the fact that she betrayed me by punching me in the face and threatening my family, both Alex and Timon were right about her." Simba said in anger "What were they right about?" Fluttershy asked "They were right about her being the type that'll manipulate a nice guy like myself and Alex told me to never trust her." Simba answered "Simba, we need your help, please, don't do it for the ponies of Equestria, do it for your family's safety and if you can kill Zira and Grogar, you can become more powerful in order to kill ZEUS." Luna begged, then Kion got out of his room and went downstairs to the living room while wearing a Nightwing outfit "Kion, where are you going, and why are you dressed up like that?" Rarity asked "What are you girls doing here?" Kion asked "We came to check on your father and see if he's okay." Fluttershy answered "Is that real kevlar armor?" Sarabi asked "Yup, and I added some tough materials as well." Kion answered "Anyway, I gotta go to the academy." Kion said as got to the door and headed for the academy.

Everfree forest

Zira was walking through the forest until she felt something tear through her body, she healed up and threw one of her viral axes at the attacker and saw what looks like to be Queen Chrysalis who dodged the attack "Enough with that disguise, Kovu, fight me with all of your powers." Zira said as she summoned her viral pick axes "How dare you strike at a queen?!" Chrysalis said in fury as she used her telekinesis to tear Zira apart, Chrysalis laughing maniacally but Zira pulled herself back together and rushed in with her viral pick axes drawn "What, but how?!" Chrysalis said as she dodged the attacks and called in her swarm of changelings "Kovu never uses a pack so it's probably not him." Zira thought "Consume every ounce of her love and get rid of her!" Chrysalis ordered her swarm "Sorry, I replaced my love with pure hatred." Zira said as she threw one of her viral pick axes at one of the changelings, killing it instantly, Zira then summoned her leader hunter claws and started slaughtering the attacking changelings as they were using their magic to cut down Zira but it wasn't working, Chrysalis equipped her war scythe and sliced Zira with it but it had no effect "Two can play at that game." Zira said as she summoned her viral scythe and sliced Chrysalis' cheek and left breast, the swarm of changelings attacked Zira with their weapons and magic, trying to kill her, when they stopped their attacks, they found out that Zira had somehow killed a few changelings and headed up "You cannot stop what is pure evil!" Chrysalis shouted, thinking that she won "Actually, I'm not such a nice lioness myself." Zira said as she used her rapid spear like tendril attacks to kill the rest of the changelings, Chrysalis got mad and started combo of slashes on Zira, the serial killer lioness counterattack by using her tendrils to rapidly attack the changeling queen, Chrysalis tried to protect herself with a magic shield but the shield broke and took some serious damage, giving Zira the upper hand as she used her viral axes to cut through Chrysalis' exoskeleton, incapacitating her but Chrysalis recovered quickly as she used her magic beam to slice Zira apart but Zira pulled herself back together and summoned her blade to preform a blade sprint frenzy and do slicing combo attacks against Chrysalis, Zira then got pushed back by Chrysalis' desperate attempt to use one of her lethal spells against her which caused the victim to be drained of magic but unfortunately, Zira didn't have any magic at all to which the spell didn't work "What are you, why won't you die?!" Chrysalis said in fear as she swinged her scythe to desperately cut down Zira but it's no use as Zira got the upper hand thanks to her ability to restore herself in battle as she cut down Chrysalis' scythe with her blade and pierced Chrysalis' leg with her viral spears "What makes you think you can kill me, cockroach? Kovu or not, you're gonna regret it with your life!" Zira said as she used more viral spears to pierce Chrysalis' body "Does it hurt yet? Don't worry." Zira said as she grabbed Chrysalis' neck with her left paw, her retractable claws piercing Chrysalis' exoskeleton "I'll put you out of your fucking misery!" Zira said as her eyes flashed red and she summoned her leader hunter claws, to say that Chrysalis was scared was an understatement, but fortunately for Chrysalis, Grogar appeared out of nowhere and stopped the fight "impressive, Zira, you managed to return to Canterlot, kill Shining Armor, and managed to show Simba Celestia's true colors." Grogar said, impressed of the outcome, Zira dropped Chrysalis and went over to Grogar "I told you that my plan worked, now Simba's feeling the same hatred for the ponies as I do so Celestia's plans for a weapon have failed, the ponies are pathetically predictable, like a moth to the flames." Zira said proudly "Now that Shining Armor's dead and Simba has left Equestria for dead, we can continue to bring Equestria to it knees." Grogar said as he laughed evilly "What about her?" Zira asked "Chrysalis can be useful to drain all of the ponies with love and make them weak and she needs to answer for her absence." Grogar answered "I'm a queen, I don't have to answer for anyone!" Chrysalis said arrogantly "Shut the fuck up!" Zira said as she kicked Chrysalis in the face "Take Chrysalis with us, drag her if you have to." Grogar ordered "With pleasure." Zira said as she grabbed Chrysalis by the mane and followed Grogar to the hideout.

Pride Lands

Simba took a walk outside the mansion to think things through, he was still angry at Celestia, he thought he could trust her and make her his second wife but now he knew the truth that he was being manipulated, earlier Luna told him that he wasn't the first victim who got hypnotized by Celestia's friendly act, Twilight was manipulated all her life to be Celestia's personal attack dog and she thought she could do the same with him but after the fight with Zira, he found out the truth that Celestia cared more about those pathetic ponies than him, maybe that's what the whole thing about her using her good princess charm to get what she wants is the thing that Timon and Alex were talking about, he felt like he was used all this time that he spend time with her "Simba." a deep voice said, Simba turned around and saw Mufasa walking with Sarabi "Hey, Mom, hey, Dad." Simba said in a depressed tone "You're still feeling troubled about the deal that Luna brought?" Sarabi asked "It's more than that, if I accept the deal, I'll run the risk of you guys being used against me by Celestia so she can use me to keep her so-called order." Simba answered "We won't let that happen, Simba, you know better that your old man can still fight and break backs, Simba, you know that your mother protects me from making an ass out myself but I'm proud of what you did back at New York." Mufasa said proudly "For what, nearly killing Celestia?" Simba asked "For standing up and reading your true responsibilities like a real man and I can still feel the pain that you're suffering, even if Celestia trying to get you back to Equestria was caused by fear, it doesn't excuse the fact that she threatened our family, there's an old saying, two wrongs never make a right, something Celestia wouldn't understand." Mufasa answered, Simba thought about this, he knew that his parents are strong fighters and he knew that he'll have support of Luna and probably Discord if things go wrong, Simba grabbed his PDA and called Alex "Hey, Alex, it's me, listen we got ourselves a legit deal and I need your help, if we help Luna, she'll promise that whatever the shit that we're dealing with Celestia will be cleaned up, don't do it for Equestria, do it for the biomass." Simba said "Alright, I'm in." Alex said through the PDA "Thanks" Simba said as he hung up "That was fast, even for him." Sarabi said in surprise "You sure you can take care of everything while I'm gone?" Simba asked to which Sarabi hugged her son "It'll be okay, sweetie." Sarabi answered "Alright, I'll accept the deal, just as long as our family is safe." Simba said as he returned the hug "Let's head back inside, and tell Luna that we accept the deal." Mufasa said as he Sarabi and Simba walked back to the mansion.
