New York, outside of St. Paul's hospital

Simba, Sarabi, and Mufasa went outside, after thanking Dr. Ragland for reviving Nala, he went up the rooftops and took a good look at the view, then he got a call from Dana "Hey, it's me, look, I just found something out, Blackwatch released clones of the supreme hunter." Dana said through the PDA "What, how?" Simba asked "If I know Blackwatch, they uused samples of DNA to clone it and they're gonna use it to kill a lot of innocent people." Dana answered "Send me the coordinates." Simba said as he looked at his PDA "Times Square, huh." Simba said, then Mufasa and Sarabi came to him "You found anything?" Sarabi asked "Two clones of the supreme hunter are loose." Simba answered "You know where they are." Sarabi asked "Somewhere in Times Square." Simba answered "Let's go." Mufasa said as he, Simba, and Sarabi went to Times Square.

Times Square

Simba had found out that not only were the supreme hunters in Times Square but a lot of Blackwatch troops were there as well "Time to join the party." Simba said as he summoned his blade and wings and took off, then he preformed a blade air slice on one of the Orion soldiers "This is Viper two one, we've spotted Hasnuu!" one of the Blackwatch troops said "Take him out, two one!" Lt. Riley said through the radio "Gonna have a hell of a time to suppress me." Simba said as he slaughter the Blackwatch troops with his blade.

Pride Lands mansion

Kion was reading one of the Sun Tzu battle tactics books that he bought, then the bathroom door opened, revealing to be Nala all cleaned up, she then grabbed her clothes and returned to the bathroom to put them on, then a knock on the bedroom door can be heard "It's open" Kion said, then the door opened, revealing to be Twilight, Rarity, and Fluttershy with a disc in hand "What you three got?" Kion asked "Video surveillance from Canterlot, Cadence stopped by to give us the disc and picked up James to Canterlot." Twilight answered "Let me see." Kion said as he turned on the T.v. and the DVD player and put the disc into the DVD player, the footage came up, revealing to be three hyenas that looked different from Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed "Who are they?" Rarity asked "The Psycho hyenas, the one tied up to the rope is Janja, he's the leader." Kion answered "Janja, as in the ruffian that calls himself the joker?" Rarity asked "Yeah that's him." Kion answered, then the door of the interrogation room in the footage opened, revealing to be Shining Armor with a length of rope in hand, the hyenas were laughing at the idiot unicorn with Janja's laugh being the most noticeable while his friends had duct tape in their mouths, Shining Armor got pissed and kicked one of the hyenas in the foot "Okay, laughing scum, I'll show you what happens when you cross us." Shining Armor said as he undo the length of rope "What, hogtie us and force us to listen to your fairy tale stories with your pretty boy accent?" Janja said as he laughed "No, we shock them with an electric rope and watch them flop around like a puppet, unless you got something to say to me." Shining Armor said as he charged up the electric rope "Uhh, okay, you look gay." Janja said as his friends laughed and muffled something which Shining Armor couldn't understand "And my furbrained friends here said that you need a haircut to get rid of the prince charming style, get the fuck off me." Janja said as his friends kept on laughing "Shut up!" Shining Armor shouted as he kicked one of the hyenas "Just two seconds ago you told us to talk, now it's shut up? I don't mean to nitpick but you suck ass at this torture thing." Janja said, then Shining Armor smacked him with the electric rope "You smack me again, I'm gonna throw you an asswhoping." Janja said, but Shining Armor didn't listen as he smacked Janja again "Oh, I hope they're paying you extra for this." Janja said, Shining Armor tried to smack him again but Janja double kicked Shining Armor in the face as Janja's friends started attacking the idiot unicorn, Janja undid the ropes on his wrists and grabbed the electric rope only to find out that it's not working "What the hell is the matter with this thing? Aw, fuck it." Janja said as he discarded the rope and started beating the shit out of Shining Armor, then the door opened revealing to be Zira carrying a bag of severed heads "I knew you boys would exploit their arrogance." Zira said as she dropped the bag, then one of the severed heads rolled out, Twilight, Rarity, and Fluttershy almost threw up at the footage "You, how dare you kill a lot of innocent ponies?!" Shining Armor shouted "Ponies are sheep, they should never rule, it disgust me that a species that fears and shuns anything that's different from them has the power to rule a world." Zira said as she grabbed one of the severed heads "You'll pay for this, the elements of harmony will stop you!" Shining Armor said confidently "You and your elements can't stop me, (scoff) you ponies are all the same, thinking that the world should be in your control and you dictate what grows or not, trying to play God, well let me tell you something, the world should not be controlled by ponies, you're nothing but a bunch pathetic cowards that hide from the powers of nature, with Grogar's help, I'll create anarchy across this world called Equestria, and I'll send this pathetic species to the brink of extinction." Zira said as she carved an anarchy symbol on one of the severed heads, then she injected something inside Shining Armor and then the excruciating pain started to flow across his body which caused him to start screaming "Woah, what did you do to him?" Janja asked "A venom cocktail from a Russell's viper, bullet ant, and tarantula hawk wasp." Zira answered, then she kneeled down and closed Shining Armor's muzzle "Consider this all of the sins you committed in your pathetic excuse for a life." Zira said as she removed her right paw from Shining Armor's muzzle as he kept on screaming until his screams died in his lips, then Zira impaled her left paw in Shining Armor's chest and decapitate him with her blade, she gained the memories and the severed head of Shining Armor and put the severed head in her bag "Alright, boys, time to go." Zira said as she picked up her bag "And I thought he never stop squealing like a pig." Janja said as they left the interrogation room.

The footage ended as Twilight had tears in her eyes from seeing her brother die "Damn, I should've known." Kion said, which caused the three girls to look at him "What do you mean?" Rarity asked "Janja let himself get captured in order to lead Zira to the portal mirror." Kion answered "How do you kill her?" Twilight asked "You'll die trying." Kion answered "I'm not kidding, Kion, I'll make her pay for what she did to Shining Armor!" Twilight said as she got out of the room and went downstairs "What is it, Twilight?" Celestia asked "We got bad news, remember the thug that Kion fought? He's working with Zira to kill all of the ponies in Equestria and Zira is coming to earth." Twilight answered "We got to get to New York." Celestia said as she teleported Twilight and herself to New York.

New York, Times Square

Simba and Alex were killing a lot of Blackwatch troops as well as fighting the supreme hunters "Damn, those giants are hard to kill!" Alex said as Simba used his blade to cut down one of the supreme hunters and decapitate it, then Celestia and Twilight teleported in Times Square "Tia, what are you doing here?" Simba asked "We've got problems, Zira's coming to New York soon." Celestia answered "Sooner than you think." a sadistic female voice said, revealing to be Zira as she cut down the last supreme hunter with her leader hunter claws, then a large purple beam hit her.

Simba turned around and saw Twilight who got angry at Zira "You killed my brother, I'll make you pay!" Twilight shouted as she got into her rainbow power form and used her telekinesis to tear Zira apart but Zira laughed and pulled herself back together, then Twilight tried using every lethal spells that she learned but however Zira kept regenerating and putting herself back together "What are you, why can't I kill you?!" Twilight shouted, then Zira had enough as she preformed a ground spike attack, knocking Twilight back and causing her to use a magic shield as Zira used a rapid tendril attack on Twilight, the force of the attacks broke through Twilight's shield and gave her serious injuries to the point her healing factor couldn't keep up "Enough with the weaklings, give me a real challenge!" Zira said as she used her tendrils to knock Twilight away, Simba preformed a blade sprint frenzy against Zira which he sliced her apart but Zira pulled herself back together and did a combination of tendril and viral axe attacks, Simba recovered and preformed a combo of slashes at Zira and then Alex grabbed her by the neck "Not so tough now, are you?" Alex taunted but Zira cut the whipfist to break free, Simba summoned his hammerfists and jumped up to gain more velocity, then he preformed a hammerfists dive on Zira, obliterating her into small flesh parts but she regenerated and impaled him with her viral spears "You're wasting your time with those pathetic ponies, Simba, I already killed that blue manned idiot unicorn and a few rest of them, the more ponies you save, the more ponies I'll kill." Zira said as she summoned her viral axes "You think I'm doing this to save ponies? You're sadly mistaken, because I don't care about ponykind and I should thank you for getting rid of bitch boy." Simba said as he broke free and punched Zira in face, knocking her into one of the buildings "Oh, big boy Simba can punch." Zira said as she used a combination of claw, tendril, and viral axe attacks on Simba, then she used her viral axe to slice Simba's neck but his armored mane proved the attack useless as he counterattack by using the combination of his brute strength and hammerfists to rip the viral axe off of Zira and summoned his blade and wings and preformed a rapid combination of slashes, dismembering her in the process, Zira realized that she was overmatched and retreated onto the rooftops "This isn't over, Simba, you'll understand why these ponies deserve the death sentence!" Zira said as she ran across the rooftops "You know she's got a point." Alex said, joining up with Simba "What are you talking about?" Simba asked "What you told me about the ponies in Equestria and after how they treated you, she has a point of them being useless." Alex answered, then Sarabi went to check on her son "Are you okay?" Sarabi asked "I'm fine, just a little exhausted that's all." Simba answered "Is it true?" Celestia asked "What?" Simba said confusedly "Is it true that you don't care about my little ponies?" Celestia asked "So, why should I care? They always discriminate me for what I am." Simba answered "I can't believe you would say that!" Celestia said outraged "Give me a reason why I should save those ungrateful, pathetic insects." Simba said in a low tone "Because it's your responsibility to protect the ponies of Equestria!" Celestia shouted in a fit of rage "No, my responsibility is to protect my family from all threats, not save a species that has discriminate me all this time and is deemed unworthy to rule a world." Simba said in anger, enraged, Celestia punched Simba in the face "Simba!" Sarabi shouted in worry, Simba felt nothing but rage and betrayal in his heart, then he summoned his blade and tried to cut Celestia down but Sarabi restrain him from doing something he'll regret "Simba, don't kill her!" Sarabi said as she and Alex kept him from fighting Celestia, then Simba took off and flew away "He's heading to Africa." Mufasa said, Celestia and Twilight tried to follow but Mufasa stopped them "You're not coming with us." Mufasa said in anger "What, why?" Celestia asked "Because of what you did to my son is unforgivable!" Sarabi answered "I'll watch them, just to make sure that they don't get into more trouble." Alex said as he glared at the two mares "Let's go." Mufasa said as he and Sarabi went to find a helicopter to follow Simba and to the Pride Lands.

Author's Notes:

The reason why I replaced Chrysalis, Tirek, and Cozy Glow with Zira is because no villains in Equestria has had a goal to send the ponies in Equestria into the brink of extinction like Zira does.

And another thing I'm editing music in the action scenes.
