Canterlot castle

Mufasa and Twilight were dealing with the chorus with the royal gala planning committee as well as getting ready for the royal swanifining ceremony, Mufasa now understand why his son hates swans, the swans were spoiled and and angry and at one point Mufasa had to smack one of the swans to discipline them "Now I can understand why Simba hates swans with a passion of a thousand suns." Mufasa said as he took a sip of his wine "Wait, Simba hates swans?" Twilight asked "Well, when my son was seven, he and I were dealing with a similar ceremony that did involved swans and he got attacked by those accursed birds to the point were he had to brutally fight them in order to escape, he likes ducks more." Mufasa answered "You know, a king like yourself looks intimidating on tha throne, especially if it's ah big lion who looks like he can snap mah older brother in two." Applejack said, noticing that Mufasa was sitting on Celestia's throne "My son is also big enough to snap him in two and those ponies deserve that beat down." Mufasa said as he took his last sip of the wine "Speaking about Simba, why don't you go to Manehattan to find him?" Fluttershy asked "Yeah, I mean you should have some father-son bounding time, Muffy." Pinkie said as set up the party decorations "Only my wife and my mother has the right to call me that and as for not going, I don't have the proper clothes and equipment for the beach." Mufasa answered "Discord can help you with the equipment and as for your swimwear, I can help you with that, darling." Rarity said as she set up the tables "You have a boutique in the city?" Mufasa asked "Why yes, darling, now come on, let's get you your measurements." Rarity said as she led the elder lion to the boutique.

Canterlot boutique

Rarity and Mufasa made it to the boutique and the white unicorn grabbed her supplies "I need to get some accurate measurements on you so I need you to take off your clothes." she said as she pulled out her measuring tape "I don't know, Sarabi sometimes teases me with my weight." Mufasa said as he blushed "It's alright, darling, it'll be unlady like for me to judge my clients." Rarity said, Mufasa was nervous about this, he never stripped in front of another lady outside of his wife, he exhaled and stripped off his clothes but left his underwear on "Have you done this with Simba?" Mufasa asked "Why yes, darling, I took some of his measurements while he was here, I must say, you and Simba looked like you could bend steel with your bare hands." Rarity said "You'd be surprised, but my physically doesn't make me a big bulky idiot, I graduated high school at the age of 15, earned seven doctorates, and was a champion at chess." Mufasa said as Rarity kept measuring the elder lion "You're strong both body and mind? My my, darling, you're really impressive." Rarity said as she got done taking the measurements "I have to be in order to be a good king, and my son knows how to do most of the things I do, especially playing chess." Mufasa said as Rarity grabbed her supplies and started to work "So has my son ever fought any of you before?" Mufasa asked "Only two times, darling, but one was only self defense and he was fighting four ponies at that time." Rarity answered "who were those four ponies?" Mufasa asked "Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, and Shining Armor. And as for the second time he fought was when Twilight insulted both you and your wife, he almost killed Twilight at the process but the princess stopped him from doing so and Twilight regret everything that she said." Rarity answered "That's reasonable for him to attack, he loves me and Sarabi for being there for him and he's very close to us." Mufasa said as Rarity continued working on the swimwear "Since I know a bit about your background, what about Sarabi?" Rarity asked "Sarabi is a skilled fighter, and she's just as smart as I am." Mufasa answered "She's a fighter? But darling she looks like she wouldn't harm a fly." Rarity said in shock "Looks can be deceiving, Rarity, sure she can be kind and gentle like Fluttershy but piss her off and she'll make you regret it with your life, she's the one who taught Simba to fight in order to defend himself from cowards who bully him." Mufasa said as Rarity made a mental note to not piss Sarabi off "So that's why Simba's such a good fighter, Sarabi taught him everything on how to fight." Rarity said as she got done with her work, a dark green zipper vest, a pair of dark grey swim trunks, and and dark grey duffle bag for his clothes "I also made you a duffle bag for your clothes, darling, now why don't you go try them on, the changing room is on your right." Rarity said as she gave Mufasa the swimwear and duffle bag "Thanks, Rarity." the elder lion said as he grabbed his clothes and head for the changing room, then after a minute, Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and Discord came into the boutique with beach gear, looking for Mufasa "Rarity, where's Mufasa?" Twilight asked "He's in the changing room, he'll be out--" Rarity tried to say but was interrupted when Mufasa came out wearing his swimwear and carrying his duffle bag "Ooh, it fits perfectly on you, darling." Rarity said as Mufasa slings the bag over his shoulder "It sure does Rarity and what are you two doing here?" Mufasa asked "Well, we came by to pick you up and take you to the Manehattan beach, that's where your family's at." Discord answered "How are we gonna get there?" Rarity asked, then Discord opened a portal to the beach "Duh." Rainbow Dash said as the four went through the portal.

Manehattan beach

The five got to the beach and they bumped into Spike "Hey guys." Spike said as he started walking with them "Hey Spike, what did you got on your phone?" Twilight asked "Watch." Spike said as he showed the video of Shining Armor insulting Simba and Sarabi beating the shit out of him,Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity cringed at the beating while Mufasa and Discord were laughing at what Sarabi did to Shining Armor "You weren't kidding about not pissing of Sarabi." Rarity said as she looked at the elder lion "No I wasn't and speaking about Sarabi, where are they?" Mufasa asked "Simba and Sarabi are at the docks with Celestia and Cadence." Spike answered "You five go on ahead, I have to get back to prepping the gala." Rarity said as she went back through the portal that Discord made for her "Let's go find them." Spike said as he led the four to Simba and Sarabi.

Simba's POV

Simba was spending time with his mother, Celestia and Cadence at the docks where the boats were getting docked by some gryphons who were fishing for the biggest catch (and yes, they're still in their swimwear) "You and Simba are really close together, huh?" Cadence asked "Of course, he's my baby, no matter how big he gets and we have been close ever since he was born, and I still have the C section scar right here, it hurts a bit when they had to get him out of my womb but it was worth it." Sarabi said as pointed her lower belly where the faint scar was and then she nuzzled her son "I still have his baby pictures right here." Sarabi said as she pulled her PDA from her bag "Oh god, Mom, do you have to?" Simba asked "Aww, come on, Simba, I wanna see you as a baby." Celestia said as Sarabi showed them Simba's baby pictures, what Celestia and Cadence saw was to them was one of the cutest things they ever seen, Simba on the other hand was blushing in embarrassment as his mother showed them the pictures of when he was a cub and started dressing himself up as a soldier (imagine cub Simba dressed up in world war 2 attire) and she showed them a video of cub Simba talking like he's Sgt. R. Lee Ermey to a bunch of stuff animals he used to have, the red manned lion was really embarrassed at what his mother was showing "As you can see, he was always wanting to be a soldier but he became more than that, my baby became an instant hero." Sarabi said with tears of nostalgia in her eyes, Simba then hugged his mother and kissed her on lips "Mom, you understand why I became a soldier." he said as he held her close to him "It's because you want to help out others, sweetie, and I'm very proud of you." Sarabi said as she nuzzled her son "I see you four are having fun." a deep voice said, Simba and the ladies turned around and saw Mufasa, Twilight, Spike, Rainbow Dash, and Discord

"Dad? But I thought you didn't want to come." Simba said as the elder lion hugged him "I changed my mind, Son, we have a lot of catching up to do." Mufasa said as let his son go "Why do you look like a lifeguard, Simba?" Mufasa asked "Maybe its because I got some good exercise from swimming in cold water and the combination of Tia's choice of swimwear." Simba answered "So what are you and the ladies talking about?" Mufasa asked "I was showing Tia and Cadence Simba's baby pictures and we're talking about how Simba joined the U.S. military." Sarabi answered "Speaking about the military, which branch of the U.S. military did you join, Son?" Mufasa asked "The navy SEALs." Simba answered "You're kidding." Mufasa said, not believing his son "Dad, I'm dead fucking serious, I was a navy SEAL." Simba said as he pulled Celestia close to him "I have no words to say." Mufasa said in shock "Don't say it, just be proud of it." Simba said as Celestia hugged him.

"There's one thing I want to asked to Sarabi, why did you attacked my brother?" Twilight asked "Excuse me?" Sarabi said as she glared at Twilight "You heard me, why did you attacked my brother?" Twilight asked "And why are you asking me this?" Sarabi asked as she crossed her slender arms under her bust "Don't play stupid with us, we know you attacked Shining Armor and threatened to castrate him, whatever that means, and beat him to death!" Rainbow Dash shouted as she got in Sarabi's face who was giving the egomaniac a death stare "Back the fuck off!!" Simba shouted as he pushed Rainbow Dash away from his mother "Oh I'm sorry, but that bitch shouldn't threatened to castrate Shining Armor!!" Rainbow Dash shouted in anger, then Sarabi punched Rainbow Dash square in the mouth, Rainbow Dash covered her mouth in pain but Sarabi wasn't done as she grabbed Rainbow Dash and slammed her to the dock "You wanna fight? Well you got one." Rainbow Dash said as she got up and got into her stance, Rainbow Dash was a black belt in karate but Sarabi on the other hand was much more dangerous and disciplined, Rainbow Dash tried to hit the elder lioness with her punches but Sarabi blocked then with only one arm, Rainbow Dash tried to kick but Sarabi grabbed her leg and delivered a paw strike on Rainbow's chest "Fast but predictable." Sarabi said then Simba wanted to get into the fight while others wanted to break it up but the elder lioness stopped them "Nobody get involved, I got this." Sarabi said as everyone obeyed and Spike got out his phone to record the fight "You think you can take me on one on one?" Rainbow Dash taunted as she got into her stance "I don't think, I know, time to punish your pathetic ego." Sarabi said as she got into her own stance, Rainbow Dash tried to punch and kick at the lioness but Sarabi was dodging the blows in a dancing fashion.

Everyone except Simba, Mufasa, and Discord were shocked at Sarabi's skills, she was both blocking and dodging Rainbow Dash's attacks without even trying, Sarabi then counterattack Rainbow Dash's kicks by slamming her to the docks "Pathetic." Sarabi said as Rainbow Dash recovered and got back up, Rainbow Dash got a dirty idea as she flew up to the sky and came back down so fast that she caused a sonic rainboom but Sarabi predicted this as when Rainbow Dash got close, she delivered an open paw strike towards Rainbow Dash's face, knocking the blue rainbow manned Pegasus back and to the docks, Sarabi then took this as an advantage as she jumped onto Rainbow Dash's back and grabbed her wings, Sarabi then delivered karate chops towards Rainbow Dash's wings with enough force to break them, Rainbow Dash was screaming in pain as her wings were broken "Yeah, who's the little bitch now?" Sarabi said statistically as she kicked Rainbow Dash in the abdomen, everyone except Simba, Mufasa and Discord cringed at the sight, they never thought that someone as kind and compassionate as Sarabi could be so brutal.

Rainbow Dash was pissed beyond belief, she knew that her wings were her pride and now that Sarabi had broken them, she can't even stand to think about not flying "My wings! I'm gonna make you pay for that!!" Rainbow Dash shouted as she charged in and started attacking the elder lioness with punches and kicks but Sarabi was done playing defense as she counterattack Rainbow Dash's attacks with her own but with a more brutal fashion as she target the pressure points, incapacitating the Pegasus as Sarabi then started delivering her own punches and piercing and roundhouse kicks towards the Pegasus and delivered some knee strike towards Rainbow Dash's abdomen, causing the wind to get knocked out of her, then Sarabi delivered a swift twist kick towards Rainbow Dash's face, knocking the Pegasus out cold.

Satisfied with herself, Sarabi dust herself off and walked towards her son "See, I told you I got this." she said as she kissed her son on the lips, she then went to Mufasa and started kissing him "And you sure did." Simba said as Mufasa and Sarabi broke from their kiss "Where did you learn to fight like that?" Cadence asked "I learned it from my parents, they taught me how to fight and how to dance, I just combined both of them and made my own martial art." Sarabi answered "Have you ever taught anyone your martial art?" Spike asked, getting interested "Yes, I have, Simba was the first." Sarabi answered as Simba blushed "Are you interested in learning martial arts?" Sarabi asked "Yeah, I tried to learn from Rainbow Dash but all she does is beat me up and bragged at how much of a better fighter she is." Spike answered "So she bullies you instead of teaching you and brags about it? Ugh, what a pathetic excuse for a mentor, don't worry, sweetie, I won't tease you like that when I'm teaching you." Sarabi said in a comforting tone.

Spike was now interested in learning martial arts from Sarabi, after dealing with Rainbow Dash's bullshit, it felt like a breath of fresh air to be mentored by a kind and compassionate teacher like the elder lioness "If anyone needs me I'll be getting another drink." Sarabi said as she, Simba, and Mufasa started walking to the bar "Did you record the fight?" Twilight asked "Yup, can't wait to show the crusaders this." Spike answered "Oh no, I didn't get my answer on why Sarabi attacked Shining Armor!" Twilight said frantically "You really need to stop defending Shining Armor, because he's a douchebag." Spike said as he put his phone in his pocket "Cadence, where's Flurry Heart?" Twilight asked "She's with Kiara and I'm not gonna lie, Kiara knows how to take care of her, let's go check on them." Cadence said as she and the others went to find Kiara and Flurry Heart.
