They drove until night fall and Kat’s car then turned down an old alleyway through a gate which opened automatically. Kat drove to the end of the ally and parked outside what looked like an old complex that had been abandoned long ago. She turned the engine off as the three of them got out of the car, turning to Dante and Sunset, Kat said: “Welcome to The Order.”

“Not what I was expecting.” Replied Dante.

“Looks like a bit of a dump.” Added Sunset Shimer / Kamen Rider Symbol.

“That’s the idea.” Deadpanned Kat. She ducked under a half open garage door that had graffiti spray painted on it.

“Ah! The hide in plain sight trick!” Realized Sunset as she and Dante followed Kat.

“The demons are amongst us Dante, Sunset. They are enslaving mankind.” Explained the girl as she walked up to a wall. She pressed her thumb against a certain spot causing the brick work moved to the side revealing a keypad. Ironically the bricks were graffitied to form a skull and the keypad was in its mouth. She typed in a code and the brickwork that made up the skull's eye move to the side showing a scanner which Kat pressed her eye to. “The world is asleep, brainwash and helpless.” The whole wall moved away, making Sunset gasp in awe. “We’re fighting back.”

Both Dante and Symbol followed Kat as a camera tracked them. “We are a small handle of freedom fighters. We are the last and only line of defence.”

“Defence?” Dante ran his fingers along a wall, before looking at the dust they collected. “You got no chance.” He flicked the dust off.

“We don’t leave things to chance!” Snapped out Kat. They walked up a short stairway and into a room that was full of people dressed in white lab coats working at monitors. “We’ve accumulated vast intelligence on the demons and their collaborators.”

Dante and Sunset were looking around the place in awe. Well, Symbol was in awe, Dante was indifferent. “We can hit them where it hurts.” Folding her hands behind her back Kat walked through a pair of steel doors that slide open and into a room that had a single occupant. Standing in the centre of the room was a white haired man, wearing a dark blue overcoat and holding a black cane.

“Amazing.” He uttered. “Dante, Sunset, it really is you two.” Greeted the man.

Dante shrugged and Sunset gained a confused look at how this man seemed to know them.

“You don’t remember me?” It was more of a statement than a question.

“No.” Stated Dante.

After a few seconds the man asked. “How much of your childhood do you remember?”

“Not much.” Replied Dante. “I had meningitis when I was seven. Wiped my memory, why?”

The man turned to Sunset who was looking at some of the computer screens. “And you Sunset?”

“Other than manners, how to talk, read and write as well as how to fight and some other bits of random information. The first thing I remember is waking up in Limbo this morning.”

The man winced. “Ouch.” He then gave a mix between and scoff and a chuckle. “Hah! They told me I had a car accident that resulted in total amnesia. Age: Seven.”

“Starting to see a pattern here.” Muttered Sunset.

Dante didn’t. “Your point?”

The man stepped into the light. “Meningitis is a human affliction. You are not human Dante. Therefore you cannot be affected by it!”

“That would explain how you survived all those injuries against the Hunter Demon.” Muttered Sunset.

“All war is fought with deception and you have been deceived. Your past has been hidden from you for a reason.”

“Rewind a bit, who are you again?” Interrupted Dante.

The man took several steps back. “My name is Vergil. I established The Order as a way to help fight the demons.” The now named Vergil turned around the gestured at the space around them.

“Besides swords, bullets and magic you mean?” Questioned Dante.

Vergil turned back to them. “Such weapons can win battles, yes. But not the war. We use force, yes, but we also use intelligence, politics and propaganda.” He started pacing back and forth.

Dante looked amused. “You really believe you can make a dent?”

Sunset kicked him in the shin.

“OW! What was that for?!”

“Mocking people that are trying to save the world.” Came the blunt response.

Dante was about to snap at her when he realised something. Turning to Vergil he stated in an accusing voice. “So that's what this is about. You need us to help you fight the demons, help save the world.”

“What else were you planning on doing with your life?” Asked Vergil.

Dante was about to say something, probably refuse, when Sunset spoke up. “I’m in.” Dante looked at her in shock. “What? The demons are not gonna leave us alone unless we destroy them. So why not join up with the people that also fight them?”

Kat stepped forwards. “Dante, I don’t think you realise what is at stake here-”

Vergil raised a hand cutting her off. “If you want to leave, turn your back on me, then I’m powerless to stop you.” Dante looked about ready to do just that. “But at least give me a chance to show you. To show both of you.”

“Show us what?” Asked Dante after a pause.

“Who you really are.”

Hook, line and sinker.

The car drove into the ruins of an old mansion with the word paradise woven into the archway above the entrance.

“This was your home.” Stated Vergil, who was now wearing a hat, once they were inside.

“I don’t remember.” Replied Dante.

“Me neither.” Added Sunset as they walked up beside Vergil.

“You will. Kat, open the gateway.”

The girl nodded as she took a roll of paper from the harness on her back and placed it onto the floor, unrolling it as she did so.

Dante looked at Kat in confusion before asking: “What are you doing.”

Kat took out a spray paint can from where it was buckled to the side of her belt and explained. “Our world and Limbo are very closely super-positioned. They collide in places causing what we cause rifts.” Dante and Sunset knelt down as Kat started spraying a white compound onto the magic circle that was cut into the paper. “It’s here, in the rifts, where we can create gateways too and from Limbo.”

Dante reached down, scrapped up some of the compound and sniffed it before grimacing. “Doesn’t smell good. What’s in the can?”

Kat peeled back the paper, revealing the magic circle on the ground. “A compound I created based on an old wiccan recipe. Sea salt, shark oil, iron shavings, desiccated squirrel semen, wolf hair-.”

Kat would have continued when Dante wiped his fingers on her jacket. “Good stuff.”

Kat then looked down to see Symbol weakly tugging at her socks, the look on her faceplate made it look like she was about to hurl. Kat sweat dropped. “I’m gonna shut up now.” She turned to Vergil. “Its ready.”

“Go ahead.” Vergil pointed at the circle. “The house holds secrets. I’ve found mine, now it's your turn.”

“How will we get back?” Asked Dante as he and Symbol stepped into the circle.

“We’ll handle that.” Replied Vergil. “Be careful, it can get rough in there.”

Dante turned to Kat. “I like it rough.”

Once Dante and Sunset were in Limbo Kat asked Vergil the question that had been plaguing her mind with doubt in her voice. “Is this really going to work? He doesn’t seem to care and she has no idea what she’s getting into.”

“Their both raw, just like you were when I first found you.” Pointed out Vergil mildly.

Kat looked down, then at Vergil from under her hood as she gripped her arm.

Sunset and Dante appeared in Limbo. The house’s bricks and floors were now coloured blood red and had black crystals climbing up the walls. Demon goo was splattered on the floor in various places.

“Well, Kat was telling the truth we’re back in Limbo.” Stated Sunset not sure how to feel about that, part of her was glad to be getting some answers about her past and the rest was annoyed to be back in the place she had been attacked in.

“Let’s get this over with.” Replied Dante as they started running down the hall. After a few seconds they arrived in what looked like a lobby. It had a sun like pattern painted on the floor, a stairway at the far end which split in two leading up to a pair of balconies with a door at the end of each one of them.

“So this was our home?” Muttered Dante.

“Well, show us your secrets!” Shouted Sunset getting a strange look from Dante since she was talking to a building. They ran up the first flight of stairs. “Left or right?” Asked Sunset.

“Left.” Replied Dante, they ran up the rest of the stairs and through the door. They followed the hall around to the left and into a room, which had been trashed and directly opposite the door was a portrait of a man in a suit, holding a sword, but the face had been clawed off. “I remember this place.” Muttered Dante.

“Me too.” Added Sunset.

Their memories pulled up images of a room with chairs, a sofa, a desk and several bookcases. Along with rich red walls that had golden ivory patterns painted into them, white marble columns along with the walls having white borders. Their memories also produced another pair of sofas and a coffee table along with red curtains.

After a few seconds they snapped back to the reality of a ruined room, bare of any furniture and faded walls that had been scorched around the painting. They walked forwards towards the painting. “And who the hell are you?” Asked Dante.

Sunset nudged him with her elbow and pointed towards the bronze nameplate at the bottom of the frame.

“Sparda?” Muttered Dante, then he remember what the Hunter Demon had called him. “My dad?” Both of them now wished that the painting’s face hadn’t been torn off. The tender moment was destroyed when demons appeared. “Great.” Muttered Dante in anger.

“Lets get them! Red slash!” Shouted Symbol. She pulled open the Active Blade’s hand author, took the active ring from the driver and slipped it onto the middle finger of the weapon’s hand author.

[COME ON AND SLASH SHAKE HANDS: ACTIVE: SLASH STRIKE!]

The active glyph flashed on the hand author as lightning crackled around the Active Blade, Sunset drew it back and slammed it down, cutting the Lesser Stygian in half.

Dante fired at another Lesser Stygian with Ebony and Ivory, before stabbing it with the sword. “Stinger!” Then he stabbed it rapidly. “Trillion stabs!” Peppering the demon with holes. Another attack came from behind. “Ricoshot!” Only for a pair of bullets that were spiralling around each other like a drill to slam into the demon, sending the Lesser Stygian flying back. Dante flipped his sword into a reverse grip and charged it with power. Within a second the blade a shining with energy. “Drive!” Dante slashed the blade forwards and sent a wave out of energy at the Lesser Stygian disintegrating it.

The slasher and aqua rings appeared on the driver’s index and right ring fingers in a flash of light green and light blue respectively. She pressed the right shift lever, making the driver’s hand author turn to the right and the two rings glow.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE HENSHIN: SLASHER AQUA PLEASE!]

Symbol threw her hand out to the right and the slasher glyph along with the aqua glyph moved through her. The sound of claws slashing followed by a wave splashing came from the driver. Having transformed into her active slasher style Sunset slashed at one Lesser Stygian several times. She grabbed its shoulder with one hand and stabbed it repeatedly in the gut with the other hand’s Slasher Tidal Claws. An uppercut slash sent it into the air where it exploded. Then she slashed at the other Lesser Stygian with several wide swings, before kicking it away and pressing the right shift lever, making the slasher and aqua rings flash.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE GO: SLASHER AQUA MAGIC PLEASE!]

She jumped into the air and held her Slasher Tidal Claws out to the side as she spun like a top. “Spinning claws!” Cutting the Lesser Stygian into bits.

Dante attacked another Lesser Stygian. “High time!” An upwards slash sent the demon into the air with Dante using the sword’s momentum to carry him after it. “Aerial rave!” Several slashes badly injured the demon. “Roulette!” Dante spun around slashing the Lesser Stygian twice and using the motion to cut it in half with an upwards slash. Two more Lesser Stygians then ganged up on him. One of them brought its club down, which was blocked by Dante’s sword. He pulled out Ebony and shot at the other Lesser Stygian trying to buy time.

The active ring vanished in a flash of red light and the burst ring appeared in a blast of purple light. Sunset pressed the left shift lever, making the driver’s hand author turn to the right and the burst ring glow.

[MAGICAL TOUCH HENSHIN: BURST PLEASE: CAST THE SPELL!]

Throwing her hand backwards the burst glyph appeared the moved through her as downbeat rock music came from the driver. “Fire swarm!” Once the transformation was complete Symbol pressed the left shift lever, making the burst ring shine.

[MAGICAL TOUCH GO: BURST: C RANK SPELL!]

Dante found buying time unnecessary when a trio of fire balls slammed into the demon sending it flying. Looking over he saw Sunset standing there in her burst style. “Got your back!” Dante nodded.

He struck the Lesser Stygian with several spinning slashes and injured it with a hard downwards slash. The demon was dazed and the last thing it saw was Dante unleashing a Drive attack before its world became pain, then it went black.

The Lesser Stygian ran at Symbol, who blasted it back with several aura blasts. It struggled back to its feet when another aura blast hit it in the face, sending it falling over again. “Time to end this! Ice mirror surround!” Muttered Sunset, as she pressed the left shift level twice, causing the burst ring to glow.

[MAGICAL TOUCH GO: BURST: B RANK SPELL!]

Water in the air condensed and froze over, producing four snowflake shaped ice mirrors that floated around the demon. Sunset charged aura into her hands and clapped them together, before pulling them apart and forming a ball of ice blue aura between them. She fired the blast, it shot into one mirror and came out of another slamming into the demon. Then the ball bounced off and back into the mirror, coming out of a different mirror.

“That's that.” Symbol turned away as the ball continued to bounce off the Lesser Stygian, back into a mirror before coming out of another, slamming into the demon again and bouncing off. All the time the ball was increasing in speed until the demon exploded.

At that moment what looked like a Lesser Stygian pulled itself from the ground. It had spiky black hair, a skull mask with a single glowing red eye. On its left arm was a jagged circle shaped shield and its other arm was made of a jagged blade.

“If we’re gonna call that something then it should be a Death Knight.” Stated Sunset.

“Call it whatever you want! Let's just kill it already!” Dante opened fire with Ebony and Ivory, only for the bullets to bounce off the Death Knight’s shield. “Ok let's try this! Ricoshot!” He charged energy into his guns before pulling the triggers, sending a pair of bullets shooting out that spiralled around each other like a drill. The Death Knight raised its shield it pushed back several feet but there was no damage to the demon or its shield. “Ok, so guns aren't working. Lets try the sword!” Dante drew said weapon and charged. “Hacker!!” He slashed at the Death Knight several times, but each blow bounced off it’s shield. Suddenly, the demon threw its shield forwards knocking Dante back. “What the-?!” The demon slashed down with its sword.

“Earth wall!” Sunset pressed down on the left shift lever three times.

[MAGICAL TOUCH GO: BURST: A RANK SPELL!]

Dante would have taken a blow to the chest had a wall of solid rock not burst out of the ground, blocking the attack. “Dante! Fall back and wait for a good moment to strike! I’ll hold it off!”

The burst ring vanished in a flash of purple light and out of the red light the active ring appeared. Symbol pressed the left shift lever, making active ring glow.

[MAGICAL TOUCH HENSHIN: ACTIVE PLEASE: LETS GO!]

The active glyph appeared and ran over the Kamen Rider transforming her into the active style. The slasher and aqua rings appeared on the driver’s hand author in flashes of green and ocean blue, the right shift lever was pressed, making the driver’s hand author turn to the right.

[MAGICAL TOUCHIE HENSHIN: SLASHER AQUA PLEASE!]

Symbol threw her arm out to the right, the slasher and aqua glyphs appeared, passing over her as the sound of claws slashing and water splashing came from the driver. Having transformed into her active slasher aqua style, Symbol attacked: She slashed at the demon’s shield like a berserker for about a minute, only to have to stop to take a breath, when she was attacked via the Death Knight’s sword. Crossing her Slasher Tidal Claws over her head to block the blow, Sunset was shocked by the amount of strength that the demon possessed. ‘What's with this thing?! My active slasher style boost my strength and yet I’m still being forced down!'

With a growl she pressed the right shift lever, making the slasher ring glow with light green light.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE GO: SLASHER MAGIC PLEASE!]

Red lightning covered her Slasher Tidal Claws as she slammed her claws into the demon’s chest. A beam of pure electrical energy and heat erupted from the claws and pierced through the demon’s back forcing it to back off.

“Lets hope this works! Tsunami claws!!” Sunset pressed the left shift lever four times, making the hand author turn to the left and the active ring glow red.

[MAGICAL TOUCH SPELL: VERY NICE: ACTIVE: S RANK SPELL: THE BEST!]

Then pressed the right shift lever four times, the driver’s hand author turned to the right, the slasher and aqua rings glowed with light green and ocean blue light.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE GO: VERY NICE: SLASHER MAGIC: THE BEST!]

A maelstrom amount of aura erupted from her, coating her claws hiding them from view as ocean blue water was drawn from the air and wrapped itself around her body. Sunset jumped into the air holding the Slasher Tidal Claws over her head and spinning like an ocean water covered drill. She leaped into the air and came at the Death Knight looking like a horizontal tornado. The demon brought its shield up and Symbol smashed into it, sparks flew from the shield as the large drill ground against it. “Come on! Come ON! COMING THROUGH!” Cracks spread across the shield before with a loud boom it shattered! Sunset slammed into the demon sending it flying into the air.

“OVERDRIVE!” The last thing that the Death Knight saw was three shockwaves from Dante’s sword slamming into it, destroying the demon. “If you had a move like that then why didn’t you use it sooner?” Asked Dante.

“Because- Gah!” Mini explosion and sparks erupted from Sunset’s body as she collapsed to the ground.

“Sunset!” Shouted Dante as he ran up to her.

Symbol’s robe, claws, armbands, shoulder pauldrons and chest armour vanished. Her faceplate greyed out along with her suit turning completely black. “That’s why!” Gasped out Sunset as she slipped on the burst ring onto the middle finger or the driver’s hand author. She pressed the left shift lever, making the hand author turn to the left.

[MAGICAL TOUCH HENSHIN: BURST PLEASE: CAST THE SPELL!]

The burst glyph appeared from behind her and floated through the Kamen Rider, transforming her back into her burst style as down beat rock music echoed from the driver. “Using two S rank spells at once takes a lot out of me and does this!” She held up the active ring showing that its colours had greyed out.

“What happened to it?” Asked Dante.

“Its drained. It will be a while before I can use my active style again.” Came the response.

They walked up the picture, which had started glowing. “What are you trying to show us?” Asked Dante. He noticed that an engraving at the bottom of the frame looked like the tattoo on his back and the circle part was glowing red. Curious he reached out a put his hand on the frame, only for it to suddenly get pulled the last couple of inches and stick to the circle! “What the-?! GAH!” Red energy started lancing up his arm!

“DANTE!” Symbol was about to run forwards and help him, when a beam of red energy shot out of the portrait, right into the centre of her driver, causing her body to transform again.

[MAGICAL TOUCH HENSHIN: GIGA PLEASE: BREAK THROUGH!]

A green glyph with a G in the centre of it appeared under her feet, it was a dark green square, inside a dark green eight pointed star, inside a dark green square that had two layers between which was runic text of the same colour. The giga glyph rose up through the Kamen Rider transforming her into her new style, as a heavy metal solo came from the driver.

Her faceplate was now an orange square with silver outlines that had runic text engraved onto them. In the centre of her forehead the coin had turned into a bronze square with the two antenna still forming a V. Her helmet had turned dark green and the circles over her ears had morphed into silver squares. The sides of her spandex turned dark green and the outside of the legs became bright green. Symbol’s anklets and bracelets turned green and her chestplate became an emerald green square and in the centre of it was a bronze square. The inside of Sunset’s robe turned emerald green and the chest now had pair of green square emerald’s on either side of it that formed the corners of a square. On the middle finger of the driver’s hand author was a silver ring with a square shaped emerald in the centre of it that had an orange framework.

“Whoa!” Sunset looked her transformed armour, it felt a lot heavier, but more powerful now. She then looked up just in time to see Dante’s sword turn into a red demonic battle axe.

“Hell yeah!” Shouted Dante.

“Nice axe, what are you gonna call it?” Asked Symbol.

“Does it need a name?”

“Yes!”

“Well, I have no idea! What do you think?!”

“How about Arbiter?”

“...Where’d you get a name like that?!”

Sunset got a bit sheepish. “I don’t know, it just came to me.”

“Well, sounds cool, so sure.”

Another Death Knight pulled itself from the ground and Dante moved to engaged it. He swung Arbiter trying to get a feel for the much heavier weapon, when an energy version of the blade was sent spinning at the demon, it took the impact on its shield and staggered back. “Woah! I’m calling that Flush!” He slammed the weapon into the Death Knight’s shield cracking it. “Not so tough now! Time to face Judgment!” He slammed the weapon upwards, denting the shield, downwards breaking the shield and did a heavy overhead swing, doing major damage! “Not so tough now! Lets try this Trinity smash!” He swung the axe based weapon around in an upwards slash, then in an across swing, followed by a two handed overhead slam cutting the demon in half.

Then the next wave appeared. “My turn!” Sunset ran past Dante as her giga style’s weapon appeared. It was a green axe with a silver blade and a black handle, it had a black hand author that was curled into a fist, with the thumb sticking out over the connection joint where the axe connected to the handle. This is the Giga Axe. “Here we go!” Sunset brought the weapon down, drawing sparks off one of the Lesser Stygians before it was bisected at the waist by a horizontal swing. Sunset quickly pressed down on the left shift lever, making the giga ring glow emerald green.

[MAGICAL TOUCH SPELL: GIGA: C RANK SPELL!]

Green aura covered Symbol’s left hand and she decked one Lesser Stygian in the face with so much force that it exploded from the attack.

The final Lesser Stygian struck her across the back, but it hardly drew any sparks. Sunset looked at the demon over her shoulder. “I barely felt that! Giga fist!” She pressed the left shift lever again and the giga ring glowed.

[MAGICAL TOUCH SPELL: GIGA: C RANK SPELL!]

Her aura covered fist slammed into the demon’s gut sending it flying into the air where it went BOOM!

Then a pair of Death Knights burst from the ground. “One for each of us.” Stated Dante. He ran forwards and slammed Arbiter onto the ground. It sent out a wave of demonic energy that flung the Death Knight into the air. “Tremor!” He then jumped up after the demon and slashed it with his sword was while it was in the air and helpless. “Aerial rave!” He switched back to Arbiter and swung it over his head, using the weight to send himself plummeting downwards. “Drop!” The axe slammed into the Death Knight’s head cutting it apart.

Sunset slammed the Giga Axe into her Death Knight’s shield, before blocking an attack with the shaft of her axe and kicking the demon back. She pressed down on the left shift lever twice, making the giga ring shine with emerald green light.

[MAGICAL TOUCH SPELL: GIGA: B RANK SPELL!]

Her left hand was covered in aura as she brought in around in a chop. “Seismic smash!” cleaving the demon’s shield in half. Only for its sword to slam into her chest. “Gah!” Losing her balance Symbol fell over, looking up she saw the Death Knight towering over her, bringing back its sword. Sunset pressed down on the left shift lever three times, causing emerald light to shine from the giga ring.

[MAGICAL TOUCH SPELL: GIGA: A RANK SPELL!]

Her left hand was covered in metal, she grabbed the blade, stopping it in its tracks. “Giga embodyment!” She squeezed the blade shattering it and causing the Death Knight to stagger back.

Sunset pulled on the thumb opening the Giga Axe’s hand author, causing it to start chanting:

[COME ON AND SMASH SHAKE HANDS!]

Then took the giga ring from the middle finger of the driver’s hand author and placed it on the middle finger of the Giga Axe’s hand author, making the ring shine.

[GIGA: SMASH STRIKE!]

Green aura gathered around the axe blade, before Sunset brought the blade roaring down, causing the Death Knight to go up in an explosion.

As they got their breath back the two of them heard a childish giggle. “Who's there?!” Shouted Dante. He ran through a door with Symbol following. Suddenly the hall extended away from them, opening a hole right beneath their feet. “Woah!” Shouted Dante as they fell down. He landed first and Sunset landed on top of him.

“I’m sorry!” She shouted as she got off Dante. “Guess we can’t go back that way.” She commented as the hole closed up behind them. They ran through a door and into a square shaped room, before going out another door and having to jump down another hole. “Where are we now?!” Shouted Symbol. They jumped up some rubble that had formed into a makeshift stairway. Through another door and right back into the entrance hall. “...I don’t believe it! We’re right back where we started!” Raged Symbol.

“Less talk, more fight!” Dante ran at the Death Knight. “Judgment!” He struck out with an upwards swing, then a downwards swing, followed by an overhead smash. The demon’s shield was shattered from the blows. He slammed Arbiter into the ground. “Tremor!” The energy wave catapulted the demon into the air, where Dante leapt after it. “Aerial rave!” He slashed the Death Knight several times before sending it back to the ground in pieces with an overhead swing of the sword. “Helm breaker!”

Sunset smashed one Lesser Stygian with the Giga Axe, before grabbing its arm and throwing the demon into another one. Suddenly she was struck in the back by a third Lesser Stygian, she lashed out with a kick sending it flying. Symbol was then stuck by the other two Lesser Stygians that she had just thrown. Then there was trouble, whenever she swung her fist or axe at one Lesser Stygian, Sunset would be blindsided by the other, throwing her aim off and causing her to miss.

It got even worse when the third Lesser Stygian jumped back into the fight. “This isn’t good.” Suddenly, the active ring appeared on the middle finger of the driver’s hand author, having regained its colour, showing that it had its power back! “Just in time!” Sunset pressed the left shift lever, making the active ring glow with red light.

[MAGICAL TOUCH HENSHIN: ACTIVE PLEASE: LETS GO!]

The active glyph burst into being to her left and floated through the Kamen Rider transforming her back into the active style. She slashed one Lesser Stygian several times.

“Red slash!” Sunset pulled open the Active Blade’s hand author, then took the active ring from the driver and placed it on the middle finger of the blade, making the ring glow.

[COME ON AND SLASH SHAKE HANDS: ACTIVE: SLASH STRIKE!]

The Active Blade was covered in red lightning and Sunset destroyed the demon with a single hard downwards slash. The second and third Lesser Stygians charged at her trying the same tactic, unfortunately while active style was nowhere near as heavily armoured or as powerful as giga style, it was much faster and more agile.

She slashed one with the Active Blade in two quick slashes. “Lightning impact!” Sunset pressed the left shift lever twice, resulting in the active ring emitting red light.

[MAGICAL TOUCH SPELL: ACTIVE: A RANK SPELL!]

Red lightning covered her right hand as she decked the other Lesser Stygian in the face, causing it to explode.

The slasher and aqua rings appeared on the index and ring fingers of the driver’s hand author in flashes of green and blue. Sunset pressed the right shift lever, making the hand author turn to the right side and the rings emit light in their respective colours.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE HENSHIN: SLASHER AQUA PLEASE!]

The slasher and aqua glyphs transformed her into the active slasher style, as the sound of claws slashing and waves splashing came from the driver. Symbol used the Slasher Tidal Claws to attack the final Lesser Stygian with several brutal slashes. Sending it staggering back with another slash the Kamen Rider pressed down on the right shift lever twice, making aqua ring shine ocean blue.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE GO: AQUA MAGIC PLEASE!]

Ocean blue water covered the Slasher Tidal Claws, before Sunset pulled her arms back and threw them forwards, crossing them over each other as she did so. This action launched six crescent of red energy that slammed into the Lesser Stygian causing it to explode with a very loud *BOOM!*

Suddenly the two of them heard the childish laughter again. “HAHAHAHAH, wooo!” Looking up to the right balcony they saw a pair of ghostly children playing.

“This way, Dante.” Shouted one of them cheerfully.

“Ok! Can’t catch me!” They ran through a door that was then covered by criss crossing red energy.

“Dante? Did I hear that right?” Questioned the man.

“If you didn’t then neither of us did.” Replied Sunset. They ran up the staircase and up to the door, when they both clutched their head/helmet in pain as information forced its way into their brains. Once it was done Sunset muttered: “So Arbiter and the Giga Axe can break through this energy.”

“Lets try it!” Dante brought out Arbiter around in an overhead swing smashing the door to splinters.

“Overboard!” Shouted Symbol as she blocked the wood chips with her arm.

Dante rolled his eyes as they ran through the door, following the corridor around to the right and catching up with the ghostly children. “Lets keep going!” They followed the children around to the left and into what looked like it was once a bedroom.

Dante smashed Arbiter into a Death Knight’s shield only to be hit in the back by a second Death Knight and get a shield bash from the third. “Judgment!” He swung the axe in a circle forcing them to back off, only for one of the demons to hit him in the back.

“Dante calm down!” The active ring vanished in a flash of red light and the giga ring appeared in a burst of green light, Sunset pressed the left shift lever, making the hand author turn to the left and the giga ring glow.

The giga glyph appeared below her and rose through the Kamen Rider transforming her into the giga style. Sunset slammed the Giga Axe into the shield of one Death Knight. “Giga embodyment!” She pressed the left shift lever three times, the giga ring shined with emerald light.

Blocking a blow with her forearm that turned to metal and kicking the demon back. She then pulled her axe’s blade so that it was facing forwards, this was now the Giga Spear. She gave it several thrusts, shattering one Death Knight’s shield.

“Why should I?! Tremor!” He slammed the demonic axe into the ground, the demonic shockwave threw the Death Knight into the air and he was about to jump up after the demon before he was slashed across the back by the other Death Knight.

“Because I know that you could have dodged that if you were acting calmly! Piercing giga!” Sunset pulled open the Giga Spear’s hand author, the giga ring from the driver and slide it onto the middle finger of the Giga Spear’s hand author.

She brought the weapon back as green aura charged it, then thrust it forwards sending a spear made of pure aura at the Death Knight which tore it in half, the two halves exploded.

Dante took a deep breath, before opening his eyes, they now displayed their normal fire. “Thanks! Judgment!” He spun the axe in a circle forcing the Death Knight to back off. Before they could reengage him Dante was on one of them. “Trinity smash!” The three hit combo slammed into the demon’s shield breaking it into pieces. Dante switched the axe for the sword. “Stinger!” He stabbed the demon with the blade. “Trillion stabs!” The demon was ripped into bits by the rapid stabbing attack. Dante turned to the other Death Knight.

Just in time for its shield to be smashed to bits by a glowing green axe. “Sunset move! Aerial flush!” Dante jumped into the air and came down firing an energy version of Arbiter’s head at the demon, cutting it in half. He ran up to Sunset. “Thanks for the advice. It's just.”

“Your so close to finding out about your past. That you can’t think of anything else?” Guessed Sunset. At Dante’s look of disbelief she giggled. “Your not the only one missing memories.”

Suddenly, they both saw the ghostly children duck under the bed. “That was me! I remember this!” Curious, Dante reached down under said piece of furniture and pulled out a wooden kite shield that had what looked like his tattoo painted on it. Suddenly, the two of them were blinded by a bright flash and when they opened their eyes they were in a place that looked like Limbo, but at the same time didn’t.

In the centre of the place was a statue of a man that had several chains around his neck and a pair of female statues on his sides. They were standing on a platform that was suspended over a large body of water and the sky was blue once more.

“Where are we?” Muttered Dante.

“Are we dreaming?” Questioned Sunset, before pinching herself. “OW! Ok not dreaming!” They ran along the platform that looked the side of a house and jumped a gap, onto another platform that looked to be part of a house wall. Before jumping off that one and onto a floating platform that looked to be a floor with a red circle painted on it and a pair of pillars off to the side. But the gap between them and the next platform that looked like a stairway was way too long to jump.

Suddenly, Dante’s sword transformed. It was now the sword’s handle connected to a demonic red whip the head of which looked like a three pronged claw.

Sunset had no time to awe the new weapon as two new rings appeared. The first ring was red, with an ice blue gem in the centre that looked like a snowflake with dark blue outlines. The other was coloured red and had an orange gem in the centre of it that looked like a chain and had silver outlines. “This is gonna be good!” The giga ring vanished in a flash of dark green and the active ring appeared in a flash of bright red. She pressed down on the left shift lever, making the active ring glow.

The active glyph appeared, returning her to her active style as a triumphant rock melody came from the driver.

Symbol swiped the new rings from the air, placed the first one on the index finger of the driver’s hand author and second one on the ring finger, then pressed down on the right shift lever, making the driver’s hand author turn to the right.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE HENSHIN: ICE BIND PLEASE!]

Two new glyphs appeared to her right. The first was coloured ice blue. In the centre of it was a snowflake logo, inside a circle, inside an eight pointed star, inside a second circle that had two layers, between which was runic text. The glyph second was orange, in the centre was a chain logo that was inside a circle, inside an eight pointed star, inside a second circle that had two layers, between which was runic text.

They moved over her transforming the girl into the new style as a light bell chime and a chain rattling came from the driver. Her left shoulder guard gained scale like patterns with silver outlines, as did her left forearm guard. Also, the armour on the back of her left hand became scale like, turning orange and her right palm gained orange scale like armour with a silver circle in the centre of it. Orange scale like armour covered her fingers with silver points on the end of them and a silver line running through the finger armour. Her right shoulder guard turned ice blue, with a ice blue square on the right side of it that had dark blue outlines. A dark blue armour band appeared on her right upper arm, attached to it was a ice blue square shaped piece of armour with dark blue outlines. Symbol’s right forearm armour turned ice blue with dark blue outlines, as did her right bracelet. The circle in the centre of her chestplate turned into an ice blue snowflake and an orange chain.

This is Sunset Shimer, also known as Kamen Rider Symbol Active Ice Bind Style! Her left arm is the Grapple Gauntlet and her right arm is the Icy Bracer.

“Wonder what this thing does.” Symbol looked at the palm of the Grapple Gauntlet, suddenly an orange energy chain shot out of it! “Woah!” Sunset jerked her head back, causing the spike on the end of the chain to just miss her head. “This could be as useful as your Demon Pull.”

Dante stared at her. “How do you come up with these names?!”

“It’s a gift.”

Dante threw out the Demon pull and yanked a piece of rubble back from the next platform. The two of them jumped onto it and to the platform. Symbol and Dante ran up the stairs, before going up another piece of a stairway.

Sunset shot a bind chain out of the Grapple Gauntlet and pulled a piece of rubble that looked like part of a house wall and was floating in the air towards them. The two of them jumped onto it and to the next platform that looked like a door that was floating horizontally, before jumping to the next platform that looked like a large bit a floor, with three red circles painted into the brickwork and several pillars at one side of it and part of a wall opposite them.

Dante used the Demon pull to grab another piece of floating rubble and pull it towards them, they jumped onto it and Sunset used a bind chain to yank on another bit of floating rubble that was above them. “What the-?!” This caused the platform to zoom forwards and crash into a much bigger platform that looked like part of a building. Dante was clearly not expecting this, as seen when he fell of, just managing to grab back on.

“A little warning next time!” Dante climbed back up and they ran along what used the by a stone cobble pathway.

“It's not like I expected that to happen and that’s really weird.” Sunset looked up a the building that was bent across the sky.

Dante stared. “We’re fighting demons from hell! How is a oddly shaped building any more weird than that?!”

“I don’t know! It just is!”

Dante rolled his eyes as he used the Demon pull to get another platform from the side of a building. “Out you come!”

They jumped onto it and then onto another identical floating platform before moving onto a much bigger platform that looked like it was part of a cobblestone floor. A Bathos appeared. “Get over here! Demon pull Hacker!” He grabbed the demon with the Demon pull and yanked it into range of his sword before ripping it to bits.

A Lesser Stygian burst from the ground. “Ice chain!” Sunset responded by pulling open the Active Rifle’s hand author, then placing the ice ring on its index finger and the bind ring on its ring finger, both of which glow with ice blue an orange light.

The Active Rifle fired a glowing orange aura chain that stabbed the demon, ice aura travelled down it and froze the demon solid.

Symbol pressed the right shift lever four times, making the two rings flash with the same light.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE GO: VERY NICE: ICE BIND MAGIC: THE BEST!]

“Freezing bind kick!” She pulled the demon right into a side kick from her foot that was covered in icy blue aura and neon orange aura.

Dante attacked another Lesser Stygian. “Oh yeah! Death coil!” He gave it several spinning slashes then a strong downwards sideways slash. “Tremor!” He smashed the axe down the demonic energy wave causing the demon to explode. Dante opened fire on the other Lesser Stygian with Ebony and Ivory while running at it. He put the guns back in his waistband before sending the demon into the air with an upwards slash from his sword. “High time!” He grabbed it with the Demon Pull and yanked it back down to the ground. The demon looked up. “Judgment!” Just in time to see Arbiter slam into its face.

Sunset fired off several shots at one Bathos, then opened her rifle’s hand author, taking the ice and bind rings from the driver and sliding them onto their respective fingers of the Active Rifle’s hand author, making them glow with ice blue and neon orange light.

An aura beam shot out of the Active Rifle, it turned into several chains, the points of which speared the demon from several different directions and angles, freezing it over and making it explode.

The other Bathos hurled its bomb at the Kamen Rider. The active ring vanished and was replaced by the burst ring, she pressed the left shift lever and the burst ring emitted purple light as downbeat rock music came from the driver.

[MAGICAL TOUCH HENSHIN: BURST PLEASE: CAST THE SPELL!]

The burst glyph appeared behind Sunset and passed over her, transforming her into the burst style. Then Sunset pressed down on the left shift lever four times, making the burst ring flash with purple light.

[MAGICAL TOUCH SPELL: VERY NICE: S RANK SPELL: THE BEST!]

Then purple energy gathered around Sunset shielding her body. When it faded she was nowhere to be found.

The Bathos looked around as it pulled out another grenade, only to be hit by several aura beams, resulting in the bomb exploding in the demon’s hand. It twisted around and saw Symbol standing behind it, revealing that she had teleported.

Sunset hit the left shift lever once, making the burst ring glow.

[MAGICAL TOUCH SPELL: BURST: C RANK SPELL!]

Symbol finished the demon off by firing four fireballs at it that exploded violently.

“That it?” Asked Sunset when no more demons appeared.

“Guess so.” They jumped to the next floating platform, then onto and up to a platform that resembled part of a cobblestone walkway and onto a floating island before running up a flight of stairs. At the top of which was a large stone, that was connected to a pair of arms which were holding one of the chains, which lead to the statue’s neck. “What now?”

“That stone has the same energy that was on the door. Arbiter should be able to break it.” Muttered Sunset.

“And if it can’t?”

“Then we’ll try something else.”

Shrugging Dante brought Arbiter down in an overhead smash. The stone cracked. “Yes!” A second swing made the stone start to splinter and a third swing destroyed it! The arms dropped the chain and it fell into the water causing the statue's head to turn towards them.

“Well that's not creepy at all!” Sarcasmed Symbol. Its eyes glowed and they were suddenly back in the bedroom! “Was that real or a dream?”

Dante turned his sword into the Demon Pull. “I’ve still got this so I’d say it was real.” Was his reply. “Ok, so what else have you got?”

Sunset mock glared at him, not having forgotten the weird look she got for talking to a house. The active, bind and ice rings appeared on their respective fingers on the driver’s hand author in flashes of red, orange and ice blue respectively. Sunset pressed the left shift lever making the hand author turn to the left.

Then she hit the right shift lever, making the hand author twist in that direction as the active glyph swept through her and a triumphant rock medley came from the driver.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE HENSHIN: ICE BIND PLEASE!]

“That’s what I’m starting to get curious about.” Muttered the Kamen Rider as the ice and bind glyph moved through her, light bell chimes and the sound of a chain rattling coming from the driver. They ran through the door and dropped down through a hole in the floor into a room that was full of black demon crystals and ran through a door on the left side. Suddenly, Limbo blew out the windows and part of the floor!

“We would have been stuck before. Demon pull!” Dante used the devil weapon to yank a platform from the wall, which he and Symbol jumped off clearing the gap. They landed in a corner and Sunset used a bind chain to pull a platform from another part of the wall, which the two of them jumped to. Dante used the Demon pull to yank that platform to the next corner and Symbol made use of a bind chain to pull another platform from a wall, which was used to get across the gap.

Dante broke down a door with Arbiter and the two of them ran into an intersection, when a ghostly woman cross their path. “SPARDA! There here! THERE HERE! We’ve got to get out, NOW!! Hurry, come on, quickly” She screamed as she ran down the right corridor.

“What the hell happened here?” Whispered Dante.

“I’m not sure I want to know.” Whispered Sunset, as they ran through a door and back into the entrance hall! “OH COME ON!” Screamed Symbol. Suddenly it started to break apart and turned into several floating island and platforms.

“Here we go again.” Muttered Dante. Suddenly, a Bathos appeared, except it was equipped with a shield. This is a Shielded Bathos.

“Mine!” Sunset launched a bind chain at the demon, only to grab its shield. She stared at it for a moment before giving the rider equivalent of a grin. “I am so gonna enjoy using this on the Death Knights! Snake form!” She pulled open the Active Blade’s hand author, then placed the ice and bind rings on its index and ring fingers.

The blade segmented into a blade whip that wrapped around the Bathos and tore it into little bits while freezing it over.

“Demon pull!” Dante used the demonic weapon to tear away a Shielded Bathos’ shield and flipped his sword around into a reverse grip. Within seconds it was glowing and humming with power before he slashed it forwards. “Drive!” The energy wave turned the demon to ash.

“Rock wall!” Symbol was in the middle of fighting a Lesser Stygian, the burst ring appeared on the driver’s middle finger. Sunset pressed the left shift lever once.

[MAGICAL TOUCH HENSHIN: BURST PLEASE: CAST THE SPELL!]

Then three more times once the burst glyph had moved through her.

The demon was heavily damaged by the huge wall of rock that appeared above it and was dropped on it in an effort to squash it flat.

“Not quite enough. Lets try this. Burst beam!” Sunset pulled open the Burst Wand’s hand author and placed the burst ring on its middle finger.

[COME ON AND CAST SHAKE HANDS: BURST: CASTING STRIKE!]

A ball of purple aura appeared on the tip of the Burst Wand before it was fired at the demon turning its waist to dust and causing the rest to explode.

Dante attacked the other Lesser Stygian. “Stinger! Trillion stabs.” He stab it multiple times at blinding speed before smashing Arbiter into its head. “Judgment!”

Dante and Symbol looked back to the main building and saw the ghostly woman running up the stairs and through a door. “No no no! Come on. How did they find us?” The door was then covered by red criss crossing energy.

“I know that voice.” Realised Dante as they jumped to one platform.

“I sort of recognise it.” Added Sunset as they jumped to the next one that looked like a flight of stairs and ran up it, having to jump a gap on the way.

Dante was just about to smash down the door with Arbiter when Sunset stopped him. “I wanna try something.” The giga ring replaced the burst ring, Sunset pressed the left shift lever, making the driver’s hand author turn in that direction.

[MAGICAL TOUCH HENSHIN: GIGA PLEASE: BREAK THROUGH!]

The giga seal appeared below her and rose up through her transforming Symbol into her giga style. She used the Giga Axe to smash the door down. “I want to see if I could do that as well.” She defended at Dante’s look. They followed the hall around to the right and cutted left into a room. On the left wall was a portrait of a red haired woman holding a blue rose.

“Is that, Mom?” Asked Dante.

They both remember a red haired woman. “I love you, Dante, Sunset.” She said. The tender moment was destroyed when the demon’s burst from the ground. “Fucking demon.” Hissed out Dante and for once Sunset agreed.

Dante ran at one of the Lesser Stygians. “Hacker!” He slashed it three times. “High time!” And destroyed it with an upwards slash.

Then a Death Knight burst from the ground. “That one is mine! Seismic smash!” Sunset pressed the left shift lever twice.

[MAGICAL TOUCH SPELL: GIGA: B RANK SPELL!]

Her hand was covered in green aura as she brought it around it a chop, smashing the Death Knight’s shield.

She pulled open the Giga Axe’s hand author and placed the giga ring on its middle finger, making said ring glow with emerald light.

The axe was covered in green aura before Sunset smashed in down and then swung it across, drawing a glowing green cross on the front of the demon.

Dante leapt into the air and started spinning while turning upside down and firing Ebony and Ivory as he did so. “Rainstorm!” He landed on the ground. “Tremor!” The demonic energy wave sent one Lesser Stygian into the air. Dante jumped after it. “Roulette!” He spun around slashing it twice while building momentum, before using it to deliver an upwards slash which sent the two halves of the demon further into the air. “Helm breaker!” He shot back down with a hard overhead slash from his sword, badly injuring the other Lesser Stygian. “Quick X: Trinity smash!” He slashed the demon twice quickly with his sword, before swapping to Arbiter and smashing it three times with the heavy weapon, destroying the Lesser Stygian.

With the demons destroyed the two of them approached the portrait. Dante noticed that the bottom of it had an engraving of what looked like his tattoo that was glowing light blue. He looked at Sunset who shrugged before putting his hand against it.

“Here we go again.” Light blue energy travelled up Dante’s arm and a blue beam shot into Sunset’s driver.

[MAGICAL TOUCH HENSHIN: SWIFT PLEASE: DASH AWAY!]

A new glyph appeared above her and passed down through the Kamen Rider. It was a yellow S, inside a yellow triangle, inside a yellow eight pointed star, inside a second triangle that had two layers between which was runic text. The swift glyph fell down through Sunset, transforming her into her new style as a upbeat jazz tune came from the driver.

Her helmet turned bright yellow and the faceplate became a purple inverted triangle shaped gem with silver outlines that had runic symbols engraved into them. The circles over her ears turned into silver upside down triangles that had runic patterns engraved around the edges of them, in the centre of her forehead was a bronze inverted triangle with a pair of silver antenna sticking out of it forming a V. The side of her spandex torso turned dark yellow and the outside of the legs became bright yellow.

The rest of the spandex, gloves and boots remained unchanged. Her bracelets and anklets turned bright yellow while training their silver framework. Her chestplate turned into a yellow upside down gem triangle, with a bronze upside down triangle in the centre of it and the inside of her robe turned bright yellow. On each side of the robe’s chest was a yellow upside down triangle shaped gem in silver framework and at the bottom of the robe’s chest, on level with her driver was a half a yellow inverted triangle shaped gem with silver framework on each side of the robe. On the middle finger of the driver’s hand author was a yellow ring with a purple triangle shaped gem in it.

Sunset Shimer aka Kamen Rider Symbol Swift Style looked to the side just in time to see Dante’s sword transform into a light blue scythe. “So, Osiris, Huh?”

“I will never understand how you are so good at naming weapons.” Dante attacked one Lesser Stygian with several wide swings of the scythe like weapon. “Karma!” Then he spun the scythe around like a vertical propeller. “Prop!” Cutting the demon into bits.

Sunset pulled out her weapon, it was a yellow hand gun, with a silver barrel and a hand author for a hammer. She fired several shots, before dodging out of the way of a blow from the demon. “Woah!” Sunset was shocked by how fast she moved. ‘This armour’s much lighter and faster than my other two. But I have no where near the amount of power Active and Giga have. Sacred cluster!” She elbowed another Lesser Stygian in the ribs, before pressing down on the left shift lever once, making the swift ring shine with yellow light.

[MAGICAL TOUCH SPELL: SWIFT: C RANK SPELL!]

Five orbs of light yellow aura appeared around Sunset, she pulled the Swift Blaster’s trigger and they shot forwards, causing one of the Lesser Stygians to explode. “Lets try this.” Sunset pulled the Swift Blaster’s handle so that it was parallel with the barrel, out of which came a yellow aura spike that was sharp at the bottom edge. Then a loop of aura came from the back of the hilt and connected to the bottom of the barrel just behind the aura spike. This is the Swift Dagger.

Symbol ran forwards slashing the demon rapidly with her weapon, she stepped to the side dodging a blow and cut the demon across the arm. “Time to end this. Swift stabs” She pulled open the weapon’s hand author and placed the swift ring on its middle finger, making it shift with yellow light.

The Swift Dagger blazed with aura as Sunset stabbed the demon so fast that her arm turned invisible and the demon exploded in a ball of fiery doom.

“Tremor!” Dante slammed Arbiter into the ground sending a Lesser Stygian into the air, he jumped up after it and started swinging Osiris around in several sweeping arcs. “Hanger!” He swapped back to the axe and came down with an overhead swing. “Drop!” Crushing the demon under the axe. He used the Demon Pull to yank another Lesser Stygian into range. “Death coil!” Dante attacked it with several spinning slashes from his sword and a hard downwards slash with the momentum he had built up behind it. He dodged a blow from another Lesser Stygian and sent it into the air with an upward slash. “High time!” He stabbed the other Lesser Stygian finishing it off. “Stinger!”

“Rake!” Dante jumped into the air and used Osiris to pull the next Lesser Stygian into the air. “Aerial rave!” Switching back to the sword he slashed at the demon while it was in the air. “Demon pull!” He yanked another Lesser Stygian into the air. “Drop!” Then smashed it back into the ground with Arbiter. Landing back on the ground Dante spun Osiris like a vertical propeller. “Prop!” Cutting the two already injured Lesser Stygians to bits. He then pulled out Ebony and Ivory, charging energy into them, he fired. “Ricoshot!” The two bullets spiralled around each other and slammed into another Lesser Stygian. “Demon pull!” It was then pulled toward Dante. “Trinity smash!” Who slammed Arbiter around in an upwards swing, then an across swing, following a downwards diagonal swing.

“High time!” Dante sent the Lesser Stygian into the air with an upwards slash. “Demon pull!” Before slamming it back into the ground with the demonic grappling hook. “Cleaving swap: Judgment!” Dante slashed the demon with a pair of spinning hits from Osiris and turned the weapon into Arbiter slamming the axe down with the momentum he had built up by spinning adding to the power of the already deadly axe.

The swift ring vanished in a burst of yellow and the active ring took it place in a flash of red. Sunset pressed the left shift lever making the ring shine.

[MAGICAL TOUCH HENSHIN: ACTIVE PLEASE: LETS GO!]

Sunset slashed at one Lesser Stygian several times and forced it back, slamming the hilt of the Active Blade into its face. The giga ring replaced the active ring, Sunset pressed the left shift lever, making the giga ring glow.

[MAGICAL TOUCH HENSHIN: GIGA PLEASE: BREAK THROUGH!]

The giga glyph unfolded under her feet and rose up through the Kamen Rider, transforming her into her giga style. Sunset pressed the left shift lever three times.

[MAGICAL TOUCH SPELL: GIGA: A RANK SPELL!]

Her right arm turned to metal. “Giga embodyment!” She used it to block a blow from a demon, since the transformation had taken less than five seconds. Then pressed the left shift lever twice.

[MAGICAL TOUCH SPELL: GIGA: B RANK SPELL!]

Green aura covered one of her hands. “Seismic smash!” Symbol punched the demon sending it flying back.

The swift ring appeared in the giga rings place in a flash of yellow. Sunset pressed the left shift lever.

[MAGICAL TOUCH HENSHIN: SWIFT PLEASE: DASH AWAY!]

Then pressed it three times as the swift glyph fell through her.

[MAGICAL TOUCH SPELL: SWIFT: A RANK SPELL!]

She threw her hand into the air and the swift glyph fell through her transforming Symbol into her newest style and pulled out the Swift Dagger. “Swift speed!” Moving so fast that her body blurred. Sparks flying off the Lesser Stygians were the only indication that she was even still in the room. “Time to end this! Burst buster!” Shouted Sunset as she stopped moving.

The Lesser Stygians lunged at her, all four of them.

The burst ring appeared on the middle finger of the driver’s hand author and Sunset pressed the left shift lever.

[MAGICAL TOUCH HENSHIN: BURST PLEASE: CAST THE SPELL!]

Symbol grabbed the Burst Wand and pulled on the end of it making the weapon lengthen and thicken into the Burst Staff. Sunset pulled on the hand author’s thumb opening it and slipped the burst ring onto its middle finger.

[COME ON AND SPELL SHAKE HANDS: BURST: SPELL STRIKE!]

Four lances of purple aura appeared around her, making it look like she was in the centre of a cross. They shot outwards spearing through the demons and causing them to explode.

“Let's get going.” The two of them ran through a door and down a sloped hall, the ghostly woman ran past them through another hall that theirs met. “You! Get after her! Down there! Cover the doors! Move!” Shouted what sounded like a police officer.

They ran after the ghostly woman, bearing left, and arriving right back in the entrance hall that was still in pieces. “You have got TO BE KIDDING ME!” Screamed Sunset, as it broke into even more pieces.

The woman ran through a door that was sealed with red criss crossing energy. “Uh! Get away from me! Get away from me!” Shouted the woman.

Dante and Sunset jumped down three platforms that were once part of a staircase. Dante used the Demon pull to yank a piece of the floor on the main building towards them, it floated in mid-air and they used it to get to the door.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE HENSHIN: ICE BIND PLEASE!]

Via Symbol hooking a bind chain onto the main floor and pulling the platform over. “Leave this to me!”

The giga ring appeared in a flash of green, Sunset pressed the left shift lever.

[MAGICAL TOUCH HENSHIN: GIGA PLEASE: BREAK THROUGH!]

Symbol transformed into giga style and broke down the door with the Giga Axe. They jumped up some rubble and came to an archway that was blocked by glowing blue vines.

“What now?” Asked Dante.

“Arbiter and the Giga Axe broke down red energy. So the swift style weapons and Osiris should be able to cut through the vines.”

“Worth a shot.” Dante pulled out the angelic weapon and ripped right through the vines. “You were right!”

“When have I ever been wrong?!”

“You don’t want me to answer that!” They ran to the left and Dante broke down some rubble with Arbiter before they took a right turn and wound up in another room.

“What's that?” Sunset and Dante both walked over to the left wall and Dante reached down to pick up:

“A blue rose?”

“Didn’t the picture have one?”

“Yeah.”

All of a sudden they were back in the mindscape standing on what looked like the side of a building and curved around to the left. “This again?!” Shouted Symbol.

“Come on, destroying the chain was what got us out of here last time.” They ran down the side of the building and too a gap, but it was to big for them to jump and the platform beyond was out of each of the Demon pull or a bind chain. Suddenly, Dante’s sword shifted becoming a light blue whip with the end looking like a snake head.

At the same time Symbol felt her armour transforming.

[MAGICAL TOUCH HENSHIN: ACTIVE PLEASE: LETS GO!]

A new pair of rings appeared on the index and ring fingers of her driver’s hand author in a flash of purple and grey light respectively. The index ring was coloured red and had a purple boot shaped gem with golden outlines in the centre of it. The other ring was red and had a dark grey kite shield shaped gem in the centre of it with silver outlines.

“Lets give this a go.” Sunset pressed the right shift lever, making her driver’s hand author turn to the left.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE HENSHIN: BOOST DEFEND PLEASE! ]

Symbol flung her hand to the right as the two new glyphs appeared. The first was a purple boot logo, inside a purple circle, inside a purple eight pointed star, inside a two layer purple circle, within with was purple coloured runic text. The second was a grey kite shield symbol, within a grey circle, within a grey eight pointed star, with a grey two layered circle, within which was grey runic text.

The sound of springs and bounces along with a shield going bong came from the driver as the two glyph moved through Sunset. The coin in the centre of her chestplate turned into a grey kite shield logo and a purple boot logo. Her shoulder guard turned grey and pointed outwards, it also gained a pair of silver vertical rings around it. Her shins gained purple armour, coming out of her heels was a pair of golden upwards curving spikes. Her boots turned purple and had dark gold armour on the top of them. Finally a grey kite shield with silver outlines and a silver line running through the centre of it appeared in her right hand.

“Angel lift!” Dante hooked the whip onto a rock that was just above the next island like he would with the Demon pull. Unlike said weapon the Angel lift pulled him up to the rock and he dropped down onto the island. Sunset jumped, the Boosted Grieves slamming down onto the ground and propelling her over to the island, which was far further than what she could have reached in her active style.

Dante used the Angel lift to get to the next island, this time Sunset jumped onto the rock that he had hooked and angelic whip onto. Turning in mid-air he feet hit the rock and stuck like glue, she then jumped off it and landed on the island next to Dante. They ran along the cobblestone road, then onto an L shaped rock.

“Angel lift!” Date used the angelic whip to get to the next platform with Sunset jumping after him. Unfortunately, he jumped wasn’t big enough! ”SUNSET!”

“I’m not gonna die like this!” Sunset pressed down on the right shift lever once, making the boost ring shine.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE GO: BOOST MAGIC PLEASE!]

A boost glyph formed under her. “Air step!” Symbol jumped off it, this time she was able to grab Dante’s hand and he pulled her up. “That was close.”

“Tell me about it.” Panted Sunset.

“Lets keep moving. Angel lift!” Dante had to use the Angel lift four times to get to the next island, with Symbol jumping off the rocks and keeping pace with him. “Nice!” He flipped onto the island and the Kamen Rider landed right next to the non human. Running up a flight of stairs Dante Angel lifted towards a Lesser Stygian on the next island kicking it over the edge and into the water.

Dante had to Angel lift to three more rocks and then pull himself at a Lesser Stygian while Sunset kept pace, booting a Bathos in the face. “High time!” Dante sent one Lesser Stygian into the air with an upwards slash from his sword. “Angel lift!” Before using the angelic whip to get level with it. “Drop!” He switched to Arbiter and smashed the demon into the ground. “Rain storm!” Dante flipped over in mid-air while spinning and firing his guns, raining a storm of demonic and angelic bullets onto the demons.

[MAGICAL TOUCH HENSHIN: SWIFT PLEASE: DASH AWAY!]

Sunset pressed the left shift lever twice.

[MAGICAL TOUCH SPELL: SWIFT: B RANK SPELL!]

The she pressed the left shift lever four more times.

[MAGICAL TOUCH SPELL: VERY NICE: SWIFT: S RANK SPELL: THE BEST!]

Time slowed down around Symbol as she transformed into swift style and the spell took affect. “Time attacker!” She clapped her hands together and then pulled them apart a ball of bright yellow aura appeared between them. She then thrust her hands forwards the ball collapsed in a HUGE beam of yellow aura that tore through the two Bathos, disintegrating both of them so that there wasn’t enough left to explode.

“Rake!” Dante pulled one Lesser Stygian into the air. “Hanger!” Slashing at it with Osiris, he then Angel Lifted down to the other Lesser Stygian and slammed Arbiter into the ground. “Tremor!” Sending the demon flying into the air.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE HENSHIN: BOOST DEFEND PLEASE!]

Sunset changed style’s and jumped up kicking the Lesser Stygian back down to the ground. She pressed the right shift lever three times, making the boost and the defend ring glow with purple and grey light.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE GO: BOOST DEFEND MAGIC PLEASE!]

Sunset kicked the demon rapidly so fast that it looked like she had multiple legs and the demon exploded from the damage.

Dante changed to Osiris and spun around while jumping into the air, causing the scythe to hook onto the demon and pull it with him. “Raze! Drop!” He then shifted the angelic scythe into the demonic axe and came down smashing it onto the Lesser Stygian’s head killing the demon. Dante smashed Arbiter down onto the ground. “Tremor!” The wave of demonic energy ran through the ground and hurled the Lesser Stygian skywards.

[MAGICAL TOUCHIE HENSHIN: SLASHER AQUA PLEASE!]

[MAGIC TOUCHIE GO: SLASHER MAGIC PLEASE!]

Red lightning covered both of Sunset’s Slasher Tidal Claws, she placed them together and shot the lightning downwards, slamming the Lesser Stygian back into the ground.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE HENSHIN: ICE BIND PLEASE!]

Symbol pressed the right shift lever twice.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE GO: BIND MAGIC PLEASE!]

Right before spearing it with a spiked chain and pulling it back up.

Dante Angel lifted up to the demon and brought his sword around. Symbol pulled open the Active Blade’s hand author, took the active ring from the driver and placed it on the middle finger of the Active Blade’s hand author.

[COME ON AND SLASH SHAKE HANDS: ACTIVE: SLASH STRIKE!] / “Helm breaker!”

Shouted both blade and non human. Dante slammed his sword down just as Symbol brought her red lightning covered sword down. The combined slash sent the demon hurting back into the island, where the four pieces exploded.

“Let's get moving!”

[MAGIC TOUCHIE HENSHIN: BOOST DEFEND PLEASE!]

Sunset changed styles and jumped to two rocks, but as she jumped off the second rock she realized that she was still to far away. “Oh no you don’t!” Sunset swapped the boost and defend rings for the bind and ice rings, pressed down on the right shift lever.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE HENSHIN: ICE BIND PLEASE!]

Symbol quickly used it to pull a piece of rubble from the next island which she landed on before jumping to the island.

“Nice!” Dante landed beside her.

“Thanks.” They ran up a short flight of stairs reaching the rock that held the chain. The giga ring appeared in a flash of green, Sunset pressed the left shift lever.

[MAGICAL TOUCH HENSHIN: GIGA PLEASE: BREAK THROUGH!]

Symbol changed styles and slammed the Giga Axe into it, cracking the rock.

“Judgment!” Dante smashed Arbiter into the rock making it splinter. Looking at Sunset he nodded.

She pulled open the Giga Axe’s hand author, took the giga ring from the driver and placed it on the middle finger of the Giga Axe’s hand author.

[COME ON AND SMASH SHAKE HANDS: GIGA: SMASH STRIKE!]

Green aura covered the axe’s blade.

“Judgment!” Dante brought the axe down as Sunset slammed the green aura covered axe across the rock. It practically exploded from the force, causing the arms to drop the chain into the water and the statues head to start to turn towards them. “What are we unleashing?” Muttered Dante as the statue’s eyes glowed and they found themselves back in Limbo.

“That gets more unnerving each time.” Symbol muttered.

“Duck! Prop!” Dante spun Osiris like a vertical propeller and a impromptu shield blocking the bomb that the Shielded Bathos had just thrown.

“Thanks! Piercing giga” She pulled open the Giga Spear’s hand author and slipped the giga ring onto its middle finger, it flashed with emerald light.

[COME ON AND STAB SHAKE HANDS: GIGA: STAB STRIKE!]

Symbol charged aura into her spear and thrust it forwards sending a beam of green aura at the demon which smashed right through its shield and the demon itself.

“Trinity smash!” Dante slammed Arbiter into the chest of one Lesser Stygian three times, before rolling out of the way of two bombs which detonate killing the ground based demon. He fired at one Shielded Bathos with Ebony and Ivory only for the bullets to bounce off. “That does it! Demon pull! Angel lift!” Dante ripped the Shielded Bathos’ shield from its grip with the demonic whip and got himself level with it thanks to its angelic counterpart. “Hanger!” Dante used his angelic scythe to rip apart the Bathos.

Symbol charged at one Lesser Stygian. It hit her shoulder guard which was barely even felt before getting punched with a right hook to the jaw, pressing the left shift lever as she did go.

[MAGICAL TOUCH SPELL: GIGA: C RANK SPELL!]

Green aura covered Symbol’s right fist, she punched the demon in the face sending it flying back.

The active ring replaced the giga ring in a flash of red. Sunset pressed the left shift lever, making the hand author turn to the left and the ring glow.

[MAGICAL TOUCH HENSHIN: ACTIVE PLEASE: LETS GO!]

The ice and bind rings appeared on their respective fingers and Sunset pressed the right shift lever, making the hand author turn to the right and the rings shine in their respective colours.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE HENSHIN: ICE BIND PLEASE!]

The ice and bind glyphs appeared to her right and swept through the Kamen Rider as she pressed the right shift lever four times, making both rings glow even brighter.

She fired a chain, wrapping it around the demon’s neck and freezing it. “Freezing bind kick!” Yanking the demon right into a foot that was covered in orange aura for a sidekick.

“Drop!” Dante came down with Arbiter and smashed it into the head of another Lesser Stygian. “Stinger!” He stabbed the demon and finished it off with several rapid stabs that made it look like he had multiple arms. “Trillion stabs!” Dante ran out of the room when he noticed that Sunset wasn’t following. “Sunset what's wrong?” She didn’t answer and just stared down at a photo on the floor.

Reaching down Dante picked it up and stared. It was of himself on Eva’s lap, a boy who was clearly Vergil sitting on a man’s lap, but the photo was cracked hiding his face. Sunset was in the photo was well, standing between Eva and the man, she looked exactly the same and was in her active style.

‘I remember.’ Thought Dante. ‘I remember my Mother, her name was Eva’ The ‘screen’ showed Dante’s necklace. ‘She gave this to me.’ The screen showed Dante and Vergil mock sparing with Sunset. ‘I had a brother and a sister too.’ Both boys were being helped up by the girl. ‘We were a family.’ The siblings are shown with their parents on a cliff. ‘We had no idea of the danger we were in.’ The clouds formed into a demonic face. ‘The demons found us.’ A bald man was seen in a doorway. ‘When they broke in, I saw him.’ The man was seen tearing Eva’s heart out while a demon held the young Dante back. ‘She gave her life so we could escape. I will never forget what he did to her.’ Young Dante was seen holding his mother's corpse while angels crowded around him. ‘Our father, Sparda took my brother and I away.’ Dante was seen holding the man’s hand outside an orphanage. ‘He separated us, hide us safely among the humans, wiped our memories to protect us. That's why it all went black, until now.’

‘I remember now.’ Thought Sunset. ‘I came shooting out of an energy vortex with no memories.’ A blue swirling vortex was seen with Symbol flying out of it, smashing into the ground. ‘I looked like I’d just been in a war’ Sunset was seen lying in a crate, her armour cracked and damaged. ‘I would have died if Sparda hadn’t found me.’ Sparda was seen picking up the Kamen Rider. ‘Eva nursed me back to health.’ Sunset was seen laying in bed, wrapped in bandages and Eva sitting by the bed. ‘When they found out I have no family the two of the adopted me.’ A crying Sunset was seen hugging the two. ‘Dante and Vergil were just as happy to have a sister’ The three were seen play fighting. ‘Then the demon’s came. Sparda took us to safety but I couldn’t let Eva die.’ Sunset was seen running back towards the house. ‘I was too late.’ A horrified Sunset watched as the man tore out Eva’s heart. ‘I attacked their leader’ Sunset drew her sword and charged. ‘But was effortless beaten back.’ She was backhanded away. ‘So I went for my ultimate attack.’ Sunset transformed into a new form. ‘The attack clashed with one of the demon king’s and ripped open a space time vortex which sucked me in.’ Symbol was seen flying into a vortex. ‘It transported me years into the future and using that form drain all of the rings that I’d gotten from my training with Sparda and Eva.’ Sunset was seen lying in the pier in Limbo. ‘That's why my style’s are all missing and it all went black until now.’

They were both brought back to reality by Dante dropping the picture. Sunset caught the thing before it could shatter. “Watch it!”

Dante walked away robotically.

Sunset looked concerned as she followed. They ran out of the room and to the left, sliding down a slope. “Angel lift!” Dante used the angelic weapon to hook onto some chandlers and swing around a corner.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE HENSHIN: BOOST DEFEND PLEASE!]

Sunset changed forms and followed, jumping off the walls as she did so. They went around another corner and slide down a slope, onto the floating island that had once been the entrance hall. That instantly started moving!

“WOAH!” Sunset flapped her arms as she overbalanced and fell.

“Watch out! Demon pull!” Dante shot the grappling shoot down and pulled her back up. “You ok?!”

“I’m also glad that your not a magic zombie, but yeah I’m fine!”

“Good to know you care. Angel lift!” Dante swung over to another island with Symbol jumping after him.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE HENSHIN: ICE BIND PLEASE!]

They landed on an island and Symbol used the bind chain to pull another close enough for them to jump to. Limbo moved again and a large rock was blocking their way.

“Demon pull!” Symbol used a bind chain and Dante used the grapple to make it spin around.

[MAGIC TOUCHIE HENSHIN: BOOST DEFEND PLEASE!] / “Angel lift!”

Dante used the angelic grapple like weapon to get up onto the top of the rock with Sunset jumping up after him. “We’re getting outta here! Demon pull!” He yanked the rock back to the main building and they jumped off.

Now back in the main building Limbo became desperate to try and stop them, the ground started breaking apart and the window were blown out. The two of them could see Vergil and Kat at the end of the hall.

The active ring vanished and the swift ring took its place. Sunset pressed the left shift lever.

[MAGICAL TOUCH HENSHIN: SWIFT PLEASE: DASH AWAY!]

The swift glyph fell through her and she pressed the left shift lever twice more.

[MAGICAL TOUCH SPELL: SWIFT: B RANK SPELL!]

Symbol grabbed Dante by the back of his coat as she blurred forwards landing on the gate and they were both warped back into the real world.

Dante and Sunset stared at Vergil in a new light, who was looking that them in barely restrained hope. “You're our brother?” Asked Dante.

Vergil beamed. “Your twin brother.”

“And Sunset is our sister?”

“Yes, former older sister, currently little sister. I’ve been looking for you along time, Dante and I only didn’t search for Sunset since I thought she was dead.” Stepping forwards Vergil reached into his coat and pulled out a pendent identical to Dante’s except it was blue. “Our mother gave these to us. And used another to heal Sunset. I think she knew this moment would come. That the three of us would find each other.”

“And our father, Sparda?”

Vergil looked sad. “Banished forever, a fate worse than death they say. He’s never coming back.”

Sunset dealt with her frustration by knocking down a wall. “I wanna know more. Where we come from, what happened to us and above all: I want to know who is reasonable for all this and how painful we’re going to make his death.”

“Ditto.” Agreed Dante.

“Of course.” Replied Vergil.

Dante and Symbol walked off with Vergil following but not before giving Kat an ‘I told you so’ glance.
