Cadence flew through the air, catching Spike in time.

Gohan was still pummeling King Sombra.

Cadence landed with the Crystal Heart in her magic.

"The Crystal Heart has returned! May we use it to keep order and peace!" Cadence shouted, putting the Crystal Heart in it's rightful place.

At the center of the castle.

The Crystal Ponies were really Crystal Ponies again!

Their wills alone began to overpower King Sombra's dark magic.

Gohan finally stopped pummeling King Sombra.

"What!? NO!" King Sombra asked.

The Crystal Heart spun crazily, and made EVERYONE Crystal.

Even Gohan, surprisingly.

But since he was a Super Saiyan, he glowed extra bright.

The Crystal Heart destroyed ALL of King Sombra's dark magic!

It freed Twilight, too. Who also became a Crystal Pony.

King Sombra was defeated, and exploded into many pieces.

The Crystal Heart moved it's power to the top of the castle, where it displayed an amazing light show all across Equestria.

Gohan turned off his Super Saiyan form and collapsed from exhaustion.

He fell from the air and smashed onto the ground.

He also fell asleep on the ground beside the Mane 6.

The others, including Cadence and Shining Armor were a little touched to see Gohan sleeping.

Spike looked to the top of the castle, where Twilight remained.

"Good job, Spike." She said.

Gohan woke up in a bed.

He groaned as he woke up.

"Is it homework time already?" He asked blindly.

"No, silly!" Pinkie Pie said.

Gohan was surprised to see the Mane 6 there.

"W-Were you watching me sleep?" Gohan asked.

"We wanted to make y'all were okay." Applejack said.

"Uh... Okay. I'm going to pretend you guys never watched me sleep, because that sounds too familiar." Gohan said.

Piccolo.

"It took a long time to get you into this bed!" Rainbow Dash exclaimed.

"Oh, I'm sorry. I probably should have left my weighted clothes at home." Gohan said.

"Alright... Anyway, the Crystal Empire has been restored!" Twilight said.

"Oh, you're all crystal!" Gohan said.

"So are you, darling." Rarity said.

"Oh... Wait, let me see if..." Gohan said, turning Super Saiyan.

That wasn't a bright idea.

"AAH! TOO BRIGHT, TOO BRIGHT!" Rainbow Dash screamed.

Gohan turned it off instantly.

"Sorry. Hah!" He said.

"Please warn us next time you do that..." Fluttershy said.

"I'm sorry." Gohan said.

"Stop saying sorry!" Rainbow Dash said.

"Oh, alright. Sorry about that." Gohan said.

"You did it again, sugarcube." Applejack said.

"Oh, man! Sorry, I'm an idi- I did it again! Oh, I am so sorry- NO!" Gohan said.

Everyone began to laugh at his expense, but he laughed with them eventually.

The Crystal Ponies were back to normal again.

The Mane 6, Spike and Gohan were leaving after a festival.

Shining Armor and Cadence were walking them to the train station.

"I do wish that it was permanent!" Rarity said.

"Oh well. You win some, you lose some." Gohan said.

"Oh yeah! You looked very cute when you napped!" Pinkie Pie said.

"O-Oh really, did I?" Gohan asked, scratching the back of his head.

"Uh, yeah." The rest said.

Gohan blushed and smiled nervously.

"Everything will be okay now. Twily, you gotta stop saving my rump like this. It's a little embarrassing." Shining Armor joked.

Twilight smiled in return, but also had a sad look.

"I wasn't the one who delivered the Crystal Heart. I failed the test." Twilight said.

"She'll give you a new test!" Shining Armor said.

"I don't think she'll give me a new test." Twilight said.

Everyone was back in Canterlot.

Twilight finally ended her meeting with Celestia, Luna and Gohan.

"B-But I wasn't the one who delivered the Crystal Heart to Cadence!" Twilight said, pointing at the stained glass with Spike delivering the Crystal Heart while Gohan was pummeling King Sombra.

"It is true you did not deliver the Crystal Heart yourself. Spike delivered it because you didn't know how quickly you could escape the tower. You weren't willing to risk the citizens of the Crystal Empire in an effort to guarantee your own. It's self sacrifice, Twilight." Celestia said.

"D-Does this mean...?" Twilight asked.

What happened?

"I PASSED THE TEST!" Twilight exclaimed after bursting through the door.

By showing that she would risk her own life for others instead of always thinking of herself, she passed.

"We knew you could do it, Twilight!" Spike said.

"Thanks, Spike." Twilight said.

Anyways, Gohan had to have a private chat with the princesses.

"Gohan, you are a graceful and humble warrior, and we are grateful you are protecting Equestria. However, Twilight needs to learn many things about friendship on her own. Especially in situations such as these." Celestia said.

"Okay. So you're saying don't step in unless she can't do anything, and Equestria would be doomed, and everything?" Gohan asked.

"Correct." Luna said.

"Alright, I think I can handle that. Keeps the spotlight off of me! Heheh." Gohan joked.

Celestia and Luna giggled.

"You also seem to have a sense of humor..." They said.

"Okay." Gohan said.

"So? What was the meeting about?" The Mane 6 asked.

"Oh, it was nothing. Just catching up." Gohan said.

"That's a little strange, but okay." Twilight said.

"Okay, back to the basic routine!" Gohan said, punching his own palm.

And everything was normal again.

Well, until the Season Three shenanigans appeared.
