Twilight saw how mean Cadence was acting towards her friends. Also, they were blind to it!

She threw perfectly good food in the trash, which dying foals in whatever the equivalent of Africa is in Equestria, she absolutely detested Rarity's dresses, she hated Pinkie's energy in general, and oh my Lord, the list goes on.

How the fuck does only one pony see through the bullshit!?

Anyway, let's get to the whole group.

They were at a shop, drinking some random drinks.

Twilight voiced her concerns about Cadence, and everyone ridiculed her.

But...

"I don't doubt your concerns, Twilight." Gohan said.

"What!?" The Mane 6 asked.

Twilight had very clear suspicions of Cadence, and so did Gohan.

"If you two were best friends, I don't see how she could have forgotten you." Gohan said.

"I also noticed that her power remains on the stronger side, instead of keeping it down. It's as if... She's always ready for attack. Also, it feels dark instead of lively." Gohan noted.

"I think the two of you are crazy." Applejack said.

Gohan sighed.

"We'll have to figure this out ourselves." He said.

Twilight already left.

Twilight came to Shining Armor, who was dressed up.

"Hey Twilight! Your big brother's looking good! Don't you think?" Shining Armor asked.

Twilight just looked at him with sad eyes.

"Everything okay?" Shining Armor asked.

"We need to talk. I think you're making a big-"

"AHEM." Cadence interrupted.

"Oh hi, sweetie." Shining Armor said.

Gohan came into the room.

"Hey Gohan." Shining Armor said.

"Can I speak to you for a moment, dear?" Cadence asked.

"Better see what she wants." Shining Armor said, trotting to Cadence in another room.

Twilight and Gohan looked at each other, and nodded.

Gohan could hear the conversation, but Twilight went for a closer look.

"I told you I don't like your outfit!" Cadence said.

"It was my favorite uncle's!" Shining Armor said.

"I don't care. Are you disagreeing with me?" Cadence asked.

"Well, I guess I am!" Shining Armor said.

"You must be having a headache again, let me help." Cadence said.

"No, I don't- Argh..." Shining Armor said.

Cadence was seemingly performing a mind control spell on Shining Armor.

Gohan felt and heard the whole thing.

Twilight saw the whole thing.

The two looked to each other.

Then, they high tailed it.

Twilight and Gohan rushed to the rest of the Mane 6.

"Guys! My brother is in-" Twilight said, before realizing they were dressed up.

"What are you-"

"Can you believe it?" Fluttershy interrupted, showing her dress.

"We're going to be Princess Mi Amore Cadenza's new bridesmaids! And Gohan, you're part of the groomsmen!" She said.

"New bridesmaids? What happened to her OLD bridesmaids?" Twilight asked.

"And what's a groomsman?" Gohan asked.

"She didn't say, but she would love, love, love it if we filled in for them. Oh, and it's the same as a bridesmaid." Applejack said.

"It's because we've been working so hard, and everything." Rarity said.

The rest of them began to compliment each other's dresses, pointing out that Twilight was wrong.

Twilight already began to walk away in defeat.

Gohan looked back at her, and felt terrible.

All of the ponies involved in the wedding were rehearsing. Even Gohan, with his sword.

Twilight was missing.

But, she burst through the doors.

"I'm here, and I'm not going to stand next to her! And neither should you!" Twilight said.

Gohan looked back at her.

'She didn't give up!' He thought.

Shining Armor wasn't happy with the comment.

"I'm sorry, I don't know why she's acting like this." He said to Cadence.

"Maybe we should just ignore her." Cadence said.

"You have to listen to me!" Twilight shouted.

"Oh goodness! Are you okay?" Fluttershy asked.

"I'm fine." Twilight said.

"You sure about that?" Applejack asked.

Twilight pushed Applejack away with her magic.

"I've got something to say! She's evil!" Twilight said, pointing a hoof at Cadence.

"Yeah!" Gohan said, adding flame to the fire.

Shining Armor came to Cadence's defense quickly.

The other ponies were surprised.

"She's been terrible to my friends," Twilight said, teleporting behind Cadence.

She walked closer to Cadence, who backed away.

"She's definitely done something with her bridesmaids, and Gohan and I saw her cast a spell on my brother which made him go-" Twilight said, mimicking the screwed up head.

Or cuckoo crazy.

Cadence acted confused, but Twilight stared daggers into her soul.

Cadence began to cry like a total bitch.

'Oh no.' Gohan thought.

"Why are you doing this to me!?" She cried, running away.

"Because you're evil!" Twilight said, teleporting after Cadence.

"EVIL! And if I don't stop you're gonna ruin my brother's life!" Twilight yelled.

The other ponies stared at Twilight in shock.

Shining Armor was not happy at all.

He walked up to Twilight angrily.

She cowered...

"Do you want to know why my eyes went" screwed up head? " Shining Armor asked.

"With the protection spell, I've been getting terrible migraines. She hasn't been casting spells on me! She's been using her magic to heal me!" He said.

"Shining Armor, she has controlled you well, but two witness testimonies contradict that!" Gohan said, pointing at Shining Armor.

"What?" Shining Armor asked.

"Not Gohan too..." Rarity said.

"We were there at that time. You two were arguing about your favorite uncle's outfit, and how she didn't like it! She silenced you by casting a spell, ending the conversation there!" Gohan said.

"Yeah, she's evil!" Twilight said.

"That's not true! Why would she even do that!?" Shining Armor asked.

"There are too many loopholes for you two to make that claim." Celestia said, also a bit angry.

"I'm afraid not!" Gohan said.

Twilight didn't really know what to respond with, so she really didn't add any more.

"Tell me this: Would someone crowned as the Princess of Love have a dark energy? Would she argue with her soon to be husband with something as petty as his clothing?" Gohan asked.

"You're speaking nonsense!" Shining Armor yelled.

"Cadence has no dark energy, she's pure as ever!" He yelled, inching closer to Gohan.

Gohan wasn't fazed.

"You're telling the one being in Equestria that can sense life forms that she doesn't have a dark energy? Especially with the way she acts?" He asked.

"Then you're lying!" Shining Armor yelled.

Gohan gave him an unamused face.

"You can't be serious... Okay, it's clear as day that you'll do anything to defend Cadence, but what happened last night? She hated your outfit, and hated the fact that you disagreed with her!" He claimed.

"She was helping me with my migraine! The reason why she's been acting crazy is because she's had to plan the wedding, replace the bridesmaids and groomsmen with your friends because of malicious intent, and she's been treating my migraines!" Shining Armor countered horribly.

"How does that give anypony the moral high ground to act so bitter?" Twilight asked, trying to chip in.

"She isn't acting bitter, YOU are! She cares about me, Twilight! Something YOU don't care about!" Shining Armor yelled.

"B-But I-" Twilight tried to respond.

"Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go comfort my bride. And you can forget about being my best mare!" Shining Armor said, trotting away.

"In fact, if I were you, I wouldn't show up to the wedding at all." Shining Armor said.

"Hey, don't you leave yet! I'm not done making my case!" Gohan yelled.

"You shouldn't, either! To both!" Shining Armor yelled.

"Well, I clearly won the argument." Gohan said to himself.

The rest of the Mane 6 trotted away. "Come on y'all, let's go comfort the princess." Applejack said.

They all had mean faces towards Twilight and Gohan.

"You have a lot to think about." Celestia said, trotting away.

"Twilight." Gohan said.

Twilight looked back at Gohan with tearful eyes.

"...Don't give up. We can help your brother, I know it. He needs more than the truth." Gohan said.

"I don't think we're right anymore." Twilight said, trotting towards the stairs.

"But-" "-Its all a coincidence, let's end it!" Twilight yelled.

It was too late. Twilight gave up.

Gohan was left alone with saving Shining Armor from... Whoever Cadence must be.

"I could've gained a sister, but I lost a brother instead!" Twilight said, laying on the stairs, crying.

Gohan walked and sat by her side. He knew Cadence was acting out of turn, she was the princess of love.

Acting mean is not in her nature.

Cadence appeared again.

She patted Twilight's forehead.

"I'm sorry!" Twilight said with tearful eyes.

Cadence's eyes turned from sincere to angry.

"You will be." She said, using her magic to trap Twilight and Gohan in a green fire.

"What the heck!?" Gohan asked.

The fire lowered Twilight and Gohan to an unknown place.

Gohan looked around to see that they were in a crystal cave.

Twilight was scared.

"What happened!?" Twilight asked.

Gohan sensed another ki beside him, and threw a ki blast at a crystal.

The blast revealed... Cadence?

"Princess?" Gohan asked.

"You!" Twilight yelled, running at Cadence.

"No, wait!" Cadence yelled.

Gohan moved in front of Cadence, shielding her from Twilight.

"That must be the real Princess Mi Amore Cadenza!" Gohan said.

"Yes, it's me Twilight!" Cadence said.

"How do I know!?" Twilight asked, horn ready to attack.

Cadence performed the dance they always performed when Twilight was a child.

"C-Cadence!?" Twilight asked, hugging the real Cadence.

"I've missed you Twilight. But we're in trouble!" Cadence said.

"That fake is going to marry Shining Armor!" Twilight said.

"Hold on, you're injured. Take this." Gohan said, sparing a cup of energy for Cadence.

"Thank you. Y-You must be Son Gohan. I've heard many things about you." Cadence said.

"Not now, I think the ceremony's happening soon, I sense many ponies up there." Gohan said, pointing to the ceiling.

"Oh no! We won't make it in time!" Cadence said.

'Cadence' was trotting to her mind controlled 'husband', Shining Armor.

The music was playing.

"It's about to happen!" Gohan said.

"We won't make it in time!" Cadence said.

"Oh yes we will!" Gohan said, throwing a ki blast at the ceiling.

It didn't do anything.

"I'm not done yet!" Gohan said, cupping his hands together at his side.

"I have to use a lot more to take this down!" He said.

"What are you- Oh!" Twilight said.

"Ka..." Gohan said.

'Cadence' was already trotting up the stairs.

"Me..." Gohan said.

'Cadence' was at Shining Armor's side.

"Ha..." Gohan said.

Celestia was saying a few words.

"Me..." Gohan said.

"You may now kiss the bride." Celestia said.

"HA!" Gohan yelled, blasting the ceiling with the Kamehameha wave.

The immense beam burst through the floor, and through the ceiling of where the wedding took place.

The ponies looked in shock.

Only Shining Armor didn't respond.

As the beam died down, the dust cleared, and revealed Gohan, Twilight and the real Cadence.

'Cadence' hadn't noticed the real Cadence or Gohan.

"Oh, why does she keep doing this to me!?" 'Cadence' cried.

"Because this is not your wedding!" Cadence yelled as Gohan jumped up to the floor, carrying Twilight and Cadence.

Everyone was left confused.
